Tricep workout for some serious MASS! A lot of my fans have been asking me to do a constant tension timed sets workout for triceps, so today I’m going to show you exactly how I do it for my workouts!

@2:26 – Parallel Bar Dips | 40sec CTTS | 75sec Rest | 2-4 Sets

@5:08 – Close Grip Push-Ups | 40sec CTTS | 75sec Rest | 2-4 Sets

@8:50 – Lying Dumbbell Tricep Extensions w/ Resistance Band | 40sec CTTS | 75sec Rest | 2-4 Sets
