  2. Hey There Vince! Im very excited about this opportunity Thanks! Here are some reasons why I would like to have your DVD set. I Am 22 years old I am currently working full time and going to school to become a Fightfighter, I am 5′ 10″ and about 165 Pounds I recently lossed 25 pounds through Mike Geary’s Programe Truth About Six Pack Abs and I am psyched to put some muscle on!   3. Vince; I’m a 50 year old weekend warrior. I used to be in great shape ,practicing all kind of sport when I was younger. Now 30 years later married ,two beautiful daugthers and a full time job (Plus my job working around the house, you know Mr. fix it), blood pressure cripping up ,cholesterol going a little bit out of control.So I’m trying to regain some control over my life and health ,exercising again, but is being very hard for me (no I’m not making any excuses) time is an issue, money is another problem, and knowing what to do to regain or being in shape again is another problem. I have been reading your blogs,seen the videos you send me on yours e-mails and I’m fascinated with your knowledge, yours skill like a trainer and the way you transform yourself, so I would like to do the same thing with my life.   4. Hey Vince

    I’m Mike from Arizona. At 21 years of age, 6’2 and approximately 150 pounds, I feel a bit embarrased about my size. The thing is though, being in the air force, I am required to train 4 times a week as mandated by our pt program. The problem is, while it’s good for some people in that it burns fat and tones them up a bit, I find that it does nothing appearance-wise no matter how hard I push myself, though it still is way better than nothing at all. We are allowed to go solo on these pt sessions 3/4 of the times, however, but I still wouldn’t know what to do. With your DVDs I could clarify all the cloudiness in my training and actually make some hard results, plus I could introduce them to anyone in my unit who might use them. Unfortunately, i was that guy who ended up changing his mind the last day and tried ordering the DVDs, but too late. The reason I waited out was because Im still brand-spanking new to your material and havn’t even competed the book yet, so I figured I should focus on one thing at a time when it dawned on me later that I might still use it in the future. So, I’ll probably end up buying it late at the higher price, but just so you know I am serious about changing, and to win this would mean a lot. Thanks, Vince.

Well for my own personal opinion on this matter is simple know one can make you do anything it’s all up to you ya you can get those how to videos and the rush will stay as long as u have the insperation I know that first hand but I have had too many loved ones in my life pass as a failure to poor life choices on not taking care of yourself and just not doing anything but talk. I have reached that point that I know that only myself my soul needs to awake to a much healthier person and I am slowly achieving my goals and I think I evened out and need more insperation. I have been very interested in your programs and it’s helping so I appreciate your help thank you for giving me that extra push to do more for only I can do it.

You continue to outdo yourself by delivering the best results. Your workouts are a total blast! I have injured myself in the past (lack of experience) but you manage to put a system together that benifits beginners and advance bodybuilders. If these workouts don’t make you a gladiator, I don’t know what possibly could! Honest, doing your workouts is like a breath of fresh air that leaves you gasping for more. I think each of your routines they have helped me and my son find our second wind. Keep up the good work!

  9. Hey Vince,

    This is the 2nd post I made on this blog and I forgot something to add on my previous post. I am not changing the story I just forgot to tell you another part of my story to become muscular, no more the skinny genetics and explain my motivation.

    I have a family genetic disease which is diabetes. At the moment my father has it and my grandfather died from diabetes.

    Pretty much, I am the next one who would receive the “family sickness”. I had a bad lifestyle, doing nothing and not enough exercise. Still I was skinny at that time (skinny still at the moment but not so bad as before).

    Last year I went to see my good friend who lives in Belgium. He’s in the bodybuilding world already, and he gave me the motivation to start to body build. I was into it but I wanted to do it the correct way. Like I said before on my other post, I am skinny and always has been (you probably know how that feels).

    Now, since I have found your program I am much stronger, a bit muscular and certainly will not have the chance anymore getting diabetes. I owe you my life, Vince. I recommend everyone to buy your program and/or learn your video coaching lessons.

  10. ..I am 48 now,i was practically a fitness guru besides of my daily swimming;i spent time at gyms more than anywhere else i was 14yrs old..i have tried all kind of muscle training,pilates,Tae boe,spinning etc.. to pilates,Nia,yoga etc..to cycling,treadmills,ellipticals and other cardio machines &power plates..
    I ended up by having pain everywhere especially neck ,back and shoulder;i am still trying to do what i can but i am sure that i am not doing the right things; I NEED YOUR HELP!

  11. Is it okay to use equipment like the ab wheel to strengthen your abs because I bought the ab wheel watched the tutorials on youtube on how to use it that other gym instructers posted. Itried it exactly the way they told me to do it and I found that it only put strain on my back.

    I just watch you skydive. well got tell you got lot guts to do that. I have hard time just to get on airplane. I just started working out about two months ago. I do the 4 to 8 system. thats where if you can do the weight more then eight time that mean need to increse the weight next time. I also keep log what weights i do. My wife thinks im crazy for do that because she see nobody else doing that at beallys. I use to get muscle magazine but i dont any more because i hate all the ad in it. it s more ad in it then about working out. some time i would look at it at story just get some tips but wont by it. not worth money with all the ad in it. oh I have question for you. after i work out i go to the suna for 10 min then the steam room for 10 min. What your thought of this?? am i wasting my time doing this???? I love geting you emails. i look for them everyday. well i go for now.

    I am a 61 year old male weighing 185 at about 9% body fat. I am 6′ 2″ tall and feel that I can realistically reach 210 pounds in lean form. I have always been thin with very little muscle mass. At one time I did weigh 250 but lost over 70 pounds about 10 years ago. I would like to access the No-nonsense DVD series in order to reach this goal in a natural way. I stay away from supplements and drugs. I want to live a long and healthy life.

  15. Dear Vince,
    I am a 45 year old father of 6 ( I am a Sheriff’s detective, so already you know I can’t afford this. As much as I so want to buy them, if I could.Not a heart tug ploy..its the truth! ) My story is simple. I want your system to bring to the next level! I weighed 298 lbs at one time. When I said enough was enough, I weighed at 280lbs. I could walk up a flight of stairs without needing a nap. I have been teaching martial arts since 1996 and over the past few years though i was just standing around “looking regal” and only doing exercises or techniques when I absolutely had to. I was a mess. Then one day I had a man by the name of Allen Gray come into my life. He came to the school that I teach at and began having a grappling class on Thursday nights. I jumped at the chance to get into a ground fighting class and never looked back. The problem that I had was of course I was huge and out of shape. I knew I needed to up my fitness level. I got the Tae Bo amped DVD(s) and worked until my fitness level was elevated to the point that I could legitimately participate in MMA grappling and Mixed martial arts. I work out an hour and fifteen to an hour and half at least 5 days a week. I’ve run 15 minutes on the treadmill at 4.5 to 5.0, I do three five minute rounds on the bag, and I do ground work ( grappling dummy, push ups, and other floor work) and I am down to 242lbs, I’m in better shape that my students, and still can’t get my six pack on. I have plateaued and can get out of the 240(s) Given the chance, I would take and use your DVD set as my new personal trainer. I will take a before and after photo to note my progress that I know I will finally get with your system and raise your banner high as you get my person to a even higher level of fitness and get me to an even better competitor level…stronger and faster. I would definitely promote your system to all who would listen. Just in your free coaching sessions I have seen the there are some things I am already doing both right and unfortunately also wrong.   16. I ‘AM’ WHAT VINCE ‘WAS’
    It wasn’t your bundle of knowledge of how to gain weight, it wasn’t even the praises of my friends who have benefited from your program, but it was your story that hooked me to your program. When i read of how you were a thin weak looking guy who’s friends use to playfully tease you about, it instantly reminded me of myself.
    Genetically i’m a short thin guy and i’m constantly getting teased about it. “LIttle man”, “wee man”, are all some of the names i’m called. People also make reference to how scrawny i am.
    I’d had just about enough until my friends recommended i check your website out… i was abit sceptical at first as my friends had a medium build anyway and at that stage i was under the impression that if you had a build like that you could easily shape that into musscle but with my build that i couldn’t really do anyhing drastic.
    But after reading how you were in the same boat as me i began to think that maybe it’s not a waste of time after all. I have been receiving your emails and so far the most valuable things i have got out of them is your “How to get super strong” post with your interview with Zach Even-Esh… it was straight to the point and you asked the perfect questions that would ony mean you could get the perfect answers.
    I have been quite successful in motivating myself to work out and I have noticed my muscles getting a bit bigger, but not my physique. I believe your dvd will push me past the only slight muscle gain i have already and i know that my confidence with only sky rocket after achieving the results i anticipate with your dvd.

  17. Hey Vince,

    Great info! However, I would strongly encourage everyone to stay away from soy products. They are bad news.
    Most soy products in our country are higly processed in ways that makes their proteins impure and increases the amount of carcinogens. Also, soy products contain isoflavons that have been shown to increase testosterone levels, disrupt reproductive systems and thyroid function.
    Fermented soy products like miso and tempeh are fine in moderation, however stay away from other soy products.

  18. Dear Vince,

    I got onto your website from Mike Geary’s website. I had a traumatic brain injury about 4 and a half years ago and have lost my peripheral vision in both eyes to the right. Also, because of my injury I have drop foot in my left keg. I cannot run, skip, or jump as I used to. I’ve also developed a little belly fat and I find it disgusting. I try to eat healthy, but I’m limited as to what I can get because I can’t get around like I used to. I’d like to be able to work out again and get back into shape. I find that a lot of the information you put on your website is correct and I’d like to be able to follow it.

    Sonny Vincent here love the name Vince. Just to let you know I have finally got into full time training today Monday 30th March starting off with the USD training. Will do this for the next four weeks then step up to the next level looking forward to this.
    A little profile on myself my age, a very young sixty five years have always been into fitness Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do been instructing for twenty odd years have given that away but still do the odd night of instructing when needed. My main topic now is body building. Have been body building for about four years without much to see for all these years of hard work and sweat. I’ve been told I’m one of these hard gainers, and also with my age it makes gaining muscle that much harder, I don’t believe this and hopefully your course will prove them wrong. I have tried a lot of other course including without mentioning any names Truthabout abs, and three other well known bodybuilders with no results. I have entered into the New Zealand Masters body building comp which comes up in July 2009 I have four months to get into shape. Around my waist I have loose skin and around my chest I have man boobs not to bad but still quiet embrassing. Any help in these areas please to help me get rid of this embrassing fat and gain muscle. I weigh 160lbs height 5ft 9ins body fat 24 I try and stay around 1600cal a day any improvement on this would also be appreciated again to help with the comp.

    I bought your 6 pack and muscle building program, let me tell you, it was the best thing i have ever did. First of all, i am not a rookie in the field of fitness, i am a physical education teacher and a fitness instructor.

    So what i have appreciated in these two programs, or better yet, your philosophie, is the education factor in your programs. You push people to be independant, and not depend on one « fitness GOD ».

    I have found in your programs all that i need to take care of my body like i always wanted, help with my education, and in my fitness coaching. It’s like going to night school all year round.

    In my quest to have the « perfect body », i cycle the two programs like so : between August and April, i use the nonsense bodybuilding program, between April and July, i use the nonsense six packs program.

    All of my past knowledge did’t help me with my quest to be a ectomorph with a body not just fit but looking fit. The biggest frustration is that i was always fit but not looking the part.

    Today, my goals are not completly reach yet, but lets face it, when you love to train and when you are educated and when you see some results; the goals always gets hire or different.

    One of my goals that’s reached is the fact that i am looking more like a sprinter and less like a long distance runner.

  22. From Boy….to BUFF…that’s what happened after I began implementing Vince Delmonte’s workouts into my workout. I was always labeled the underdog, the little man, and the young buck. I am 23 years old and I was tired of people touching me, putting their arm around me, and introducing me to their friends by saying,” Oh hey guys, this is my little, older bro/friendDexter. He’s older than me, but im the bigger muscled one.” This made me sick. I was tired of being the last guy on the court picked to play hoops, and I was tired of being the last guy a girl wanted to ask to dance. Once people met me, they loved me, but they judged me as being weak on the inside, because of how weak I looked on the outside. I knew, like Obama, it was time for a change, but I didn’t know what to do. I began doing the usual workouts I did in high school during football and basketball season, but after a few months of small gains, my muscles plateaued.   23. Why would I recommend Vince’s 6 pack system to my friends?

    I will just say this:

    You need to follow Vince’s system because Vince is in one word – inspirational.

    Let me tell you how I discover Vince’s system. Like most average guy, I have suffered from “Skinny Fat Guy Syndrome” even though my body type is mesomorph. I tried to lose fat with pills and cardio but as a result, I get thinner but I become pencil-shape. That is when I started to do weight lifting. I read from internet, magazines and after a few weeks, I got muscle but then again my belly began to show.

    And I even thought 6-pack abs is unattainable or unrealistic goal. Then I stumbled upon Vince’s web site.

    At first, I was skeptical. But after reading more of Vince’s material, I realize his system is no BS. He is not just trying to sell his system and disappear. Even though you do not purchase his program, his YouTube shows, training tips and his blog give you many good advice. Most fitness experts jealously guarded those secrets let alone update the blog with valuable info like Vince did. And most amazingly, he gave those information free.

    One thing that I wanted to point out is “to cardio or not to cardio”. That is where I got conflicted and perpetually confusing information from muscle world. But Vince explained it well and his explanation is very reasonable. After all, he has walked the walk and compete in fitness model competition.

    And now, for the first time in my life, I can see 2 pack abs. I know it has been a long way to 6 pack abs but with advice and guidance from Vince together with hard work from me, I am confident of getting it.

    If I have to complain, the only thing that I find out about Vince’s system is it is not causal reading. You cannot just glance through. The information he gave are all really important stuff that they really need to be sinked in to you.

    I wanted to update you on the progress I’ve made using your coaching. In the last 2 years I have been working on getting my health and appearance back on track. I made some decent progess but 3 months ago I set some pretty high goals for my upcoming 50th birthday.   25. Well let me start off by saying that finding your website Vince has been a blessing. I have not purchased your product but hopefully in the near future I will have one.
    Where to start? I got married 4 years ago and thought of myself as someone that was in pretty good shape. I went to the gym 4-5 times a week and did cardio every once and while, however, I slowly started to see myself change for the worse. I gained 40 pounds and I was very displeased with myself. I started looking for answers every where on the internet, and tried I don’t know how many workouts and diets. It wasn’t until my son was born this past year that I really decide things had to change. I want to be the dad he could look up to and not embrassed by. Shortly after that moment in my life I found your website. I was skeptical at first but then thought I have tried everything else. I started reading your comments and watching your videos, and was very impressed, motivated, excited. I started your 6 week muscle building workout with the cardio suggestions and just finish it this past week, and can really see and feel the difference. I lost 6 pound and every single lift I was doing I progressed on, and the best part about it was I never lost interest in it. I have to admit though starting out that first week was a killer, and the workout should be labeled not for the faint. But thanks for everything, you don’t know how much it is appreciated and if my some miracle I win, that would be the topping on the cake. Honestly I have never won anything and I won’t be surprised if I don’t win this one, just know that you are appreciate.     I am at my last year of high school. I am in very good shape and i have been following your advice for a couple of months now (that’s why im such a good shape:) ).
    I havent purchased your program because, like i said, I am still in high school and some thing still depend on my paretns. I can’t eat whatever I want whenever I want and I still get bosed around :(.
    Still, I have achieved amazing results just from subscribing to your site and following the advice you gave me.
    This has lead me to a conclusion. You prgoram must REALY KICK A**. If I can achieve results like these from simple videos on youtube and some e-mails, the whole program must be OUT OF THIS WORLD. Amazing! I did a fitness evaluation at my gym recently. The trainer that evaluated me was shoked. I scored excelent on every single test. Im pretty sure i set some new records! The expression on his face was priceless! Height: 5 foot 10, weight: 163 lbs, body fat: 7,7 %, lean mass: 151 lbs, total weight from fat: 12 lbs.
    My friends have sstarted to get pretty jealous, and i am recondnized for being one of the people with the best bodies tot he school i go to (I had no idea of this till after we had to go to pool for gym class:)).
    Scince I started following your advice, i started living better period. My grades went up (I got accepted in one of the best schools around were i live, so hapy for that!), my social life improoved and not to mention the gainns I made on a fitness level.
    I am not overexagerating any of this, and i want to thank you for all your help. You may not know it, but Vince, you helped me alot.
    Still trying to work my parents into gettimg me the program.. The DVD seems more apealing to them because it isn’t sometihng over the internet. Il get a job the summer when school is out, make some money and realy start building more muscle. I would love to own the DVD series, know that I am getting all the right info i need to perfect my physique, and not listen to garbage from people that don’t know what they are doing. One thing im sure of now, you oare one of the best when it comes to this sport !

  28. I’m a High School senior and I’m a bit out of shape and have no money. I did martial arts, but all the workouts I learned left me a skinny guy. So I searched the web and found your advice Vince. I have no weights, but I kept in mind your advice and started to eat like you recomended, and apply your 8:1:4 technique to my all my workouts like push ups, sit ups, and lunges. Right when I started to do so I had more energy to workout and began to feel like my muscles were just splitting. Five days later I can easily do 20 more push ups than last Saturday and I’m feeling stronger and a lot less lethargic. After these small but immediate results I know you know what your doing and and that you really want to help us skinny guys out, and I wish I could get your full system. I also wish you offered more bodyweight workouts that I can do to get bigger, because I have no weights and no money to join a gym, but I know that if I really want to get bigger I’ll have to use weights someday. Hopefully I’ll get some money in the future and be able to invest more than just my time. Still, your advice Vince has gotten me stronger in just a week, without weights! I’m feeling stronger, healthier, and I’m filled with enthusiasm to start looking better too.

This is true when people are trying to put all blames on their genetics and never care for what they either donot care about or they are oblivious of the facts that it is only their own perseverance and hard work that matters and no matter how they do it , it is always going to pay off later. this program offers everthing for all beginers or advanced people to imrprove on their techniques and break off the pleatu phase.

  30. Hi Vince, I just wanted to start off by saying how much I appreciate everything you’ve done for me. I started off seriously working out about a year and a half ago (and it was really due to your videos – they inspired me more than you can imagine). I think the biggest reason it had taken me so long to get serious about my fitness was a lack of motivation. I’ve always been a small, skinny kid, and seeing the other bigger guys in the gym just made me feel obsolete. I wanted to get bigger and more muscular, but I felt like it was pointless even trying. But then I saw your “Skinny Vinny” testimonies, and I realized, “hey, if he can do it, why can’t I?” Ever since I’ve been working out so hard and keeping up a good diet, and I can’t even tell you how much my body has changed since I started taking your personal fitness advice. I can now legpress 1200 pounds (for one or two reps only, mind you), do 50 pound dumbell overhead presses, 100 pound Goblet Squats, and can bench 175% of my bodyweight. I weigh 140 pounds and I can bench 245 for my one rep max. I’ve even taken my cardio to the next level (I saw your video on the truth about cardio and I couldn’t agree more, so I make sure that when I do it at the end of my workouts, I go ALL out). I’ve even gotten the rest of my weight training class motivated to work out harder – I’ve set up a website for them so that I can help them the same way you’ve helped me (and I even included a link to your videos to help them discover the same great advice I used myself ;])
    In all honesty, I teach the class more than my weight training teacher does – he usually just sits back and lets me take over for the period!
    And its all thanks to you Vince.
    I’m only 17, in grade 12 and a measly 5’4″, but with your help, I’ve (quiet honestly, I’m not pulling your leg) become the strongest student in my weight training class, and currently hold 3 all-time school records in the weight room.

    First off I would like to say that I love your program and I tell all my friends and family that if they want fast muscle gain or fat loss then your program is the way to go. In 2004 I was diagnosed with cronic kidney disease. This disease restricts me from certain foods that can put even the slightest strain on my kidneys. So, being diet restricted, I was always not taking in enough calories and my phisique paid the price. I graduated high school at a measley 112 pounds and i was constantly made fun of. I lifted weights every day in hope of packing on some size but after 6 months I had gained close to nothing. Then I realized I need a quality program that is proven to work. Thats when I stumbled upon no nonsense muscle building. Reading about your success and hard work inspired me to overcome my condition, eat enough of the right foods to gain muscle, and work extremely hard in the gym. In one year i went from weighing 112 pounds at 4% body fat to 170 pounds at 9% body fat. Im no longer made fun of, my friends and family are wowed by my change, and I can’t thank you enough!     I would like to tell you that you have made a huge difference in my life and what i am. You are there and that’s why i know i can follow you blindly. I don’t own the program yet because i am a student and don’t have money but your free workouts and newsletters are just awesome.

    I am doing 3d animation and have 2 sit all day at one place. Also i used 2 eat all crappy food. But since i started reading your articles i got inspiration to work towards my body and within few months i have changed my self. I have lost 15Kgs till now yes 15!! I was 88 kgs and now i am 72-73. I am loosing more and trying also to gain muscle. I have got so amazing compliments from my friends and family and everyone i know. Its like i have got reborn. I even have got a girl now and am very happy. More than making me fit it has added to my happiness.

  35. Hi Vince
    After not exercising for over a year and being very skinny myself i thought it would be impossible to put on weight, especially considering i have a poor appetitie and dairy allergy. I Checked out Muscle Gain Truth and Shaun Le Braun, both very good courses, but something told me to stick with yours. I’m glad i did. Using the 4wk UDT programme my appetitie improved vastly, I put on lean muscle, my arms got thicker and all in all the transformation has been astounding. I don’t take any pre or post workout shakes/supplements e.g Creatine or protein shakes at all. The amazing thing is i’ve put on lean muscle, and done it all through punishing myself in the gymn and focusing on the goal of getting a ripped body.
    Biggest frustration is starting work soon, and not knowing if i’ll keep the programme under an hour. I only have a max of an hour in the morning. Wandering how best to cut the reps and sets to fit it all in.
    I like the fact this system is logical and easy to follow. It’s challenging, but it really does work and delivers results with awesome power. I’m determined to get a ripped body, if only to show that you don’t need supplements and that stuff to get ripped.
    Things i didn’t like, to be honest i love the gymn and working out so when i had the time and pushed 2 hours in the gymn, and got the results it was all worth it. When i start work i wont have enough time, apart from the hour in the morning, so i’m going to play around with the sets and reps to fit it all in.
    I feel that i have a new power and zest about life, i feel comfortable and happy with the reults so far and look forward to working harder to get the body i’ve waited a long time for, and nothing is stopping me from getting it, No Nonsense Muscle Building that’s all..

    That’s it and can’t wait for the DVD launch, it will certainly be a must have tool, and finally get to see whether i’m doing it right and get some needed motivation when times get hard, and you just need that coaching.   36. I have recommended this to a few people, What I have told them was…. I have reasearch this program for litteraly for about 1 year. I finally decided what do I have to lose, I have spent more money on crappy supplements and got nowhere with them except a chub gut. I’m proof of this does actually work, I’m only 7weeks into it now and have put on close to 15lbs. I was about 148lbs when I started and now i’m at 162lbs. It’s all in how much effort you put in.

    What finally made me take the program was about 10weeks ago when I was looking through some pics and noticed how small I was. Always wanting to beat the skinny guy syndrome I said to myself….. If I want to change I needed to change my routine in all aspects. From eating to working out regularly.

  38. I have not done your program but I have been researching it a bit. As far as how I would advise a friend to do your program….First, I probably wouldn’t; I know that is not what you want to hear but the reality is 98% of people would not apply themselves to do your program or any result producing program. I have written programs for many people who claim they want to get in shape-but then they don’t do them. Now I will only give or recommend certain training programs after they have shown that they can commit to something first. Such as a diet commitment or a low grade cardio commitment which I set the rules for. If they can show a commitment to that for two weeks straight with no excuses then I would look to recommend or write them a training program and give my time and advice. Your programs look sound and I will be applying your principles to my training. I am very interested in your DVD series coming but I won’t lie and tell you that I am going to go and buy them when they come out. If I were to be considered for your pre-release give-away; I would give them a very honest assessment and comment on the content and personal results from the workouts and how I felt they improved my over all well-being. Thank you for your consideration and good luck in your selection process.

  39. Hey Vince, firstly, before when I started to do your program I was skinny 15 year old weighing 53 kg, inactive and had absolutely no idea what to do to become stronger and get a six pack. Always with my peer group I got put downs for being the weakest and skinniest of the group. And also I had no chance with the women.

    Now already for 8-9 weeks with your program and having a gym membership I am much stronger and have 2 pack abs. I didn’t checked my weight so I wouldn’t have a clue how much I weigh. Still I’m skinny but I have received much more respect from my friends. I will seriously hope that I will become even more stronger and sexy after 6 months.

  42. Hey Vince, before I started this program I was very unhealthy, I had problem with my iron and vitamin levels. I was 195cm, and weighing 64kg. When I started your program I started getting results so quickly. I found out if I applied your theory to another bodybuilders theory it will equal great gains.
    I started of working out with my cousin 3 times a week, it got me some really good gains and my health was im proving.
    3 months ago I joined the gym, I am know doing a split workout. I eat good every day, and train hard. I started taking suplements and thery’re really helping.
    I currently am 197cm and weigh 95kg. I went to the doctor to see how much muscle and how much fat I gained. My gains in muscle were 91% and in fat only 9%.

  44. For the past few months I have been scouring the Internet for as much info. As I could find on body building, weight loss, and nutrition. I have found tons of information and put a lot of it to use in the gym. This program appears very promising, but I guess I won’t know if it’s worth it unless I buy it come April 7th. I am 17 years old, a junior on the varsity basketball team with large muscular legs, a large core but covered in edipose tissue, and skinny noodle arms. I have never been more motivated in my entire life, when it comes to working out. I just want my work to pay off. Somone respond and tell me this is the right program, or u r confident it will work. I don’t want to be dissapointed again.

  45. Vince, I started working out about five and a half months ago using your program. I purchased your fat loss program to get six pac abs. I am 54 and I wasn’t sure I was going to suceed. Or if a six pac was possible at my age.
    I was out of shape and wearing size 38 waist pants with 24% body fat. My fat belly hanging over my pants like a 210 pound blob. I began using your programs. I read every e-mail you sent and I watched all the really cool videos you posted. I worked my core mussels to build strenght. I ate like you show. I got up early and did my cardio the way you show. I even do the crunches/leg lifts on the swiss ball holding the bench handle as you show. Holly Sh-t man, do they burn, but they work great. I now have SIX PAC ABS for the first time in my life thanks to your tips and insperational e-mails!!! My arms are even growing which I have always had a hard time getting to grow. I have a better body now at age 54 than I ever did in my life. I am a true hard gainer but I have mussels popping up that I have to look up on the internet to be sure they belong on the human body. I am now wearing size 30 waist pants and 155 pounds, 10% body fat, and no loose skin. I know that sounds skinny until you look at my chest and arm size. I have become v shaped and have hard lean mussel every where, even my butt. I am now using your advanced builder nutrition plan to gain weight and bulk up without getting fat. I know it will work without doubts because of the results I have gotten from your programs so far with no BS. I know I will suceed in building my battleship.   46. As a teen, it seemed that all throughout my life people have always had something to say about my physique. In middle school, I was too fat and pudgy. So I lost some weight. But in the beginning of high school, I was too skinny as was often viewed as weak. Sick of it all, I decided to start going to my local gym. But I was below amateur, and had no idea what I was doing. I made no successful gains, and felt like a failure. And that is when I discovered this site. Vince, your story was so inspirational I just had to sign up my email for your videos and advice. I took to heart your every word about screw-ups in the gym in your e-article, mostly because I was making so many of them! And now that’s its been a few weeks, I have noticed some gradual gains in muscle mass and I am very proud of it! I have especially noticed gained in my arms and chest (i’ve gained 1.5 and 2 inches on each, respectively). Also, I’ve put on about 7 pounds of overall muscle already!   47. I bought your 6 pack and muscle building program, let me tell you, it was the best thing i have ever did. First of all, i am not a rookie in the field of fitness, i am a physical education teacher and a fitness instructor.
    So what i have appreciated in these two programs, or better yet, your philosophie, is the education factor in your programs. You push people to be independant, and not depend on one « fitness GOD ».
    I have found in your programs all that i need to take care of my body like i always wanted, help with my education, and in my fitness coaching. It’s like going to night school all year round.
    In my quest to have the « perfect body », i cycle the two programs like so : between August and April, i use the nonsense bodybuilding program, between April and July, i use the nonsense six packs program.
    All of my past knowledge did’t help me with my quest to be a ectomorph with a body not just fit but looking fit. The biggest frustration is that i was always fit but not looking the part.
    Today, my goals are not completly reach yet, but lets face it, when you love to train and when you are educated and when you see some results; the goals always gets hire or different.
    One of my goals that’s reached is the fact that i am looking more like a sprinter and less like a long distance runner.

When I stumbled upon your site, I was a collegiate athlete turned trainer and felt pretty confident that I was knowledgeable enough to achieve the dream physique that has somehow always managed to elude me. I would always get sooo close to the goal- training diligently and eating clean. I’ve followed cookie-cutter programs and ended up bored. But I was intrigued by your testimony and profile At the same time I was fully convinced that I’d be using your money-back guarantee after I read your program and saw that it was just like the rest….but it wasn’t. When I reviewed your SixPack Abs program, it all just made so much sense, and it was simple (not to be confused with easy). I loved learning that I COULD achieve my goal without endless bouts of muscle-eating cardio. But I think the best deal is that you challenged me to THINK for myself about the different variables- NOT like the cookie-cutter deals of my past. So I was very eager to apply the skills.
    I regret I didn’t take pictures or measurements, but what I CAN say is that after almost 6 weeks on your program I lost about 7 pounds on the scale and about 3% bodyfat, and here’s the kicker: I was wearing a dress size 6 which I haven’t worn since junior high!!   49. Hi Vince, I hope that the date in the email regarding the free DVD is wrong since it says the 21 of march. I think that it is, so here is my attemt to win the DVD’s. I have be blessed with a great metabolism. Unfortunately that means that I have been skinny most of my life. This was a good thing in college since I did not get the freshman 15 or any of that weight. I was very active but never had a chest or pecs. I still don’t. I hope that with the help of your program and the new gym that I have started to go to I will be able to great the body that I want. I am the opposite I want to gain 10 -15 pounds.   50. ok ill be honest with you Vince the answer of the question ok if would have to recomend this what would i tell ok i would say that it is a great program the couch is pretty honest, you tell exactly what to do to get to the goal even though its not easy at all, so summarizing it I would tell it changes your life but you need to work your ass off
    I don’t know my results yet but I have gone bigger on the top and skinner on the button also main thing I used to smoke thing that I don’t do any more since I have to make the abb cardio thing so thanks to you my man I am nicotine free I really appreciate that was one of my biggest problem and I don’t care if I don’t win I just wanted to say that now I can run i can do a lot of things and I feel bad for the people that smoke and are putting there life on the edge

  51. i am a 23 year old male who had severe back surgery at the age of 18. im not a big guy by any means as it is and i have to work extremely hard to gain any muscle size at all. by the time i had had surgery i went from 175 to 139 in a couple of months. the doctors told me i could no longer play sports, exercise to a degree of weight lifting anyway. i had to change my career and complete way of life. my natural body weight settled between 145 and 150, and was very weak. my wife left me over a year ago, and i decided to just go to the gym, because i was tired of not being able to do the things i used to. i began using the same principles, and suggestions from my own experience and research that vince delmonte has displayed. i went from 149, benching 110 lbs, to 165 benching 230 in six months. i have the strongest core in the gym, eight pack, went from 11 inch biceps to 14 1/2 inch. and i am still increasing in size but mainly strength. i am back to playing sports, and doing everything they told me i would not be able to, i look and feel fantastic.

    vince i believe you have a great program for building both and viewing what you have posted on youtube and what not i have been noticing serious size difference, since i started your program. my nutrition is not the best, in that i do not eat very much although i know i should eat more. but i would like to thank you for your tips and pointers, for little guys like me who want to build without pumping myself with juice.

  52. Hi Vince. Like many others, I have tried program after program with little results. Even when I first saw your program, you stated that there were a lot of programs out there, and if I had already started one, stick with it. Dont keep jumping programs as you wont get the results…or not as good.
    I did sign up for your 6pak Quest program, and although I still have not reached my goals, I am on the way. I have lost close to 10 pounds and two inches on my waist. Yeah!!
    I would highly recommend your programs to my friends and family as the one BIG ingredient with your programs that I have not yet seen with the others, is you provide the workout videos and you are actually performing the exercises. As you say, this is the closest we can get to having you as a personal trainer…which is what I need. I am a visual learner. Show me how to do something..and I will be much better at it than just reading a description. Show me what I can achieve, with you being that reference, and I will focus on my goals to achieve.

Hi I miss the date of March 21, but like to say that do to my accident in Sept 08, It is taken long recovery.I will start again but I did lose 20 – 40 lbs in the accident went from 150 lbs to 123 lbs. I’am at 145 lbs now thats only one day a week training do to not enough energy. So see you people when Start going i’ll take pictires soon.

  57. I just have to say Vince, I had never had any of your books but signed up for your free downloads and I love all of the information and knowledge that you possess about something that I am so passionate about and that is weight training.

    I started getting back into bodybuilding seriously about 3 yrs ago. I picked up a trainer that I had met who I could afford, and began working out with him about 3 days a week. He helped me put a nutritious diet plan together to get me the amount of protein, carbs and healthy fats that I would need to lose the extra weight I had put on. I was never overweight but just soft and was tired of always wearing a jacket over my tighter tops because of belly fat and love handles.

    Well it is now 3 yrs later and I am going to be competing in my very first bodybuilding show in about 5 weeks. I have just turned 50, I am at 133.8 pounds and I am at 8.1% body fat. At this point I am working with two trainers because they each possess knowledge that I need to be successful in entering this contest. If I do well at my first show, my trainer is a show promoter and I will enter his show exactly 1 week later. I am very proud of myself and I cannot believe the compliments that I get from women about my arms and how cut they are and how can they achieve this same look.

    I am obsessed with reading and learning as much as I can and that is why I love reading everything that you put out on your website.

    I started working out Feb 1st 2009, wanting to get in shape for the summer. I am progressing well ( I think lol). Heres my measurements for Feb 1st. I weighed 167 lbs at 21% body fat. Neck – 15″, Shoulders- 43 3/4 “, Chest- 36 1/2″, Biceps- 12 1/4″ L+R, Forearms- 10 3/8″ L, 11″ R, Hips- 35 1/2″, Legs- 21 1/2″ L+R, Calves- 13 7/8″ L, 14″ R. Here is my new measurements for March 25th. I Currently weigh 175 lbs at 19 % body fat. Neck- 15 1/2″, Shoulders- 45″, Chest- 37 3/4″, Biceps- 12 3/4″ L+R, Forearms- 10 3/4″ L, 11″ R, Hips- 36″, Legs- 22″ L, 22 1/2″ R, Calves- 14 1/4” L+R. I know its nothing crazy but it feels great to actually be gaining. I purchased to NNBB program, and have followed the 3500 cal meal plan to a T, giving up everything from cake to pop. I have recommended NNBB to friends, and I hope to be the go to guy in the future. I enjoy helping others out when in need. Whether I get this dvd or not, I hope everyone can get the same inspiration and motivation I got from this program.

  60. Before ever coming upon your videos and advice, I was always misguided. Although I am still somewhat young, I knew that there was no time to waste. For me, it is not about losing weight, it is about gaining weight. In other words, I was extremely skinny before. In many cases I would be referred to as the skinny guy, whether it be by my family or by friends at school. Note that my intention is not to gain smpathy but to point out that your (Vince) advice and tips have aided me in taking that turn in my life. Through your video coaching lessons I’ve learned about what it meant to actually push myself. Before I would just give up and end with no beneficial results. Like I said, I am still young but I find health to be something everyone needs to be critical of at any age. I’ve been working on the meal plans lately as well, I finally understand that exercise and the right foods are what will truly get me to where I want to be. I have gained at least 5 lbs from the start, it may not sound like a lot but being a once skinny fellow, it’s more then an inspiring start. That’s just the thing, I am still progressing and will reach for the point I want to be at and continue. I know I will because of all of the information from you, Vince.   61. your programme has change the shape and attiudes of at least 56 people that i work with . with life the way it is and time and work and family people find that thiis is a great excuse not to take the time to feel good about them self and to keep them self healthy . i operate a fitness and weight loss studio my focus is to work with people with the fear of gyms , i teach themtofeelgood about who they are for 2 years i have tried weight circuits , step, combat, bla blawhat ever was out there, these classes were a hour long and long they were , and myself taking 40 of these a week was taking its toll on me and me again ,i was ready to give it all up , and then you can onto my email list , what a change , the clients work 30 mins the results are amazing the classes are shorter and the results in the ladies are showing quicker and now the bigboys in the gym are taking on your work outs and loving the challange , this has made a huge differene to alot of peopleslives in our small town of stratford new zealand, and when out of towners come to trian at the studio they see what we are doing and are blown away by the training theyget in such a short time . thank you because i am female this gives me a big head and a smle on my face when i no i can provide a mean good training for the biggest and strongest person that enter my studio , and always provide a programme thatreshapes my ladies . me well i have not competed for 1 year but i know with your programmes i cld drop a comp with 10 days now if i was to, and one more thing my biking team have allnoticed the srenght and cardio levels have improved 100 % in only the last 6 weeks , my biggest result is a ladie of 146 kg and in 30 weeks is now 88 k and one of my top road races , gone fromsize 28 pants which hang on the wall , now to a size 14 and now has life insurance cover lol great stuff, i have 4 more ladies taking the challange willkeep you posted , thanks again you make training fun and excited never no what is coming next thanks again carol

    I’ve decided to begin using your program to get into the best physical condition I can. I’m a 46-year-old woman wanting to feel better about the way I look. Overall, people think that I am slim, but I know the truth that is hiding behind the clothes I wear…I am really soft and out of shape! I sometimes sooth myself by saying that I look better than the average woman in her mid-40s, but that’s just an excuse for not dedicating myself to achieving what I know is possible for me.

    The other excuse I use in my mind is that I have had arthritis for all of my adult years and my hands, wrists, and elbows are significantly deformed. One of my primary challenges has been that I have no range of motion in my wrists and limited range in my elbows, so my forearms, expecially, have no muscle or strength and I usually wear long sleeves becuase i don’t people to see what my arms look like.

    Now, I’d like to ask you, do you have any suggested exercises that I might be able to do that will allow me to work my arms, though I have this limited molibilty? And also, do you know if the hormonal changes that I will experience by changing my diet will be beneficial in eleviating arthritic symptoms? I’m not not very confident in doctors, so please, don’t tell me to talk with my doctor before I undertake your program.

    I just wanna tell you about the success i’ve had with your no-nonsense program! Before i started i’d been training for about a year but had made 5 pounds of muscle gain at most. Everytime i went to the gym i just used the machines, my ego too ashamed to go to the free weights section with the bigger, stronger intimidating guys. I was spinning my wheels and going nowhere. And then I found your program. I stopped labelling myself with the “hardgainer” tag, and as soon as i did i realised that it wasn’t as hard as i thought to grow! I left my ego at the door, went to the free weights section, and started training like an animal. I used your nutrition programme to counter my fast metabolism and in the last 5 months i’ve gone up from 65kgs to 74kgs. Thanks to you i’ve managed to put on size without burning away my cash on pointless supplements that promised so much and gave so little! All i’ve used the whole way through is good old whey, and now I can say that i’m totally happy with the way I look, the first time I could say that in a long while.

  64. Your tips and videos have helped me sooo much. I just had a baby six months ago and im trying to get my body back to the way it used to be. Everything i have tried hasnt shown any signs of helping. but your tips and videos are definetly something i can go by and am already seeing some improvement, especially in my tummy area. that was such a problem area for me to deal with because everything else i did would hurt with no results. I believe that information is power especially when it’s combined with hard work and action. I’ve been working out a long time and I’ve seen ‘some’ results. When I received your UDT I decided to put everything I’ve done up until now aside and put faith and trust in your program. I started with the body weight circuit and the next day did the upper body workout and was so excited when I woke up the next day and was sore!!! The 1 ½’s are amazing!!!   67. Hey Vince, I justed wanted to say thanks for your excellent contribution to my outlook in life. I havnt actually bought your course, but I follow your blogs and free you tubes videos religiously. Just by changing my mindset completely on what I been taught during school and by applying what you sent me for free, I have dropped from 90Kg (21% Body fat) to 78.5Kg (14.5Kg). I totally agree with the no BS method approach to this. I even record my meal plans and added buying some new things in my groceries. I could carry on and on……….. but now on my way to having a six pack pack for the first time in my life. There definately a light at the end of this tunnel.

  68. Hi Vince,

    My story isn’t my own – it belongs to my wife who is my fitness inspiration but I felt it deserved to be told.

    She started out many years ago in high school as the typical teenage girl – not happy about her size and not knowing what to do about it. While going through college and university, she took it upon herself to learn about proper nutrition and implemented a good exercise program. She continued on this path after school and even helped me with my own nutrition (which was horrific to say the least).

    Last summer, we became pregnant with our first child. Determined to be fit during her pregnancy, my wife continued to workout and eat well. Many of her peers were concerned that she wasn’t gaining enough weight and criticized her about it. Normal weight gain for pregnancy is between 20-30 lbs – my wife gained 22 lbs. She experienced no back pain or water retention and was so fit during her pregnancy that during the last week she was able to walk a total of 30km without over-exerting herself.

    All that hard work paid off. Two weeks ago we had a beautiful little girl and my wife only had 6 hours of labour and only 7 minutes of pushing. She didn’t need any medication or drugs and was able to walk around almost immediately afterwards. Today, she only has 3 lbs to lose before she reaches her pre-pregnancy weight. She’s wearing her pre-pregnancy jeans and feeling and looking great!

    Because of her fitness and nutrition knowledge, my wife had a textbook pregnancy, labour and delivery. We both are healthier and live better lives because of what she has learned and applied. We plan to continue and expand our knowledge with a No-Nonsense DVD series and teach our children and family the value of good nutrition and exercise.

    Obviously I haven’t started on your program yet or I wouldn’t want the DVD’s. I have done my research though and know you are just what a girl needs to get where I need to be.
    Over the years I have been on a rollercoaster with my weight since I had my first child. Since then I have not been the same. I have struggled with being a size or two and sometimes three bigger than I want to be.
    I was told I was getting too old to wear a bikini. Yet, just turned 40 and I think your program may get me to make a bikini look good.
    My husband can’t wait to see the new me. I would like to be one of those people who look better in their 40s than they did in their 20s or 30s.
    I am in the need of a huge change in my life right now and think your DVDs might be the mid-life crisis diversion that would make me happy!
    I teach school, so my class would thank you as well for my positive change and outlook on life.

  75. I used to be once fat…(27% fat) well… it was embarrassing at school to be the slowest, the one who always had a low stamina and wasn’t fit at all whatsoever… even those who appeared fatter were better than me.

    In my school, PE (physical education) is split into two sets. The better group is in set one, and the rest in set two.

    In a beep test (some test we do for stamina) I had scored 3.2 (second one to come off the court)…

    I realized that I looked bad, depression, one of my friends was showing off how he was ripped and I was definitely pissed off by the end of it.

    I stumbled across this website in April 2008 and took the free workouts, I never bought the program! Then as time went on, I stopped reading e-mails sent from Vince, looking at them, I realized I lost some links that I could have opened and got to the secret – but, I didn’t give up and came back here in December 2008, I had already gone thin from earlier tips by him and by some ex-fat friends.

    A few weeks ago, in the beep test, I owned some of those in set one by an 8.1 and looking back at that day, I realize I never got warnings before running off, I should have stayed on and I guess I could have gone up to at least 9.1.

    Even my muscles are increasing in size. A friend of mine was surprised a few weeks ago that i had packed on so much muscle on my arms.

    Today, I saw myself in the mirror and was SHOCKED to see I had started to develop abs using Vince’s exercises, I do not lift weights, I don’t even have the full program – just tips from your videos on You Tube and this blog.

  76. Hey hows it going. Jus wanted to say got into doing weights last year after a knee injury ended any hopes i had of a career in squash. i was 255lbs of fat and really ashamed of myself. ive spent the last year doing my own thing in the gym and ive gone down to a weight of 210lbs. but now i want 2 pack on the muscle i am being to see big changes in my body shape but i think with your program i cld do it so much faster. really want 2 get a big build ready for the 2009/10 rugby season in university so i can go professional but i could do with your dvd to help. hope i win a copy of this because im not sure how i could buy this dvd as i live in the UK.

  77. No nonsense is a very appealing title to moms trying to stay in shape. It’s not about how skinny you are – it’s the shape you’re in and I love how I now have defined muscle tone. I don’t have a lot of time to workout, no time for the gym but I want to look good for myself (and my husband) and be in shape for my kids. I was a size 4/5 when I got pregnant with my first son 6 years ago. After my second son was born almost three years ago I wanted to get back in shape. This program kept me motivated, was flexible with my schedule and got me to a fit size 2. I have muscles without being bulky and I have all the energy I need for my boys.     I purchased your no nonsense 6 pack program the first day it came out and I have to say it changed my life. It has made me feel more confident in my self, I can actually go to the beach now and take off my shirt without having to worry about my belly fat because it is gone! My friends and family give me more respect, they did not think I would be motivated enough to actually continue to use this program.   87. I’ve been using your program for over a year now, and initially I was a bit sceptical, ashamed to write this but I even asked for my money back at one point. But that was before I actually just buckled down and applied myself 100% to the program. I was a skinny guy who’d been just happily using the machines at the gym, blissfully unaware at what I could actually look like. After seeing your program I just thought I’ve gotta do something otherwise I’ll be like this always.
    The hardest thing for me has been preparing the meal plans, its alot of work to get everything there and have it at the right times, I sometimes wish I had someone just to do that all for me!
    I think overall the program has given me more confidence and now I can look at the guys at school who used to be bigger than me and intimidate me and now its like the roles are reversed! Oh yea and now my wardrobe has changed from small/medium to large and I’m even thinking I may need to go up to extra large soon!
