Today’s chest workout is one you’ve probably never tried it before and is what I’m using to prepare for my upcoming photo shoot in 8 weeks.
What we’re going to be doing today is a chest workout the incorporates both high reps and heavy training into the SAME workout.
This chest workout will not only deliver extreme muscle pumps which will make you look more defined, but it will also help to prevent muscle breakdown by increasing protein synthesis.

A1) Decline Dumbbell Presses
A2) Decline Cable Presses
B) Reverse Band Bench Press
C1) Incline Dumbbell Press
C2 ) Standing Neutral Grip Incline Cable Press
