I hope you have a great night but then, it will be time to take off the party hat and get focused on the next 12 months ahead of you…

Can you clarify your year in ONE word? It’s a great little exercise…

Anyways, 2015 is going to be about one word for me: NO-NONSENSE. The same word I built my life and brand around in 2006. However, over the last few years I’ve lost my way here and there and this past month I have had a huge awakening. I have regained a sense of clarity of who I am, where I am going and where I want to take YOU. Like Stephen Covey says, “Start with the end in mind!” That’s what I’m (re) doing.

If you need the New Year to get refocused, you’re not a bad person. In fact, I LOVE the New Year and always take advantage of the energy in the air. Don’t know what it is but there is something magical about it.

However, before you hit the ground running, have a PLAN in place. Remember, Failing to Plan is Planning to Fail.

So to kick off the year I want to share with you a brand new seminar just filmed at a recent Muscle Camp that will help you plan a big 2015. This information is mostly in application to helping you build your first 30lbs… next 20lbs… or final 10lbs of muscle… however, you’ll find that a number of the principles will help you lead a no-nonsense type of life, too. My goal is to finesse these principles (and seminar) throughout the year but here was my first attempt sharing them publicly.

Let me know what your favorite one is. There could have been 100 principles but I narrowed them down to the essential. The most important and I think you’ll find them very different than what everyone else is teaching/marketing to you.
