"Train like a fitness model to
become a fitness model..."

This is the message promoted by everyone in the female fitness world. Messages like this mislead millions of girls with faulty training programs that are not based on fundamental training principles.

You know the ones I am talking about? Chest on Monday, Back on Tuesday, Legs on Wednesday, Shoulders on Thursday, Arms on Friday and don't forget to add 2 hour cardio workouts to that... isn't that the way body builders train? It actually is but because your still reading I know you don't want to get big and bulky...

The Truth

Imitating the training of champion fitness models, figure athletes or female bodybuilders is one of the most common mistakes in the exercise world! Because the instruction from elite female fitness competitors has no practical relevance for average people like you or our prodigy. People who are without gifted genetic potential, and don't have three hours a day to train.

Not only is this training advice useless, but it will cause over-training, injuries and illness.

The so-called "experts" will not tell you that genetics (and drugs in some cases) were responsible for curing their problem of being soft and not defined. They claim it's the supplements and better training.

Dirty Little Lie #2

"If you want to increase your fitness
and have spectacular muscle definition,
just follow the magazines..."

Every female fitness magazine tells you to do walking lunges, lots of upper back work and more side bends and crunches than Britney Spears. I'm pretty damn sure you don't want thick traps, big quads and a massive waist.

Follow their advice to lose fat, build muscle and increase your fitness, and you're guaranteed only one thing. 6 months from today, you will look just like you do now (or you might even be bulkier)! And your husband or boyfriend are not going to be estatic....

The Truth

Most females who want to slim down and get toned are often training the same way guys train to bulk up. And most of the personal trainers I meet do not take the effort to modify this for you or educate you.

Almost every single one of the training schedules in female muscle magazines is outright hogwash.

The authors fail to discuss two of the most critical components in exercise – one is good and one is bad:

"Intensity of effort", is good - Anything that greatly increases the intensity of exercise will greatly improve it.

"Amount of exercise" is bad – It is the amount of exercise that exhausts your recovery ability and makes muscle progress impossible. It can even create a loss in your hard earned muscle definition and strength.

Guess what happens next? Your metabolism slows and those soft areas get flabbier. And you will become weaker!

Can you honestly say that your strength has increased incrementally over the years? Most girls lift the same weights their entire life... big mistake and how silly.

Dirty Little Lie #3

"The body of your dreams is locked
inside this liquid... this powder... or
these pills."

According to the "experts" reviewing products in magazines, the latest scam – ah... I mean supplement is "the one" that's going to perform magic on your body.

It's "the one" that is designed especially for gals like you. There's only one problem.

This new supplement designed just for you, has the same crap in it that the last supplement had in it.

These "experts" are nothing more than pumped up salesmen. And how do you know when a salesman is lying to you? His lips are moving!

Ask yourself this: Did the last product you were sold deliver what it promised?

I already know the answer. You're here, aren't you?

The Truth

Every major fitness magazine is owned and operated by a supplement company. The bulk of their income doesn't come from magazine subscriptions or newsstand sales, but from the pills and powders they use to pump cash out of your pocket.

Let me repeat that again... The bulk of their money is made by selling you crap!

And here is the kicker...

Supplement companies actually give out conflicting and misleading training information on purpose!

Let me be more specific...

The majority of the fitness information written by "the experts" is complete and total nonsense designed to confuse you, so that you'll continue to rely on their products for results. Results that will never come!

    Dirty Little Lie #4

    "The more cardio I do mean the more fat I will lose."

    Ever since the 70's you have been told that cardio is the most effective way to burn fat. Cardio, cardio, cardio.

    It's the only way to lose fat.

    Everything from aerobic classes to workout tapes screams "do cardio" yet almost 40% of Americans or 68 million people in the US will be obese by 2010.

    You've been taught to focus on how many calories you burin in the workout and neglect the other 23 hours in the day.

    You've been taught that cardio burns calories but all it really does is burn the bagel and cereal you ate a few hours ago that is sitting in your blood stream. I thought you wanted to burn the stubborn body fat stored deep in your body?

    The Truth

    There is zero research to show that long, slow duration cardio results in any amount of substantial fat loss. Don't believe me?

    Take a look at the Boston marathon or any marathon for that matter. The front runners have zero muscle mass on their bodies and the rest of the racers are over weight!

    How is it possible that people doing more cardio, than any other sport, still have over weight bodies?!

    Still don't believe me?

    Take a look at the ladies doing your aerobic classes 2 hours a day every day of the week. Do they look any different than last week?

    Case closed.

    The research does not lie. Long slow cardio fails in three ways:

    The more you do the more you become efficient at it. This means that when you first started doing cardio you might have been burning 500 calories a workout and now because you have become efficient at it, your body only burns 400 calories a workout!

    There is zero post after burn affect on your metabolism. So when you leave the gym, your metabolism stops working because long slow cardio is easy in nature. Let's say you do 4 one hour workouts a week. That's 4 hours of 168 hours in the week. That' means you'll be burning calories ONLY 2% in the course of the week? No wonder you still look the same!

    Too much cardio results in muscle loss. Guess what happens when you lose muscle? Your metabolism slows. Guess what happens when your metabolism slows? You stop burning up calories. Guess what happens when you stop burning up calories? You gain weight and store more fat. Guess what happens when you do that? You do more cardio and damage your metabolism even more!

    Adding LEAN muscle to your body is the ONLY way to increase your metabolic rate so that you continue to burn calories all day long, even after you leave the gym.

    And what is the most effective way to add lean muscle to your body?

    That's right – high intensity weight training!

    Cardio (alone) will never help you get your body back. High intensity weight training is your SECRET WEAPON that turns your body into a 24 hour fat burning furnace.

    Let that ALL sink in for a moment.

    So my prodigy met this cute guy at a tanning salon one day.
