However, I received some disturbing news today.  My doctor has told me that there is evidence to suggest that I might have prostate cancer and /or colon cancer. I&#039;m interested in getting really fit but i am finding it very difficult as i work shift work and my roster changes every week by quite a great deal. I&#039;m 23 and also been skinny all my life and is ready to completely change that. I used to get a HUGE attitude whenever a weight loss commercial would come on. I have nothing against them but dang there are young ladies like me that&#039;s trying to put on some nice healthy weight. 

I&#039;m almost finished your E-Book, got a plan and goal, and is 100% focused and ready to fully take on this challange. I am ever so grateful that you created meal plans and homemade shakes *thumbs WAY up!!!* I&#039;m ALL about doing it NATURAL. I&#039;m also SOOO very grateful that your there every step of the way to help us as best you could. I can do all things through Christ who strenghens me. So I WILL accomplish my goal.

Used to be a motocrosser so I had abs ... at least 4 were showing. Never was really muscular but had a perfect v shape, great shoulders and not a lot of fat around the waist. Have been in lots of gyms over the years and tried to gain muscles by eating right and using weight gainers but it just didnt work ... for me. I would only gain a bit, not much. So I gave up and after awhile tried again, but still it&#039;s not much. 
Now that I&#039;m older, I get those &#039;lovehandles&#039;.

 Vince, when I was in college playing soccer, I fine tuned the misunderstood (by me) practice of carbo loading.  My method is comparable to yours but tuned to performance not muscle growth or fat loss.  I am a pretty hardcore weightlifter fine tuning it to bodybuilding finally.  The key for me is nutrient timing and fooling the body into overloading glycogen, or carnosine if you can figure that out let me know.  It isn&#039;t the carbo loading it is the feast and famine that causes the glycogen overload storage reaction.  Your body like a lion&#039;s knows it is going to fast during the lean and rigorous hunting days so it overloads right before game day (carbo deprivation) right afterwords

Game day Saturday: 
Sunday rest- with heavy  recovery supplements
Monday: Heavy workout-super light carbs
Tuesday: Heavy workout light carbs
Weds: Medium-medium
Thurs: Moderate: heavy carbs
Friday: Light workout heavy carbs
SATURDAY:  GLYCOGEN OVERLOAD
