I’m really excited, but not so excited for me, but for you.
It’s easy to get lost with all the information online, not to mention, my own blog so take a moment to read this page so you can make the most of your new fitness home.
1. If you’re cool showing your head shot, grab yourself a Gravatar at Gravatar.com. Gravatars or “globally recognized avatars” are the little pictures that you see next to comments posted on the site. It’s more fun to know who is commenting (which I encourage you to do regularly) and to see who you are chatting with. Don’t forget, keep your pictures “G-Rated” or they will be not allowed. It’s worth taking a moment to do this because if you post on other websites or blogs, they’ll work there too.

5. Your voice matters! After you sign onto my newsletter, you’ll get live emails from me a few times a week (sometimes less, sometimes more) and i always ask for your feedback, input, questions and opinions. As you can see, we get LOTS of feedback and I want you to become apart of the action and contribute too. The more interaction from you, the more interaction from others and the more we all accelerate each others success to the bodies of our dreams.
6. Last thing, can you help me out? You’ll notice below each post I have a “social sharing” widget that allows you to share the content of this site on Facebook, Twitter and a bunch of other social bookmarking sites you’ll see below.
