1. If you’re cool showing your head shot, grab yourself a Gravatar at Gravatar.com. Gravatars or “globally recognized avatars” are the little pictures that you see next to comments posted on the site. It’s more fun to know who is commenting (which I encourage you to do regularly) and to see who you are chatting with. Don’t forget, keep your pictures “G-Rated” or they will be not allowed. It’s worth taking a moment to do this because if you post on other websites or blogs, they’ll work there too.
2. Jump on board my free newsletter that over 100,000 people have subscribed to already and getting their step-by-step prescription to a perfect body through my 10-part video coaching lessons. I m giving you 10 of my best video coaching lessons that will show you how to build muscle and get a ripped six-pack, the two things I know how to do best.
3. On the right hand side you’ll see that I would like to stay in touch with you via Facebook and Twitter which are two other ways you can reach me and keep an eye on what I’m doing with my training, nutrition, social life, trips, friends and whatever else I’m up to. I love interacting and do my best to reply to you personally. Click here to follow me on Twitter.
And here to friend me on Facebook.
4. If you’d like to know more about my strange but true “Skinny Vinny” story, read this page.
5. Your voice matters! After you sign onto my newsletter, you’ll get live emails from me a few times a week (sometimes less, sometimes more) and i always ask for your feedback, input, questions and opinions. As you can see, we get LOTS of feedback and I want you to become apart of the action and contribute too. The more interaction from you, the more interaction from others and the more we all accelerate each others success to the bodies of our dreams.
6. Last thing, can you help me out? You’ll notice below each post I have a “social sharing” widget that allows you to share the content of this site on Facebook, Twitter and a bunch of other social bookmarking sites you’ll see below.
If you commented on a certain post or like a particular post, please help me spread the word of this site with your friends. It’s really easy to do and only takes one-click below. It would mean a lot to me and gives you an opportunity to be a helpful fitness resource to your own followers and friends.
My goal is to get 500 comments per post in the near future and I’ll need your help to do that.
Okay, I have two things I would like you to do now:
1. Introduce yourself with a comment below and let me know how you like the site so far. Also, let me know what kind of fitness info you would like my no-nonsense help with.
2. Share, share, share! Start telling your friends on email, Facebook and Twitter that you belong to this site now. It takes one click and and before you know it, you’ll be chatting with all your friends on here and making lots of new ones to build your best eye-grabbing body ever.
We’ll talk soon,
Vince

I have always been a bigger guy I fell in love with food at an early age. However I’m buitl like a brickhouse. Natural big frame and strong.. However the motivation to get back in the gym being a busy firefighter/paramedic and a single dad it’s hard to find enough time in a day… Well the money needed and just having the ever changing routines is what I lack. I was a athelete my entire life until I got hurt right after college. I know how to sweat just need the material to get me there… Thanks Vince between you and Craig I should be able to get that body I’ve always desired… A man with out faith is a man without hope…..

Hi Vince, i’m 26 from the UK, similar story to you was always the skinny guy among well built friends, did lots of soccer and running throughout school then when i left i stopped exercising and started goin out to clubs drinkin & partying have always wanted a better physique but never took and time or effort to really go for it…that was until 2yrs ago when i joined the local gym started seein results and realised that with hard work & commitment i could achieve the body i’d always longed for!..i’ve now completely transformed my life…i dont drink and i eat healthily and have gained 30lbs of lean muscle..some people think i take steroids which i absolutely do not i’m just dedicated in every aspect of the word…friends now see me as fit guy of the group and i’m constantly researching more exercises, routines, diet plans…i would love to get into personal training as i take a huge amount of satisfaction in helping people achieve results physically as some of my friends who i’ve guided will vouch for!!…send me a msg anytime love what ur doin and the websites great!

Loves all the info. My current goal is to figure out the best and fastest way to recover form weight training.
I have been stretching alot (twice as much as my weights) and i cant believe the difference in recovery speed. Plus my muscle size has increased significantly, i have not been injured in a long time (nock on wood) and my posture is looking better.
Cant wait to stretch today to get bigger muscles. ha ha . it works for me.
Brian.

Hi, I am a 22 year old college student. I have been skinny for as long as I can remember. About two years ago I got your book and started following it nonchalantly and the results have been great. I started out as 6′3″ 145 lb. and have gained 20lbs to reach 165lbs and that’s just by doing only two of your workout days and eating more regularly. I am not stopping and in fact I am trying to gain 20 more lbs by the end of the summer.
I have a question for you though Vince. Your website has changed dramatically and I want to see the meal plans and your book again. I have already printed out the book but I lost the link to where the animations of the workouts are. Any chance you know where on this website I can gain access to that again and the meal plans?

I am 52 years old, a professional opera singer, 165 cm tall and 105 Kg heavy . I am always very busy, with little time for myself. I am the mother of 2 teen agers, and do not have the right routine for a regular visit to the gym, or a daily jogging run.
I need to loose weight, I would like to have a better muscle energy and to feel flexible and lighter.
I am looking for a reasonable nutrition plan to help me loose weight , and an exercise routine that would help me tone my muscles and burn fat.

True “carbohydrate loading” and “carbo-fasting” compared to your overfeeding and underfeeding
Vince, when I was in college playing soccer, I fine tuned the misunderstood (by me) practice of carbo loading. My method is comparable to yours but tuned to performance not muscle growth or fat loss. I am a pretty hardcore weightlifter fine tuning it to bodybuilding finally. The key for me is nutrient timing and fooling the body into overloading glycogen, or carnosine if you can figure that out let me know. It isn’t the carbo loading it is the feast and famine that causes the glycogen overload storage reaction. Your body like a lion’s knows it is going to fast during the lean and rigorous hunting days so it overloads right before game day (carbo deprivation) right afterwords
Game day Saturday:
Sunday rest- with heavy recovery supplements
Monday: Heavy workout-super light carbs
Tuesday: Heavy workout light carbs
Weds: Medium-medium
Thurs: Moderate: heavy carbs
Friday: Light workout heavy carbs
SATURDAY: GLYCOGEN OVERLOAD
I used this system even when injured sometimes with no workouts and was able to play at least 75 minutes of the game without excess fatigue.

In this 18 months I don’t see the results that I which to see.
One of my goals is to gain about 55 pounds. It may sound ridiculous but that’s my goal.
I like to get your advice, your help, on a way were I receive help straight from you, not a sales automatic massage.
I will do whatever you recommend me to obtain my goal.
You have my email, if you are interested, I be alert for an answer.
Sincerely: JOL

Hi Vince I am a teen from the south west of england and I have a soft of toned down version of your story. All my friends are quite thin and muscular while I am stuck with my moobs and pot belly! All I really want is to slim down a little and maybe gain a bit of impressive muscle tone. Hope it happens with your program!
December 21, 2009
Hi Vince,
Used to be a motocrosser so I had abs … at least 4 were showing. Never was really muscular but had a perfect v shape, great shoulders and not a lot of fat around the waist. Have been in lots of gyms over the years and tried to gain muscles by eating right and using weight gainers but it just didnt work … for me. I would only gain a bit, not much. So I gave up and after awhile tried again, but still it’s not much.
Now that I’m older, I get those ‘lovehandles’.
Really could use some help to get lean muscles, my v shape and great looking abs.

Hey! I’m sooo excited to get this program started. Everything makes COMPLETE sense and just adds up. I’m 23 and also been skinny all my life and is ready to completely change that. I used to get a HUGE attitude whenever a weight loss commercial would come on. I have nothing against them but dang there are young ladies like me that’s trying to put on some nice healthy weight.
I’m almost finished your E-Book, got a plan and goal, and is 100% focused and ready to fully take on this challange. I am ever so grateful that you created meal plans and homemade shakes *thumbs WAY up!!!* I’m ALL about doing it NATURAL. I’m also SOOO very grateful that your there every step of the way to help us as best you could. I can do all things through Christ who strenghens me. So I WILL accomplish my goal.
You will be hearing from me,
Yani aka Moon

Hey Vince how are you?
A little storey about me. I’m 54 (55 in June) and I live in the Kingston area. I’m 5′10″ and 158lbs. I’ve been researching and reading about you the last couple of weeks and I must confess that I am very impressed and very excited about making some positive changes to my “skinny Viny” body. However, I received some disturbing news today. My doctor has told me that there is evidence to suggest that I might have prostate cancer and /or colon cancer. I am scheduled for a colonoscopy on Monday February 01. Although I’m a little scared right now, I am doing my best to think positive thoughts. Hopefully the news will be good and i will be able to purchase your program Vince. To everyone reading this….please say a prayer and think positive thoughts on Feb. 01

Myself, I had a hysterectomy when 45 and since then my hormones are out of wack and I have gained 70 pounds, believe it or not, it is not because I am lazy and don't walk or anything else or watch what I eat. I use to not look so bad, now I am fat and most of it is in my stomach, thighs and butt. I recently had cancer in my breast and went through the radiation and now have to take anti hormone, which blocks my estrogen and I have gained more. I am sick of being fat and would love to be able to loose my stomach and get ignorant people to shut there mouths. Everyone always thinks it is because of poor eating habits, sometimes it is hormonal problems. I would love to feel better about my self and get my self esteem back instead of sheltering myself and being embarrassed when I go out in public.

Hi,
Ever since the end of last year I have wanted to gain muscle and get ripped. I am very skinny and small, I am seen as a weakling to my mates, I get no interest from girls and have very low confidents. A few weeks ago I was chased by 2 guys on scooters, I had done nothing wrong to make them do this, this scared me and I knew I had to get ripped so it would never happen again as it happens alot to me. I need to get ripped to show everyone I'm not a weakling and that I can do anything.
April 19, 2010
Hey,
I'm 17 and been weight training for 2 years. I started off with really light weights (2-5kg) to get into the groove of things and ive been training with heavier weights (15-20kg). I've put on a lot of mass very quickly and I don't want to get any bulkier because i play soccer and massive muscles arent exactly ideal. I'm now working on getting really ripped and lean and so far ive had pretty good results so far. I get heaps of compliments on my body wherever i go, but i really want to get rid of the last few kilos covering my lower abs. I have a 4 pack at the moment and it looks good, but i really want to be the stand out guy in the crowd all the chicks love when i go out to the beach or the pool. Do you have any good advice i could use to help to get really ripped? I'd really appreciate any advice! :)
And thanks a lot for the great work! Keep it up!
Michael

Hello, Vince!
Nice to have this possibility to write to you in person.
I am 73 years old man (4th of June 2010).
I purchased your "Maximize Your Muscle"-course for
a few weeks ago. Received it 28th of April.
I have been studying lately almost all, that I have
seen at the Internet, about building a better, lean
body. Your texts seem to be very reasonable.
Today I took time to sit on my roof solario and
read your free "The 12 Untapped Targets to Ignite
New Muscle Growth"-article. You really seem to
know very well, what you try to teach us!
Now I am starting to get the spirit to begin to train
harder than for years. Did 2×50 pushups rather
easily… My problem is to get the fat around my
inner organs melt, but it seems to be hard.
I would like to take part in your contest to send
my "before" and "after" pictures, if possible.
Will the new contest be opened in the 1st of June?
Your friend Aimo

I try some other day again. Thanks for your good work!

I've lost over a hundred pounds on my quest for a healthier lifestyle and working out has been my newest passion. I have recently starting lifting to gain muscle and wondered if I should continue to lose weight by doing cardio while im bulking up or lose weight first then bulk up? My dilemma is that I don't want to lose the muscle definition that I already worked so hard to gain.
June 10, 2010
I weght about 64kg and am around 1.74m tall, I have always been skinny and sort of accepted that thats my fate until I stumbled upon your site, I am so exited and want to get on board, I went through some of your letters and I must say i have learnt so much about what I am doing wrong and where to get started, I however dont know how to continue from here as I live in Namibia, Africa and its almost impossible to get your material. Any advise?
June 29, 2010
Vince,
Great looking blog; and more importantly, a lot of great information and solid advice.
In most cases you'd have to pay for a lot of the tips and tricks you're giving here. I take that back… in most cases even if you DO pay for info, it's just garbage B.S.!
I especially like the interviews and case studies you do with real life people who have used what you teach to get results. Information and inspirational.
Chris

Hi Vince,
I'm 44, 6 feet and 252 pounds. Would like to lose the lard (6 stone over my weight when married) and go down to circa 231 pounds. I've got the no-nonsence book – is the one you would advocate or is this site promoting a new book?
Either way, desparate to lose the weight and look fit. Any help appreciated.
Thanks
David
