1. What did you fear or worry about when you bought Vince’s Stage Shredded Status?

There was a simple doubt that is that possible naturally? coz i see many out there in my Gym who use various anabolic stuffs and get a lightning fast results, so going natural way that to with a program ? Whether it will be a success or waste of time secondly diet which will be given in program is that possible to follow in India and then being a student the amount of program was a bit hard for me as i have to sacrifice my 2 months pocket money and other expenses. so it was a little gamble whether to invest or not

2. Did any of those fears or worries come true, and if not, why?

Yupp obviously not coz within first month of my transformation i started getting confidence and trust in my program and I realized I have invested money in a right place as I started getting lean and burning fat and i gained much of confidence to do it further. Diet was very Simple and effective so that worry of diet was well eliminated.

3. How do you feel looking back about what would have happened if you let your fears or worries stop you from using Vince’s Stage Shredded Status?

Actually I had been working hard in the gym since a year but as my diet was not up to mark I was not getting results. I had been following Vince since 6months prior getting the program if I had not overcome my fears and doubts probably I would have miss the best version of me.. I am very happy that I stepped up and trusted Vince and he didn’t let me down !

4. What were the benefits you experienced from Vince’s Stage Shredded Status? (For example, improvements in lifting/size/definition, etc.) 

Stage Shredded Status is a beautiful well organized program for those who are getting stage ready earlier I used to spend hours in Gym but was not getting results coz my diet was not up to mark being Indian used to have lots of carbohydrates and fats in my diet which consist of coconut and heavy white rice. Using Vince’s Program I got detailed knowledge of what exactly I have to eat and which supplements I have to used to get the best results. Plus there was detailed explanation by Ben whom I consider as an idol of what exercise actually do which muscle gets workout by doing a particular set.

5. How has your life outside of lifting and physique improved? – This could be with girls, work, confidence, making money, relationships, health, etc.

Self-Satisfaction.. : that’s above all .
I was really happy with myself for going for Vince’s program it was one of the best decision in my life I ever took , every day I feel fit fresh energetic and have got a good confidence . many of my friends motivated me to share my transformation with them many asked me to train them personally so I have lots of plans in near future to improve myself and help others through my experience.. as for now I have started a lil fan page where I can interact with people who are beginners to fitness and are facing problems.

6. If you were going to recommend Stage Shredded Status to your best friend, what would you say to them?

I will say one should definitely go for it.. Its like having Vince and Ben as your workout partner’s sharing all their knowledge and experience . All you have to do is trust your program and follow it sincerely that’s what I did and results will follow for sure.

I loved how you did that 4 to 5 slow rep ab exercise. It worked very well for me and I could notice a huge change on my core.

The obstacle that I had faced the most was my cheat meals. Like I used to do that more often… and when I cut them to one meal per week…I started getting shredded 

My advice for person who are struggling with their bodies  is ” It’s never too late. Get rid of that doughnut and get your ass working…there’s no great feeling than being fit..if I can you can too “

Hi Vince, my result after following your advice and programs is I lost about 18 lbs of fat and also gained some muscle as well. I only used one of your program which is Maximize Your Muscle but I only had money for one month but it worked like magic. You said I’d build more muscle in that one month than I had for the last year. I did not believe it at first but you blew me away. One of the biggest obstacle I faced was being too lazy to get to the gym. To overcome that, I have a partner who will need my help in the gym so I’d have to show up. To all readers out there, I think you should have a  gym partner because in time, you will be less motivated to go to the gym and he/she will be just the motivation you need to help you get off your ass and lift some weights. That is all.

After being told that I could not run for five weeks, my cross country season had come to an end. I became interested again in lifting weights and bulking up. So I did some research and came across Vince Del Monte’s name. It turns out he was also a runner and transformed his body drastically in a short amount of time. Before actually getting started and being disciplined on your program, I could not manage to get ripped and still maintain strength. I always had some power and strength, but I looked completely bloated before stumbling upon your program. Its so amazing what your program has done for me. I basically started eating right, as you adamantly put when stating how to get ripped. I began doing a lot of the isolated, slow moving exercises to tear the muscle fibers for complete reconstruction of the muscle and incorporated the cardio three times a week for at least fifteen minutes. These three main things did wonders for me as the fat began to disappear and people everywhere began giving me compliments and asking me to train them. All I could say was, “Vince Del Monte Program” and explain to them the things involved and the methods I was using. You really have helped me. Not only as a motivator but as a trainer.

I went on vacation in December and saw all the over weight people at the beach. And like I said most if not all of them think they are in a good place. And that is when I decided I don’t want to be average I want to be the best I can be.

I finally got the body I always wanted and it’s giving a lot more confidence and I feel so energetic. I have a lot more energy, I eat healthy and my confidence is a lot more than before.

I’ve always been an active person and was training 3 to 5 times a week but never really got to where I wanted to be and like most if not all people I thought I was in good shape, boy was I wrong. I only realized how bad it was after I took the first before photo and looked at it.

I saw Vince’s achievements and gains and get all his e-mails and see his posts online and the fact that he is so passionate about the sport if I may call it that. so I thought if he could do it so can I, but I have help that would make my road a little less bumpy.

First of all I want to say that this took a lot of hard work and discipline. If you want to take up a challenge like this you must make the decision yourself and do it for yourself, otherwise don’t bother.

I lost about 5kg’s of fat, lost 10 cm around my waste and gained about 1.5kg worth of lean muscle. My body fat % went from an 13 to a 7.7.

Now I eat and live a lot more healthy. I’m no longer tired all the time and feel awesome.

The improvements I saw alone is great motivation and what a feeling when a gym veteran comes up to you and asks, “What are you doing cause you look great.”

My motivation comes mostly through the results and then the online motivational posters and e-mails. And of course all the compliments I’m receiving.

I’ve been following Vince and Ben online for a while now and always listening to their tips and checking out their you tube videos. Their passion and knowledge in and for the sport is enough to make you want to try the stuff they talk about and the techniques they show.

What’s next for me? I want to try and compete maybe in 1 or 2 fitness events and maybe try to become a fitness model.

I AM NOT DONE …

God gave me a perfect body at birth and now I want to keep it that way !!

What workout routine has worked best for you?

Stick to the basics. Do them often and do them well. Do them perfect and the results will come.

Hypertrophy MAX is the fitness program that has improved my life the most without a doubt.
It has also been the most challenging by far which reminds me that great things are accomplished with great effort.
To help explain, I’ve never been someone who loved working out and going to the gym.
I thought that aerobic exercise in the form of surfing and biking was enough to give me all the health benefits I needed.
For a while, this worked out fine.
But as I reached my 30’s, I noticed that I was adding more and more body fat, and I had never been really lean to start with.
This led me to weight training as a way to improve my muscle mass, so I tried a few workout programs, but my gains were excruciatingly slow.
I was making strength gains, but the mirror told me that I had added very little muscle.
Still, I saw that the more focus and energy I dedicated to weight training especially due to MI 40, the better my body looked and felt.
So when I found HMAX, I had finally reached a phase in my life where I knew the importance of lifting with focus and purpose.
Crucially, I no longer saw weight training as hard and boring but something challenging that fills me with strength and energy.
Like so many, MI40 led me to HMAX, and I knew that if I could accept the challenge, it would change me forever.
The binder and DVDs format of HMAX was a perfect way of keeping track of all the work that needed to be done as well as provide detailed information on how to perform each lift.
It really does bear repeating that you will learn something new every time you watch an HMAX DVD or reread an HMAX issue.
It takes time to internalize any kind of knowledge, and there is actually so much to learn to get the best possible results.
Even after graduating HMAX, I can still improve my form, but my understanding is vastly superior to 95% of the people I see lifting in the gym.
I’m so grateful I’m not wasting my effort on pointless exercises with crappy form.
Even several months into HMAX, I was making progress as shown from a picture from earlier this year.
At 175 pounds and 18% bodyfat, I was much more muscular than I was before and training harder than ever.
Thanks to HMAX though, I used that as a springboard to a much more muscular and lean physique.
Now I’m 171 pounds and 13% bodyfat, and while that’s not quite fitness model caliber, I’m well on my way.
In fact, my new goal is to reach 175 pounds at 10% bodyfat, and simply by continuing to improve using the techniques of HMAX, I’ll be there in no time.
That’s replacing 14 pounds of fat with 14 pounds of solid muscle in a year’s time!
I know I will gain even more muscle in the coming year simply because I’ve finally shed so much extra body fat that was holding me back.
HMAX has also improved my nutrition dramatically, since I learned how to manipulate variables in my diet to get better results.
Now I make sure I get enough protein and use carbs strategically around my workouts, and the differences are night and day.
HMAX has changed me as a person as well.
Pushing my physical limits using focus and control has made me more centered and given me a willingness to tackle anything difficult that is worth the effort.
HMAX helped me to find my heart of champion.

I haven’t been able to have a proper diet because I’m living at home and I don’t wanna ask my mother to buy a lot of stuff that I need, but I’m moving out soon I hope and then I will focus a lot on my diet!
Recently started with Ben’s MI40 and it’s AMAZING! planning on starting with Hypertrophy MAX in the summer :)
This program was really tough, especially when i was doing the 3 third set of the giant set. If i would do this with 40 sec tension and with intentions, it would have been a real pain!
Thanks a lot for your help, hope I can get some feedback and if you could give me some advice i would appreciate it very much !

Win or Lose you’ve been such a big help. I have used advice from Scott Herman, Elliot Hulse and a few other people but mostly yours. Your tips especially on nutrition have helped me to no end. The product I have used most extensively of yours has been stage shredded status but I have also used six pack quest. Your work with Bpak on Stage Shredded Status not only showed me some cool ways to engage my muscle’s more optimally but also kept me driven, honest and dedicated as I could see you going through everything like I was, so thank you!
This transformation has taken me three years in total and you have helped completely change my life, it’s more than just a physical change tbh. Now if I want something I go for it 100% with no excuses. Since ditching the fat and getting fitter, stronger and more dedicated I have taken to doing gymnastics and circus trapeze things I have only ever dreamed about doing, all this I owe to getting in the best shape of my life and I’m not done yet..Fitness is a journey not a destination and thank you for continually being there with me on my journey!.

I have had some amazing results using you’re program 8 weeks in to this. Like I sent you before I started at 185 pounds and 15% body fat. At 4 weeks in I was at 173 pounds and around %12 body fat. Now I am weighing 166 pounds and I’m at 10.5% body fat.

I’ve regained a lot of strength while using your program.
