Hello Vince, I have been receiving you weekly videos in my email and there is just one question I have to ask. I am 5’8″, 130 pounds with almost no body fat, I have tried for years to gain and it seems like the more I eat I end up losing a few pounds. Now body isnt the regular skinny I’m not just a tooth pick I guess yo could call me a ripped tooth pick. Any ways my question is can you help me? I want to get to about 160 pounds but I am afraid that no matter what I try nothing will work. So what should I do? Thank you for your time.
I think you get this alot , but i realy work hard , i go to the gym like three of four times a week , i take care of my meals and make sure i got alot of proteins . I dont have any supplements by the way and i cant get them because of the money
… and after all that i lift like GOOD weights and thats what others tell me in the gym , but the problem is I am dont look like a guy that even do pushups , i’ve been like this for years and I am starting to get frustrated …… i have a friend that dont take care of meals , dont take supplements , but his body is like woooowww . i need to understand , what is wrong with me , or is it just the way my body works .. thnx vince for reading this long msg !

Hi Vince, I’m 15 years old and I live in Chihuahua,Mexico so sorry for my bad english.
I just saw your video and i’m also subscribed to your youtube channel and I think I’m ready to start changing my unhealthy life to a healthier one. But here is my problem, I really want to get a six pack and big muscles, but I don’t know ANYTHING about weight lifting and stuff like that, so my question is: could I use your program even though I don’t have any experience with those kind of stuff?
Also, I’m a swimmer, and I’ve been swimming for over 2 years. I started swimming cause I wanted to get healthier, but I just don’t see any results and I still have my belly fat. When I told my mom that I wanted to start lifting weights to get rid of my fat to get some muscle, she told me that at my age its really dangerous to do that kind of stuff and that I should stick to swimming instead. My question is: Will your program affect me in some way at my age?

hi vince I’m taking the no-nonsense program and I’m Doing cool… I feel stronger and looking good mi weight has increased and also I’ve changed my way of eating but I have this problem with the belly. My arms back and chest look bigger but I was wondering if it’s okay if I combine the program with more reps of abs in order to eliminate the belly… thnx!!
@Leo. Yes, do abs every other day. Higher reps, shorter rest periods works well for me.

Hey, I'm kinda the polar opposite of you. I have always been big, but it is very hard to keep the extra weight off. You can't lift big unless you eat big and I am addicted to the endorphin rush! Vince said that roughly 40% of his customers are female. It’s harder for a women to build huge muscles, but if you’re looking to tone up this would definitely work. You just have to stick with the program of course.
