Vince, I just got a pop up saying that you tried to send me something and that I ignored you?? I’m a bit lost here, when did this happen? I don’t ever ignore someone so there has to be a reasonable answer for this. If I did ignore you it had to be either when my computer was down due to a virus, or I was out of town for a few days. I’m anxious to find out the cause so that it don’t happen again.

Vince At the age of 18 and 168 pounds all I wanted for my birthday was a 6-pack. Now that I am turning turning 50 and 125 pounds I still want a 6-pack for my birthday. I have 6 months to do it in.

Hi, I am 17 years old and going to be a Marine when I graduate high school. I am pretty strong but no one can see any of the muscle. What do you eat exactly? I have a pretty good diet, but am my muscle are not visible.

Great success story, I started out the exact same way. Scrawney, fast metabolism. It’s a slow ride, but I’m definitely closer to reaching me fitness goals. This is such a random question, but what’s the song playing in the How to Gain Weight and Muscle vid? Very inspirational.

Vince said that roughly 40% of his customers are female. It’s harder for a women to build huge muscles, but if you’re looking to tone up this would definitely work. You just have to stick with the program of course.

Hey, I'm kinda the polar opposite of you. I have always been big, but it is very hard to keep the extra weight off. You can't lift big unless you eat big and I am addicted to the endorphin rush! I'll be 48 next month and would love to get cut up to celibrate. Winning your blog contest would really help!!

hi vince. i saw the video and i have to say that your story is pretty much like i imagine mine in 4 years or so. I am still 14, i have no muscles at all! and the fat is still a problem. i’ve been following you since last year. i want to know what type of diet can i follow and what workout plan can you recommend for me. i have rejected millions of invitations to pool parties with my friends because of the fear of taking my shirt off. i used to be very fat, but i used to train taekwondo and that helped me burned most of the fat. the only thing i wish for is to have a six pack and have big and toned muscles. i know im still young, but i was hoping you could help me start with something :)
