It’s 1:42 am Saturday and I tried to get this out Friday am but it would have resulted in missing my plane from LA back to Canada.  Today is part 2 of the Hollywood Muscle Building Workout Plan. In the video I shared some VERY interesting things I saw and people I met while in Hollywood. As I mentioned in the video I was contacted by some very important people one week ago and basically the phone call went like this: “We need to fly you out here next Wednesday and will take care of everything for you…” The opportunity was a no-brainer and here I am writing to you from the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel and Spa. I’m operating on EST time so I went to bed at 9pm... 

At the end of each year I reflect on my my physical, intellectual (business), relational and spiritual journey.  This past year has been the biggest year of my life.  I have made breakthroughs in all areas. My beautiful girlfriend of 7-months, Flavia, said “Yes!” Vince Del Monte is officially engaged and I’m the happiest guy alive.  Can’t you tell by the picture? (You can see all the pictures of The Proposal unfolding below) I proposed on November 26th, the day of my 30th Birthday.  Pretty sweet birthday gift, eh? We had our Dominican vacation planned for the past few months...
