Hi Vince, ive been following your no nonsence 6pack for awhile now and have made great improvements. i love the workouts.im just wondering how i can still drop fat without muscle as im back preseason soccer training and am not sure to increase my carbs?or my protein or what 2 do.ill b training cardio 5 days a week long distance runs mixed with HIT and your programme with a game weekends.what do u think for me to do for my meal plan? im 176pounds and am not fully ripped yet.i want to hold my muscle get ny sixpack but it will be alot of endurance training.im just afraid i eat to much or not get my cals right for my training.any help would be great.thanks NIall

Aloha Vince! I’m 53 years old and I’ve been following your awesome program since January. I have gone from 128 lbs. to 115 lbs. I train with weights five days a week for an hour and twice a week I run 3 miles for cardio. I’ve seen great results in muscle and tone improvement. However, now I have developed loose skin only on my abdomen that is pronounced when I bend over. I wasn’t THAT overweight (I’m 5′7″ and small boned). Short of a tummy tuck, what can be done to shrink that skin or does it eventually go away on its own?

what i wanted to say and ask was, after downloading the “Done-For-You Fast Fat Loss Nutrition Program” seven day trial i just wanted to ask – is there a plan for vegetarians – i can follow the vegi stuff which is great but for a person who doesnt eat eggs, fish and meat but does eat diary products like yoghurt, cheese and milk – it makes it a bit difficult to follow meal plans. I’ve always had problems with meal plans – so any ideas
Im sure there are alot of people out there who are probably in a similar situation – fingers crossed – if anyone can do it – vince – your the man

Hey I am 23 years old and 6ft no shoes tall exactly. and really want to get a six pack. What i am afraid of is that some people say I am too thin or look too thin to too light for my height- and I want to make sure i don’t get an eating disorder. A couple years ago I lost 60 lbs going from 220 to 160. They say 160 is light or as light as i want to be- and i even have a fairly large head and big feet at size 13 shoe. SO I am not a very small 6ft either. But i play basketball all the time – walk the track for a few miles at night and eat medium low calorie diet. I also do 4 sets of 40 leg/neck crunches every other day. I can feel my abs under this layer of what feel like thick skin on my belly and if i flex my abs a lot in a shadowy room I can see some of them but I am looking for that Brad Pitt rack of abs. I don’t think I am a lost cause and would appreciate it if you have any recommendations.

Hi, i have a problem, i’m still trying to loose weight and killing myself wondering whether or not i should use Whey Creatine Protien Powder for my weight training, i’ve looked the supplement up on loads of different wedbsites, and they tell me all different things, firstly they tell me that this protein powder can help loose weight, and then anouther website claims that it slows down the weight loss process. I’m 17 now and i have no idea what to think, people are saying totally different things about these protein powders, all i want to know is this, ‘is using protein powder ideal when trying to loose weight, and what protein powder is not fake and full of shit and will actually do the job.

Hey Vince, im Colton. I am 18 years old 5′6” and just broke 130 for the first time . . . yeah im a skinny guy. Tho i wouldnt say im not already strong and some what ripped. ive had a six pack sense fourth grade. I want to pack more muscle, gain weight, and still keep that super cut and toned look i have now. got any plans for me? my goal is to reach 160 in 5 or so months of mostly toned muscle? also i dont know how to work the pecks, thats been a problem area for me. you know any awesome inner and outer peck exercises? Hey Vince, as you can see it has been two days since I asked about the link to hardgainers and someone else posted the same after me….but you must be a very busy man that you cant answer a simple question, or fix the problem. You say in an email to us that this is a business for you but if you dont suppy the people with the information that you put out or answer there queries, how does your business relationship with the people survived. Sorry if I sound slighty put out. Its not a way I would run my business.

I have been writing up "My Assault on Old Age" after years of study and experimentation
Speaking of exercise, I have noted something of interest. In the before and after pictures of muscle builders. I have noted that in most cases those men who had belly hair in the before picture had no belly hair in the after picture. This tells me that an exercise and muscle building program regulates DHT production such that it is scaled back in the places where you don’t want it or don’t need it while raising it where it is wanted. This also suggests that muscle building may be the route to reverse or stop male pattern baldness. Thus muscle building is a route to sound prostate health that does not require any medicinals.
I have found that 5 alpha reductase is distributed in many parts of the body and that in most of those places DHT remains at the site where it is generated thus its effects are locally expressed while the DHT produced in the liver goes into general circulation where it has positive general effects.

Hey, I am not sure if I am allowed to ask or not? I have been out of the gym for a few months now and just getting back in. I will be doing 5 days with 2 off 3 hours min every day. What should I watch out for with this? If this question can not be answered I understand I just see that most here are more of a pro standard and could use as much advice as I can get so I can be where you all are at.

from what I have read and started with it seems like a grreat program when coupled with Scott's stuff. We do tactical combatives instruction for SF/NSW/LEO level groups so this stuff is great. Will advise as it goes on.

I purchased you MYM and I have a question. On the third day when you do shoulders,triceps and biceps,
you have the boceps last doing 1×25 1×25 and 1×20. You mentioned that after a week you should do the last exercise first.So would you do 4×4 and 8×8 when you do biceps? Do you understand my question?
