It takes a lot to upset me but today my blood is boiling… I swear I’m going to find out who these fake bloggers are, visit their home and wait in their driveway with a 9 iron. Want to come with?
I would never resort to violence… but that’s what I feel like doing when I just found these fake blog sites are using my after pictures to sell their Acai Berry weight loss miracle supplement.
What REALLY got me mad was that their ads (they usually say “1 Rule To A Flat Stomach - Obey” are running EVERYWHERE, even on porn sites and I was notified by a reader that they saw my FRIGGIN after pic on a PORN SITE, linking to a FAKE BLOG that eventually promoted the Acai Berry - which is just glorified and expensive fruit juice you don’t need to waste your money on.
Stay with me…cause I’m
typing fast right now.
These fake blogs are not selling just weight loss, they are selling anything that can be sold in a bottle/pill. They have infiltrated the entire Internet with Resveratrol products, Colon Cleanse products, Wrinkle “Cures”, Men’s muscle building supplements and more. If you ever land on a fake blog site, get off FAST.

Best Bodybuilding Supplements For Hardgainers
Listen closely, hardgainers. I’m just like you so you’re not alone. In fact, the majority of bodybuilders are in the “sucky-genetics” category - which is exactly why you got involved in bodybuilding in the first place.
You’re tired of being scrawny and getting blank stares from people when you tell them you body build. You don’t blame them because you find it (just as) hard to believe that you bust your butt in the gym 5 days a week and have little to show.
Our bodies are more suited to be one of those lean, mean, running machines than looking jacked like Hugh Jackman from Wolverine.
Bodybuilding supplement companies exploit and take advantage of your desires by over promising huge gains, “better than steroids” promises and dramatic feats of strength - but you’re starting to believe it’s just a bunch of smoke and mirrors.
Or is it?
Yes and no. Supplements are not the key to winning your first bodybuilding show or shocking your friends when you rip your shirt off but they can make a 10% improvement assuming you have your diet, training and lifestyle dialed to the right station.
The secret is to understand there is no best bodybuilding supplement for everyone.
You have to analyze why you’re a hardgainer and then use the bodybuilding supplements that solve your hardgainer problems, rather than using every glitzy supplement in the yard.
But before we address which bodybuilding supplements you need, let me be brutally blunt:
1. Don’t ask me what the best protein supplement is if you’re not eating protein every three hours.
2. Don’t even think of asking me about pre-workout and post-workout protein drinks to buy if you’re not even eating enough calories.
3. Don’t you dare ask me what NO2 product to take if you’re not sleeping 8 hours a night.
4. Don’t even think about asking me what Test booster to take if you’re boozing until four in the morning on weekends.
5. Don’t embarrass yourself and ask what multi vitamin to take if you’re not eating at least 10 serving of fruits and veggies a day.
Take home message before buying any supplements: Always ask yourself, “What am I trying to get this
supplement to do that my diet cannot do?”

Bodybuilders knew this before supplements were even invented and relied on the most anabolic hormone available - whole food. Let that sink in for a moment.
I understand that it’s impractical to get bodybuilding amino acids and nutrition into your system in three hour intervals from solid meals every time.
I know that you may in fact be at a 90% threshold in your training, diet and lifestyle which means you’re maximizing every element that you can control naturally.
Now it’s time to bring on board the best bodybuilding supplements that will appeal to the majority. Remember, you need to create your supplement program based on your individual needs but for 90% of the hardgainers reading this, 90% of the time, the bodybuilding supplements below will be a solid foundation to invest in. Here they are:
Creatine
Many guys think that if they take creatine, they’re going to grow. These individuals are extremely misled so it’s vital that you get a better understanding of what creatine will and will not do for you.
What creatine essentially will help you with is putting in the hard work at the gym. It does this by replenishing the high energy compound called creatine phosphate, which the muscles need if they are going to keep contracting with intensity - and you’re going to keep lifting weight.
Once your creatine stores run out, you’re going to feel like you’ve hit a wall with your workout - no matter how much you will yourself to push more weight, it isn’t going to happen.
Some guys will have diets naturally high in creatine (those who eat a high amount of red meat for instance), but on average, most people who are involved with heavy lifting fall short.
Creatine bridges this gap and makes sure that lack of creatine phosphate in your system doesn’t become a problem.
When used properly, it can help you work harder so you can see better results - but it is not going to do the work for you.
Micellar-Isolate Protein Powder
Another supplement that I do recommend to most people is micellar isolate protein powder. When you’re working hard in the gym, your protein needs are going to go up and if you struggle to get enough with food, you could risk not seeing maximum muscle gains.
Protein powder is convenient, it’s cost effective, and it’s great for before, during, and after your workouts.
Just don’t go start replacing all your ’should-be solid food’ meals with protein powder. That I would not recommend.
Choosing micellar isolate protein is the best decision since this is the highest quality form of protein powder and releases much more slowly in the body so you will get a steady stream of amino acids for a longer period of time.
I have personally been experimenting with a variety of micellar isolate protein powders and prefer the variety of amino acid release rates than just one or the other.
Essential Fatty Acids

There is a great deal of research to support the positive health benefits of regularly including essential fatty acids in your day. If you are not eating a higher amount of fatty fish, flaxseeds, or walnuts, chances are you are not getting the essential fatty acids you need.
Using an essential fatty acids supplement makes it incredibly easy to reach your needs and is available in capsule form. Some of the benefits you will receive from a regular intake include enhanced energy, better insulin-glucose control, increased immune system function, mood regulation, and enhanced lean muscle retention and building.
An essential fatty acid supplement is one product that you do not want to miss.
A Greens Product
Finally, the last bodybuilding supplement that you should be taking is some form of greens product. When you’re shooting to gain the types of muscle mass you’re looking to do, you’re going to be eating a very high volume of food - so much that at times you’re going to really struggle to get it in.
This means that you must focus on as calorie dense foods as possible. Unfortunately, that means most whole vegetables are not going to have much of a place on your diet. They will simply fill you up too fast and prevent you from getting the calories in.
But vegetables are extremely important for a healthy body from a vitamin and micronutrient standpoint, and this is where the greens product comes in.
When you take this, you’ll get the nutritional assurance you need while freeing yourself up to focus on those calorie dense food sources that will help you build the lean muscle mass.

P.S. I know you guys are going to bombard me with, “Which brand should I take?” And here is my answer because this question used to drive me crazy too.
First off, there is not a best bodybuilding supplement brand. It’s impossible to determine. Everyone will tell you something different. You won’t be able to tell the difference (for the most part). And you’ll waste enough to energy to sprint up the CN Tower so do yourself a favor and take MY advice:
You cycle your calories. You cycle your cardio. You cycle your weight routines. You cycle the foods you eat so cycle various supplement products too.
In light of adaptation I suggest you cycle various products to maximize your gains and give up the search for the best brand.
If the best bodybuilding supplement brand existed, you would know about it and be using it already.
Avoid The Top 10 Supplement Myths To Not Get Scammed
Unless you have inside “hook ups” in the supplement market, it’s tough to get the right information, not get confused and prevent major damage on your wallet.
Fortunately, I am privileged to have inside info that helps me not get scammed, saves lots of frustration and lots of money.
Let me help you sort out fact from fiction so that you can get yourself the “bread and butter” supplements and avoid wandering around your supplement store like a deer caught in the head lights.
Myth #1
You’re Missing Out If You’re Not Taking Supplement X
I’m like you - I don’t want to be left out in the dark if there is a hot new product available and it’s the “next big thing.” Supplement companies use this technique to get you spend lots of money with lots of over hyped claims before the supplement has been on the market long enough to stand the test of time.
Myth #2
If The Packaging Is Sexy Then It Must Work
Most supplement companies spend more time researching techniques for packaging and drawing your eyes to the labels instead of the actual contents in the product. Do your research on the company before you get sucked in.
Myth #3
The New Product Is Always Better Than The Old Product
How do supplement companies stay in business? By making money -lots of it and they don’t become profitable by bashing their old line and saying their new line is “inferior.” Although there are some new innovations and formulas available, the old products don’t lose their effectiveness just because a new one has arrived.
Myth #4
The Science Backs It Up So It Must Work
Yes, some companies can back their formulas and products up by science but don’t get suckered for supplements that over use “scientific slant” which is a marketing method. Most supplement companies don’t reveal nearly the entire truth of the science - just what you want to hear.
Myth #5
What It Says On The Bottle Is In The Bottle
What you see is not always what you get. For almost all supplement companies there is a 10% variance which means you could be getting 10% less (and maybe 10% more with a reputable company). Companies that are FDA approved or CGMP certified will help your chances of getting what it actually says on the label.
Myth #6
Cheap Prices Means a Better Deal
Like anything in life, there is no such thing as a “free lunch” and if it looks too good to be true, most likely it is. Just like you won’t ever find a diamond on sale, don’t expect to find a high quality product on sale. If it’s super cheap, then it’s cheap for a reason.

Are You Wasting Your Money On Bodybuilding Supplements?
When I was younger, around 22 years old, and first getting into bodybuilding and trying to get as big as possible I was the guy buying every single new powder, pill and potion that promised miracles.
I was spending $200 a month on stuff like:
- Creatine powders, pills and liquids…
- Pre and post workout protein powders
- Pre bed protein powders
- Weight gain protein powders
- Testosterone boosters
- Branch chain amino acids
- Glutamine
- NO2 formulas (which were just new on the scene)
And probably some other ones I’m forgetting…
I won’t lie. At first, it was really exciting buying the latest “breakthrough” bodybuilding supplement.
I remember one ad promising “7 pounds of solid muscle in 7 days” and that was one of the tame ones so it sounded more believable.
My Mom always said I was gullible.
Maybe you can relate?
After dedicating myself to a strict supplement routine and choking back mysterious mixtures and drinks that were supposed to give the physique of my dreams I noticed the only thing changing was the amount of money adding up on my credit card.
I didn’t notice a single friggin difference in muscle size.
That’s when it stopped getting exciting and started becoming very frustrating.
Eventually I ran in my Skinny Guy Savior who started showing me how to eat and train and I gained 21.5 pounds of lean muscle mass in the very first month I took his advice.
And his advice didn’t include any magical bodybuilding supplements.
I was getting ripped and muscular without supplements. Go figure.
My Skinny Guy Savior revealed to me that some Utah Senator, Orrin Hatch, is the guy to thank for all the wasted money I flushed down the toilet because he chose not to regulate the supplement industry so that bodybuilding companies (and any supplement company can put anything they want in the bottle without FDA approval.

In my Inbox, I get a lot of feedback defending the “good guys” in the supplement industry and I would like to believe there are some really high quality products out there but when I see a video like this, I really lose all my trust and hope.
After watching that video, I have 3 questions for you…
1. How do you feel about supplement companies being able to make products for $1-2 and than selling them to you for $60?
2. What do you think of the supplement industry being unregulated and not needing FDA approval?
3. Why do you justify buying supplements when you know that supplement companies can easily put out low quality products?
It’s no wonder the supplement industry is a 24 BILLION dollar industry - anybody can make them and we keep buying them because we’re pathetically desperate!
My Philosophy On Bodybuilding Supplements:
1. Even IF certain supplements are high in quality, I never expect them to work miracles.
2. I’ll ask myself, “What am I trying to get this supplement to do that my training, diet and lifestyle can not?”
3. I’ve lost 90% of my trust in the supplement industry.
4. I’m so skeptical that even when a new product comes out and it’s from someone I trust, I’m not even interested in looking into it because I’ve wasted enough time and money in the past only to be disappointed. I never did like rejection.
5. I know that my body is not getting what it says on the actual bottle and I can’t believe what the store owner says because (for the most part) they just want to sell you the product they have the biggest profit margins. I know this because I used to date a girl from GNC who explained how each month they made an inflated commission to promote the “product of the month.”
6. I’ve never seen a friend muscle up on supplements or hear someone say, “I got big because of this supplement…” Have you? Seriously, all the guys I know who are really muscular and strong have at least one of the following commonalities…
- they either have amazing genetics.
- they have used drugs.
- they have a true love for good old fashioned training.
- they live and breath a healthy bodybuilding lifestyle.
- they have been consistent and committed to their goals since they started.
- they are not afraid of hard work and have put in their dues.
7. Lastly, you just don’t know what you’re putting in your body. You don’t - no matter what it says on the bottle -how in the world do you really know if it’s good or bad?

Vince: Tell the readers about yourself..
I’m a Sagittarius and like long romantic walks on the beach and working towards world peace… lol!
But seriously, I’m actually a muscle writer. I started my first site back in 1997 called DrugFreeBodybuilding.com. I put it up as a resource for genetically average bodybuilders who want to maximize their bodybuilding potential without the use of anabolic steroids.
I’ve been pretty low-key over the past few years. I’ve actually been devoting a lot of time to my musical projects lately. I play with a funk/R&B/ “rough-neck jazz”. I’m also recording a solo project of some of my own compositions.
Vince: Why did you personally choose the drug free path?
Bodybuilding is not supposed to be just about getting big and strong… it supposed to be about building health, too. At least the old timers of the iron game were interested in building better health. I just feel that it is healthier to build your body without drugs.

The Truth About Fat Burning Supplements
I’ll admit, this next video is a little long winded but this is a topic I take very seriously and that you should be well informed so that you can maximize your fat loss results and to protect your health and wallet.
If you’ve ever had an experience with the latest fat burning supplement then you’ll know they are notorious for over promising and under delivering.
There’s far more at stake here then the latest bodybuilding supplement stealing your money and laughing behind your back - today I will pull back the curtain in far greater detail.
Most fat burning products are sold under the counter with a variety of names like fat burners, thermo formulas, metabolic boosters, reducing agents and many more.
The fat burning supplements that do work contain drugs such as ephedrine and caffeine which are both very powerful stimulants and yes, they are drugs.
However, what supplement companies commonly do is take the herbal forms of those, for example, caffeine comes from a plant called guarana and ephedrine comes from a plant called ma haung, and they put it in their product so they can market it as “natural” or “herbal.”
My biggest issue is that fat burners will work in the short-term but they will not sustain you for the long-term which is why many people fall victim of roller-coaster fitness success.
Fat burners will increase your metabolism up to 10% a day which can be very effective when you’ve progressed down to a very low calorie diet and have progressed up to to the greatest energy expenditure. To summarize, when you can’t take in any less and you can’t put out any more - this is the one and only time I would endorse a fat burning supplement because it will help melt that final few pounds of fat.
Typically, the only people who reach this state are bodybuilders and fitness models on the final few weeks of contest preparation and those on the final few weeks of a transformation contest.
Fat burners also have a diuretic effect which leads to water loss and suppresses your appetite by manipulating your brain neuro-transmitters. They’ll also increase your heart rate which is why you’ll notice that you begin sweating earlier in your workout and they can also cause headaches and tremors on the intermediate side of things. On the extreme side, they can result in a stroke or death.
The extreme cases rarely happen but if occurs more often if you have high blood pressure or heart problems and you should always consult with your doctor before using them period.
So why are fat burners so effective?
Fast forward to about 4 and 1/2 minutes into the video to find out.
As you can see I compiled a massive amount of research into this video to bring you just the nuts and bolts of this subject of fat burning supplements so that you will be very well informed on this serious matter.

Real Man Strength Training w/ Zach Even-Esh
Today you have the pleasure of meeting the most intense, no BS strength coaches I know - Zach Even-Esh of http://www.RealManStrength.com who is the most passionate guy I know about building rugged muscle and taking his clients, who arrive as boys, and turning them into men built like Gladiators.
I got the chance to visit Zach back at his gym, Underground Strength Training Gym in Edison, New Jersey last November and we filmed an entire series of strength training exercise videos - just for you. I have two routines o share with you after this entertaining and educating interview about how Zach’s training background and philosophy behind gaining steel-solid muscle.
Vince: Tell us how you got into training?
Zach: I used to read bodybuilding magazines before I began lifting. My older brother was a real jock and was always buying the magazines, the weights, the dumbbells, the weider arm blaster…. I was impressed with being HUGE. I used to watch the original Incredible Hulk w/Lou Ferrigno. I thought I was the Hulk, so I always wore green! I would wear swimmies in the pool because I really thought they were MY muscles! Ha Ha, I guess you can say I was addicted to the iron before I even touched it!
Vince: That’s hilarious… I’m laughing out loud right now and knowing you, that does not surprise me! What were you workouts like in the teen age days and how did you get into competitive bodybuilding?
Zach: These workouts were totally off the wall as I would often train 30 days straight without rest days! I often did 1 body part a day so I could do tons of volume. I would 25 – 30 sets per muscle, NO kidding. It wasn’t odd for me to do squats for max sets for 1 hour, then leg press for max sets for an hour. Or for chest I would do the flat bench, incline bench, incline flys, pec deck flys, cable cross over and then dips, 5 sets of each. These were insane, but I had so much passion for lifting that I believed in “the more the better.”
Competitive Bodybuilding happened after high school and I finished wrestling. I competed my sophomore year in college in a natural show to stop the accusations of me doing steroids. I trained so hard and so often that people accused me of being on drugs. To me, this was passion. I loved the movie ‘Pumping Iron’ and when I saw them training for competition and battling on stage I envisioned this as me!
Vince: How did you transition into the strength and conditioning world as a coach?
Zach: In my mid 20’s I began to get the itch to compete in the combat arena again. So, I began training in jiu jitsu and shoot fighting. I was training like a bodybuilder and still getting beaten by those who were skinnier and looked much weaker then me. I wound up tearing my ACL and this fired me up BIG time. I had torn my shoulder 2 years earlier while wrestling, and in high school injured my knee. It made me a bit bitter with the relation between bodybuilding and wrestling / combat sports. So I sought out the best of the best to help me teach others in wrestling and combat sports how to avoid the injuries that I experienced.
Vince: What is your training philosophy for building muscle?
Zach: Train heavy, train hard, use the basic lifts and constantly seek to break records and improve these lifts. Eat tons of clean, high quality food and get tons of rest. Back to basics!
Vince: I like it :) What are the most important rules you must follow to build steel-solid muscle?
Zach: Never to stray from the basic lifts such as the squat, deadlift, bench press, military press, bent over rows, lunges, dips and pull ups. Get plenty of rest and lots of high quality food.
Vince: You work with lots of teenagers - any specific advice for teens on getting strong and big?
Zach: Don’t overtrain! Train 3 x week using an upper / lower split and focus on getting REALLY strong with the basic lifts.
Don’t just focus on the “beach muscles” – get your legs strong as hell from squats, work your back and every muscle you can’t see in the mirror intensely. These are large muscles that contribute to muscle mass and even hyping the metabolism helping you to burn fat around the clock!

The Biggest Gainer Transformation Challenge
Attention: Skinny Guys & Gals
It’s time to kick-off the new year with The Biggest Gainer Transformation Challenge. But this is not like any transformation contest you’ve ever heard of before… If you’re sick and tired of being scrawny and weak and ready to transform your life and be featured in my hard copy book and upcoming movie then this may be the most important letter you ever read from me.
What is The Biggest Gainer: Skinny To Muscular Transformation Challenge?

How Many Gainers Win The FREE trip to Mexico?
I am prepared to take a maximum of ten guys. I plan on filming (certain parts
) of our trip in Cancun and using the footage for marketing purposes to assist in promoting the next contest and the The Biggest Gainer T.V. show so I’ll be awarding the best physical transformations - if you have a “t.v. show” personality then you might have an edge :) Consider your video footage and transformation like an audition for Hollywood!
How Do I Win An All-Inclusive Vacation To Cancun Mexico?
1. You must submit your before photos to vincedelmontefitness@yahoo.ca You must include a casual before picture and a before picture holding a newspaper to verify the date.
2. You must send in your before measurements, weight and body fat percentage. Send in measurements of your neck, shoulders, chest, waist (around belly button), thighs (8 inches up from knee cap) and calves.
3. You must film your transformation and include the following clips:
a) A 60-second interview of why you are entering the contest. Tell us why you hate being skinny and your biggest frustration.
b) A 60-second interview with your best friend, brother, sister, family member, girl friend, teacher or colleague and have them describe your confidence, personality and their opinion of your physique.
c) One clip (1-5 minutes) each month that features a day in the life for yourself. Over the course of the six months you should have a variety of footage that includes shopping at the grocery story; training in the gym; cooking a meal; flexing or showing your progress; comments on your progress; hanging out with a new girlfriend or your friends; interview with a friend and their comments on your progress etc. The more video footage you can use to track your transformation the better. The video footage should be emphasizing your behavior change. I’ll be providing more details on how to do each video at the start of each month.
Can I Enter If I’ve Already Started My Transformation?
Yes, 100%. As long as your pictures are submitted by July 1st, 2009, you are eligible. If you don’t have any video footage, don’t worry, just begin filming now.
Can I Submit Just My Photos Without The Video Testimonial and Video Footage?
Yes, but you will not be eligible for the all-inclusive vacation to Cancun Mexico. I will have separate cash prizes for the top contestants who prefer to just submit before and after photos.
Do I Need To Be Using Your Program?
Of course. You can use any of my muscle building building, six-pack, you tube or article programs. As long as the program was authored by me, you are eligible.
How Much Does It Cost To Enter The Transformation?
The cost will be the price of any of my programs if you do not own any. If you already own a copy of one of my programs, then it’s F R E E to enter. But not free to win - the six months will challenge you physically and especially mentally and the cost will be hard work, discipline and consistency.
