You and I both know that is pretty lame. Being tired is definitely not a reason to skip leg day (nor is not feeling like it). But you know that. After all, you’ve made it to the gym. It’s just the part where you have to ‘work’.
We’ve all been there. Unfortunately, it happens all the time.
But not for me.
I’ve discovered how to get yourself STOKED to starting lifting weights.
It has to do with your pre-workout nutrition.
Ever since I started doing this I haven’t once walked into the gym and thought ‘man, I don’t want to do this’. It’s quite the opposite.
I want to share with you a Muscle Charging Pre-Workout Shake that I personally use and love.
Combine this shake with my favourite pre-workout supplement (P.P.K.) and you’ll be so pumped at the gym that you’re gonna be the guy the most intensity (and we know that those guys always get the most attention).
Green Tea and Spinach
1 Cup Green Tea
As you can see I’ve made certain that this shake has a high percentage of carbs and proteins, which will give your muscles the energy and ability to maximize your muscle potential. This is a shake that I personally use and will always continue too.
If there’s an ingredient you don’t like in it, swap it out for a similar food and you’ll be fine 🙂
