Here’s a break down of the workout:
@0:15 – Wide Grip Pull Ups – 4 sets to failure
@1:42 – 45 Degree Incline Chest Press – 4 sets of 12-10-8-6 reps
@3:31 – Inline Barbell Bench Press – 1 set with 3 drop sets
@7:52 – Flat Bench Dumbbell Press with internal rotation – 3 sets of 12-15 reps
@10:00 – Incline Cable Chest Flys – 1 set of 25 reps
@11:13 – check out Artus’s RIPPED SIX PACK ABS 🙂 haha
@14:31 – High upright rope rows – 4 sets of 15-20 reps
