Biceps Workout: Brutal Drop Set Workout for Bigger Biceps

Today I’m going to show you guys one of my favorite bicep exercises that I’m using in my comeback program.

In the last video we did on on drop sets, I want to re-emphasize the some of the biggest mistakes people make with drop sets.

One of the biggest mistakes is not pre-selecting the reps you are going to be doing for the drop. By doing this, you can’t track your progress from workout to workout, so you never know if you’re actually improving.
