How in the world am I supposed to sort out a winner from those 140+ entries submitted yesterday?  I should have hired a panel of judges!

Before I award the winner a copy of my highly-anticipated No-Nonsense DVD Series, I am super excited about this BRAND NEW footage one of the survivors of my hotel body weight workout sent me in the mail.

Last December, I attended a “Advanced Learning” workshop at the Sheraton in L.A. and was asked by the host to provide workouts by the pool each morning.  Of course I agreed and on the last day one of the attendees suggested we film the workout so we did.

I should mention this was just a BODY WEIGHT WORKOUT out by a pool with no machines, medicine balls, bands, kettlebells or none of my advanced stuff.

It was hilarious… After the workout, I had a line up of survivors telling me they wanted to give me a testimony because I guess the workout wasn’t like anything they had ever done before.  Even one of the trainers was stunned.

The workout we did that day is not available until Tuesday April 7th during the pre-sale of the No-Nonsense DVD Series.  It will be a bonus gift included.

I am so happy we filmed this for you… it’s short and sweet:

No hype.  No rock loud music.  No obnoxious pitch.  Just honest experiences from regular folk who SHOWED UP.  I wish you were there.

“I need you working out with me, Vince! If there is one main reason why I would LOVE to have the DVD series it is for the encouragement, motivation & companionship that comes along with you working out with me on a DVD.

I own your 6 pack abs program and completed it with what I deem as good to very good success. I’m a 47 year old mother of two. I’ve “switched” gears to another program for 4-8 weeks but I’m mildly sad when I workout, because I used the videos when I was doing your program and my new program I’m using, while a very good one that I like, DOES NOT HAVE VIDEOS.

I find I’m slightly less motivated on some days and don’t have that extra push that your videos gave me. I can only imagine how great the complete video system would be! And it’s way better than a workout partner in the gym because if I get tired of you chatting I could always MUTE you!”

I could relate to Heather the most because I too was inspired and motivated after I ordered one of my mentors programs and was blown-away by how powerful it was to watch him workout with real weights and real intensity rather than read about it or try to figure it out on your own. That experience was my inspiration for making these DVD’s for you. Heather, you’re response resonated with me the most. When I’m inspired and motivated, I’m VERY dangerous at whatever I do.

Okay, I’m heading off to Miami this Saturday morning (you won’t believe what I’m doing but I will say it’s way crazier than skydiving) so I’m going to send out a email on Friday for two reasons:

    hello vince could you please give me a workout programme that i can use in my home, i am 5ft 11 65 kg and i regurarly lift weights. i just want know what i am goin to be doing when i start my workout and not just doing what i want,

    Hey dude, what do you think of this new product by NXlabs. its called max ripped.
    im not sure about it, it does give you a huge energy boost but once and a while you get a stomach ache. i have noticed some changes using it. for instance i can jump on a bike with a high incline and blast for half an hour, the only thing i really noticed was the amount of sweat that drips off of you. if you could possibly look into this product and hit me back i’d appreciate it.

    a friend of mine is having serious trouble gaining size and or mass hes 6’5 170lbs, hes been trying for years what can you perscribe?

    I hope you are doing the best Always.
    Firstly I`m happy to workout by your program , for your new , for all things you do for me . . . . .
    but i have a problem and i need for help
    while i am training to have flat stomach and six packs . i hear a voice come from my left leg Detailed next to the pelvic bones . . . in the first this voice Did not hurt me. . but now this voice hurt me … i dnt know what to do

    I am so glad to see that I’m not the only one who believes that body weight excercise is a valid muscle building routine. I’m also gald to hear someone else say that muscle mags and suplement co’s are out there for the money by spreading misinformation.

    I am a naturopath and NLP Life Coach with emphasis on body conditioning for holistic self integration. I find your workouts good to watch and i have even learnt a thing or two

    Vince,
    Through the viral marketing technique you and other fitness pros use online, I have purchased, received and read many different programs. I’m a 42 year mom of 4 and realized yesterday that I was rock bottom. I’ve always been into fitness and enjoy working out. However, over the last year and 1/2, my body weight as plummeted, and I feel scared and out of control with emotional eating.

    I want my body back! I keep trying different programs, getting bored, frustrated, you name it the excuses keep coming back. I’m reaching out here, I’m on my last straw. I value your opinion and information you send out. I noticed on the fat burning diet that there is an unusually high amount of food to be eaten. Is this for men? Also, I notice that mostly men are doing your work outs. (at least from what I can see)

    I stood in the store yesterday even considering over the counter diet pills!! I can’t believe where I am. I’m a good 35-40 pounds overweight. I’ve chosen to “not see it in the mirror each day” and actually thought I looked better than I really do.

    I’m willing to change. Just don’t know what to grasp onto.

    I hope u are doing well Always.
    Firstly I’m Urologist, and as a medical professional I read to a reasonable extent in the field of nutrition ,health and fitness, as u know it is an important complementary therapy besides medicines and even surgery.
    Secondly, I totally agree with u as regards to u mentioned about that mafia, and through my whole life i never take any thing as a fact until it passed a full trial and deep careful evaluation of its results by honest well known global scientific centers according to evidence based rules. so let me storm ur. mind as regards to these prepaid non loyal faking things.
    Lastly , I’m aiming by healthy nutrition and regular reasonable exercise to keep myself healthy and fit to have good times and to have life more or less free of disease.
