I did my first jump at 1,400 ft in Sulfolk, Va. We didn’t do with a guy on our back though, we all went on our own. I ended up loving, and i’m going again next weekend. I’ve also enlisted into the Air Force as Pararescue Jumper, so I get to jump out of AC-130’s and do some HALO free falling for a living, im looking towards it. Hope you have fun on your next jump try going by your self its way cooler, with the freedom to mess around on your own.
Skydiving At 17,000 Feet in Denver Colorado
As promised, my jump at 17,000 feet in Denver Colorado with my buddy Mike Geary.
(the video is only a few minutes, not 12 minutes as it shows).
Last summer in July 2008, my buddy Mike Geary picked me up in Denver for a wild week of adventure and adrenaline. (We went whiter water rafting on the Gore Canyon and went over two 8-foot water falls).
In the video, I’m sure you’ll notice that I was doing my best to hide my nervousness. I did something stupid before we left. I Google searched “skydiving” on you tube and all these videos called “Skydiving gone bad…” and “skydiving accident” came up. I don’t recommend doing that before you jump!
So right after getting off a plane, I got back into one but instead of flying down we jumped out! This was not the craziest thing I’ve done but I would put it in the top 5.
I jumped with this 22-year old kid who didn’t give me any instructions on the jump until we leveled off and he says, “So do you know what we’re doing today?!”
I say, “Not really… you haven’t given me a single instruction yet…!”
He informs me that I’m the 10th person he’s jumped with today and says, “It’s pretty simple. All you need to do is relax. I’ll take care of the rest.”
That was it. I nominated myself to go first so I couldn’t chicken out.
Aside from the entire anticipation of the unknown while flying up, the scariest and coolest part was when you’re feet leave the plane – that’s when you might spoil in your pants…LOL
All in all, Mike and I had a great jump experience and I would do it again. Next time, I’ll barrel out of the plane… maybe…
Feel free to share your own skydiving experiences. I would love to hear them.
Vince
P.S. Tomorrow I’m going to tell you why I’m REALLY angry…
Plus, tomorrow, to cheer us up, I’m announcing the 2nd 24-hour contest to win a free No-Nonsense DVD Series being released in 7 days!

Hey Vince! What a fun video. Had me smiling the whole time living through your jump vicariously. I’m gonna keep this video in my list of things to watch when I need a pick me up and want to feel good. Glad you had a great time!

I don’t think I’d ever have the courage to skydive. I mean YOU ARE BASICALLY FREE FALLING IN THE AIR…….until the parashoot is unleashed. But what if the parashoot didn’t work. That’s what scares me the most!!!

Ya know Vince, it’s all about choices.
And one of my choices is,…. that if I’m going to die, it’s not in a Lavender jump suit strapped to the back of another man.
If you had died, your poor Italian mother would still be lighting candles.
At least pick a bad ass outfit for the next jump.
March 31, 2009
You’re so right about turning off your brain. I tried a bungee (highest in New Zealand) and I simply couldn’t make my legs move to take the jump. Didn’t feel so nervous but there was a total disconnect between brain and muscle. Survival instinct. In the end, I just told the instructor to push me, and it was cool from there.
March 31, 2009
Geez that was awesome Vince. Now I want to do it.

Vince; i am so jealous! I always wanted to do tandem skydiving and unfortunately so far never got the chance, but i guess i will get my turn one day. i am scared like hell but i think it is unbeleavable!
I want to thank you for your inspiring emails. My household goods eventually arived from South Africa to Madagascar. My mood is much better and i started training on my homegym. I did some of the exercises which you send to us on 20 March and feel a new person! My life changed completely and by exercising for only a few days (and push myself to the limits) i already lost 0.5kg;
i promise i will take some before photo’s and in a month or 2, after photo’s:
Thank you so much for this program you send us!

Nice jump, Vince! You look a lot more relaxed than I would be jumping out of a perfectly good plane!
BTW – I love the idea of you messing with your head by Googling “sky diving”, that’s just the sort of stupid thing that I do!

skydiving was great when i did it over the beach in Brisbane Australia my husband bought me a jump for my 40th and i bought him one in return we jumped the same time it was soooo great. Our next thing is whitewater rafting and bungy jumping…..Yahooooo.
Thank you for the rant on the fitness industry i agree and have had this discussion with soo many people – my argument was always how did the old doods of days gone by by hard work and natural food.
I still believe in 1 hour of cardio a day and weights – when i took advice to do it in 7 minutes adya sticking to the plan 100% i put on 6 kilograms of fat – not muscle not nice curves fat i looked and fet like crap – went back to my old and trusted ways and altho i still dont have as many curves and muscles as i’d like i am back to my comfortable weight and for 41 year old mother of two i think i look pretty good.
I think we need to find wot works for each of us with a little advice and lots of trial and error.

I’ll be doing my first jump beginning of July (if my boss doesn’t come up with some majorly urgent work for me to do that day *sigh*) – one of those where you jump out alone and have the ripcord attached to the plane so it pulls the chute open automatically – I’d wanted to do an individual free-fall one, but those are a lot more expensive, so I’ll do that after graduation … hmm, maybe I can get my parents to give it to me FOR graduation *lol* – but yeh – soooo looking forward to it!

Vince,
for the vast majority of the population 1/4 of what they eat keeps them alive, the other 3/4 keeps their doctors alive!
I’m cofused with your latest ‘why i’m angry’ article…you say
“Here is a list of diets that have made MILLIONS of dollars yet only have a 90% success rate”
did you really man 90% success rate?
I reckon you would be happy if your program had a 90% success rate with everyone who tried it.
April 1, 2009
Thank You ,you both have adventures spirits.Enjoy! I bungie jumped at 68 years young. And I’d do it again.

Hey Vince – I can see your workin at it BUTyou need to chill more mate.
In 100 years what do you want others to say about Vincent? Why?
When your up to your arse in alligators and the way out of the swamp is full of sharks and box jellies, you kinda re-evaluate lifes important bits.
I’m not saying what you say isnt important – it is! Bloody important ! especially for those among us that are naive and /or a bit slow. Keep up the good fight, man. Take the weekends off, too.
ps. myreason for following the man is to fine tune the lifestyle, and surround myself with like-minded people. It helps me stay sane.
As they say somewhere- peace bro !

I want to have a workout plan that doable, variable and trustworthy to provide me with long lasting results and that will take the guess work off my life for good.
April 1, 2009
One other thing that gets me angry (along with what you said) is some of the online websites also promote each other’s products – what most people don’t know is that they are getting a profit from cross promoting each others diet plan, exercise program, supplements, etc. So if their product is so great, why do they have to promote someone else’s?? I’m sick and tired of trying to find a program that appears to be a sound exercise and diet plan only to find out that in order to get the diet plan you have to go to another website and buy it or vis versa. I’m hoping you are not one of these people!! Thankfully I saw through the disguises and haven’t wasted my money. Keep up the good work and great videos!
April 1, 2009
that looks fun, i will be doing that when i can afford to : ]
like your post’s vince.
no nonsense dvd look’s good and your write about all the supplements.
all people need to do is,

EAT BIG
SLEEP BIG, rest is important.

What I want from the No Nonsense DVDs is a source of inspiration, so I can then develop the motivation that will lead to serious perspiration! Seriously!
I also want a structured and progressive plan that I can adapt to my situation at home, in my modestly equipped home gym.
April 1, 2009
Hey Vince,
I would like to own your DVD because I am one of those numb nuts that buys ALL the supps and mags and follows these plans that as you say, keep me looking exactly the same!!!
Owning your DVD set will mean an end to the expense and the wasted time reading and in the gym!
Hopefully yours!

Hey, your question was what was the most important reason for access to your series…Honestly i just want access because i truely believe you’re not bullshitting people.. There was one thing u said that stuck with me…It was somthing along the lines of “If u eat a double cheese burger this week, cut down to a normal burger next week..” as funny as that sounds it really is so true an you’ve helped me change my entire mindset, that it is possible to have a healthy lifestyle and not a healthy diet..That i should think along the lines of cutting down meals step by step instead of cutting out foods cold turkey..No1 has ever said anything like that..Or at least no1 i’ve taken advice from..
I have tried everything, from all the shortcuts to complete dedication with dieting an exercise..and av lost alot of weight but my body is at the point where it needs a change and you mentioned in your email that every plan, magazine etc. is the same thing. Please excuse the long msg, this isnt to give a best answer, its just to say thanks for giving me back the positivity and confidence i lost..I have maybe about 10 more lbs to go but more importantly i really jus wanna tone up and youve gotten me back to the point where i believe its more than possible so thanks again..Lin
April 1, 2009
Hi Vince
I am also angry and I am just beginning to work on getting the message out there too. I don’t use supps. I have used some previously and even found some useful but not worth the gains for the money. Also we can’t forget about the damage to our health aspect of using supps and drugs. Feed and train the body right and you will get the results. I would like the No-Nonsense DVD’s for two reasons. I frankly see them as being linked. For fun and variety of programs. If we keep the gym interesting there is a high likelihood that we will continue. My name is Mike Winegarden and I am in my 40’s. I have refined my thinking several times in as many years. It is thanks to people like you who tell the facts. I am blind and learned most of what I know around fitness and food consumption on my own from reading books and asking a lot of questions. At one time I was in the gym 2 to 3 hours a day 4 to 5 days a week. Around week 10 I was tired and did take an injury. I was in great shape but the price was too high on my quality of life. In the next few months my name will be associated with the same values I believe you hold dear, honesty and integrity. I thank you Vince for continuing the struggle to get the correct information out there. Be healthy everyone. Mike
April 1, 2009
the number one benefit and most important reason I want to access your No-Nonsense DVD Series is because i am equally upset by the level of professioal neglectence in the dieting and supplements industry.

April 1, 2009
Vince, I get more and more confused everyday. You mention Mike Geary is a close friend and I think it was Mike that referred me to your website along with others such as Mike Anderson, Fabrice Rinaldi and Jon Benson to name a few. While I think everyone has good information, it seems as if everyone is promoting everyone else, yet everyone contradicts everyone else. For example, Mike Anderson has his personal formulas for certain supplements that he claims are far better than the crap you buy in the stores, yet some of the things he says to take, you say stop waisting your money on, like CLA for fat loss, Tribulus for HGH production and L-Glutamine for muscle recovery. Not to mention everyone has a different view on how to workout and what one says is good, another says is bad. Who can I believe when you all seem to support each other, yet you all teach different things that contradict each other? I wouldn’t mind a personal response to my email, thanks.
April 1, 2009
Vince,
What an awesome experience! I have always wanted to skydive, but am not fond of heights at all. Maybe someday I’ll get up the courage to do that! Thanks for your article on phony supplements and companies. They definately have brain-washed many, many people, including myself. It’s hard not to think that you need one or more of those products to help you achieve the body that you desire. Thank you for being upfront and honest. ….Amber
April 1, 2009
The number one benefit from using the “No-Nonsense DVD Series” will be to loose my big fat gut without wasting hugh amounts of time or money on useless supplements, and using natural everyday foods like the top natural athletes resulting in heads being turned in my direction for the right reasons. I need this series as I hate drugs, and want to do this transformation as naturally as possible how God intended . I also want to get into the best shape that I have ever been, ,
April 1, 2009
Hey Vince, you do sound angry, and more importantly commited to a straight up approach to fitness. I started working out about 10 years ago after a nasty divorce more to release anger than anything else, and experianced the best body transformation of my life, no supplements, no actual dieting other than cleaning up what I ate, and no training support. I went from about 178 lbs to 152 in about 4 months (I’m 5′8″). Since then I’ve maintained an active healthy lifestyle and am pretty fit for a 50 yo. As much as I’ve tried, I can get myself somewhat looking good, but I’ve certainly hit a plateau. I’ve spent too much money on supplements, programs, gym memberships etc. to tell you the whole story. I won’t take drugs, and would only buy protein if I was sure I’m buying the best I could get (recommendations??).
Would your No Nonsence DVD program take me to that level beyond which I can’t seem to get? I’d be a good candidate to win one. Hope you agree.
April 1, 2009
Hi Vince,
All my life, family members have hassled me ” your so skinny, don’t you eat” I would be a millionaire if I recieved 10 cents for every time i’ve heard that. Friends are a little less forward in telling me. Sometimes I feel like saying ” well it looks like your eating enough for the both of us” but I know they would get upset. I have hovered around 50 kilograms for most of my life, i have never been over 55 kg.
My metabolism is extremely quick, it goes straight through me.. I’ve been to a personal trainer, for 6 months he was good, but sent me broke and I got no results, man he pushed me hard. I was on bulk mass and that did nothing more than give sore guts.
On the weekend I purchaced a rower for my wife and and ab bench for myself, I already have a bench press and weights and I’ve transformed the office into a home GYM, oh yeah, I’ve been in a good routine for the past month now, eating bigger, working out daily, the sleep is what i’m missing out on though. I’m getting ripped but no weight gain yet. And it’s because I stumbled across you on Youtube one night, to see someone like you do it, gave me inspiration and belief that I too can transform myself into a spunkrat. Thanks for the motivation, my success story begins here.

Hi, Vince:
The reason I would like your DVD series for quite a few reasons. I quit smoking 6 years ago in February. Since then I have managed to put on 30 extra pounds, and also I am going through menopause. I use to have a gym membership, which I worked out faithfully at three days a week. Did not go and eat at fast food restaurants and nothing is working. I also have a mini trampoline, exercise bike, and work out ball. I don’t consider myself to be a lazy person, but it seems like the harder I try and the more I do, no results are seen. I also have lost my job after 25 1/2 years of service, so the money is just not there to purchase anything. Hopefully you can help me out.
April 1, 2009
Hi, Vince thanks for being out there for all of us Dumb people.I’m a 39 yo male I have known about the suppliment companies for three years now.And have been wanting to use injections to help me out. But, I have 6 kids and what example would set for them. So, now my thing is my awesome wife and myself along with my family.I have been trying to help my wife lose weight since we started going to the “Y” .Since she had our three girls (My 2nd Marriage). Her thing was to go outside and play along with the kids. But, she has never done that but a few times. And she says it hurts that she has let herself get to that point.I need your help.
p.s. you won me over.
April 1, 2009
hello crazy man,
I know skydiving is not something I want to do. It was hard enough for me to do my 1st bikini contest at age 40 now 45 with a few small goals to acheive other than skydiving that is jus t crazy (afraid of flying)! Good luck on the next jump.
April 1, 2009
Vince, I’m hoping your dvd’s will convey the passion you clearly have for body transformation in all who desire it. There’s always value in seeing a programme laid out step by step and you can never have too many form notes. But what I need most is a spark to ignite the fire in my wobbly belly. I’m actually the leanest I’ve ever been right now but still have much ground to cover. As someone who has wavered from chubby to obese to flabby for 35 years, I want the person pushing me out of my comfort zone to know what they are talking about, to cut to the chase and to inspire me to consistent action. I believe you fit the bill.
Cheers – Jim B
April 1, 2009
The reason i want the nononsense dvd series is because i have been working out for about 2 years now, I am 17 right now, and i just reached my plateau. I have been finding new workouts on the internet for a long time, and now i feel as though my body is used to how i do things. I work hard at the gym and see pretty much no gains. Im stuck at 20% body fat, weigh 180 lbs, and going to the gym at least 5 times a week isn’t improving my physique anymore.
I want your dvd for a new challenge and i am up for the challenge. I feel like i am in good enough shape to start it, and i am very motivated because in about 2 and a half months, i am being sent to basic training for the army. I think a new structured diet and workout plan will help me reach my goal, because my body is used to what i normally do no matter how much i change up what i am working out because i am working out in an alternating workout day routine where, Monday – bench day + other tricep, chest, and shoulder workouts, Tuesday – Bicep and Back day where i do curls with dumbbells and barbells, then different kinds of back workouts; and i repeat this and do a combined workout saturday. I have been doing for awhile now i really need something new to stimulate my muscles in a new way. My ultimate goal is to get down to 14% body fat and stay at 180 lbs.

Hi Vince. My name is Vitaliy, I am russian, weghtlifting trainer ( use to be). Last 10 years of my life I spend living in Florida. I working at one of the University. And I resently get back to the gym. So I want to tell you I like your articles and video.
It has so many new things for me and I will follow your direction to make my self looks like twenty years ago. I would love to have your program. Thanks for your effort to change people life.
April 1, 2009
Hi Vince,
I would love to own your Dvd’s because I would love to be envied as I walk down the beach and not have to hide behind a beach wrap or a towel AGAIN!!!
this year. I’m a fitness instructor and becuse of that and the fact that we are a small community and we all know each other people comment that I should be slimmer. What they don’t know are the hours of training that I spend in the gym obviously now after reading all these new all over body workouts, I know how many hours I’ve been over training and wasting time and energy. I honestly do take training seriously and would love to own these videos to be able to approach training in a completely different way. By the way I am going to be 53years old in May and love the fact that I push myself to achieve my goals . I,m currently doing Fit Yummy Mummy program and have lost 9.9lbs and 1/2 inch all over my body. Thanks Sylvana
April 1, 2009
Vince,
So you ask:
“What is the number one benefit and most important reason you want access to my No-Nonsense DVD Series?”
The number one reason for me is to gain self confidence back in my life.
I had done a program before and had great results. I lost 30lbs in 3 months. After 2 years of doing great I experienced a break up and since then it has been down hill for me. I even remember the day I looked at myself in the mirror and saw that I was starting to gain weight and just said to myself “I don’t care”. I was that depressed at that time. Since then I have backed a whopping 85lbs. I hate looking at myself in the mirror and think that everyone judges me and makes fun of me for being fat.
So I know now I’m ready to take charge of my life back and with your help I know I can do it. I’m more likely to follow a step by step program. I love that you have information about meal plans, working routines, cardio routines etc. I also appreciate that your are very accessible if we have questions about anything.
And for even more motivation a friend called me yesterday and invited me to go with him and his family to Hawaii on October 27 for 10 days. So now I have a goal or set time that I would love to get my health back. I really want to look like the guy in your Six Pack Quest ad and hopefully with your new DVD I will be able to get mu confidence back and be a new man.
Thanks,
Mauro

Hi Vince
the reason I would like an awesome program for no nonsence muscle building is, I want to look like a sport fitness model on my wedding
. And make everyone jealous as hell. For me, thats reason enough
April 1, 2009
Why do I want your DVD series? Because I am sick and tired of being taken by all the crap programs out there that kust want to take my money for nothing. My mother died at the age of 52 and was miserable most of her life from illnesses related to her obesity. I seem to be cursed by the same genes and I am trying to do everything in my power to not end up like her. I’m 47 and want to see my kids get married and play with my grandchildren some day. I believe you can help me get there!
April 1, 2009
Hello!
The reason I would like access to your DVD program is that I have been focusing on being the healthiest person I can be through lifestyle modifications and eating right (organic foods, food combining, raw etc.). I’m a 54 year old woman with lots of energy now and would like to shape and tone my body – because I know my body will respond. I am very motivated and realize that my present exercise routine of brisk daily walking, an elliptical machine and one kettle bell isn’t getting me anywhere! Trouble is, I’m a blank slate and I don’t know where to start! After reading your blog post – wow, there is a lot of misinformation out there. Pick me, pick me!
April 1, 2009
Hey Vince,
The reason I would like to own your videos is because I am a personal trainer just starting out in the industry. I have made great strides with my body over the years. Similar to your story I went from a skinny guy of 128 to 165 currently. This pushed me to get in the industry only to find so many poor uneducated trainers that could care less about their clients. It just pisses me off. I care about my clients and I want them to get the best transformation at the fastest rate of time. I am always looking for new ways of training. I would love to add the knowledge of your videos to my library. Not only for my use by to use your techniques with my clients. Thanks for all the great information you always share. May we continue to not only become physically better ourselves but help our many friends and acquaintances along the way.
April 1, 2009
Hey Vince at least your partner was experienced! My first jump was a tandem with my big brother who needed a guinea pig. We started by going out the door and doing a couple forward rolls. It was a thrilling jump and got me hooked, but I found out on the ground he hadn’t planned those rolls and was worried he wouldn’t be able to stop them.
These days I’m not doing much of this kind of stuff. For one, I’m too fat to enjoy it. I’ve done the yo-yo thing, quitting when I got pregnant or bored or stressed or sick. I want to stop that crap and find something I can do without feeling like a prisoner. If I spend my entire life focused on how to tweak my workouts and planning each and every meal, it’s not much of a life.
I also never got to my goal, the image of me in my head, the old me. It sounds like your the man that can do that with your series. You provide the brains, experience and research and I bring the willingness and commitment to follow the plan.
I’m down about 35lbs since my last daughter was born, but have more to loose. More importantly to me, I need to build back muscle. The last time I jumped with my brother he said, “Just as I thought, you’ve lost all your muscle tone.” because I struggled to flare enough on landing.
Keep spreading the word to the ignorant masses and keep enjoying everything in life, including jumping out of perfectly good airplanes!

VINCE I LIKE EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR WAY TO PERSONAL FITNESS GOALS WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IS WHAT PARTS OF YOUR PROGRAMS CAN I GET IN HARD COPY OR DVD. I DON’T HAVE A PRINTER AND NOT GOOD ON THE COMPUTER . IF YOU WOULD LET ME KNOW I WOULD BE HAPPY TO PURCHAS THEM FROM YOU… THANK YOU

Hi vince,i’m 46 years old i am not fat i love to have six pack abs my be i can do it with your DVD thats one of my goal.thanks sean.
April 1, 2009
I need you working out with me, Vince! If there is one main reason why I would LOVE to have the DVD series it is for the encouragement, motivation & companionship that comes along with you working out with me on a DVD. I own your 6 pack abs program and completed it with what I deem as good to very good success. I’m a 47 year old mother of two. I’ve “switched” gears to another program for 4-8 weeks but I’m mildly sad when I workout, because I used the videos when I was doing your program and my new program I’m using, while a very good one that I like, DOES NOT HAVE VIDEOS. I find I’m slightly less motivated on some days and don’t have that extra push that your videos gave me. I can only imagine how great the complete video system would be! And it’s way better than a workout partner in the gym because if I get tired of you chatting I could always MUTE you!
April 1, 2009
Hi Vince. I’m 52 years old and have yo-yo dieted for better than 30 years. 4 times I have taken off over 100 pounds. The three previous times, prior to this most recent time, I put it all back on and then some. I topped out at 370 in August of 2007. Since then I lost 180 pounds and got down to 190. I’ve since put back on 35 so I’m at 225 now. Many reasons and excuses…taking care of my elderly ill parents and a recent knee operation have set me back. I have to stop! I need your help! I need that DVD series! I can’t put the weight back on again Vince! It will kill me for sure because I’m too old to do it again brother! The only thing saving me now is my gym membership. I go there religiously and I love working out. My problem is and has always been shoving crap into my pie hole. Please help me!

I once got the most terrific blow job while sky-diving. We started in the back of the plane and then shuffled to the door behind the group of jumpers. When it was time to jump, my girlfriend went out first and I followed. I was “out there” because I didn’t think I would be able to maintain form while unzipping! Keeping an erection while the wind whips you at 120 miles per hour is difficult but doable. Then the moment came. We met in mid air and I carefully flipped on my back (kids don’t try this at home). She grabbed my chest and slowly positioned her mouth over my wind-burned member. The adrenalin made it hard to concentrate since I kept looking at the altimeter but I soon blew my load into her hot mouth. Thankfully, I had time to tuck in and zip just before pulling the chute. Overall a thrilling experience, but I got some nasty looks from the other jumpers when I landed.

Hey vince, after redaing your recent post about “being angry”..i said to myself …”yeah i’m angry too”…seems i spend most of my time reading forums about bodybuilding, and just when i think i may have an understanding of what it takes to achieve my goals of added muscle weight-ripped core-and overall body transformation…i read somthing that contradicts what i thought i just learned or makes just as much sense but using totally different stratagies …your dvd sounds great, being able to watch a professional perform the workouts and talk me through how to eat more and bulk up would be most phenominal…eating more is probably my biggest hurdle(getting past the minset that eating more will get me fat i gueess)…anyway thats my 2 cents worth

Hi Vince
Over the years I’ve trained with weights and went from 115 to 180 pounds. That’s 8 pounds a year!!! and not lean muscle. I started when I was 16 years old and I’m currently 24. I trained in different gyms and did dozens of different routines, and in every single gym and with every routine my motivation only lasted a couple of weeks. The main reason of that, I guess it was, I didn’t completely trust the people who structured my programs. As you say, how the hell can I trust a guy who doesn’t look fit or who doesn’t have an impressive physique. In my country Guatemala, anyone can be a personal trainer just because they look a little different than the rest, but I can assure you they have no idea how they got results. So the number one reason for me to get your DVD series is because I trust you, I can relate to your personal story cause I was a skinny, and now I want a better physique, balanced and functional. The number one benefit would be to have a program well structured by someone who really is a professional and that truly wants to help others accomplish their goals. I believe that if I follow the program step by step and really commit to myself and to my goals, I will succeed, and it would be in great part because of your program.

Hey Vince,
the number one reason for me is to try to gain the hopes back. You kwon, I have been an Martial Artist and Competidor for several Years. That means I used to train 8 hours a day, 7 days a week. Swimming, running and weight training where part of my preparation as competidor (I was part of the national team of peru). I didnt have any weight or eating problemas. I eat junk whenever I wanted and didnt win weight. Sure, when i had a competition I diet and went into the weight I needed to compite.
A couple of years ago I had to stop training as hard as I used. I injured my knees (condromalasya). This and starting to work full day didnt let me any time to train as hard as i used to do. I joint a big gym, but the only thing I found was a couple of guys who dont have any idea. You know, most of the traininers who work in this gyms dont have any studys or education in this. They used to work out and are bulky (not even shreaded) and are still in the 19th century. The wanted me to do conventional cardio for 45 minutes at least as warm up, then some weight training whit little weight (I used to do tripple the weight when i was in form) and then 1 houre of spinning. After 6 month my body hasnt change much, but my knees where killing me. Now I know that i wont waist 3 houres a day in a Gym for nothing. I need something that really inspires me to training to change. I tryed every diet in the market, even went to the nutricionist, but I lose motivation after some weeks, when i dont see any results.
Please help me.

Hello,
I would like to win a set of your DVD’s because it sounds like you really have something that works–most of all you seem to know your stuff and to be an honest man. I have struggled with weight all my life and have found nothing that really works. I would really like to learn the best fitness programs. I have worked out consistently for the last 25+ years with all those things I learned in the 80’s. I’ve spent hours every week in the gym with seemingly no results. It has been very frustrating.
Also I am interested in learning about the supplements. I have two sons who are very athletic and are into supplements and working out. Especially my 20 year old son who is in the Marine Reserves. So I would like to learn and share with them what supplements are not good and what is the best thing for them and their health and fitness.
Thank you for the opportunity to win the DVD’s! God bless!

The most important reason you want access to your No-Nonsense DVD Series is to have a personal trainer in the privacy of my own home. I’m 53 years old, mother of 5 ages 21 to 31, grandmother of 4 ages 5 months to 5 years, and for the first time in my life am learning to care for myself. As a result of homeopathic treatment since 2002, I have lost much weight, improved my eating habits, and since 2004 no longer have the need to take the synthroid I had been on since 1996 for autoimmune hypothyroid problem.
Having a personal trainer would take me step by step, give me proper form, and keep me from comparing myself to others and “knowing” that I am the worst or the slowest or the most uneducated.
I’ve started doing some of the routines from the online training here, but having DVDs would allow the workout to be done in front of a big-screen rather than my lap top.
Thank you for making this incredible information accessible to someone who has recently moved out from a 33 year oppressive marriage and is now financially supporting herself for the first time in all my years, and now I feel like I really need to have a good muscular support system too, so I will feel more confident standing on my own two feet!

Great Stuff Vince..i want to skydive also when i get some time…It’s the greatest feeling and completely nuts..lol
April 1, 2009
Vince, in response to your question: “What is the number one benefit and most important reason you want access to my No-Nonsense DVD Series?” I offer this answer.
I turned 35 two days ago & I’m ready for a change. I weigh a whopping 148 lbs. Fortunately, I have a relatively low body-fat % so I don’t look “too” bad. I’m not skinny-fat or rail-thin. Still, I long to be in the 175-185 lbs. range.
I am in my last week & 1/2 of a 90 “extreme” workout series that is featured all over late-night TV. I’ve followed the nutrition plan closely. I haven’t hit it 100%, but I have been 95% or better in my eating.
I’ve only missed two workouts in the 72 days I’ve been on this program & that was because a tornado hit my house on March 8th. I had a few days worth of clean-up, etc. Other than that, I’ve worked my tail off on this program.
The program that I am currently on has done a good job of leaning me out & helping me cut my body fat % almost in half. In the meantime, I have gained some muscle.
But, I noticed that I wasn’t really getting as large as I thought I should have for as hard as I was working. It has lead to some frustration and anger. It has also lead me to seek out a better teacher. That’s when I found your website while google searching.
After receiving your 10 part email series, I was eager to learn more about how you transformed yourself. I knew that my current program was not going to bulk me up in the fashion that I desire.
But, a benefit of my current program is that I can watch the DVD & workout with the instructor.
“If only there was a way to plug Vince into my DVD player”, I thought. “I would be able to watch him as I worked out. I’d have no choice but to succeed.”
So, when I received your only480.com invitation, I rushed right over & checked it out. Imagine my delight when I realized that you were putting out a DVD series!
I have the discipline to eat cleanly 6 times a day (with an occasional treat), hit my workout sessions, track my progress, get my rest, etc. In short, I am ready to put forth the necessary effort.
I’ve been at some form of weight training for the last few years with limited success. I could really use a workout & nutrition plan that works.
Thanks for listening!

Hey Vince,
I would love to win your DVD set. It would bring my training to a new level. If I had these DVDs , I could take the knowledge and put it towards my fitness goals. In order to get professional results, you need to have professional information. If I won this DVD set , I could pass on this knowledge to my gym buddies, and in turn help them reach there fitness goals. This DVD package would give me the tools I need to succeed. I hope I have a chance at this thing…

Why I want access to your DVD program? Well I never toughed about it seriously before, now I come to realize that the most important reason besides feeling good after a shredding work out, is respect. And not respect from people, I don’t care about lady’s chasing me or not, I’m already in love with an amazing gal which by the way got to know me before my transformation so there is no way I’m cheating or leaving her. I don’t care about guys staring at me at the gym or trying to lift more weight than I do, there’s always someone who lifts more or less than I do, however I do care about guys asking me for advice (it happens a lot when they see you getting results) it feels good to help people in reaching their goals (now I understand you a little better Vince). When I talk about respect I mean the kind of respect I feel every time I look myself in the mirror, and it’s not vanity (well I must confess maybe a little) it’s the feeling of realizing that you’re achieving your goals within the deadline. Before following your advice I was stuck at 75Kg(166lbs) 17%BF I was frustrated for almost a year, I didn’t realize I had to change the way I eat, my sleeping, hell even the way I used to train. 4 months after following your advice I’m at 94Kg(206lbs) 14%BF. And I do feel more respect about myself every day just because I know I’m getting the job done, the job of being more healthy and stronger every day. I don’t care too much about the way I look, I dress very bad and I don’t care about gals chasing me, but if they are I’m not complaining either. But the main reason for training in a proper way is that feeling you get when you overcome yourself, and you know you’re better than you were yesterday, there is nothing good about being better than someone else, but overcoming myself everyday for me is the ultimate goal in every aspect of my life, including health and fitness.
I did get commitment from the investment, US dollar is sky high now (I live in Mexico) and there is a really big lack of information about fitness here. Gyms are not what you are used to(from what I can see in your videos) with really nice barbells and with 10 benches for bench press, here you have to wait in line to use most of the equipment for compound exercises, hell you sometimes have to wait to use barbells due to only one set in the gym(a couple of barbells for every weight). Food even thou is very natural is really bad if you have the usual diet for Mexican people, lots of tortilla(flour, carbs) lots of meat(fat) and lots of lard to cook everything. Now don’t get me wrong I’m not complaining or crying about anything I’m just trying to make myself clear, I think it’s more difficult for me than for you or most of your clients in Canada/US. The only advantage I can think of is we don’t get too many magazines and supplements, here are inaccessibly expensive(lol) so I would like to thank the internet(for the opportunity) and you for sharing your knowledge even thou at a price I understand you have to make money someway, somehow(we all do), and what better way than helping people and doing something that you really like, have you toughed about getting a sponsorship?
Best Regards.
Irving Zappi.

I have never been skydiving. I can’t handle the speed and I must have feet on the ground whether it be my own or piggy-back on some hunk or horsebackriding! The reason I really wish to train with you and “win” the dvd series is that I am a 53 year old woman who has been “ok” but never “bangin” and I want once in my life to have a waist and a booty and a hard body. I have emphasized strengthening my core to avoid back surgery and so far so good. But I want more. I want to be the over 50 representative to show that IT CAN BE DONE; no matter what age you begin. I am determined but to win the dvd set would seal the deal! Peace out.

I heard much of what your saying years ago when EAS tried to get the Body Challange out there. i thought the goal was admirable, but it soon got tainted in the was and scams. I purchased the video from Phillips all those years ago, and it still motivates me today. I recently went through a DCF case where 3 kids were “brought” to my door, and my mohter become permently under my care. Oh, and I’m getting married in a month if she stays with the insanity that long.
I use to compete in Martial Arts, and tried lifting; along with all the suppliment and BS that goes with it. I’m in good shape (5′6″ @148lbs) but definatly not what I want. With a full time job, and a full time student on top of the above, training the old way of 2 horus a day for 4-6 days a week was not working, and so my $500 Soloflex dumbbells sit as a hat rack in the corner. To have a workout with the same philosophy would be great. My ethic, economy of motion, short and to the point!
I’m the last male figure in my family, and I’m gonna do this one thing for me. So, I’m up to the challenge; if I dare say, if YOU are. Can you keep it real even when success or pressure builds? I’d love the confidence to say yes!

I actually thought about your question (”What is the number one benefit and most important reason you want access to my No-Nonsense DVD Series?” ) the second i came across your page. Well i came to realize that the reason i wanted this dvd series so bad was the same reason that i had for wanting to make the basketball team and the soccer team and the volleyball team, the same reason why i pushed so hard in every day at practise the reason why even though i didn’t have much skill i was a good player. and that is; DESIRE. That word says it all. When you want something bad enough you are willing to push all obsticles out of the way you completely give 110% you are motivated you work extremely hard to reach what you want and most importantly…you reach it, you get it, you seize it and you cherish it. I know that if i were to be able to get my hands on that dvd i would squeeze every drop of juice it had to offer, i would extract every ounce of information it has to offer and would apply it to my daily lifestyle in such a manner that i am possitive would make a 360 turn in my life for the best. To succeed i know what it takes; DESIRE, HARD-WORK, DETERMINATION, COMMITMENT, DEDICATION, PASSION, AND THE RIGHT TOOLS. i have all the above but one: THE RIGHT TOOL and that is what this dvd series is to me. I have the willingness to learn, the ability to adjust, the strenght to cope, and the resilience to keep on going all i need know is the proper guidence, there is so much out there and i feel i have found the right place all i need is the ticket in. The benefit this dvd series would provide for me are immense but one key factor for me is the fact that it is a hard copy dvd and i am currently facing many financial problems, my computer often crashes and the memory is so small that it wont allow me to download the program also i do not have a credit card and cannot purchase this program because i lack the financial resources, i am in no way asking for pity i am simply stating the huge benefits that this dvd series would be to me, it would be the hope and perfect tool i have been waiting for and so desperately desire.

I’m 36 years old, 3 children, and 18 yrs of trying to get my body back to what it once was. I’ve been working out, off and on for the last 6 years. Still haven’t found anything to help with my belly. (Two surgeries and lots of exercises and nothing has worked yet.) Love weights, but have always hit that plateau and couldn’t get past it. Gets pretty discouraging. Motivation, confidence, and hope is what I believe your DVD series will bring me. Excited about having the old/new me back.
And yes, seeing you in your fitted Under Armour..haha!

Hi Vince.
I’m at my last year of high school. Ive been training for a couple of months now, and I don’t know wh but I started loosing my motivation.
When I started working out, I was a bit overweight. I was eating pretty much junk every day, I was depressed. My grades at school were not that great, I didn’t have an awsome social life, and I was pretty depressed. After a couple of weeks spent in the gym, I started to feel a little better. I was doing mostly machines. I put alot of effort into my workouts, and i sarted to see some little results:).
After a couple of months, some of my friends started noticing i was getting a bit more in shape. I wasn’t “the fat guy” quite as much as before. This motivated me, so I put even more effort into my workouts. I was spending more time in the gym, less time watching T.V. and sitting in front of the computer. I felt much happier and my social life started improoving.
A couple of months pased. I lost a bit more weight (at this point, I was looking pretty good:)). I started been know as “the gym that goes to the gym”. I liked that title very much. I had finaly found something I was good at, something that identifies me. I sarted looking at working out as “my thing”, “my hobby”, “something I was finally good at.” My life got alot better at that point.
Still wasn’t so great at school, wasn’t one of the most fun or amazing people in school, but I was “that gym guy” (I was getting alot more looks from ladies as well
).
Then, one day, while having a sonversation with a girl who was a friend of mine, I spontaniously anounced to her that I would get a 6-pack before summer (wouldn’t have done that if i knew hoe hard it would be, but im happy I didn’t know at the time). She didn’t realy care all that much, but I could not fail that promise; I was “the gym guy”.
The very same day, I went on youtube and serched “how to get a 6-pack”. Kinda silly, but i had nothing else. I clicked on the video with the most muscular guy on it. That muscular guy then started talking. He told me it was hard work. he told me it wasnt a question of magic pills, supplements, or special diets. He told me it wasnt about thousands of crunches and mindless running (which is what i was doing). He told me it can be achieved buy anyone, as long as they put the effort required. I was astonished. Nowone had given me any advice on weight training before, and I realized I knew nothing about this wolrd of body building I had acociated myself with. I started looking up more of that guy’s videos, and I subscribed to his website. I started geting e-mails and videos on how to train and what to do. I was amazed at how much information there was about “my hobby”. This guy knew what he was talking about and this guy was an inspiration to me. I had discovored the world of “body bilding”. I was a a whole knew level now.
After following this guy’s advice for a while, I noticed my body changing drastically. I lost 10 pounds within months. My abs started being visible (a beautiefull sight:)). This guy was an inspiration to me. He was a bit of an idol. He showed me anything was possible, if you work hard for it. I had never been more motivated in my life before. I started putting effort into everything I did. Helping m parents at home, studying for school, making more friends and most importantly, training hard for taht 6-pack. I acieved goals in life I taught I could never achieve before. My grade went trought the roof. I was more than the “gym guy” now. I was a new person, and I say with pride, a better person. Much beter looking too! Girls were sudenly paing way more attention to me! (another thing I taught would never happen:)). Th guy on that video changed my life. I was now the ultimate “gym guy”. After I saw these improovements in my life, I knew I could never quit working out. This became my passion.
I haven’t stopped yet, and it’s been a whole year. Thank you ,Vince. I’m sure u can tell by now that you were that guy in teh video.
Although I continue to workout, I have stopped seing results. I’m sure this is a plateau, but I can’t seem to get over it. I started loosing my motivation, and restarting some of my bad old habbits. I tried alot to get over this plateau, but I can’t seem to achieve this. The rest of my life is kind of plateaues too. My grades are starting to get worse. Im becoming more closed to people. I’m starting to feel my depression coming back. I can’t figure out why this is happening. It would love to get back to my ever-improoving self again, but it’s very hard for some reason.
I know I and writing a very losng post, but I just have alot to say. You have helped me so muc Vince, even tho you didn’t know this. I’m sure im just another one of your millions of subscribers to you, but to me, you are a sort of Idol. I wanted you to know my story, and I ask for your help once again, to break this plateau and get my life back on the track to succes.
I think that your DVD is just the thing I need. Like I said, i don’t have a lot of money, stil only a student. My parents are not that supportive and tehy don’t trust the internet, so I can’t ask for their money to get the DVD. I got a job and earned some money, but it’s s pathetic amount and I don’t even have a credit card to use in order to buy the DVDs. I didn’t there was a chance of me getting one untill I heard that you are giving some away. I would love to get one, so I can learno more about this whole world of bosy building, and so that I can get over this frustrating pleateau and get my life back on track.
I aprecite you taking the time to at least read my story (sry its so long but i just had to tell you:)) and I hopefully you decide I am the right person to give one DVD to. ![]()

The DVD series will allow me to see proper form technique demonstrated, as well as what I feel to be able to deliver even more information. For me, typing or reading an ebook is exhausting and I usually don’t focus as well on getting all the information sucked out of it. Watching a video is so much better as I am able to relax and sit back and just soak in all the information, without straining my eyes to see. Also, it is much easier to watch the DVD series and take notes over and over again in the same day than it is to read. Reading for me is a very slow process.
Another benefit of the DVD products is to see that Vince is a real person. When you read an ebook, even if there is fancy photos of the author on the sales page, you still wonder if it’s just a bunch of BS marketing “Specialization” tactics that claims “THIS IS THE REAL DEAL MUSCLE BUILDING BLA BLA” Actually SEEING the authors conviction in his speech and obvious extraordinary physique would make me more opt to purchase the DVD product.
Keep it up vince, really lookin’ forward to these DVDs!!!!

Wow… I just finished reading every single post here!
I am honored to be surrounded by so many driven and ambitious people and it it’s tough to decide a winner but whoever I award, let me reassure you that each of you said something I could relate to and showed me how serious each of you are which gets me pumped up. I still have to read the next batch and will announce the winner shortly…
I noticed an overlapping theme on some comments…
1. Lots of people are hitting plateaus and struggling to get to that next level.
2. Lots of frusturated people about all the contradicting info on the Internet. Who do you believe and who do you follow?
3. Lots of people taking action out of the “timing” and circumstances of life.
4. Lots of people with a desire to conquer their body and “prove to themselves it can be done.”
I will address all of these in a Q and A email on Friday and then have you post any more final questions before I make the 480 DVD’s available on Tuesday April 7th at 12pm EST.

“What is the number one benefit and most important reason you want access to my No-Nonsense DVD Series?”
I have been using your tips for some time now and am at a level I have not been able to maintain in the past, but have now. I have been working out virtually alone for about 6 years now. My goal is 4% body fat, but I have limited access to good nutritional knowledge here, especially supplements which I have been looking at recently but haven’t bought yet; the only gym in town shut down 6 months ago, and I have no friends with the same fitess goals as me. Your stuff would be the peronal trainer, the nutrionist, and the motivation that I need to fulfill my goal, plus there’s no chance of a half-baked commitment as I can watch DVDs whenever, and they don’t flake on you cos they have work or “don’t feel like it”. The number one benefit is a greater chance to reach my goals, and the most important reason is because I strive to be the best I can possibly be in all areas of life, and now is my time in my fitness and bodybuilding.

Hey Vince! Wow that was awesome. I am so glad that Mike Geary is also in the video….I am a huge fan! I would have to say that Mike was the first person to inspire me to start lifting weights and get motivated. I actually heard about you through one of his newsletters a while back and now I am hooked on both of your newsletters and work outs!
Ironically, one of my good friends was telling me to go sky diving with him 3 days ago but I am too chicken to try it! I watched your video and now I am kind of excited.
Thanks for posting that!
