Again... I have no idea why I do this to myself? I should have hired a panel of judges to make the decision for me. I'll announce the winner on Thursday.

It's encouraging to hear your passion and desire to be the best you can possibly be. I trust it's encouraging for you to read each others comments to reveal that we're all on this journey together and no one has ever struggled with an obstacle that has not been overcome. I hope you're feeding off of each others energy here.

Okay, so I read a lot of over lapping reasons you guys want my stuff...

- Variety...
- Challenge
- You want to do it right
- "I want it bad."
- Strengthen weak links
- Inspiration
- Motivation
- Proper technique
- To live as healthy as possible
- Respected by peers
- Something new.

And many more but those ones stood out. I can give you my virtual hand shake that you will not be disappointed. It's funny because I order A LOT of stuff on the Internet my self for many of the same reasons you guys are interested in my system.

I specifically remember watching one DVD series that blew me away. It wasnt cheap either and I wondered why the heck he charged so much but I trusted the coach who had a solid reputation after doing my homework and when I got the videos and started seeing how he trained with real weights and real intensity I instantly said, "This is how I'm doing my DVD series."

Not to brag but I got in rock-solid shape to film this stuff. You're going to be blown away by how inspiring the workouts are - especially the 5- Day Overdrive program you get which is the exact way i trained last summer leading up to the world fitness model championships.

You also get the exact 29-week program I used to gain 41-pounds of muscle in six months.

Again, my stuff won't be for everyone and it's not going to be the same investment as getting a digital e-book but I can reassure you every minute will be worth it. I hate putting pressure on people but if this sounds like something you're interested in, be by your computer on Tuesday April 7 at 12pm EST.

I'm not a psychic but I think all 480 copies will go fast...

Thanks so much for the contribution, sharing and inspiring each other.

Vince

P.S. There was one concerning comment that my message sounded hypocritical and I'll reply to that in a Q and A post on Friday.<div class="comment-remix-meta"><a href="#" class="replyto" onclick="replyto('6180','Vince'); return false;">Reply</a> - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('6180','Vince','Again...
The number one benefit and most important reason would be to have a new challenge because I know that our body gets accustomed to some exercises even if you choose to do variations so I would like to have more variety in my arsenal of workouts and in the mean time, I will be able to lead a more healthier life and challenge myself again and again through time. Thanks for the good advices that you post, they are very helpful to us average joes.

I need something??
I am a very active person (6 days a week ).
I am a runner ,triathlete, and go to the gym.
Have done this for 13 years now, but still in a rut to get into the best lean ,and trim, body I am looking for.
Sure I can run a marathon, or do an Ironman Triathalon, but it doesn't give me the shape I desire, even after working out a couple hours a day in prime training season.
Help me do a transformation of getting lean, and seeing the benefits of doing a shorter workout, compare to a long slow work out.<div class="comment-remix-meta"><a href="#" class="replyto" onclick="replyto('6178','Cindy M'); return false;">Reply</a> - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('6178','Cindy M','I need something??\nI am a very active person (6 days a week ).\nI am a runner ,triathlete, and go to the gym.\nHave done this for 13 years now, but still in a rut to get into the best lean ,and trim, body I am looking for.\nSure I can run a marathon, or do an Ironman Triathalon, but it doesn\'t give me the shape I desire, even after working out a couple hours a day in prime training season.\nHelp me do a transformation of getting lean, and seeing the benefits of doing a shorter workout, compare to a long slow work out.'); return false;">Quote</a></div>

Hi Vince
As you say Vince your program may not be for everyone. I have tried other programs and have made some really good results in the fat loss area and have gained strength as well. I have been working on this for over a year now and have dropped 45 Pounds and body fat down from 30% body fat to 14.70% but that is where I have been stuck and I mean stuck. I have added and changed things around to no avail so I would look to your program as the Holy Grail in plateau busting!! Believe me when I say I have the commitment and scores of your colleagues books and have followed their advice very closely but still stuck!! Hope to see if your program has what it takes?

Vince,

I am preparing to embark on a journey....a journey that is going to require a lot of commitment and knowledge on my part. I have always been skinny. I never really knew whether to think of that as a blessing or a curse....until high school. I would get lucky with the ladies, only to get pushed aside for another guy with a more muscular physique. I get bullied on a daily basis. Even my gym teacher started to tag along on the "skinny" jokes. It feels horrible knowing that I workout on a routine basis, only to show nothing for it and get stomped on. This is where my regular life comes to a screeching hault. This is when I pull together every scrap of self pride and discipline and show my fellow peers I can succeed. I have read your stories, I have watched your videos, and I have realized that if I show discipline, show I have some heart, then I too can achieve my dreams just as you did. I need a place to start and I feel, from the strong dedication you have put in, your program is where I must begin. Its like my favorite quote says, "Any man has the power to change his stars."

Thanks and may the best be in store for you,

Hey Vince,

Lately I've be come sick of being the 'under-dog" in life, sick of being under-rated and laughed at so to speak, by my friends constantly working out killing themselves at the gym day in day out, yet changing no other habbits (ie eating-out) After hitting a gruesome (to me) 195lbs early this year I realized something big. I haven't been that heavy since 2003, and i was playing rugby in high school, and i knew I wasn't that muscular again, there was no chance in hell of that happening. After seeing that I made the decision to clean up my act, and start getting healthy again.

After finding your no-nonense muscle building and 6-pack abs in 6 months programs i began reading, and soaking up all the information i could from them slowly working up to where i felt confident to put it into a day to day practice without the fear of failing or missing that one thing that would hurt me. I was amazed at the information included but the one thing missing was "perfect" examples of each individual exercise and workout. (virtual trainer aside of course.)

Since hearing about your video's coming out, i promised myself to buy them no matter what the state of the economy was. Why? Well because, i want the added structure, the visual representation of the workouts you described done by the very person who created the program, and the added "kick in the ass" motivation seeing them would give. Another reason is that these dvd's will give me a means to the measure, a plan of action to be utilized with the rest of your programs. Without a goal there can be no achivement, yet without a well laid out plan there is only chaos getting to the goal, and I'm sure you know chaos only leads to frustration, waining will power to continue to the program, and the frustration effects your motivation, how you percieve your goal, and where you'll ultimately be at the end of it.

I'm 24yrs old and have asthma, and i'm sick and tired of not having the physical energy to do anything physicaly, and fun with my friends, because I do tire out so quickly. I've done the UDT training from your other programs, and that was a slap in the face. It showed me I'm no where close to where i though i was physically, and got me really motivated to get my ass in gear, and i always love a new challenge! But like i said no matter what i'm going to buy thee dvd's, it'll provide me with a bigger investent than anything else. Using my own HARD, EARNED money to provide me the final peice of the means to reach my goals of a healthier, happier and more active life.

the number one benefit is: JUST EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR HAVING SUCCESS ALL IN ONE BIG PACKAGE. Its like having the treasure's map and the tools, you've got the way, the description, the knowledge of how many steps, you've got the direction of EVERY step, the shovel and every tool you need, you've got a plan of "what to do in case of" any risk, a plan to keep off bad advice/products and even the motivation and inspiring plan for those dark days, everything you need for getting your goal.

I purchased both the "Six pack quest" as I need to cut first and the "No non sense Muscle building" I am amazed how much quality information you gave me, more than the value of the money, years of experience and every tool I need. I have lost 14 pounds of fat so far in just 6 weeks, it was exactly as you said 1% of fat weekly I started to see changes in my body composition and my partners at work started to ask what am I doing? Is it a new diet? (as they already know my efforts to keep fat and weight in check) no, I answer is Vince del Monte, my trainer. Now I know everything I need to never have that yo-yo effect I had when dieting, your system teach me the reasons why just dieting without exercise is not a solution, the risk and how to finally get rid of the ugly fat.

I have a friend who is in a cutting phase as well, he has a very strict diet from his personal trainer though I have loose more fat than he in less time, I think he has not realized that he can be fat eating brocolli and chicken breast all day (I learned that from you ;-) ) I told him about Vince del Monte, I told him about your system, every time we talk he is very interested, but as you also told us, he is so confused for all the magazines he read, I know I will get better results than he just because a lot of flaws his system has (I know that because I really hard Study your system)

Personally I like how clear you put thing, you Make us think, make changes, not be just robots, what you say is straight without messing around, things as they are, I like the way you ask about my commitment, is it really 10 out of 10? Am I willing to get into the hurt box? (YES I AM), is this party/drink/cake put me closer or farther of my goal? Is my hard work performance or goal oriented? Am I really trying to make every day/workout count ? Am I experiencing oxigen debt? No? (THEN I NEED MORE INTENSITY) I have learned all this and much much more from you, really I have learned a por and I want to say thanks Vince!!

For me it has been a step by step system very well structured, that create a solid base first and progresively demand more and more challenge for me it has been very inspiring and motivating as well. I like all the information you keep sharing with us, the interviews, audio reports, e-mails, I can tell every time I receive an e-mail from you I literally "devour" the content as I already know the quality of the information you share with us...

Again Vince all I can I say is Thanks !!!

I would like to keep learning from you and I know WITHOUT ANY DOUBT that following your system I will have success in getting my goal and as everybody knows an image says more than a thousand words...

Hey Vince Jordan Kelly here from the UK. First off for me Vince, The number one benefit i want to access to your No-Nonsense DVD Series, is because time and time again when im in the gym, and i see some guy with big guns and Cahoonas for his arms and a rock solid physique, well i just want to stop him during his workout, in the locker room, and pick his brains, What workout, and diet plan does he do. How many reps, how many sets ? Does he do compound or isolation exercises for his muscles. What Specific exercises does he to get those big guns. This DVD Series will finally open my eyes to whats going on with the guys who just get it in the gym, and also on what others are doing in the gym,and not really getting any results. I believe this will truly set me apart and really give me a bodybuilding education on what it takes to build a world class body to be proud of. Nevermind my limiting genetic factors this DVD will finally give me a fail proof plan to finally succeed in this secret Bodybuilding and fitness Industry. I want a real education on what it truly takes to set myself apart and build my own body and sculpt my own chiseled physique.

You know Vince If you do ask guys in the gym about what they do, they dont want to reveal to much. Vince here in the UK it doesnt come cheap for a 1 to 1 personal Trainer, probably about £30 an hour, but with your DVD’s i can have a Plan. Youve heard the Quote saying before havent you Vince,

A man without a plan is like a ship without a destination.

I kinda wish Vince I lived nearer to you,or you me man, that way i could hire you, and without a shadow of a doubt i would not hesitate for a second in hiring you as my personal trainer. personal Trainers dont come cheap but Fees to you would be giving me a world class education, that money just cant buy.

The most important reason I want access to your No-Nonsense DVD Series is because

I cant train with you 1 to 1 Vince, but you have done the next best thing for me, Having your Training DVD ‘S will be like you actually being there with me, and the next best thing to have you working out with me as a 1 to 1 Personal Trainer. Its like your holding my hand, guiding me, and mentoring me every step of the way

This kinda Training will also compliment my Training for when i become a Personal Trainer Next year. To be trained by you Vince would be an honour and to finally have the education that you give in your No-Nonsense DVD Series will be a Real Blessing to me.

I want to have the guts to make a stand, and when everybody else criticises me, puts me down, and Everybody says it cant be done I want to Say I JUST DID IT. I want to take accountability for what i do from now on, and make a statement saying

“This is me, this is what i did, now what is really stopping you”. I gotta be a Winner in the gym and own a body to be proud of.

I love the quote by Marthin Luther King

The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.

Ideally Vince we need to all live by the philosophy of George- Bernard Shaw, and not make excuses

People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I don’t believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and, if they can’t find them, make them. Quote by George- Bernard Shaw

I just know for a fact That i will get up and look for the Circumstances i want ,and find that solution to building a world class body in your No-Nonsense DVD Series.

I gotta be a winner in this life with a roaring heart on fire and the Blood of a champion.

Warm Wishes.

If the guy who used to be a powerlifter doesn't win, well, I hope I do then!
I play rugby which is a ver physical sport, specially in my position. As a natural ectomorph I have clearly exceeded what most expected to be my "zenith". I am 1.93cm tall and weigh around 210 lbs, even so I am realizing with each day the truth about the phrase "the body is at the mind's disposal".
I am constantly looking for new methods to enhance my performance. I recognize my limitations... and thus I can overcome them. I am reading "upside down training" and want to hear more from you.
Cheers and keep in touch!<div class="comment-remix-meta"><a href="#" class="replyto" onclick="replyto('6172','Matthias'); return false;">Reply</a> - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('6172','Matthias','If the guy who used to be a powerlifter doesn\'t win, well, I hope I do then!\nI play rugby which is a ver physical sport, specially in my position.
