I LOVE YOUR PROGRAM! I was about to give up after a few months of training because im sick of hearing those trainers out there telling different kinds of stories when their kind of training doesn’t produce any results! I was so fed up i wasted alot of time and effort in the gym and looked the same before i train! I was surfing the youtube videos on muscle training when i came upon your video about the body weight exercise and i tried it on the gym before i hit the weights. It gave me the “feel” of wanting to lift weights again, so i went home again and follow your program and my muscle started to grow like some kind of mutants! I’ve tried it on my friends, they too started to grow and others thought we were on steroids! I felt very happy because your training style was different from those people doing their normal sets. By the way, keep up the good work Vince!
DelMonte Interview: Testimony Revealed
I have done dozens and dozens of phone interviews with top-notch fitness experts but Jim Katsoulis is the best interviewee in the business. I’ll admit, I’ve delivered some “so-so” interviewees but this one is one of my best EVER.

I m with my brother in San Antonio now and laughing while we listened to this interview together and I asked him what I should call this interview and he says, “Vince DelMonte Naked…” LOL It’s not quite that exposing but Jim dug deeper and got way more out of then I was planning on revealing.
Here is some of the info we touched on:
-> The Skinny Vinny story and how my success was a “fluke”and how I never planned doing what I’m doing today…
-> What my “muscle building Savior” taught me to transform my body from a weak and scrawny 149-pound runner to a 190-pound fitness model champion.
-> How gaining the muscle was personally life-changing…
–> Whether I think it’s necessary to be obsessed to be successful.
–> A brand new, non-conventional, training routine I’ve discovered lately that’s working.
–> The biggest mistake you are making while training in the gym.
–> My secret “leverage point” that gave me an advantage over every other person in the gym.
–> How I did almost everything differently than the magazines and certifications teach and get better results.
–> My mindset and approach to handling heated arguments or debates
–> An embarrassing, never-told before, story about my first workout with a “barbarian’ workout partner.
–> A rant on the food and supplement conspiracy that is ruining your health (and wallet).
And much, much more. This one is worth listening to.

This is in response to the Bill Pearl vegetarian issue. Yes, I would suppose it is very possible to get very muscular without meat while taking steroids. I know I was a vegetarian for 8 years and a non red meat eater for 20. In addition to body building, I played rugby and speedskated. Trust me when I tell you I should have been eating meat. Every body(and I mean the human body) is different but I doubt Bill would have become a name without his injections while eating a vegetarian diet. Still, every year I give up meat, poultry and dairy for six weeks(personal reasons) and it is HARD and my body and energy change. Anyhoo, there’s my two cents.

Dear Vince
I wanted to update you on the progress I’ve made using your coaching. In the last 2 years I have been working on getting my health and appearance back on track. I made some decent progess but 3 months ago I set some pretty high goals for my upcoming 50th birthday. I’ve incorporated many of your techniques into my training and the results have been nothing short of amazing. I turn 50 in 2 weeks and so many friends and family members have commented on how “buff” I look and are asking ME for advice. Thank you giving me the power to feel younger and stronger. Steve Biagini

“Win a FREE No-Nonsense DVD Series…”
It would be easy to convince friends and clients, because they are asking me about the changes they saw in my body, I lost 6kg since last november when I subscribed to your site.
I intent to teach then the right way to exercise- the effective way -because that is your strongest point that I believe. They don’t know the language to do by themselves. I am still learning quite a lot from you since.
I am a nutricionist and wondered how those menus looked like- Imagine how happy I am now having all of those menus plans available and yesterday, the vegan one!!!
I started doing the exercises at home (academy for everyone).
I dream about a perfect body shape and nice and firm belly.
I fell that my body responds quite well and quick. And, believe me, doing nothing at all of the workouts, I mean, nothing intensive, basically the 2 days fat burning workout 3 to 4 times a week fits me well so far. More than nothing.
I tried to have your no-nonsense pack but is impossible yet.
I am delighted!! it is too much of good informations!!! I don’t miss a thing, your long speach are good !!!
looking forward to winning more and more and more…
Got the idea ? Rosana

Vince,
My name is Mauro and I’m a licensed massage therapist. I’m really intrigued about your program. I have been wanting to start losing weight but motivation seems to be the big factor and also making excuses, like not having enough money for the right foods or to join a gym. I’m 42, and at my heaviest weight ever. I weigh 248 lbs and I’m 5′9″, measuring 49.75 inches around my belly, wearing 38 or 40 waist pants.. I would love to loose 90-95 lbs. When I was 33 I used to weigh 194 and was able to go down 30 lbs doing the body for life program, I lost the 30 lbs in 3 months. At age 36, I went up to 170 lbs and since then I have just put on the pounds. I like your program but want to make sure I invest in the right one. I really want to be able to do a transformation in 6 months. Also I live in a 2 bedroom apt. with my brother and don’t have a lot of room to build a home gym but want to work out from home and walk/jog outside for my cardio part of my exercise.
So questions:
1. Can I train with resistance bands or tubes with your program or do I have to buy free weights, a bench etc. If so what type of equipment should I invest in given my limited room and finances and still get great benefits?
2. Is doing cardio outside OK? (I’ll have to start by walking since it’s been a while since I have done any running).
3. I know your new DVD is going to be available April 7th, so should I wait to buy your DVD or should I just buy your Six Pack Quest now and get started?
Thanks for your time and hope to hear from you soon.
I am so tired of the old me. Feeling depressed, feeling ugly and very very insecure about my looks. I’m really ready to be healthy again.
Ready for change,
Mauro
The pictures on my web site were taken when I was 170lbs at age 36.
March 28, 2009
Hey Mauro:
1. You can use tubes but I would recommend to get ready to use free weights because you’ll adapt to the bands within 3 months. You can always build your own gym gradually. A piece here and a piece there.
2. Heck yes. The best cardio is the activity you enjoy the most.
3. You should wait to buy the DVD’s because there will be some surprise bonus gifts ..hint hint…
Drop that language referring to your body. It will not serve you. You’re going to rock it!
March 28, 2009
Thanks Vince. Can’t wait for the DVD then.
March 28, 2009
CAN’T W8 FOR THE DVD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s rly confusing and depressing when you don’t know you are doing the right thing in the gym ![]()
PS: is there any other way 2 pay for it other than credit card?
PSS; for the intrerview, when you mention u switched your reps and sets and modified a bit the excercices every workout, how do you manage to know if you progressed? I mean, if you are doing a diff rep and set scheme and the exercice itself is a litle bit different, how do you know if you have outdone your previous workout.
PSS: did you use a pyramid scheme?
