Building a wide back will be faster and easier once you apply this brand new wave loading technique. You can also use wave loading on your other body parts as well.

Here’s how it’s going to work for pull ups:

Wave 1:

Set 1 – 12 reps

Rest 2 minutes

Set 2 – 9 reps

Rest 2 minutes

Set 3 – 6 reps

Rest 2 minutes

Wave 2 (increase weight):

Set 4 – 12 reps

Rest 2 minutes

Set 5 – 9 reps

Rest 2 minutes

Set 6 – 6 reps
