Want to build big legs without having to use extra weight, and save your joints all at the same time? Then you’re going to want to start using double barrel squats!
In this video I’ll demonstrate the proper technique for double barrel squats. These can really help you to break through sticking points especially if you have a hard time at the bottom or the top of the rep (which most people do).
For most people I would recommend starting out with 3-4 sets for 8-10 reps.
