Today we’re going to be doing a rear delt giant set. You might feel a little awkward when doing these exercises, but that’s ok. When you perform an exercise for the first time the firing-pattern hasn’t been created yet, and it takes a little bit of time for you to “get” the exercise and be able to perform it using the correct muscles properly.
