		<description>hey man, im in the same position as you pretty much--Student with no money for proper food-- which blows. my friend who is now a marine was in the same boat before he went to the marines and he reccomended a weight gainer like Serious Mass, to help with the calorie in take. idk if this approach is &quot;healthy&quot; or what, but it worked for him to add like 30lbs pretty quick and he is now one jacked mo-fo. might have to do a little extra cardio with these though, not sure. What do you think about Weight-Gainers for us poor students Vince? :)

im not terribly skinny, but im not as big as i would like to be, and your tips have helped me quite a bit so far.
i think there were 2 tips of yours that i liked the best.
1st, the one about running and being sweaty before you even go into the gym so that your body is ready to lift and you dont hurt yourself
and 2nd, the one about keeping a stopwatch.

I&#039;m 6ft and 55-60 kg is the gym a must or can gain any or some muscle purely on the dumbells and pushups etc I don&#039;t really have the confidence ATM to hit the gym and thought if I could build my self up just a bit before starting it would give me greater confidence
