I&#039;ve been training like a beast, and you know.... taking a nice loaded cup of coffee before workout really helped me with focus and strenght.

I highly recommend this circuit.

By the way... For those who can handle this excercise... it is really really good for the entire core...&quot;HANGING LEG RAISES&quot;.
