		<description>i have been dieting and exercising for years and i think people who are dishonest trying to sell you things just to make money rather than helping people with weight problems want shooting really. As i have had a weight problem all my life which is why i havn,t sent photos to your site vince i have joined your site and i am now a member and i also bought your ebook. 		<description>Im a College Student still living in the Dorms, now i have seen significant increase in my muscle growth an all following the program with my own added twists. I was just wondering what i could do about my meal plans... im only really allowed to eat two or three meals a day... Any seggestions on how i could go about having somewhat of a Bodybuilding diet while still using only 3 meals a day.. The thing is i dont want the diet to be turned into fat and thats exactly what happens when you dont eat five or six small meals a day ... but for me right now that is impossible... I have been a Fan of yours since I stumbled across your web sight in early 2008, I purchased your NNMB programme in March 2008, then shortly after your good friend and now mine, Craig Ballantines&#039; Turbulance Training, then just recently I purchased from another good friend of yours &amp; Mine Jon Bensons&#039; 7MM Programme. Why All Three? Quite simple, THEY ALL DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL! No BS.  And  you get some awsome workouts when you combine all three!
I have cut my Gym time down to an average, yes Average of 35 minutes including warmup and cooldown.   I foolishly let myself get out of shape throughout December by  lack of self control and commitment due to outside influences  But I know I will soon have myself back in shape not only because I have what I consider to be the most honest top three personal trainers in the business giving me guidence, But at the age of 55 yes you read it right 55, I&#039;ll proove to the doubters out there that it can be done, &amp; without the use of drugs or steroids! 		<description>Intense weight training works!!  In 5 months I lost 6% body fat and gained 4.5kg of muscle pre and then recovering from an ACL reconstruction (I was playing top level rugby at the time so was already in pretty good condition).  Couldn&#039;t really train my legs much at all, did almost not cardio (a bit of stationary bike as a way to get the knee moving) and smashed my upper body using Charles Stayley type EDT training with a bit of other stuff thrown in.  I must say i was pretty surprised to see the change in numbers on the body composition analysis so yeah good diet and hard weight training can get the job done real well. 		<description>I like to share my experience.  I am a 73 year old male who weighs about  152 lbs

Today my  waist size is 32 inches.

Four years ago I started to work on my core.  I used hand weights from 15 to 30 lbs
and exercise on an unbalanced surface (bosu balls, balance balls, on one foot, etc}

For cardio, I took up dancing mostly West Coast Swing, Lindy , Hustler, Salsa and other street dances.  I dance 3 to 4 nights a week and have won some trophies in competitive dancing.

By doing the above, I have improved my posture, reduced my waist size and body
