Yeah I that guy that has bigger calves than biceps. Always been a runner, but am looking to put on some more upper weight. Thing is I have no access to a gym. What type of weights will I need at home to be successful using this system?
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('4344','James','Yeah I that guy that has bigger calves than biceps.
#17 - You read through a 1000 page novel that you bring "just for the gym" in under a week.

#18 - You spend more time in the gym than any other cardio addicts in which you justify to yourself you must be losing alot of fat.

#19 - You do 5 hours of cardio each day religously and complain to the gym guy why you havent lost a single pound of weight. ( personal experience, im the gym guy lol)
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('4343','Bryan Chan','#17 - You read through a 1000 page novel that you bring \"just for the gym\" in under a week.\n\n#18 - You spend more time in the gym than any other cardio addicts in which you justify to yourself you must be losing alot of fat.\n\n#19 - You do 5 hours of cardio each day religously and complain to the gym guy why you havent lost a single pound of weight.
LOL! Love the list. I can tell you aren't one of them because #13 should read 8 GB iPod. 8K isn't even half a song. ;-)

I do enjoy receiving and reading your emails. I need to investigate the one about monthly workouts.
This is absolutely true. I've benefited so much since I've stopped long distance running cardio to sprinting and interval training . The only problem is my diet. All you guys talk about diets that are predominantly non-veg. I'm a vegetarian who happens to eat eggs! I'm in fact eggetarian but not beyond that. Can you help?
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('4336','Pranav','This is absolutely true.
Vince I'm receiving mail from you for about five months .I've followed your instruction and now I got pretty good muscles.I used to go to gym and do the work out s as u told. But da fact i entered the gym is not for getting beefy biceps pr chest.
Normally all me have some what a v shaped upper body ,but my hip bone is wider than normal mostly like women ,so i think i wouldn't be able to get the v shaped body u said (the ratio of 1.6 times wider shoulders than hip) .This thing really makes me loose my confidence ,I feel very much inferior ,I very much afraid to wear normal jeans just because i have a wider hip bone.
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('4341','Raji','Vince I\'m receiving mail from you for about five months .I\'ve followed your instruction and now I got pretty good muscles.I used to go to gym and do the work out s as u told.
When I used to workout at good-life, I got to know a lot of the regulars and year after year we used to joke over the christmas holidays about how it was the "calm before the storm" - once the new year starts, the place became a mad-house.

One of the guys would intentionally plan his rest periods around the first 2 weeks of every year off just to avoid the chaos. I though that was a good idea...

But here's a funny idea: one year we joked about starting a "death pool" with the newbies at our gym. The idea was each person creates a list of 3-5 newbies and whoever's list "dies" (ie. stops coming to the gym) first, wins the pool.

Looking back, that would've been a lot of fun.

If this time of year gets under your skin because of how busy the gym is and how it makes keeping up a good pace difficult, try this out with some friends. It will take your mind off of the annoyances and it gives you something to look forward to when you get there.

I though that was a good idea...\n\nBut here\'s a funny idea: one year we joked about starting a \"death pool\" with the newbies at our gym. The idea was each person creates a list of 3-5 newbies and whoever\'s list \"dies\" (ie. stops coming to the gym) first, wins the pool.\n\nLooking back, that would\'ve been a lot of fun.\n\nIf this time of year gets under your skin because of how busy the gym is and how it makes keeping up a good pace difficult, try this out with some friends. It will take your mind off of the annoyances and it gives you something to look forward to when you get there.\n\nKosta\n- Watch my six pack quest transformation live at http://www.innergamefitness.com‘); return false;”>Quote

2- what are the best crunchless ab movements aside from planks, side planks, mt. climbers, stability ball roll outs, and stability ball jack knifes? and
3- what are the best interval exercises.

if you could please send the response to andrennicolebudnick@yahoo.com if not i will bookmark this page so i can come back to it in a day or so.
