Vince– Good job in talking about the things of life relating to our workouts. You standing there in front of the cameras, show to men like myself the body you live in is kept in shape, as well as the video introduction leading up to your talks. that’s positive. The question that I have and have previewed several of your interview/ lecture sreies is that you’re dicussing things related to us in our everyday lifestyles. I think you would get more men like myself if you would turn to exercising the body parts. “bicep curls” for one. What are the right ways in doing this exercise and what are the wrong ways in doing this exercise and in doing this exercise the right way, doing it how many reps, sets, and weights will help our biceps grow, as well as how to maintain them when we go in for a workout in our off-season. Yes, I, myself is 49 yrs young in a body that looks like I’m on my late 20’s or early 30’s. being the age that I am and I am single and not married no children in my life. I’m not in the gym lifting weights to attract the opposte sex that part of my life is long gone and I’m not interested if I ever get it back.
So, how do relate to us men who just want to keep our bodies in shape regardless of us being maried, divorce or single. I have yet to see you talk and perform an exercise that is worth watching. Yes this is constructive critism on my part to you, but I just wanted to help you in a way that would probably bring alot more men to your websites. we all have been in the gyms and seen guys do exerses and if they knew how to do it corrrectly they would look like us beefcakes/bodybuildrs. waiting for your response in a positive way. Hey Vince:
How is this 1 rep mass technique different from “crash sets” or
“compound sets”
that you talk about? They seem very similar.

Hey Bill
Compound sets do not use ‘1′ repetition nor the super-short rest intervals. Crash
sets are far more random with rep scheme and rest as well.
Dave – I do not use the program formally but will cycle it into my routine in the new year.

Brad – i do my best to simply share what I know and have experienced instead of pretending that I can relate to everyone – which I can’t.
I think anyone can read through a fake – even on the Internet.
I will make a note to do some more specific body part coaching lessons that are more gritty and detailed in the style of technique. That’s for the offer.
