How Live Large LIVE 2011 Came To Be:

One of my life goals is to help 1,000,000 skinny guys transform their physical bodies and use that as a stepping stone to transform the rest of their lives, just like I did.

To date, I’ve helped over 100,000 people transform their physical bodies via my online fitness business and I’m ready to reveal my latest transformation secrets that helped me conquer my genetics and build a world-class body.

You see, it wasn’t until I transformed my body that I gained the confidence to chase after the business, lifestyle and girl of my dreams.  All because of my live large mindset that I want to share with you.

Here’s When “The Stars Aligned”

On April 16th 2011, I won my WBFF Pro Card at the Quebec Championships, which qualified me to compete in the Pro Division of the WBFF World Championships on August 27th in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

I realized immediately that I could combine the World Championships with an opportunity to create the experience of a lifetime for YOU. And that’s what I did! My entire summer was dedicated to pouring every ounce of energy into assembling the first ever Live Large LIVE transformation event.

  2. Hey Vince, I’m stuck on which program to buy off you.Either no nonsense muscle building or six pack quest. My goal is to gain muscle size as well to look ripped. Which one would you recommend? Let me know which one so I can get started asap. Thanks.

    I’ve been trying to listen to your advice about eating a cup of veggies with every meal. So far, my gains have been okay. My gains are up and down. One day, I look at the scale, I’m 157.8. The following day, I’m 155.3 lbs. I keep getting this up and down pattern, and I’m not sure if I’m gaining muscle or fat. I eat really healthy, so I’m positive it would not be fat because I exercise and eat well-balanced meals. At the end of the workouts, I look so jacked, with just about every muscle in my upper body popping out with my abs looking shredded (6 or 8 pack) when I flex. All my muscles look full and pumped. I get compliments from guys when I’m in the gym from people saying I’m big, but as soon as my muscles aren’t pumped anymore, I look skinny again. I’ll look in the mirror and ask myself, where did all that muscle go and my well-defined abs? My abs will only show up in certain light or when I flex. When I wake up, my abs are not there completely (probably because I don’t have food in my stomach). It also looks like I have a bit of love handles still on my sides (hour glass look). I don’t understand because I train my obliques and abs, get good cardio, and eat healthy. I just want to be able to look like my “pumped and jacked” self 24/7. What’s the cause of this? I’m lean and muscular, so I’m not sure if it’s my body fat percentage. My goal is at least to get to 170 lbs, with a well defined body that turns girls’ heads and realize how hard I work in the gym.

    • Joe I could suggest something from the book of no nonsense ou get stuck at any point watch what you are doing, see if you are not giving enough rest to your body, if not then put attetion to the food or the way you train remenber that you dont have to spend more than a hour at gym cause you are burning your muscles after too much time of training!!! that is there on the no nonsense book!! read it again and you will find where are you stuck at and most importat why!! @Joe

  4. I was also at Liv Large and it was the best experience I’ve had at a fitness convention. It covered everything from physical to spiritual and self discovery. I highly recommend attending a Live Large conferenence when comes to your area. Thanks Vince, Flavia and everyone involved.
