First and foremost I want to thank all of my family, friends and fans who cheered me on from the balcony of the Mississauga Living Arts Theatre and through the pages of You Tube, Facebook and everywhere else I hang out online. I was astonished to meet fans who traveled all the way from Chicago, Ohio and Colorado to specifically watch me compete Saturday night! I was absolutely humbled. Â Aside from Amer “The Hammer” (home town boy), I had the 2nd loudest fan crowd so that’s got to count for something, right?
The 2011 WBFF Worlds was a day I’ll never forget.
It started with me waking up at 4am to eat 4 rice cakes, 3 tables spoons of almond butter and 8 oz of boiled chicken breast (without an ounce of water) to dry out and get tighter and tighter.  I rose for battle at 7am to consume 12 oz of lean red meat and 3 whole eggs, followed by more  rice cakes, boiled chicken breast and almond butter and finally some more rice cakes and raspberry jam to get some energy for a pump before pre judging.
As promised, my lower ab skin was almost as thin as the skin on the front of my hands! Â This was the leanest condition I’ve ever achieved in my life…. and it HURT to travel that low. Getting lean HURTS.
I am very proud of how I arrived at Worlds. My entire body was bigger, dryer, tighter and harder than ever. My brother said, “You achieved a P.B. (personal best)” I pushed my body to the ultimate edge. Â Three workouts a day on the final 7 days to suck out the last few grams of fat. Â I stepped on stage at around 204 lbs and 3-4% fat. Â Over 8 lbs heavier than my last show and leaner! Â The last two weeks I was consuming white fish 5 out of 6 meals and on the last few days I was consuming only 100 grams of carbs a day. Â The most challenging part is when you cut your fats the last 3-4 days before the carb up. Â When my fats get cut, I get very, very grumpy. Â In future videos, I’ll reveal all the details of my diet.
I recorded the entire event – photo shoot on Friday, posing practice, pre judging, back stage, finals, post show… everything! Â It’ll all be released in Season 2 of Live Large TV and when you see the videos and pictures you’ll see that I didn’t just improve my physique from April but I almost RE MOLDED it. Â I’m DYING to show you all the footage.
I won’t lie – I was disappointed on not being called out with the top ten guys and my first thought was, I didn’t have the same quality of stage presence or intensity on stage as the top guys who got called out… That was my goal but that’s okay. I got in the ‘fitness model’ game late and received a lot of positive compliments from fellow competitors which felt good.
After prejudging and meeting my coach, Ben says, “There is no way you’re coming top ten tonight…. Unless you go run 10 miles between now and finals and lose 10 lbs off your legs and waist. Â I had no idea how small the fitness model guys were…”
One of the judges confirmed this too. Â I was informed that my waist was “not ideal” for the fitness model category and because I have a big waist, to achieve a “fitness model look” I would have to make my shoulders 2x bigger. Â And my legs were far superior to anyone on stage. Â Size specifically. Â Ben goes, “You should have crossed your legs on stage and you would have fit in better…” haha
It’s funny because for the past 4 months Flavia has been saying, “You should do Muscle Model instead…”  Who knows… Maybe Muscle Model is calling my  name… ?  Another decision for another day.  Always listen to your wife!
NOTE: I’m not making an excuse or complaining. Â This was simply the feedback I received based on my physique compared to others. Â Objective feedback is how you improve.
A few things I know I need to work on if I ever want to win this category is:
- I need to come in around 185-190 lbs. Â That would require losing muscle on my legs because I don’t have 10-15 lbs of extra fat to lose.
- I need to learn how to control my abdominals better. I have a bad habit of letting them relax.
- I need to learn how to pose more naturally. Look more effortless. Â I still move a little rigid.
- I would pay more attention to making my abs deeper and thicker.
- I would bring far more intensity to the stage. Â In fact, I would have a shot (or two) of Sambuca and then hit the stage
After pre judging, I headed to a nice burger restaurant and got a double order of french fries (no salt) and a huge burger. Â It’s hard to describe how good it tasted considering I was eating white fish for over two weeks straight.
Since I have to stay tight and dry until the evening Finals, I only allowed myself 750ml of water between pre judging and finals. Â In total, I went from 9pm on Thursday until 9pm on Saturday with only 1.5 liters of water in total. Â Not drinking is – by far – the most excruciating part of the show. Â Dying of thirst would probably be a horrific way to die!
I can’t consume any dairy or sodium or any foods that would cause water retention so we stopped by Whole Foods and I got myself a huge chocolate brownie and chocolate coconut naomi bar to eat immediately after the finals!
Again, I can’t describe how freaking amazing chocolate tastes when you have not had it for over 10 weeks!

Flavia a.k.a. Flavilicious Fitness – my #1 Fan
Overall, it was a day I’ll never forget. Â Hanging out back stage with the other athletes is always the highlight – pumping up beside Artus Shakur, yelling like the movie 300 before going on stage with Brock Aksoy, talking business with Rob Riches, comparing obliques and legs with Ryan John Baptiste, chilling with muscle model Perry Merlotti, watching Mike Raso (21 Day Fast Mass Building) compete for the first time, seeing James Ellis abs (that look photo shopped!) abs in person, watching Obi Obadike dominate the stage, chat with David Kimmerele on how he does the vacuum, cracking jokes with Wash Candido, flexing in front of the mirror for 10 minutes with muscle pros Darrell Holloman and Sean Harely, getting to meet Scott Dorn (cover of Reps), posing down with 20 of the top models in the world, telling “war stories” about our diets with Micah Lecerte…. meeting super cool guys like Tommy Andrades, Femi Olagoke and Bobby Brennan, having the 2nd loudest cheering squad when I hit the stage, celebrating with Matt & Emily Stirling and Obi and Brock for an Italian feast, Â having my incredible coach Ben Pakulski fly in from Florida and dial me in… and having my gorgeous wife at the event all day taking pictures, video and cheering me on!
I still don’t know my official finish position. One judge had me at 11th and if that’s my final spot, I’ll be extremely happy. Â It’s crazy that I have to wait DAYS to find out my final position…
So many memories. Â The day was so, so long. Flavia and I didn’t even go to the after party (I don’t think many or any body did!). We drove straight home – actually we made a stop at Pizza Nova and I inhaled half a large pizza and then said, “I’m not doing what I did after my Quebec show…”
And, I honestly can’t believe how amazing pizza tastes when you have not had it for 10 weeks. Â Fellow competitors know what I’m talking about.
I slept like a tank when my head hit the sack. It was an amazing day and I can’t wait to share all the photos and videos so we can re live it together.
Here’s a video I shot in the gym the morning after Worlds (Yes, I went to the gym the next day!) that says What’s Next…
Comments or questions… fire away.
Thanks for your long lasting support.
Vince
Holy crap at those legs they are huuuge xD in my honest opinion you look more muscular in the vid shot after the WBFF competition, might be because of the gym’s lighting though
Hi vince a few days ago I’m seeing pictures of the 2011 WBFF and the truth is that I am “motivated and excited” I’m from Argentina .. your program and I still do A LOT of truth served me .. I’m really very grateful to you, you’re my inspiration .. I have a good physique, I thought to compete .. to know what it feels .. a question .. how do I “join or participate” in the WBFF .. compete next year .. if I can get .. who knows? may compete against you .. hehe good .. again thank you very much .. and if I could answer the question of WBFF would also be very grateful .. luck and success
Hi Fernando.
Go to http://www.wbffshows.com and find out their 2012 event schedule… You might have to compete in the US or Canada.
Hello bro,
I’m your biggest fan from Afghanistan. You are really awesome bro. Keep it up. I like you because you help guys to get their dream body, thanks bro.
Dear Mr. Vince Delmonte,
First of all, congratulations on your new physique. You’re continuing to help thousands of guys worldwide and I truly hope you get to your wish of one million. Anyways, I am trying to accumulate 150 grams of protein or more a day. I’m a junior in high school, 16 years old, tan, italian, almost 17, and I’m looking to gain 10-20 pounds of muscle. I’m just sick of being rejected by girls and although I’m a little skinny and ripped, I’d like to gain more weight. I only look truly jacked when I’m pumped up after a hard workout. People can probably only tell I have muscle when I take off my shirt. Other than that, my muscles don’t show that much unless I flex, which I’m sick of doing all the time. I just want to be able to put on that shirt, not have to flex, or flex my 6 pack, and be able to show girls how nice of a guy I am. I also want that respect from all the jocks. I use to be a high school athlete, but now I have work (5-8 pm on wednesdays and thursdays). I work out really hard in the gym, and eat really healthy. My hormones are high because I’m a teenager, and I won’t masturbate because that testosterone is needed for muscle. It’s been a week, and I think I’m lucky enough to gain one pound. Is it possible to consume over 150 grams each day even with school. I’m 5’9, 150 pounds, single digit body fat, I’m mostly all muscle.
This is what I have been eating or trying to eat everyday:
Breakfast: orange juice, milk with cereal or oatmeal, wheat toast, a banana, grapes or some fruit
Mid-lunch: Tyson chicken sandwiches (18g protein total)
Lunch(12:00): Extra lean ground turkey sandwich (26g protein), yogurt with peanuts (9 g protein), water, apple, carrots, fiber-one bar, cheez-its or wheat thins (once a week or two)
After workout (4:15):60 g protein shake (12 g egg whites, 40 g protein powder, 8 g milk) (only workout days)
Dinner: Chicken breast (23 g protein)
Before bed (8:00 pm): chicken breast (23 g protein)
I wake up at 5:45 am, go to school from 7:25 am to 2:45 pm, workout til 4:00 pm, then come home.
I try to consume 150 or more grams of protein a day, but it’s tough. I don’t worry so much about carbs because I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, plus my mom still makes dinner with rice, mixed vegetables, salad, corn, potatoes. Lentil soup is good too. I also consume 90 oz of water or more throughout the day. It’s hard to keep up with homework, the whole weight-gaining programs, and get enough sleep.
This was what I bought this week
-chicken breast tenders (64 oz of chicken)
-frozen chicken breasts (48 oz total, 7 total chicken breasts)
- extra lean ground turkey (26 g protein, 5 servings 26 x 5=130 grams)
-carrots (for lunches)
-turkey burgers (16 g each, 12 servings = 192 grams)
-3 cartons of 100% egg whites (5 g protein servings, 10 servings a carton)
I’m unsure what to eat at my mid-lunch meal since it’s at 9:00 am, I have gym class after. However, I have block scheduling, so it’s every other day.
I usually boil my chicken. We also have 100% virgin olive oil too, so I don’t know how much I should have of that.
My family thinks I’m crazy for eating all of this, and say I’ll have kidney problems. My uncle is like me with a fast metabolism, and he says just eat the regular food and work out.
Thank you for your time Mr. Delmonte, you are the only guy I trust when it comes to weight-gaining. I want to gain muscle, not a lot of fat. Make my muscles really pop out, and not have to flex. My goal is to get up to 165-170 pounds by November 1,2011. Is it possible if I consume 150 grams of protein or more a day? I just pray that I’m able to gain the weight and not waste my money if it isn’t going to work. I have to save money for college and a car. I gained maybe one pound this week, and I don’t even know if it’s muscle or fat. Thank you so much for your time, I appreciate your expertise-advice. You deserve nothing but the best.
Your fan and supporter,
Joe
@Vince – Thanks Vince! You did work bro! I’m using you for motivation for the next year to get in the best shape of my life before I turn 30 one year from today!
You looked incredible Bro, came in very dry and full and despite what the judges thought of your legs being too big, I think your legs are top notch. All the best Vince
-Brian
Hi Vince,
I just experienced my first taste of defeat in an online body transformation competition. I was very sad for a day and finally was able to shake that off. I am glad that I was able to shake off the feeling of being defeated. My wife tried to make me laugh and take me out to eat. Thankfully, it went away. How were you able to overcome the feeling of being defeated?
Vince,
It’s such an inspiration that you’re so positive about your 11th place. Man I’ve been wanting to meet you for years! I live in England.. Is there any way you’ll come over to the UK in the future? Damn I hope so.
Just hope you know how many peoples lives you have changed in such a positive way and continue to keep on.
I hope I get to meet you one day!
Vince, You said your put on 8 lbs since your last show. That’s very impressive! That show wasn’t to long ago how did you do it? I know that’s a loaded question but I gotta know!
My last show as April 30th. This recent show was August 27th so almost 4 months.
There is a lot of anabolic potential for your body to grow immediately after a period of intense dieting.
I put my body through the Anabolic Amplifier Effect as taught in http://www.21DayFastMassBuilding.com
Cheers!
Nice post Vince. Great job on gaining 8 pounds and improving your conditioning from your last show. That’s really impressive!
Thanks Lee!
Anabolic Amplifier Effect! But most of those gains were because I flew to Tampa and had Ben kick my butt for 2 weeks and manipulate my technique on many of movements.
I guess I always figured you were a fake internet guru =)
Nope… I’ve been a “real internet guru” for over 5 years strong.
Congrats on the transformation Vince, huge inspiration! I’m starting the overload phase of 21 day fast mass and could not be more inspired to kick this things ass and master it. – Raw savage from the bone and flesh
So what’s next on the agenda man?
Las Vegas baby!
Muscle & Fitness Model Search… I’m doing the Super Pump Challenge…. Stay tuned
I’ll be in Vegas for the Mr. O weekend. Look out!
Looking great!Definitely the best shape of your life.Your truly an inspiration to everyone. You have change my life greatly and now i have a goal to shoot for.Being a Asian its not easy to be at the top in world fitness industry(lots of politics here and there )However i will do my best to get there.”To believe in myself” .
Good luck for your next show!
“Politics” are a just an excuse for you to not give it your all.
Don’t be one of those lame fitness competitors who throw around the word “politics”
That mentality is for the weak.
Vince – Just wanted to say congratulations on picking a goal and following through with that goal. You have been a constant influence and a huge motivator for me in my life. Not only in fitness but other aspects as well. Thank you for this! Look forward to future endeavors. Live Large
-Devin
Thanks Devin. One day at a time!
Hi Vince,
Congratulations! You are really a survivor, not drinking water and so many restrictions. Kudos to you.
I want to compete in the Diva Fitness Model possibly next year 2012. How would I go about preparing for this competition?
Hi Renee.
1. Register now
2. Get a physique assessment
3. Design a plan that focuses on balancing out your body
4. Start a diet that focuses on 1% fat loss a week.
5. Investing in my Stage Shredded Status DVD’s would show you everything I did to transform.
6. Make it happen!
Go for a higher category, Vince. Don’t be small, be huge and ripped
Congratulation on your excellent job!!! I cud b wrong but for me it sounds like they didn’t want you to come top 20 as u r never gonna sign a contract to promote supplements so better let somebody else come up top 20 to promote their fake supplements!!! Again I apologize if I made any comment tht I sudnt… For me and most of ur fans u deserve top 10!!!
Hey Milan. I considered this…. If I was offered a supplement contract I would probably turn it down unless it was Blue Star’s stuff or Charles Poliquin’s stuff.
Hi, a little of the subject, how do i log onto NNMB where is the link
P.S. congratulations on all your recent successes, you are a great inspiration, currently three weeks in to NNMB results are great already!!!
Email vince@vincedelmontefitness.com for that info
Hey Vince!
Congratulations on your victory! I know you didn’t place in the top 10 but you’re a winner because you understand that its not only about winning or losing. It’s about working toward your dreams and goals and enjoying every step of the way while helping others by setting the example to follow. I posted one time about character and reputation. Well my friend you have both. I believe that dedication or commitment to achieving a physical transformation is without question an inspiration to others and a great example for others to follow but if you lose your humility in the process, you might as well go back what you were. You didn’t lose yours and your a winner just for that alone…at least in my book. And btw your results are nothing short of incredible!
Congrats and continued success to you and your family!
Frank
Work Hard! Expect Results! (Its just that simple)
Thanks Frank. Those are meaningful insights.
Hi Vince
You are obviously a man prepared to suffer for his art. Just don’t cut of an ear!
You inspire a great many people with your honesty.
Keep up the good work.
Ian
Thanks Ian. Keep plugging away at your focuses.
Well Done Vince,
You are a true role model and champion. Truly inspirational. Keep it up. Will try to follow.
Don’t try. Do.
Vince a very big well done from here in the uk; I have to tell you that since following u on youtube and the like, I am training to enter my first fitness model comp next year aged 35yrs and am now training to be a pt! Well done again, u have done urself and family very proud
Well done Matt. Your show will be a huge accomplishment you’ll never forget.
Vince,
)
You look amazing! Not bad for a first outing!! (BTW, ALWAYS listen to your wife
Really appreciate all you and Flavia do. Keep sharing and helping so we can look maybe 1/2 as good as you.
Thanks Wendy.
Flavia is here smiling at your comment.
From what I understand, this is your first competition on this level. I imagine the top ten guys have been doing this longer than you have, so they have more knowledge on what to look for and how to pose. Once you get acquire the knowledge on this level, we will see you on top.
Hey Christian.
That’s what my Dad said, “Vince you’re getting into this fitness modelling game late…”
It does take time to get familiar with the stage and learn how to command respect from the crowd.
Hey Vince,
Until someone meets you in person, they really have no idea how strong looking and ripped you are. Let me re-phrase that. I thought you looked fanstastic but it was taken up a huge notch when I met you in person at LLL. I want to thank you for a life-changing event. We will meet again, I promise.
Thanks Trevor. That’s a very kind compliment.
See that guys? To see how strong looking I am, you have to meet me in person. ha!
That compliment will fuel me all day long.
Awesome meeting you Trevor. Your physique was the talk of the event and I’m so glad you took 2nd place in the pose down! Enjoy your supplements!
I would stock up on:
Omega Blue
Iso Smooth
Extreme Rush
Vitality (his multi)
And grab some creatine, BCAA and glutamine. You’re pretty much set up!
Thanks for the compliment Vince. When I registered for Live Large Live I had my goal in place to be as lean and muscular as possible by the event date. I feel I already won before I hit the stage. The prize was icing on the cake – and very much appreciated! I have taken your advice and my order is placed.
Hey Vince you said your legs looked the best. How did the calves look. I didn’t see any pics of them?
You know, my calves were SHREDDED…. Every step I took you could see lines and striations from the Achilles up. I know all the sprinting I did played a huge role.
My calves are not “big” but they were certainly much improved.
Muscle Model -> Here I come.
congrats bro
u deserved it !
its so funny that in the past u were skinny vinny an now u r too big for the category with awesmoe physique .
well done man
Hi Reda.
Yeah… “Today’s obsessions become tomorrow’s realities!”
I’ve been obsessed about gaining size and mass and that’s what I became… Thoughts lead to your destiny.
A great well Done irrespective of the placings. SO inspirational and motivational!! Keep up the awesome work you and your wife are doing.
Stay healthy
Thanks Jessica. Keep chasing down those “far fetched” goals in your own life. They are worth the pursuit.
You-re doing great. Enjoy the journey and the next phase of your life.
Vince (You Belong)Del Monte. Great article on your adventure Vince. We your readers are all proud of you.looking forward to the video and pictures.
Get Stronger and Shredded,Burn it Up… Herc.
Thanks Big Nelson! Always appreciate you making an effort to encourage me. You the man.
Im really impressed with how much positivty you have regarding the placings and how much you’ve taken from it.
Listing the areas you know are your weak spots is never easy, especially at a point where lesser people would still be licking their wounds.
Its obvious that you see this as a ‘lessons learned and knowledge gained’ experience, well done.
Best shape ive seen you in bro, keep at it
Frazer.
Thanks man. There were guys CRYING back stage, some guys WALKING OFF the stage (not in my category), a few others acting like really sore losers…. When I saw that I thought, “That’s NOT what I want to give off…”
The last thing I want is for my fans to see me a sore loser. Fact is, these shows offer VERY LITTLE to even the top 3 guys. I actually heard that the winners receive their winning cash in INSTALMENTS! Like “post dated” checks!
I do the shows for my OWN reasons – to inspire you guys, create an awesome backdrop for videos and teaching lessons. Plus to get myself in wicked shape.
I’m not at the show to win a supplement contract, or photo shoot (I can pay for those on my own), or to be a walking billboard for the organization. To be honest, that would take away from my mission of SERVING you guys.
So not placing or winning could be seen as a blessing in disguise.
I try to look at the positive in everything. I went to the show with NO expectations. I DID want to get a Top 10 call out and that was the most disappointing piece of the day but overall it was an amazing day and I’m going to have another amazing day today too!
Remember this quote… ‘Between stimulus and response is always a CHOICE!”
@wouter – I’ve always been taught that jealousy is the best form of flattery and wouters comment certainly sounds like jealousy to me.
It would be interesting to see what this person actually looks like to see if they are “qualified” to make the comments they make i.e. if they would be placed top 10 in a WBFF competition – I suspect not.
I’m certainly not qualified to criticise so I would like to conclude by saying to Vince that you are extremely inspirational to all of us and it is heartening to see that you truly practice what you preaches when you say that “your body is your trophy”.
Keep on Living Large and I hope that you do go up to Muscle Model as I’m sure you’ll dominate it.
Hey Vince,
204 LBS under 5% is a major improvement since your last show! Great job.
Although you were ripped and muscular, you don’t have the fitness or bodybuilder symmetry.
Your chest and quads are gigantic, while your arms and calves are still skinny and scrawny.
Sure, you know you got small calves but this completely makes your symmetry crappy.
Don’t take this as an offending, you showed great discipline and sweat do get to the worlds! You are indeed in the best shape of your life so right on!
Cutting muscle off your quads would be a shame of all the hard work! Focus on your calves and arms and you would probably have a major chance winning muscle model category.
Wouter you are really rude to Vince!
Vince was cocky as hell before the competition, and didn’t live up to the talk. IMO a little humble pie would do the guy some good, although I doubt he would listen. Wouter- you were spot on and I applaud that you actually gave some feedback rather than robotically repeat the same praise everyone else did. Hit- Vince is a big boy, he should be able to take that and if not that’s his problem. He talked the talk, but didn’t walk the walk. If you’re going to call everyone out and come ’11th’, you’re gonna get some backlash.
Humble pie does a body good Vince- we need a little more of it in this world- think of that next time and then do your thing.
Wouter.
I appreciate your feedback and for stating the obvious. Don’t worry bro, I have eyes and I can see the pictures myself
Stay focused on you.
@wouter I actually think you intended to be helpful with this criticism but you might want to rethink the way you phrase it in future. Telling a guy that has just dedicated 100% to getting in the best shape of his life, that he has crappy symmetry is really not going to get through to him.
I disagree anyway, Vince looks amazing and I aspire to have that amount of dedication one day.
Vince,
DUDE, you much bigger than WBFF.
I like your attitude and honestly spatially when you pointed your feeling (when they didn’t call you for top 10 in WBFF)any I am sure that i am gonna meet you in Toronto one day.any way good luck and keep forward
Thanks Usif.
I’ve been saying that to a few of my fellow competitors too who didn’t place as they hoped, “You’re bigger than WBFF and ANY organization for that matter…”
You can’t rely on ANYBODY to make you successful. That is YOUR job. I simply used WBFF as a platform to inspire you guys.
I made my investment back with them MONTHS before I even hit the stage.
Well done Vince. You look great and we’re all really proud of you
skinny vinny was the biggest guy on stage!!!
Hey Vince yeah you look grate just that you need to have an Adonis proportion to get the #1 in modeling i guess you did not fallow the Jonh Barban program! lol i know you have been doing busuness with him. anyway good luck next time you still have time to do it.
When I was still active in parish work, the Italians were just great. Once I said, “We need more Italians, not fewer.” I always pitied the minister down the street who had a Zero population of Italians. I couldn’t take the coffee, but their wine more than made up for that. Congratulations, Vince! I hope you and Flavia are blessed by many little “Del Monte’s”. I’m a retired Catholic priest. I’m gonna put you and Flavia on my Fridge(I’ll take a pic of her & you off the monitor!) From Canada. P.s. You sound real Italian on the video!!! Thanks.
haha. Thanks Peter. I wish you were a catholic priest at the high school I went to! God bless you.
Don’t worry Vince, you are a winner in our eyes!
I think you looked amazing, your hard work really shows!
Yo vince I thought forsure u had it.I was at the LLL event and it was awesome I mean really mind blowing it was awesome working out with ben but to see my idole on stage and to workout with u and suck up so much knowlegde that’s worth more than anything i would pay so much info.Buddy u keep doin what your doin and you’ll forsure see me at the LLL event part 2.and I hope to meet more of the guys and gals following u.
Thanks Ivan…. Really enjoyed meeting you finally! Your physique has SO much potential. I look forward to seeing you grow and chase down your goals. You have a silent confidence that will take you far.
I guess as long as that wonderful women you have next to you likes the way you look, I think you’ll be fine.
Well done, great blog. Of course it slays makes Aussies smile hear north American continent contests described as “The Worlds”!
You forgot to mention Boston buddy
It was an honor to actually meet you in person. You were WIPED. I ended up learning a lot from my surroundings and the athletes on stage as well. My buddy Scott who’s twice my age enjoyed the show as well and mentioned we have to bump up our workouts. I agreed. After finishing the Your 6pack Quest routines in July, Im taking this week off and beginning the 21day Fast Mass next week. Hope for the best. All in all, outstanding show, much learned, much satisfaction. Your the man Vince!
Take care,
Jake
Jake,
It was great meeting you too! So many people that day came out to support me. It was really cool to meet you. Thanks
Vince
Congrats Vince! You inspire so many people to be healthy and that is what I love about you! Congrats on your overall success – you are the bomb! Living the dream.
Thanks Nicole.
Vince,
I am proud of you bro! You really gave it your all! You inspire not only me, but thousands of other people to be the best we can be, and of course; to Live Large! Keep Living Large bro! God bless you and your wonderful family.
-Carlos M
Thank you Carlos. You’re a kind gentleman.
Your wife is so ridiculously Buff.
Dude, win or not.. your doing alright eh.
Pete. Thanks. Flavia works her butt off and lives a life of discipline.
Vince,
So you didn’t win but you gave it your best, your physique puts you probably in the top 2-5% of the population, and you learned a lot. In my books, that’s a winner! Congratulations…
Thanks Sanjay… I would say top .01% of the population
