New Sneak Peak Video of Live Large TV Season 2!

By

Vince Del Monte, WBFF Pro Fitness Model, Certified Fitness Trainer
and Nutritionist and author of No Nonsense Muscle
Building.

Before you start watching Episode 1, Season 2 of Live Large TV I need your help to ensure Season 2 is all about YOU.

I want to know what kind of training, nutrition, supplement, muscle building, fat loss and motivation info you want most.  I’ve already filmed half a dozen episodes based on feedback from Season 2 and as I continue I would like to know what topics you would like me to focus on.

Here’s the question I’ll ask you: What ONE problem do you need solved to get you past your current physique and into an improved body?

I’m looking for overlapping themes/problems and those will be the focal point of many of the episodes.

I’m here to SERVE YOU.

Let me know how I can HELP you below.  Looking forward to reading your response.

On your team

Vince

  1. I’d love to hear about avoiding Injury. In the past 2 years I always seem to be injured. It started with a bad shoulder (4 months physio followed by 1 and a half years of pain trying to get back to normal!!), now it always seems to be a bad nexk – like a trapped nerve every few weeks or so, aches and pains etc. What am I doing wrong?? what can I eat & what exercises etc to avoid this? I would really appreciate a video on this, I am sure other will too. It’s making training almost non existant nowadays (I’m only 34!!!)

  2. How much starchy carbs if any, did you consume, say the last month before this competition. I feel stuck at 10 % bodyfat, and to get down lower. And more supplement timing information. Thanks

  4. Hey Vince, it seems like every time I cut down to a certain size (less body fat, but don’t know the %) I get injured. It’s happened to me 3 times now. Is there anyway to fix this?

  5. Hi Vince, I’m super excited that Live Large TV is back! I think it’s an AMAZING source of motivation and wisdom for all fitness addicts like myself…
As for my wishes for the new season, I’d love to see you speak a little more about how to make my cardio sessions more FUN (I absolutely dread them like most people)…Maybe you could create a “supersweat circuit” to replace machine cardio once in a while? And I’d also love to know what kind of cardio music gets you pumped! Thanx, you rock 😉

  6. Season 1 was very good motivation. Without a coach or friends to push me, I find it really hard to stay motivated. You helped me lose 20 stubborn pounds of fat. I’d love to see motivation in each episode. So far awesome work. Besides motivation… Diet tips.

  9. Wassup Vince?

I have enjoyed every episode of season 1 so I am looking forward to season two. For me, every eight weeks I switch exercises to assist my body in growing more muscular and toned. I have used some of yours as well as others and a combination of yours with others so I would like to have some new items to add to my daily/weekly workout regiment to keep my body guessing and growing.

  12. hey vinny live large season 2 looks great, but if i have 1 complaint about season 1 it would be to much emphasis on cutting and getting a six pack.I admire you for gettig really low body fat percentage believe me i know how difficult it is but i think you need to do a bit more for guys who struggle to put on any size, after all you are the “skinny guy saviour”.my real down fall is nutrition and your help hurt rule really helped me make better decisions about what i eat and its thia area i think most guys need educating in.cant wait for season 2,keep liftin stay strong bro.

So your gonna tell me that you are busy 24/7? There actually programs put there if you dont have 1 hour a day or at least 30 min a day even a 10 min a day then i don’t know what to tell you. If you have time to pee or take a crap then you have time to workout 10 min a day.. Maybe wake up a little earlier or before bed

I have been doing your 6 pack quest for the last month and I’m the new peter carvell. no matter what anyone says last season of live large was awesome the whole way through. you getting your pro card was very inspiring even though I will probably never tried to be a fitness model I enjoyed it! right now I’m more into losing fat than gaining muscle, my question is did peter carvell have any skin around the belly afterwards I do and I need to know what to do to get rid of it. looking forward to season 2 of a live large! thanks for all your help!

    Hello Vince,

Here a message from The Netherlands. I’m 46 years of age and do follow your program for several months now. I like it very much. Your exercises and foodprogram is working out for me. I’m an athletic muscular man. Lost 18 kg of pure fat and got musclegrowth back. My question is about the abs. My upper abs are visible. At my age it is difficult to get the fat off just around the navel. (I hope that is an English word) I mean the area/spot just in the middle of the belly. (.) Can you pay some attention on that particular spot. Exercises and nutrition.

Thank you for everything and i wish you both a lots of succes!

    Greetings from The Netherlands,
    Rene

  30. Hey Vince, really looking forward to season 2. I would like to echo what @Blain Gibbs wrote above on your target audience. Your first few episodes of season 1 were really useful and full of material aimed at the hardgainer skinny types like myself. The nutrition information showing your supplements and you cooking your meals was some of the best info I have come across on the web and beat having to read the information! The later episodes of season 1, although interesting, I found to be to focused on you trying to turn pro and they lost direction of the main audience. For those not aspiring to be fitness models ( the vast majority) I found I lost some interest compared to before when I couldn’t wait for every episode!

Anyway Vince, good luck in your training for the world champs, I’m sure you will stand strong amongst the competitors! Looking forward to season 2!

  31. Hey Vince, obviously there are a range of areas that are all key to put in place to building a successful physique. One on what drives you/motivation not just in general but for for example even as a pro there must be some days you get up n cant get motivated for your workout, even when your nutrition is dialed and you’ve got both short and long term goals you’re working towards.. What helps you for example on the days when you don’t quite feel 100% up for it but you need it to squeeze the last couple of important reps for a pb on last weeks workout for example?

Thanks and appreciate all the work to helping people push towards their dreams bodies…

  32. Hey Vince bro congrats on all your successes to date, truly inspirational. My own personal request concerns training around or through injuries, as I have some shoulder subscap rotator cuff damage impingemment inflammation and a general mess I have been frustratingly prevented from performing ANY chest or shoulder work for about 6 months. Whilst I am getting great treatment from my ART practitioner are there any exercises that you and the great trainers in your circle have used to beat these problems or better still accelerate repair and rehab the shoulder complex. Despite the fact that I am 352 days away from my 40th birthday, (ugh, Tom Venuto and Jon Benson thanks for inspiration also) after watching Stage Shredded Status man I was and am continually pumped, its like putting Rocky IV on for me. I might never do a show but I’m not discounting it either. Vince to you and Flav my very best, keep up the awesome work, Gabe

  35. Vince, You need to identify your target audience, and focus on their needs. I am not a trainer, and a significant portion of your episodes in the second 1/2 or 1/3 of Live Large Season 1, were dedicated to your efforts in acquiring your professional status. This is great for trainers or those who want to go professional. I am as committed as almost anyone to nutrition, aerobic and anaerobic, and weight/interval training. But I have a job, and do not aspire to train or compete for a fitness title. I am looking for the focus that I saw in your 1st episodes – nutrition with emphasis on technique in using weight and other exercise regimens to strengthen the body. If I am in the minority, then I am not your target audience. If most of your audience though is non-professional or do not aspire to train, I request that you consider emphasis on helping the non-professional people seeking to work in their jobs during the week and be equipped by you in their exercise regimens. By the way, you inspire me to work hard in my exercise, so keep doing whatever you think is best for your audience at large. Thank you for all that you are doing!

Hey Vince, my #1 question deals with nutrition: I understand what the essentials of a healthy diet are, but my biggest obstacle concerns when certain foods should be consumed (ex: in the morning, pre-workout, post-workout, before bed). Are there any general guidelines to building an effective diet?
