It is possible to have the whole package and never have a problem meeting and keeping a great girl. I personally have never had a problem meeting and getting to great looking women. I grew up with five sisters and the opposite sex was never a mystery to me, however, I stumbled across a book and an alternative lifestyle community called pick-up artists (PUA's) that has opened my eyes to a whole other world. Women and girls are all over fashion my friends. Get some good close and shoes, but make sure the hair is a good style for your face and head structure. Some guys just need a makeover and some confidence. Really, if you exude confidence without being arrogant, you will get girls all the time as long as you can carry on a conversation. Humor goes a long way. ;-) In my experience, women prefer confidence, well mannered descent looking guy with a good sense humor. Physically, they prefer broad shoulders, nice butt, and thick legs, but don't forget about a well groomed appearance in nice clothes. Think of it as the "whole package" instead of just a nice body. I have been married to a very picky Cuban wife for over 11 years and she is very honest. You’re right – unless you’re on the beach, you can’t go walking around without a shirt on to try and impress girls. That’s why in Built for Show I have two entire chapters on fashion, helping skinny guys look bigger, bigger guys look skinnier and more muscular, and guys who are already “built for show” polish up their wardrobe.

It’s more of a lifestyle/workout book.

Still, it’s very possible for a girl to see “what you look like underneath your clothes” while you have clothes on. It’s all in what body parts are accentuated and how you carry yourself. Sadly, most guys don’t do either.
