Brian. I keep creatine up until 7 days till the show.

When it comes to a contest, it's a individual decision that must be made based on your body looks with the creatine in you.
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('19296','Vince','Brian.
Hey Vince,

Why do some people avoid creatine coming up to a show (as Brad P is alluding to at the end of the article)? I thought creatine just pulled water into the muscle, rather than causing any edema or swelling we are talking about here.

I'd be grateful for an answer to this, cheers.
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('19271','Brian T','Hey Vince,\r\n\r\nWhy do some people avoid creatine coming up to a show (as Brad P is alluding to at the end of the article)?
Hi Brad,

One of my lymphologists brought this profound insight to my attention. You are correct in saying that water is replacing fat. Before I say more I want to thank you for getting at least that much right. I haven't been applying what I know to be the solution to this porblem even for myself until starting about a week ago.

My own father, Dr. C. Samuel West had the answer and not even he applied it to weight loss like he should have. He began lecturing around the world in the mid seventies about trapped plasma protein in the interstitial spaces. What I would like to propose to you is that a light effleurage around the abdomen accompanied with deep breating will work wonders for adipose tissue. I am proposing that the proteins inside the cell have to match the proteins that are trapped outside in the crevices in between the cells. These proteins are magnetically attracted to the water molecule. To understand more please read my article Your Body's Amazing Filtration System. It mentions some new terms you and your readers may find very interesting in light of your discovery.

Feel free to contact me or join my group on Facebook: Bioterrainology . Also add me as a friend - Karl J. West
<a href="#" class="replyto" onclick="replyto('3883','Karl J.
Dear Vince,
Brad is right. Fasting and then eating (moderate eating) enables you to loose your weight. How I say that? Well, here goes my answer.

I'm a Muslim. As you would probably know, we are required by our religion, Islam, to fast for one month, in the month of Holy Ramazan. We fast from sunrise to sunset (roughly 14 hours). We eat moderately at sunset and, again, say, at 9 pm. After one month, you loose 3-4 lbs of weight and, you feel that your stomach has been energized and has been made strong. You say goodbye to indigestion problems and other common stomach-related problems.

Fasting is in place in our religion for the last 1,400 years. And, God Almighty says, fasting is good for your health.

Thought I share this with you. Brad has researched what was known in Islam 1,400 years back. Also, this establishes the Brad's contention. He is absolutely right.

Cheers,

Fareed
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('3880','Fareed','Dear Vince,\nBrad is right.
Hey Lucky,

That's what I say in my book, yes.

However, the end result is the same i.e. you stop losing fat but the explanation for it's happening is not scientifically correct based on Brad's research.

Everyone reading - don't sweat this issue too much. The bottom line is understanding the results i.e you will stop losing fat if you starve yourself.

But you stop burning fat because a different mechanism that has not been scientifically explained properly in the past. Instead people just say, "Your metabolism is slowing down or is damaged..."

Hope that makes sense.
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('3879','Vince','Hey Lucky,\n\nThat\'s what I say in my book, yes.\n\nHowever, the end result is the same i.e. you stop losing fat but the explanation for it\'s happening is not scientifically correct based on Brad\'s research.\n\nEveryone reading - don\'t sweat this issue too much.
Wait just a freakin minute here. Are you telling me that when you're on a diet that your metabolism DOESN'T slow down? That makes no freakin sense, of course it slows down, if from nothing else then from termal effect from food. I mean Vince you say so in your book too.
Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('3878','Lucky','Wait just a freakin minute here.
