Can anyone who purchased the sonamabolic muscle system please provide feedback? I have seen a few negative posts online about downloading the info and customer service so I am looking for honest and objective feedback thanks…
When we all start off lifting weights and focusing on nutrition and recovery, following a “generalized” plan works great for the majority of people. As you start learning how your body works, what it responds to, and what works best, this is when a customized nutrition and diet plan that is customized to your unique physiology truly shines.
But as Vince said it’s not affordable for everyone and it’s not something that isn’t even really necessary if you are just starting out.
If people are getting confused as to which product to choose because Vince is promoting many, you need to first realize your goals and then choose the program that fits your experience level and what you want to achieve.
For beginners to intermediate I still think NNMB is one of the best all time programs, I haven’t tried MYM so I can’t comment on that.
Sometimes it can be distracting hearing all these different tips, advice, and training programs that all focus on different things. But as Vince said the path may be different but the end result is usually the same. So just pick one training program and work it. If you pick any other tips and ideas up, if they fit into your current workout routine then great, if not, don’t worry about it.
I think everyone should just stop buying all these expensive programs and buy Tim Ferris’s program. Hey can have you gaining 34lb of muscle in just 28 days working out just 1 hour a week.
Vince,
Great videos. Exactly what I needed to hear and I can say I am guilt of at least one of those mistakes.
You talk about customising nutrition plans. What does that say about your 21 Day FMB meal plans?
Vince man, I’ve been following you for the last year or so (I even got your NoNonsense pack) and correct me if I’m wrong but in the last 15 months you have promoted many different programs and sometimes that just confuses me a lot. Do you keep a track of all those programs you promote from you and your friends?
If so, I’d be VERY nice and pro from you to make a list of all those programs and tell for which situation they are good for. For example, what distinguishes your Maximize program or the NNMB from this one from Kyle?
Thanks buddy
@DNS. As an author of my own programs and follower of many other peoples programs, I’m in the same boat as you. I ALWAYS have many options when it comes to trying new programs. Look at this as an EXCITING opportunity, not something is overwhelming. That’s like going into a bookstore and seeing hundreds of books you want to read. Obviously, you can’t read them all at once but you could start with the one that looks MOST interesting to you and then knock them off one by one. That’s the same way you should approach all the fitness programs out there. Start with ONE that looks interesting and when you’re DONE…. try another one. Fitness should not be overwhelming unless you make it overwhelming.
NNMB is my beginner level program and MYM is my advanced level muscle program. Start with NNMB and then progress to MYM when i re open it in January 2012.

Hey man,
I haven’t been able to see any of your videos ever since you switched to the new format.
Are you posting them on facebook or your youtube channel as well?
@Jeff. Those videos are not up on facebook or you tube but I’ll put them up their shortly.
