Health is very important to us.
Very useful information on health,thanks.
ur blog looks amazing, gonna come back tomorrow ;p
One amazing fact is that fat cells generally do not generate after puberty — as your body stores more fat, the number of fat cells remains the same. Each fat cell simply gets bigger! (There are two exceptions: the body might produce more fat cells if an adult gains a significant amount of weight or has liposuction performed.) Vince- You need to clarify your friends statement- Fats cells don”t arbitrarily increase when you gain weight- hyperplasia means the cell expands to accomodate excess fat. You have a habit of misusing science in your quest to sell products.
funny how the first point totally contradicts the non nonsense muscle building program
lucky that i didn’t end up following it
Yes, please post your videos in a different way. These vimeos don’t load properly for people with slower internet connections. I’ve reloaded your video twice now and it still stopped before the end. First time made it to 4:21 and second time to 11:39. Giving up……
Hey Vince,
Wondering if you could help me with something.
Im setting up my home Gym and looking for a piece of equipment you used on MYM Phase 2 – Routine 1 – Bi Combo #5. The first exercise “Tornados”
I cant find the correct name for the Stand.
Thanks,
D
cool, thanks man…Just being the devils advocate here! appreciate it@Vince -
Awesome vid man ! I love when you post these things !
Doesn’t this kind of dis-prove most of what Vince’s program is all about? Vince recommends doing the bulking up technique, and his meal programs are “generic” meal plans that are not fitted out for the individual. I couldn’t follow the meal plans because of allergies, blood type, combinations etc.
Hey Bo…. If you can get a CUSTOMIZED diet… you should. It’s just going to be a much bigger expense and if your goals are serious enough than I’m sure you can justify it. If you’re just getting started though, generic plans CAN and WILL get you good results to get going. Make sense?
Would like to watch the video but it’s lagging too much.. if you could please post it on youtube and share a link.. thx
Wonderful suggestions. Thanks for sharing it.Your tips is so useful and mind blowing. It’s important to follow those tips for maintaining body fitness.
@Vince –
“Hope that makes sense”
to be honest, it doesn’t. sounds like you’ve greatly over paid just to bulk up a bit.
“I believe knowledge is power and I believe that proper info SAVES me time and money.”
sounds like you’ve wasted a lot of money and time, if you ask me. i mean, it sort of sounds like you’re playing the middle man between us and the real professionals you’re paying for. why dont we just go to the people you’re paying, and skip the middle man?
and the only message you seem to be sending to ectomorphs is “you need to spend 100k to add muscle”.
and i couldn’t find one single testimonial on your site of anyone coming anywhere close to your initial 6 months of muscle gain.
and in one of your videos you say you had no idea if your 40 pounds of muscle in 6 months was good. but yet in another video you say you initially spend 4K on a nutritionist like you buddy in the video (who spend 5K). you telling me you studied kineseology at western and spent 4K on a nutritionist and had NO idea that gaining 40 pounds of muscle in 6 months was near impossible?
there’s a reason why people like scooby and suzanna and jeff the athleanx guy are so successful – they’re authentic, they’re honest, and they aren’t selling bull.
@Nubbs. I have ZERO interest in changing your mind and convincing you otherwise. You’ve come to your own conclusions and I hope you continue to LIVE LARGE in all areas of your life. I’m rooting for you. Vince
@Vince –
Roger that vince , count me in . ha
see u around brof….
@Vince –
why would you invest 4K on a personal trainer when you already are a personal trainer?
@Nubbs. I didn’t JUST invest $4K into a nutritionist… I’ve invested $50K into my 4-year Kinesiology Degree, probably about $10K into books, probably about $5K into audio programs and seminars and probably about $5K into different personal trainers. All in all, I’ve invested almost $100K into my personal development. Why do I do that? I believe knowledge is power and I believe that proper info SAVES me time and money. I believe in a motto, “You don’t know what you don’t know.” so these investments help me learn new info i can take action on and share with you guys. I have a goal to be the BEST in my field and to do that I need to act differently. Hope that makes sense.
@nubbs… Oh yeah, that’s just the amount I’ve invested in my PHYSICAL development as a trainer and coach. You don’t even want to know how much I’ve invested in my business development… we’re looking into the hundreds of thousands of dollars over the last 5 years. But then again, when you see how successful my online fitness business has become, I wouldn’t be where I am today if I didn’t take those risks.
I made the mistake of trying to builk up too much when I was younger, it makes it harder to stay lean now.
The way i see it. With the $100 ive just invested and the $100 odd ive bought of vince im supporting these guys to continue giving me great info.
@Daniel. Great mindset and of course you’re getting incredible results in the process and shaving hours of wasted effort off your lifting career. Investing in education is the #1 step to saving MONEY and TIME in the future. Great outlook bro.
Victor .. Id like to think that we all continue to develop and learn. May i assume that if you commented on this blog that you follow vinces articles for a reason. Personally i have just purchased Leos stuff and I can say that the information is fantastic and just what i needed to continue with my goals (After being confused about my nutrition for a while). My point being man is that Information is priceless (If i looked around for a decent nutritionist in my area id be looking at paying at least $1000 and that would be an ongoing investment as i progress.
Yeh sometimes the Sell is a bit aggressive with the “Skinny guy Story” but try to look beyond it. Peace D @Victor -
@Vince –
Ahaan GOT IT
so let me get this straight .. I am at the ending phase of NNMB .. going to start my super sets and eveyrthing ..I sure have gained a bit of a belly fat … so once i am done with NNMB i can move to 21 dayz program and start loosing the extra fat ??? does that work ?
@Domi. That’s a great idea. I would recommend you ALWAYS finish the program you’re currently instead of program hopping. It’s a bad habit.
Here’s the fact. I’ll be releasing new programs for the next 20 or 30 years online. I’m not going anywhere. So I suggest that you come along for the ride and keep growing with me and all the great guys that I team up with. I wouldn’t spend the rest of my life on one or two programs and I doubt you would want to do that either! As I learn new stuff, i share new stuff with you and our readers.
Who knows where we’ll be in 10 or 15 years from now…
Then why is Lanky Leo trying to sell us on a totally different concept than what you have sold us, BRO?@Vince -
@Victor. No one is trying to sell you anything. We’re sharing different info for you to take in and make an educated decision. We explain both side of the stories when it comes to bulk/cut. It works for beginners and your first transformation. It’s not a LONG TERM solution which is why we’re giving you NEW options so you don’t pile on fat. I feel bad that you don’t see we’re trying to HELP YOU.
If there is a price tag associated with a piece of info that we’re sharing, that’s your decision whether you trust us or not. I hope you do your research on me and Kyle before you make any decisions and see that we’re on YOUR side and not out to screw you over.
Vince, thanks for getting this kind of stuff for us – ALL FOR FREE!
you’re a hero man, rock on!
I’m starting to think all these guys are BOGUS. Vince tells you to bulk up and then cut up later and this guy says that’s BS. But of course… he’s trying to sell you another unbelievable weight gain system…because he too was scrawny and wants to be your friend. Please spare me the emotional crap and just fess up that you guys have fallen to the dark side of just profiting off hard gainers. That explains why every time I click an email of yours you’re trying to sell me something else…right?
You’re right Victor. All we care about is selling you something completely useless and we want to hord all your money because we are both money hungry monsters and could care less if you gain an ounce of muscle… we just want your money and we’ll sell our souls to the devil to do it. You figured us out bro
@Arnold and Domi. Bulking and Cutting do work initially but it gets harder and harder to add lean muscle mass without excess fat gains by repeating this method. Customized dieting is what EVERY big time body builder and fitness model do so that exhaustive cardio doesn’t have to take place along with a life time of fat storage in their later years. I thought the piece they did was awesome. Correct me if I am wrong here Vince and Kyle. Love the Vid!!!
That’s right, that is what i call internet marketing. Confusing the brain to sell another whole differant aproache program.@Domi -
Kyle looks alot like ben affleck!
I can’t watch this video because it only plays 2 or 3 words that you say and then it stops. It has done it for the first 4 minutes. I can’t even understand what you are trying to say.
I am a bit confused …. First mistake is that you bulk up and then cut on fat is not right , but isnt that the whole concept behind NNMB ? :s correct me if em wrong would appreciate it .. any one ?
@Domi. Read my responses to other people regarding this same question. There is nothing wrong with bulking but our concern is the DEGREE of the bulk and how much fat is piled on in the process. Traditional bulking DOES work for beginners but it’s not a LONG TERM repeatable solution. That’s my NNMB users DO have success with the “over shooting” method for their first transformation but then future gains usually need a more strategic approach to gaining muscle.
cracked me up, the boy and the girl. A PINK and BLUE shirt. LOL!!!
Hey Vince, I just wanna say thankyou man. Your passion for Bodybuilding and Fitness is obvious man and your doing a fantastic job in inspiring and educating your viewers. Keep it up man and keep going hard.
Great Vid.
I think one of the biggest problems I observe that didn’t get mentioned much is, that everyone takes one math equation for say calories or how many grams should have for a certain nutrient. It’s easy to forget that everyone is individualized and nothing can be accepted one size fits all system. For example I can gain unwanted fat a little more easily on my off days then your average person.
You might as well borrowed a race car bro LOL!
in your last video, your friend says he initially spent $5,000 on a personal nutritionist, and you said you spend $4,000.
so clearly this website is false advertising. “i did it [as an ectomorph] and so can you” is misleading. you did it with 4 grand of start up.
Hey Nubbs. Kyle invested in a coach and he’s saying “you can do it too” because he’s sharing the info that he learned from his investment.
I just recently invested $4K into a coach…. You can take that route or learn from us because we share what we learned WITH you. For free
great stuff vince. its always more assuring and people tend to listen more when it comes from expierenced guys like you two, emphasizing nutrition as one of the major factors of failure or success. its so easily overlooked by most.
Hey everyone… Just got back from the Arnold Classic. Flav and I made the drive from Columbus Ohio to Hamilton Ontario in only 5.5 hours! Helped that my wife doesn’t mind we driving 140 KM an hour. ha
Thanks for all the awesome feedback. Kyle and I filmed a few more videos on the similar theme so be sure to check back for regular updates. We have lots of cool stuff in store for you guys.
Keep those questions and comments coming. Anything you need clarification on? Let us know.
thanks guys great stuff
serge
Don’t bulk, don’t eat clean lol, what are we supposed to do then? Go on one of these rebound diets where you pump up on unhealthy amounts of insulin? Give me a break you pair of con artists.
That was a great insightful video. Kyle pretty much reinforced what you’ve been saying in your plans about making it work for you, and it was a great msg. Keep on enjoying the expo!
Why is it that Kyle’s right arm is 2 inches bigger than his left?
touche for a wonderful dialogue. the two of you meshed so well, that there was never an awkward moment. Lots of interesting info, with the focus on individualism which sounds like the real thing. Looking forward to the next video. thanks for caring about your readers, Vinnie. You both are prime examples of lean, not bulky, physiques
gr8 info….Thanks for the informartion..u guys really care for what you preach and thats why I see such gr8 information being shared with viewers.. give some information on the topic which Kyle mentioned fat around the lower abs how to burn them off…
@ChrisW –
How often do you eat? every 3rd hour? 5 times a day?
hey nice vid,
can you please upload the vids in youtube more? otherwhise it laggs too much
Vince, thanks for doing these videos.. It is cool to have it so soon in our inbox – almost like being there ourselves. Appreciate the thoughts you guys brought up.
Kyles a nice dude – was quite a cool video. But im like Intermediate/advanced bodybuilder and I just guess what i eat. I eat clean but i don’t count calories or keep a food diary. Can you talk about efficient ways to track progress and make changes please. Thanks
Thanks Vince, I wish I was there with you with my biggest heros(Vine, Dave, Nick, and Lee)!!! Love the lines on the side of your head. It that style coming back? LOL!!!!!
Vince, next time, move your lapel microphone to below your mouth, not by your neck. That would improve the sound of your voice and cut down with the background noise. As where it was positioned, it’s picking up a lot more background noise than is necessary.
Awesome video! nutrition is the main key people have trouble following. most people want the easy way out and that is what leads to no results! good stuff vince and kyle! it should be no-nonsense/no-bs six pack!
Awesome ! I agree with the comments.
Need to find my a Nutritionist now
Good advice guys. Kyle reminds me of the actor Jon Hamm, from Mad Men and The Town. lol
Great video,
Yeah I agree with Tom Spear – this guy is great, I would love for you to team up with him
Vince you know we owe you a lot of thanks. You guys spent $4-5k on nutritionists when you were young. But you’ve given us so much free information through your online videos over the years, that we don’t have to spend a penny. You’re like everybodys free personal trainer.
You’re a peoples champ Vince, we’re not going to forget you…
@Tom Spear – I totally agree! Great video
I really appreciate how laid back and humble you both seem.
Vince I think you should team up with this guy, I would rather (no offense) listen to this guy for advice than some of the other guys you have teamed up with. He seems to know his stuff and comes across as relaxed and genuine and doesnt have that salesman talk about him. good info too man.
Love this video man. you and Kyle together are awesome! certainly knows your stuff, keep them coming I want to see what else he has to say!
Thanks Vince! Thanks Kyle! Now please make a awsome vid info about LOSING fat!
