  5. Can somebody please show me some proof on the whole body type diet and training stuff. Like maybe some studies. Sound a little far-fetch to me.

    Ive been following you for quite some time now……
    Great job with the videos
    Plz keep em coming

    I wanted to ask you something and really need you to help me out with this

    I’ve been using ON 100% Whey protein as my post workout and early morning shake for more than a year
    I happened to read the ingredients carefully and saw High Fructose Corn Syrup in the ingredients!!!

    This was alarming as I’ve read almost everywhere…..even in your blog and your No nonsense program about how bad it is

    Then how come its an ingredient in THE MOST popular and recommended protein supplement

    Should I change my product?
    And if so….which one should I take??

    I know you may suggest ISO-SMOOTH
    but to be perfectly honest……i feel you are endorsing that product…..(sorry….but its you who made us question supplement endorsements in your program remember…plz dont take offense)
    Besides….we dont get it here…..
    I live in India

  11. Great stuff Kyle, I could listen to you for hours!! But there was no mention of us Mesomorph body types and what we do with carbohydrates!!

  12. Awesome video. I definitely a hard gainer, and I usually don’t have pre workout meal. I think I’ve hit a plateau so this is maybe where I going to change to see if I get results.

  14. I don’t know why its happening… but none of these new videos (the ones that say to wait 15 seconds to load) are working on my computer. My sound is on and I’ve waited well over 15 seconds on multiple occasions for different videos.

    Any suggestions?

  20. Great Vid! I agree with Alex about the clarification on the post carbs regardless of how late your workout is I was in the same boat always worried about eating close to bedtime as my workouts usually are late in the evening as well, this insight really helped!!

  21. Good info, altough this should be common sense.. most people dont aknowledge it..
    I liked the part where he points out that even when u workout at night u should have your post workout carbs.. i needed this confirmation because i finish my workout at 10 pm and usually i’m in bed by midnight so i was a bit worried by havin’ my high glycemic carbs post workout and even my dinner by 11pm in wich i also eat some complex carbs, but much less, mostly vegetables and maybe just a bit of brown rice or whole pasta.. do u think this is ok Vince ?

  22. Awesome video, one of your best ever, Vince! I can personally confirm that this stuff REALLY makes a difference! I have been training for 28years and I HAVE made decent gains in the past, though not easily so i’m definitely in the “harder gainer” camp like yourself. I am honestly now, at age 40, making some of the best gains of my life in physique terms, using many of your methods. Some I have stumbled across for myself, then found your stuff confirming them, others i’ve taken from your vids and newsletters.

  23. Where has this guy been hiding! Very obvious the things he says, yet VERY true and not often put into practice. It’s so true….everyone has different work schedules and we forget that sometimes we need to trust our own instincts instead of following the norm. It’s not always possible to train when the fitness ‘experts’ tell you to train.
