I thought by now you would have had an app. for iPhones, I asked about this before and you said(or someone responded) “Yeah, I’ve been meaning to get to that.” I can’t watch half the videos, I send my email address for free reports and don’t get them!

I’m not feeling very motivated when I can’t get what is promissed and starting to feel like I’ve wasted my time and money! Maybe you should stipulate on the pages where you put the link to these videos, that you need a Flash Player. So this way no one wastes their time! I’ve been waiting over an hour for my confirmation link! I’m not a happy camper right now. :(

    Dear Vince,

My computor crashed, and I lost my down loaded info from you. I purchased your DVD package. Can you please look me up (if it’s not too much trouble;I’m very sorry to ask this of you) and send me the link info so I can once again down load the information to my new computer? This means so much to me. Thanks again for your program.

I am on your email list because of my purchased DVD set from you.

    Very Sincerely,

    Joe

Hey Vince, what’s up i’m just wondering if you have any tips for people with IBS trying to gain muscle

  7. Chris says:

I just watched it and thought it was great. I liked the almost near fatal mistake of not putting the lid on the blender, something which i had done a few times myself.

    My question would be.

How to you set and monitor your goals, not just fitness but life goals, do you do them daily, weekly, monthly, yearly or all of the previous.?

    • Vince says:

@Chris. The easiest place to start is with Daily Goals. Write a “to do” list of everything that needs to get done the night before. Limit it to 3 “big things” and 3 “smaller tasks” to start.

I have monthly and yearly goals too and they are written at the start of the year. The “to do” lists are all built around achieving the big goals.
