Also, I notice in the nutrition guide (planned meal), there is no substitute for “18″ (iso-smooth protein) and there is no beef anywhere?
do you not recommend eating lean beef (topside?) You did mention it’s okay to take lean ground beef, but it is not included in the Substitute chart.
Thanks again.

I havent been able to watch the videos because of the slow download speeds so i couldnt see how they’re done. In the muscle model workout do i do 1 set of each excercise resting in between untill i have done them all or do i do the first excercise for 4 sets before moving onto the next? I’m guessing its the latter but i want to make sure i have it right.
Thanks
For questions about how to follow the program, etc. contact us personally at: Support@21DayFastMassBuilding.com and we’ll take care of you.
But to quickly answer your questions here, review the “Nutrition Guide” again, there is a sample meal plan outline that shows when to time your meals around morning and evening workouts.
Hi vince
I just bought the program and wanted to try out.
I am a little confused with the nutrition program. I am 4-months away from my figure show so am a little excited as well. would like to pack some muscles.
I am in the 1000-calorie nutrition program. because i also bought the “done-for-you-meal-plans” this is where the confusion comes in.
the meals plans there do not state the pre- and post workout meal.
assuming i train in the morning, so i sld incoporate the fruit and carbs in meals 1 and 2?
it’s kind of confusing.
would you recommend doing the “primer” phase nearer to my competition as well?
that is doing this 21-day cycle of “overload” and “primer” all the way till comp?
Much thanks, Yan
Hey Vince,
Just want to try the program and see if I can achieve better than average results.
I will post my results after 21 days…
Cheers,
