It’s six days before Christmas so I should probably put together my “wish list” for my family members that have been bugging me with, “Vince, what do you want for Christmas this year?” I’m not trying to be humble or anything I’ll be honest – I really don’t need anything but put together a little list of things I know I’ll eventually need. I figured it would more fun for you to see MY wish list instead of put together some random gifts I’ve never owned myself.
Vince Del Monte’s 2010 Wish List

24: The Complete Eight Season I have a bad diction – Jack Bauer. I like to overdose on him regularly and just when I think I got my fix, I pop in the next season! I am not as dedicated to 24 as my brother and his friends are organize an annual 24 marathon where they watch an entire season in one sitting. How long does that take? 18-hours. That’s commitment. ha

LivingFuel SuperGreens I have been taking 2 scoops of this in the morning, within 5 minutes of waking each day and then 1 or 2 scoops after my workouts. It was one of the key supplements in my quest from 214 pounds to 227 pounds this past six-weeks. By far the best greens product in existence and I don’t make a penny endorsing this. I will warn you – it’s very expensive.
Vibram Five Fingers Although I think these shoes look ridiculous and I have a hard time looking anyone in the eye, without laughing, who wears them I’m prepared to swallow my pride and give them a shot. From what I understand they force your feet, toes and ankles to work harder and that helps improve your bodies natural alignment.

Vitamix Professional Series Variable-Speed Blender For those that don’t know, Flavia and I are moving from (freezing cold) Hamilton, Ontario to warm and sunny Tampa, Florida for the winter! We’re moving in with our close friends Joel Marion and his wife. One of the only things I can’t pack in my suitcase is my blender so I’ll be shipping a new one to Florida! This thing is literally a beast. If you’re serious about juicing, this will change your juicing experience forever. It’s by far the best $500-800 you can invest in.

Under Armour clothes. If anyone reading this can get me a sponsorship with Under Armour, I’ll be indebted to you for life. If you can get GSP to show up at my house with the clothes then my offspring will be indebted to you for life too. (I’m a huge GSP fan if you don’t know, even when he wears questionable attire in the ring).

Rework. No idea what this book is all about but a lot of my business friends have been telling me to, “Read it.” I’ll read this on the plane ride down to Florida.

The Six Pack Meal Management System. I hope this company does really well because this is a super cool product that fits food containers, water bottles, ice, vitamins and more. It really simplifies a bodybuilders lifestyle. Check them out. I believe you can buy it from www.sixpackbags.com

iPhone 4. Last year was the year I switched everything over to Mac, except for my phone and I think I might give this bad boy a chance. I have been using a Blackberry Bold, which I’ve been quite happy with for the most part. If my family is smart they will not get me this because they already know I’m addicted to my Crackberry.

I hope you enjoyed getting to know me a little better and I’m sure you’re starting to see we have more in common than just wanting big muscles and a ripped six pack. (Or maybe we nothing in common now… ha) And, no, Jack Bauer did not threaten with this quote in exchange to promote the last season, “You probably don’t think I could force this towel down your throat, but trust me I can. All the way. Except that I’d hold onto this little bit at the end. When your stomach starts to digest the towel, I pull it out. Taking your stomach lining with it. Most people probably take about a week to die. It’s very painful.”
Jack Bauer is so good.
Feel free to share your wish list below.
Nice list Vince! I’ve always been hooked on 24. There already in the works of producing a 24 movie so we can expect to see Jack Bower back in the flash.
Btw what about LivingFuel’s Living Protein? Would you rate that a better protein supplement than conventional whey?
Hey Vince, thanks for sharing.
Regarding your new blender, I read in one of your “Top 60 Things you learned in a certain year” that you had a detox drink of celery lemon and some other vegetables. Does your blender extract the fibers so you had drink just liquid juice? Or do you gulp down all the pulp as well without separation of the fiber? And yeah LvingFuel SuperGreens sure is expensive.
That’s cool to hear Vince that your moving to Tampa. I live in Tampa as well
and am one of your MYM members. The workouts are challenging and helping me grow. Got to say my lifestyle is pretty unique. Sometimes it’s hard to get in the gym after working 10 hours a day in a Supermarket Bakery. I feel like my professional life does not match my private life. Well, thanks for spreading the knowledge. God Bless.
iPhone 4 is good but loses signal very easily, take a look at the Samsung Galaxy S
Will be worth looking into and possibly buying, trust me
I like the new look – very clear, bright and crisp. Just one little thing you can maybe invest in in the future – a proof reader. My wife is always correcting my spelling and grammer (hey I have a little excuse though – English was not my first language) but anyways, little mistakes just look bad such as – “If anyone reading this can get “my” a sponsorship with Under Armour”. It may be worth the investment in the future. It will help you look even better (-:
I say it with the best intentions!
PS – One of those blenders is on my wish list too!
Awesome Vince!
If only i had family and friends who would spend that sort of money on me ha.
I doubt the vibram five fingers would b part of my wishlist though, im more of a Nike Air Max Person
Have A Lovely Xmas And New year!
