  4. @Vince

Thanks for your input, I rechecked my supplement stack and decided to vary, and since I dropped an immune system booster, my glands stopped hurting. Looks like the ZMA and immune booster doesn’t go together.

    Thanks for the help.

By the way, I am on your muscle mayhem program that you gave away earlier this year, and it’s brilliant, I get such good results.

  6. @Arthur. ZMA hurts your axillary glands ? Never heard that before.

You take it on an empty stomach about 45-90 minutes before bedtime? Make sure you’re not taking it with any food, especially calcium.

ZMA are just minerals, nothing that your body should respond negatively too.

I personally suspect the ZMA has nothing to do with it… Just my input.

  9. Hi Vince,

    Thanks for the free stuff.

I read on one of your previous articles that the best supplements to use are creatine ZMA and caffeine. I’ve tried it and it works great. But the ZMA sometimes make my axillary glands hurt, is there anything I can do about it, or should I avoid ZMA?

    Keep up the good work.
