I dare you to come up with one example of those limiting beliefs getting you any closer to your goal.
That&#039;s right there are non! You need to get rid of it, stop feeling sorry that you have a hard time putting on weight and find a solution.
If that solution is following the programme to the letter, finding a personal dietician who can help you, eating 25000 calories a day (not that this is the solution)... you need to find that solution and use it!

You should read the ENTIRE book, follow the meal plan and the workouts and I bet you&#039;ll gain weight and muscle. If that doesn&#039;t work, and it&#039;ll take a while before you know, then find another solution that works.

one more question. what time do u workout. i bought a gym set at home, in hope of getting big
