Watch This Video First

This is a simple mobility warm up I want you to incorporate into your warm up of your current muscle-building or fat-loss routine.  It’ll take you less than 5 minutes and

These are the same style of mobility moves that Navy SEALS, real-life secret agents and Marines rely on to get them mission ready.  You are able to do these moves anytime, anywhere and without any equipment.

This specific routine above is from TACFIT Commando and one of the more modified versions of the exact warm up routines top tactical experts are using.  Start off with this routine and next week I’ll show you how you can get access to the complete programming to give you a body like a secret agent or Navy SEAL.

Let me know if you have any questions and confirm that you’re going to incorporate these moves into your warm up.

They will make a world of difference in your recovery, performance and gains.

    Vince,

Cool warm up, I love that you did it on the corner of a busy intersection!

Hope you're having a great honeymoon, maybe we'll see some workout vids from Paris…

    Chris

  4. Janalyne says:

Great video…love those mobility moves. I'm used to the upper body ones, but I've never tried the hip and knee ones…definitely adding that to my warm-ups. Thank you!

  5. BRINDLEY says:

HEY VINCE. YOU LOOKED A BIT WINDED BY THAT WARM UP. THINK YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SQUAT AFTER THAT? I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WHEN I STARTED THIS TYPE OF WORKOUT A BOUT 3 WEEKS BACK WHEN I PURCHASED THE SHAPESHIFTER WORKOUT BY ADAM STEER. I THOUGHT I WAS IN REASONABLE SHAPE WITH MY WEIGHT TRAINING AND HIIT TRAINING BUT BOY WAS I IN FOR A SURPRISE!! I WAS SCREWED AND COULD NOT EVEN MANAGE HALF OF WHAT WAS RECOMMENDED !! 3 WEEKS DOWN THE LINE HOWEVER I AM A BIT IMPROVED AND I ENJOY THAT SENSE OF BALANCE AND BEING MORE IN CONTROL OF MY BODY EVEN IN AN AWKWARD POSITION. I DEFINITELY FEEL MORE POWERFUL AND CONFIDENT ABOUT HANDLING MYSELF AND THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING. LOOKING FORWARD TO MORE OF TACFIT!!

Good stuff, I have a question about the Inside Hip Rotations. Do you circle the leg in toward the supporting leg or circle it out and away? It looked like you did both or perhaps we should do both? Thanks. All the best to you and Flavia in your life together.

  7. April says:

Interesting stuff……loved the ending of the video. I know how that can be sometimes…..lol. Those brain farts can sneek up on ya.

  8. Brian says:

Right on Vince, right on. :)

  10. Joseph Piscitelli says:

    Hey Vince,
Thanks for this one. I already do the warm-up for the upper body, but I liked the lower body moves.

  11. pmred says:

    Vince look terribly buffed :)

  12. Billy Amador says:

Great video Vince, those hip & knee warm-ups are awesome as they also challenge your balance, so your core also gets a warm-up workout.

    Thanks Again,

    Billy

    P.S. Happy Honymooning

  13. Lucky says:

These are cool but I really like the TACFIT r.o.p.e. warm ups, those are really fun for me.

  14. Michael h says:

Great stuff, vince! So will this replace my warmup with weights?

  15. Ken says:

Maybe you need to do a brain warm up, 5 moves instead of 4?

  16. David says:

This is great Vince. It certainly beats my usual attempt at warming up which involves a few stretches and then lets get at it. About the shirt it is probably still swollen with water from the rafting lol

  17. Sinisa says:

Good stuff Vince, I usually do the arms warmup like that but not the legs, this is good to know.
By the way is it me or your chest got bigger, I don't know might be the shirt you're wearing, lol.

  18. Sean says:

Excellent mobility warm-ups! Thanks Vince. With old injuries, I have to warm-up properly and stretch often, so I will add these to my arsenal.
