“After being told that I could not run for five weeks, my cross country season had come to an end.  I became interested again in lifting weights and bulking up.  So I did some research and came across Vince Del Monte’s name.  It turns out he was also a runner and transformed his body drastically in a short amount of time.  I became inspired and my desire to have a better body kept me determined to reach my goals.  I worked out hard for 4 days a week ( 2 upper body, 2 lower body) no longer than 90 minutes at a time and tried to limit my cardio.  I took in a massive 4,000-6,000 calories daily until I reached my goal…(I’m still not there yet…want to get up to 190-”solid muscle” after Track Season).

Anyway, my strength gains were tremendous when I followed Vince’s full-body weight training workouts and the changes that took place have made me more confident in myself.  After this transformation, I have realized that in the future, I am very interested in a career exercise and  nutrition —Thanks for being an inspiration Vince…you’ve changed my life forever. Now I am a member of the 2010 Gahanna Lincoln Track Team (running healthy at 156 pounds, and looking to compete in the 1-mile run).”

“Loves The Diet Principles And The Killer Circuit”

“I used to be over 190lb, and I’m about 175lb right now, and I’ve still got a good probably 15lbs to go to get to that 5% pure shredded level. What I achieved so far is purely just from using your diet principles, and the Body weight conditioning circuit in UDT, and the ab circuit (with slight variation) from UDT, and a little bit of cardio, which is usually high intensity, when I do it. Seriously, I believe, all you need is to diet, and do that body weight circuit to get in great shape, that thing is killer, especially with very little resting throughout each cycle. Doing more is just Bonus.

Thanks Vince, your book has totally given me the knowledge and motivation to achieve optimal health, and I look forward to getting more of it.

“Commitment Is Key”

“My whole life I’ve been ultra skinny and bony, always have been told “Your parents are also skinny, there’s nothing you can do about it”, and that’s also the excuse I told other people every time they said “Damn! Look at your arms! They are so bony!”, or even to myself, whenever I looked in the mirror and could count pretty much every bone my body had.. I hated summer and going to the beach because I had to wear t-shirts, or clothing that made me show my body in general, and I was even bullied on my 10th grade because of my skininess.

Until one day, I told myself “That’s enough! I WANT to change, and so I’m GOING to change!”, and I started looking almost obsessively on the internet for answers, which was when I found ,Vince’s program, which gave me hope, as I saw someone whose past I could relate to, get one thing I always wanted, rock-hard muscle! If there is one value I have learned from Vince’s program, is COMMITMENT!

I’ve improved every aspect of my life besides my body, including grades, relationships, and maturity ever since I started his program, he got me on my tracks! So there is nothing that can express my gratitude to Vince for changing me, I guess I’ll have to settle with a simple THANK YOU!”

    Hey I don't know why, but Vince body is awesome, he has a great structure why in everybody trasnformation, they dont look like him….maybe comitment, just genetics or what?

      Aimo. If you joined in April then the next 16-week transformation ends after your first 16-weeks. Mail your pictures in sometime in mid to late August.

      If you’re a NNMB or YSPQ customer, the next 12-week contest ends June 30th.

    Amazing change the winner before even looked undernourished filled out pretty well. Goes to show its not complicated when you have commitment and a goal … great idea whoever came up with "transformation contest" … where eveyone is a winner! .. :-)

    Mais il faut dire que le 2ème a plus de mérite . A son age,il lui faut travailler plus que les jeunes gens qui ont plus de facilité et d'énergie pour retrouver la forme.

    I think with Juuso… you got the pics backwards… I mean… I hardly think he is trying to say that he's the goto guy on how to get fat!?? And the first guy? u sure that's a 12 week tranformation? looks like a before puberty and after puberty shot. Now Gary… that's awesome… a legit.. honest, serious busted my ass transformation!     GARY: You LOOK GREAT! – You're an inspiration! My partner is 50 this year and we're struggling (especially as he battles with certain exercises due to arthritis). It's more difficult the older you get, I'm putting your pics on the wall, if you can do it, so can he!! Let me know if you have any tips for him, so I can pass them on….

      Hey Raja, my advice to you is Joel Marions XFLD. I just finished one cycle of 5 days and I just got off the scale and I lost 4 days. The great thing is I really didn't stick to the exercises but have followed the diet to the letter. I'm pumped and now will try to follow more of the exercises. I'm also doing Vince's MYM. I don't have alot of time to devote to this routine due to family, volunteer work and my job but the only thing I have changed is what I do during my workouts and my diet. Thanks to Joel, Vince and Roman I have made more progress then I have in years of doing the same boring stuff. So use one their programs and Joels fat loss is the best to lose fat fast. I like you have the handles. If they would disappear and the rest of the body the same I would look in great shape. So best wishes and best of luck. Also CONGRATS to all the guys who are taking steps to improve themselves
