“I’m a complete beginner. Will this work for me?’

“No.It will work but I’m going to strongly advise that you do not sign up.

Maximize Your Muscle includes the routines I used to go from 190-lbs to 210-lbs which was a gain of 20-lbs of muscle AFTER my original body transformation from 149-190lbs. If you’re a beginner then use my entry level program No Nonsense Muscle Building found at http://www.VinceDelMonteFitness.com That is more appropriate for you.

MYM is a very challenging and demanding program and requires your body to be prepared for at least 5-6 intense weight training workouts each week. The number one reason people cancelled their membership to Maximize Your Muscle is because “it was too hard.” You need at least 1 full of year of weight training behind your back and to have already built a respectable amount of muscle on your body before trying out Maximize Your Muscle. “I knew I would get this question as the most popular and the instant answer is YES. But let me explain in detail. I owe you a nice explanation.

About 30-40% of my readers are females and because my stuff is kind of “hardcore” I figure the ladies who are following my info know that I have a male dominant audience and understand why I cater the marketing and my language i.e. (i use the word “guys” a lot) to males…. I hope you understand.

3. The content in the print newsletter is PHENOMENAL. My best. Deep stuff. Killer content. Will apply to your every day life and being a better person overall. Males and females will love it.

4. Most of the monthly programs are 4-6 workouts a week… so this is not your “short 15 minute workout” system workouts. This is higher level training. The same workouts I used to compete, get ready for photo shoots and same workouts Flaiva, my 29 year old fiance follows. If I would recommend it to my fiance… I think it’s safe for you 🙂

5. Back to Flavia… she became more toned (especially her arms and abs an shoulders) while combining my MYM routines with a low calorie meal plan and regular post workout cardio. “Does MYM work for fat loss?”

Yes, this works for fat loss. Even though the title of the program is called “Maximize Your Muscle” it’s safe and fair to say it could also be called “Maximize Your Fat Loss.”

Remember, weight training is used to PRESERVE your muscle mass while dieting. Weight training will keep your metabolism high and reveal a ripped physique when the fat comes off. MYM style weight training is actually preferable to fat loss instead of crazy intense conditioning circuits because they can result in muscle loss – for some.

Use MYM for the weight training component of your routine. Combine a low calorie fat loss meal plan to employ fat loss (creating a caloric deficit) and you’ll also have to do a few cardio sessions around the MYM weight training routine. With those tweaks, you’re absolutely in good hands if fat loss is your goal. I will touch on fat loss specifically in future issues too. Hope that helps and I hope to have you on board.”

According face every day with the feeling that’s not me, bro everyday work, I volunteer and try to work out, but my best not to go out and talk to you, not giving it to stay skinny as I am, people see me as something different from the society and would like to see something in me that inspire on a daily basis, and wanted to wake up and look in the bathroom mirror and see that I pick up like an animal ready for the battle of the day and only his teachings will be able my best.

  11. Keep in mind everyone: if you think you "need" this program, or any other one, then you are far too reliant on the world outside of yourself and won't have what it takes when whatever programs you depend on aren't around one day.

    Focus on independence and strength of character, determination, justice, etc first. Physical strength has it's place, but it's not in first place.

    Vinny, I agree with many of the others that you obviously were skewed in your judgment. Not that these three are bad people, because they are not. Motivated and decent people. But Rachel is the only one of the three that mentions the added dimension of not just helping herself but that of helping others outside of herself too. Any immature person on this planet can say "me, me, me" and most do. It takes real men and women to say "us, us, us" and focus on leading, not impressing. I can tell which category Rachel is mostly in, and also which category the other two guys are mostly in. But honestly, after this debacle, I really can't tell which category you are mostly in, Vinny. It was a nice promotional contest, but something's off a bit.

  21. Vince, You certainly do keep this 51 year old man motivated. I have diabetese and a few other probs with the old body. But I decided a year ago. That I wasnt going to listen to the nay sayers. There are always people that want tell you that you cant do something. Cant get any bigger. That body building is not for any one over 30. Ive lost from 190 to 170 so for. Im 5'6" tall. Im benching over 300. And putting on muscle they said I couldnt LOL.. Im a believer. Im glad that You also believe that there is no limit. It is great that Im not the only that believes. Thanks for all you have done to help me keep focused and motivated.

On a personal note I just joined for fun and genuinely enjoyed it. I have never purchased any of your offers and probably never will for the sole reason that I can't afford it, but I go through all your mail that I receive and take all the advise that you give and that which I like and find helpful, for which I am most grateful and thankful.   29. i find it very hard to believe that you actually went through all 600 posts and you couldn't come up with anything better than these three. if you were planning on picking the most generic posts possible, you could have at least picked some that followed the 250 word limit. how do you expect these people to follow 4-6 days a week of workout instructions if they can't even follow a simple rule? i was originally planning on purchasing the product, but i'm sure i'm not the only potential customer who is seriously having their doubts after this

    • if you have gotten doubts after feeling like you were unfairly beaten in a little friendly competition, then seriously, this program is not for you. going through MYM requires some real dedication, a tiny hiccup like this would in no way get in the way of my goals. i have been using MYM for 3 months and have experienced an amazing transformation. i recently tore the ligament from my ankle and have not been able to weight bear on it for 2 weeks… guess what, that didn't stop me from doing my upper body workouts. as vince says, this is for the serious individual… a serious program for a serious trainer.

      for those who think they really have what it takes, you won't be let down.

Vince ive been following your programs for a month now and i really am inspired by all your progress and hard work you’ve put in to become who you are today its not easy like, but i feel i havnt changed much in the past month ive put on a sleasy 2pounds of weight and i feel i still look the same i dont no what am doing wrong am training like you told me to am getting enough sleep and my eating isnt excalty what your telling me bout am eating alot of vegs and meat i really want more help cause i just feel its all starting to be a waste of time for me other people are following your program and are getting results then why am i not getting results please can you help me out more many thanks David
