Well, I’m In The Business Of Doing The Impossible!
I’ve been in the transformation business for eight years and helped over 20,000 people in 120 different countries go from scrawny-to-brawny, regular-to-ripped and flabby-to-firm.

“As some of the other guys say i have noticed my strength has increased significantly but havent noticed size gains except round the shoulders which are more rounder now. I need to address some parts of my diet still. I have corrected some parts but will try and address the last few parts before starting vinsanity !

“When I first looked at the workout and watched the DVD I thought peice of cake. My body has become so used to all sorts of intense training that I thought I could handle anything. My body has not changed for years except for gained a significant amount of fat from being resigned to the fact that I’m now 40 and nothing can stop the fat gain now that I’m older.
I was wrong. After returning from a one week orgy of eating and drinking in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, I started the program. I thought I was going to vomit after the first day and on the second day it got worse, my legs never felt so sore and I had to take three days off instead of one. I was amazed how much soreness was in my quads and hams.
I started on February 18 and so far so good, I’m loosing body fat and gaining muscle. I think that if I can get my diet under control and reduce the stress in my life I can make good gains. I’m 6’2″ and weigh 200 pounds, initially I lost 4 pounds in the first 10 days but have gained that weight back, I believe it’s muscle and not fat. I’m slowly gaining definition and strength in most exercises. My shoulders have been lagging as I have had nagging pain in them for 3 years, my doctor says that it’s tendonitis and I have made an appointment at a sports medecin clinic to get some help. I always thought I had soreness in my front delts but I do get a clicking sound in my right shoulder when I rotate it.
So, despite some physical limitations, I’m making gains which is giving me some ambition to keep going. Overall I like the program and I can’t wait for phase 2.” Mike Wallden, Courtenay, BC
