“When I first looked at the workout and watched the DVD I thought peice of cake. My body has become so used to all sorts of intense training that I thought I could handle anything. My body has not changed for years except for gained a significant amount of fat from being resigned to the fact that I’m now 40 and nothing can stop the fat gain now that I’m older.

I was wrong. After returning from a one week orgy of eating and drinking in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, I started the program. I thought I was going to vomit after the first day and on the second day it got worse, my legs never felt so sore and I had to take three days off instead of one. I was amazed how much soreness was in my quads and hams.

I started on February 18 and so far so good, I’m loosing body fat and gaining muscle. I think that if I can get my diet under control and reduce the stress in my life I can make good gains. I’m 6’2″ and weigh 200 pounds, initially I lost 4 pounds in the first 10 days but have gained that weight back, I believe it’s muscle and not fat. I’m slowly gaining definition and strength in most exercises. My shoulders have been lagging as I have had nagging pain in them for 3 years, my doctor says that it’s tendonitis and I have made an appointment at a sports medecin clinic to get some help. I always thought I had soreness in my front delts but I do get a clicking sound in my right shoulder when I rotate it.

So, despite some physical limitations, I’m making gains which is giving me some ambition to keep going. Overall I like the program and I can’t wait for phase 2.”                                                                                                     Mike Wallden, Courtenay, BC

  2. Is this just another internet scam? I canceled my monthly $69.95 subscription 4-5 days before the trial ended with a confirmed receipt back from MYM help desk. MYM then charged my account anyway after I canceled. I immediatley responded to the email address MYM included in the email they used to notify me my account was charged. That email was returned to me as undeliverable, permanent error. I called 905-297-7154 and left a message I had canceled and requested a refund and a return phone call. Have not heard from them, have called multiple additional times and get a "memory is full message". Not pumped about this at all!

  4. Blasted through my first Maximize your Muscle workout on Friday – been a while since I've trained like that, the warm up element was tough in itself, the workout nailed me, chest is still recovering now.

    It's positive to see the closed launch users feedback when you're standing behind a product. All the best for the main launch.

  7. Why do i want something above the norm? I want to be successful Vince. Not just in the weightroom but in life. Becoming successful is to challenge myself to go beyond my limitations by capturing the values of dedication, hard work, and respect. This builds character which is reflected in life. Fighting resistence in the gym reflects the resistence i want to overcome in my life. When people look at me i not only want to project physical appeal, but i want them to realize that nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal.   10. Great spirit folks! Mike, I'm just now 41 and can feel your pain… Getting back in shape after a long lay off is tough but extremely fufilling when you start to see and feel changes. Here's to hoping you get a good report from the doctor.

    • This is probably the BEST way I have ever trained, I am a 5 foot 4 female who weighed in at 140 pounds and always been athletic. I am in month 3– and have seen physique changes BEYOND just inches. Not much weight loss, but crazy inches lost (gaining muscle while burning fat.) I am well more than halfway to my fitness goal!
      You have nothing to lose since Vince is gonna run his promotion, it's easy to get out of it with your money if you try it and find you don't have the commitment. But there's no question this stuff is way more effective than the conventional programs of magazines, and run-of-the-mill trainers.

        Ladies – I'm a small guy about the same size as you both – let's face it; this program will give you the map to feeling and looking great – hands down. As Vince says though, this is advanced stuff and you need a solid base program and routine established – like the No Nonsence Muscle Building course. Take it to heart and we'll all be better for it.

    lol I thought I was the only one whos chest was so sore and had wobbly legs
    I live a block away from the gym and it seriously took me 20 minutes to walk home
    and I work at a convienant store where I am on my feet all day and running back and forth
    well there was no running that day

    • before I recieved phase 1 of the maximize your muscle
      I was very unmotivated
      but Vince gets you motivated
      I am 45 yrs old and I didn't think anything could help me
      and probably skinnier than Vince ever was

When you feel like giving up and you just don’t have anything left in you, think to yourself, “if I get past this, then there will be a huge reward!” You guys are doing better than so many people right now (out of shape and even the “in shape” people.) I would like to Congratulate Mike Wallden, Courtenay, BC, not just because he took his time writing down a good, complete and detailed feedback, but he’s been honest about the negatives and positives for taking it to the extreme, pushing his limits.     Im currently using maximize your muscle. Now if any of you guys are skeptical. please throw that to the side and get on this awesome program. Im sure you all are subscribers to many many fitness guru's. and they all email you different programs info.well MYM is like having all that in one.your gna blow beyond ur genetic potential.   41. Grats to each and everyone of you that has posted a testamonial (even the ones Vince could not post) of your experience with Vince's M.Y.M. program Phase 1.   42. Ive been following vince for a while now … and i must admit im really impressed ! Especially after seeing some of the guys comments (Well done to you all by the way and keep up the good work).
    Personally ive been out of action for the last 4 months due to a operation but the dr has confirmed im ready to go … so in a few weeks time after a bit of conditioning my aim is to get big ! Vince keep up the good work your a great motivator for us all. Peace
