Vince, you hit it right on the money about the benefits of building muscle…for me building muscle was initially just a way to get to a healthier weight, but after seeing results it gives you that feeling of accomplishment that helps you keep striving for better goals. This information really helped, and I found it very interesting! My progress has slowed a little for now after a some steady gains…so I’ll take some of this information and try to apply it. Thanks for the post man!! (Nice to learn a little more background information about yourself… that I ddn’t know before. You really are a “Never Give up” kind of guy, and that’s what I respect about you. You’re living proof that goals that may seem far off are possible if you put your mind to it.
Good article for fast muscle building . Pro athletes workout 5-6 times per week. But they didn’t start that way. They added workouts as they got stronger & bigger. You’ll over train if you jump into their routines. As a beginner you need more recovery. By proper work out under proper guidance you can get a well shaped body.

Vince, just had a quick question regarding MYM: right now I’m doing your NNMB and I just need another 3 months to complete intermediate + advanced workouts and I wanted to know if I should stop what I’m using and switch it to your MYM? Would also like to know if your going to just “recruit” a batch of people to buy this program or will it be always available or will you come back again with this offer? I know I don’t know anything about the cost of it monthly but if the offer were to be presented to myself and i would have been done with the NNMB program I would gladly buy it.

Ivan, the answer the guys gave in the audio would be to change the workout ONLY if you have plateaud. Have you stopped gaining yet?
A question that I have been thinking of, and finding answers to, is which of the 12 targets is most suitable, and when to apply them.
