As I mentioned in the video I was contacted by some very important people one week ago and basically the phone call went like this:
“We need to fly you out here next Wednesday and will take care of everything for you…”
The opportunity was a no-brainer and here I am writing to you from the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel and Spa.
I’m operating on EST time so I went to bed at 9pm PST last night and got up at 5am PST this am. Had a shake, did 2 hours of computer work and then headed down to the gym for a workout.
I did a video summary of the workout and some extra fun and entertaining commentary.
Here is a summary of the Hollywood Hotel Upper Body Push Muscle Building Workout Plan I did this am:
A few effective techniques that we exploited:
-> high rep training (metabolic demand)
-> short rest period (emphasis on work density)
-> Isolation exercises (improve technique)
-> Small to large muscle group priority
Here is a summary of the workout below:
1 Arm Cable Extension: 2 x 25 reps (40 lbs)
1 Arm DB Kickbakcs 2 x 25 (22.5 lbs)
Bench Dips 2 x 25
Rear Delt Cable Flys 2 x 25 (20lbs)
Leaning Side Cable Raises 2 x 25 (25 lbs)
Seated Arnold Presses 2 x 25 (30lbs)
Low to High Cable Flys 2 x 25 (50 lbs)
Pushups 2 x 25
Plus 30 minutes of light cardio getting my head ready for the BIG DAY…
