I failed to mention one thing: I’m not going to reward the winners out of sympathy or because I feel sorry for you. Hey Vince its Collin from Nashville, TN. Im a junior in high school and have been trying to gain muscle since the eighth grade. I have made great progress but I believe part of that was just that I was growing. I love to look up stuff about building muscle, and im really into the diets. I became extemely involved with the school football team but quit because my training goals were more about hyper trophy and less about how much I could max. Hey vince, I could really use these dvd’s for helping myself and my fiance push ourselves to help blast by our goals of losing the last bit of weight we have to and getting into even better shape for our coming big day. As I’m sure you’ll find out or already know weddings can be pricey, and normally that wouldn’t stop me from getting one of your products but it has. I use you for inspiration when working out and trying to reach my goals, as i want to have a killer ripped body on the beach during my honeymoon, and my fiance would love to have a smoking hot body as well.
I would like to have your DVD’s because after having five children I have a baby belly that I have not been able to lose for years. I have lost weight with diet and exercise but never have lost that bulge. I have wanted to lose the weight and keep it off. I have hope when I see people like your girl friend look so fantastic from using your program.
Through personal experience, I have learned that nutrition plays a huge role in our lives. As a freshman in high school, I began to get involved in running. I became so obsessed with running that I did it every day and could not maintain a healthy weight. It got to the point where I went from 130 pounds to 110 pounds and became anemic because my body was malnourished for the amount of exercise that I was performing on a daily basis. It was then that I realized I wanted to change the way I look and become a healthier person.

I, like Vince in his early years, am 5′6 140 pounds and can not seem to gain any muscle no matter how hard I try. In my life to date, i have tried countless diets, fat loss products, had many visits to lots of dietitians, tried different trainers and i could never really find the balance/the right method, every single person i spoke to told me a different thing every time, now when i saw your videos, and read your blogs i wanted to give your product a try. i have always been the one that has been over looked at every party/function ive been to, i have never been the one to stand out with “that great body” whether it be for work or just with family, i have always wanted to feel the feeling that i get from being under that spot light. At age 40 I’m going to night school where I just finished personal training courses at a local community college and am now pursuing a degree in Exercise Science. From what I’ve learned your program is the most realistic one on the market that is based on sound scientific fact. And I KNOW it works based on that fact.

Hey Vince! I am in college and 4’6”, yes I know, pretty short and a little overweight for my height. It makes me frustrated because I have always been active: Tae Kwon Do from eighth grade to being apart of the TKD club in college. Not to mention I go to the gym and tried both weights and cardio – besides some slightly bulging biceps – nothing. My sister has been so discouraged that she is too embarrassed to go to the gym (even when I offered to go with her!)And even though I am not afraid to keep trying until I find something that works, she has given up on herself and feels discouraged that no guy will ever look at her more than just their little sister. When I came across your site, I thought, you know these DVD’s can actually work, and it is not just a quick fix, but it is an investment for a healthier body. The reason I’m entering this contest is for my husband, though to be clear I would also definitely find the DVD’s extremely useful. I’ve hit a major plateau & have been struggling for like the last year to get to that next level. My body is slow to respond. Anyway, back to my husband. He had some serious digestive issues that caused him to lose 30lbs in one month a few years back. He’s had to work really hard to get his health back and now he’s finally physically able to work out how he would need to – to put that muscle back on! He’s tried some with weights but it’s more difficult for him now to put muscle on. He doesn’t know what he needs to do and I KNOW your program would show him the way! Hey Vince! I’m from Greece and been receiving your newsletter for the last couple of weeks and I must say that sh*t REALLY WORKS!!! Anyway, the reason I neeeeed the 1 of the 3 sets is because I used to have those abs and sadly I lost them by an accident I had about 10 years ago that made me stay in bed for a long time… Now, pounds are piling up and I’m still trying to get my old form back; i think your stuff will work, cause in a long time now, yours are the practices and advices that DO work for me after all…

I’ve been struggling to make my target weight of 165. I’ve been training hard for at least a year. And following vince’s advice through the emails. A physical set of his dvd’s would honestly help me reach those goals. I can actually pop into my dvd player and follow along with a more understanding of what i actually do. It’s one thing read it and watch the videos on the website or you tube.but if you had actually there to watch.pause.and actually soak up the the techniques, it will give me the help to reach my goals. i want to look like vince. vince is a beast! he has the body every guy wants and the girl every guy wants. nuff said

My story is similar to many, yet my ultimate goal is rather different.
I have been lifting since college and until this spring, all it ever did was keep me thin. This spring, after recovering from a broken collar bone, I discovered HIT-type training and finally had some results in muscle growth. This summer, I was able to take two inches off my waist while gaining 1 inch in the chest and 1/2 inch on my upper arms.
Unfortunately, I then hit a plateau and haven’t been able to build any further. I have just finished doing a Mike Mentz 6 week mass building workout but found the same results as all others through the years: no muscular gain. It kept me thin, but that wasn’t the idea.
I’m sure you’ve guessed I’m a “hard-gainer.” I have a fast metabolism that will even give me migraines if I don’t get enough calories in a day. I learned a few years ago, though, that if I don’t exercise, I’ll get a belly from eating enough to keep it in check.
So there’s my “troubles”, here’s my goal:
I am an opera singer for a living. It’s a tough business and one needs to find whatever “edge” he can to market himself. I want to put on a couple more inches on my chest so I can market myself as a “strong man” in the opera world. There are several roles for which I would be “type-cast” (and type-casting means work!) if I could at least show off a gymnast-type physique.
I am close, but I need an extra push to get where I feel I need to be. I’ve been looking at your program as well as your compatriot Lee Heyward’s “blast your bench” program as the main possibilities to get me past that plateau and on to my goal.
I’m one who likes to break stereo-types, and breaking the “opera singers are only big, fat guys” would be the latest in a line of stereo-type busting that I’ve done in my life. I do believe that not only would this be good for me, but for the industry of opera, putting forth a more healthy image that can only draw more attention to the art form.
Times are tough for me right now as the opera industry has taken a huge hit with the recession. Many of the companies I used to work for have gone out of business completely, while most of the stronger companies that are weathering the storm are reticent to take chances on “new artists” for fear of losing money because of a bad production. I need to nail down this new “edge” to break through those walls and establish myself as an “icon” among the industry. Again, I think this would be good not only for me, but for the opera world and the health industry. Cross-exposure can only be good for all involved.
I hope you will consider me seriously as a contender, because I do feel I need this more than other people because it will greatly affect my career as well as my overall health. Thanks for your attention.
The one thing that has always burdened me is my body. When I wake up and look in the mirror, seeing all fat and no muscle, it always gets me down for the rest of the day. Nobody wants to start off their day like that! I’ve tried many workouts but with limited success. Sure they helped me lose some weight, but nothing drastic; nothing that would truly give me a body I can be happy with.
I dream of the day when I can proudly take my shirt off on the beach and get the attention off the ladies for the right reasons, rather than be paranoid that those glances are coupled with criticism.

I’m a 22-year-old college student. I’m 5’11” weigh 155 pounds and I am skin and bones. When I graduate college in a year I’ll have my major in k-12 physical education. I need to be an authority figure to my students and my body figure right now just doesn’t portray that. I’ve been lifting religiously for 6 years. I have tried tons of different creatines, pre-workout drinks, proteins, pills, and powders. I even spent money on a workout plan that never seemed to produce the results as advertised. I have been able to get a defined body but putting on weight and mass is something I’ve NEVER been able to do. I’ve been a subscriber for almost a year and have watched almost all of your YouTube vids. I think your complete system could take me to the next level where nothing I’ve tried has gone. I recently fractured my foot 5 weeks ago and haven’t been able to; and won’t be able to hit the weights hard for another couple weeks. I’d like to start fresh and use your information to the max. I used to be in great shape about 10 years ago. I remember my friends would ask to see my abs or my biceps as they were impressed and inspired. But like many, I got married, had two kids, had many added responsibilities, and have been on an up and down roller coaster ever sense.

Hi my name is Cyle Hanan and I live in Coeur d’ Alene Idaho. I have searched the whole internet and all the trainers and tips seemed to all be the same old thing over and over; until I found your site. I grew up being a skinny scrony kid that could never put on weight and could never put on bulk muscle. Everyone would tell me that I was just built wrong I didn’t have what was necessary to put on muscle, and bulk up. My own high school weight teacher told me that I would never be able to put on muscle and bulk. When I heard this it made me very upset because all I want is to have a good looking healthy body. I have tried everything I can think of, from trying all sorts of supplements and hitting the gym hard; as much as I could. I just never got anywhere, but I never gave up. Then I found you and you sounded like the real thing and that at one point in your life you could relate to me. So then I subscribed to your emails and added you as a friend on facebook. I’m a university student who studies graphic design. Despite my long hours behind the computer I have managed to drop from 70kgs to 55kgs in a few months following the principles on your blog (interval training, weight lifting, ect). I am a 57 year old at 5′10″ and 150 pounds which is up 15 pounds since April. I have been scouring the web trying to pick up bits and pieces to get a plan together. My last workout plan was in 2002 and that only lasted 12 weeks with no real gain except in running a bit. I had hoped to be back to work and order a copy, but 10 months later it is still a no go on employment. I have gleened some information and found that I had been doing some things wrong and have corrected them. That is why I have gained the 15 pounds, but I really need more to get me going on a full plan. I gave birth in Feb 07 and then again in Oct 08, so basically spent the last 2 years pregnant. I have gone from a full-time career professional to a stay at home mum who is very much into fitness but needs to find someone or something to help. I’m a college student at Northwestern University and my home is in northwest Indiana. I’m about to turn 21 in a couple of months, and that got me looking back at the past two decades. I’ve done pretty well academically, but I’ve shown very little attention to my body. Vince, I am an active 51 year old paramedic and grandmother of 6. I have lost 50 pounds over the last year but, I need help toning and losing the additional fat. I work 12.5 hour shifts and I need a program that is effecient and really works.

I have been receiving your e-mails for about 6 months. I am 36 years old with a wife and 2 kids. I’ve been wanting to order your program since the first e-mail. Not only does it seem like a perfect fit, it also looks like nothing I’ve ever seen.

Hey Vince, The reason i would love to win your DVD’s is because I am 44 years old and always tried to stay fit and healthy but never been as toned as I would like.Its getting harder with age too. I currently don’t work but volunteer my time in a Vietnamese community. Since taking on this project of learning a difficult language and being involved with a different culture I have let other things slip such as staying as fit as I would like. The Vietnamese which have mostly tiny bodies are very conscious of the way they look and notice everything about others physically such as if you gain half a kilo. I visited a group of people i hadn’t visited for a while and when they saw me they all discussed(in Vietnamese) how I had become fat! Hey Vince. So here’s my story. Since I was little, I was the fat chubby kid. I couldn’t go on the slides or the swings with my friends in elementary school cause I was embarrased about my body even at that young age.
Then came middle school. In Middle school, I lacked the self confidence that most students had and never got to enjoy life as every middle schoolers should. I did not go to the end of the year swimming party because i was afraid of what others thought of me.
But then, sometime last year, I desperately searched “lose fat.” while browsing i come up with your site and immediately sign up. hey vince ill try to keep it short. im a college kid from california and i just got back into lifting after a series of life changing events. I went from a competetive soccer player throughout my whole life to an addict. i ended up in jail my senior year of hs and decided to make a change. when i got out i went to college and started working. well i started lifting the same time and i ended up burning out my adrenals from working long 12hr shifts and taking 21 units. I kept losing weight and didnt kno what was going on . I got so weak i stopped lifting, a week later i got fired and the next week i had lost so much muscle i couldnt walk. I went to the hospital at 81 lbs. If i had not gone when i did the drs said i probably wouldnt be here today. when i got out of the hospital i knew i had to gain weight but i wanted to do it the right way so i started lifting again once i could walk again. since then ive gained 45 lbs in 8 months and ive hit a plateau. after seeing all the transformations of skinny guys using your program i knew this was something real and not some bs hyped up supplement. If I receieved your program and I got to my goal weight it would change my life. If i could afford it i would buy it. but with the price of living on my own and going to college without any assistance from loans or family i couldnt do it. so Vince help me transform from skinny to HUGE.
Hi Vince– I am a soon-to-be 55 year old female distance runner who has been strength training for years. I am wanting to improve my core strength even more so I can reach a goal I set for myself years ago–to run a 24 minute 5K. I have extra body fat that I cannot seem to shed despite a reasonably clean diet and tough workout schedule. It has been so frustrating since I really am trying hard but can not realize my dream. I’m 46 and have been determined to transform my body and approach “middle” age in the best condition of my life. While I’m flexible from yoga, lean from cardio and have a bit of muscle from all the time spent at the gym, with a personal trainer and buying DVDs similar to yours, people are hard-pressed to see much muscle on my ectomorph body. Still, I am determined, focused and work hard.

Hi Vince, I receive your e-mails and quite a few of your friends’ too for that matter – including Lee Hayward and Joel Marion… You seem to be very well respected in the industry. I’ve literally been looking for ‘the’ best system to spur me on with my quest to create the perfect body. Quite simply, when all of your friends are recommending you, there must be something good about it! I aspire to create the same physique as yourself and, although I have always started with good intention on many a course, I never seem to make a difference. Business ownership (stress), work, good food and wine and complacency has hampered my quest to reach optimum fitness and shape. I moved here to New Zealand from the UK 18 months ago and between work and erm, more work, I also joined the New Zealand Fire Service as a volunteer firefighter – something which is quite demanding where fitness is concerned – and I am struggling. Next year, to raise money for the leukaemia foundation, the Fire Service runs up 50 floors of Auckland Sky Tower in Breathing Apparatus with other Fire Depts from around the world. They also put out a firefighter calendar to raise much needed charity funds. My simple request is, I ‘need’ your system Vince, because it looks to be the best – and I ‘want’ it, because I would not only like to surpass my goals, but I would like to make the Sky Tower Challenge next year and also like to make the calendar!! It gets harder to achieve as the years progress, and now at 40, I would dearly love to show off a fantastic body and demonstrate ultimate fitness, while at the same time earning a great deal of money towards a very worthy cause… My thanks, Jonathan
Why I need and want? Because in a world where everywhere you turn you’re bombarded with unhealthy choices in food and lifestyle, you then have to sift through the many bogus claims by the purported healthy ones which are more concerned with their bottom line than making you healthy. I want the NNMB because its personal, and not hidden behind a big corporate persona or agenda.
I want the NNMB because it’s realistic, pulls no punches, and saves me the trouble of having to learn from my own mistakes by learning from someone who already made them for me. I want it because I don’t have to buy it with my fingers crossed for I can see results in a very short space of time, which only fuels my motivation and inspires me more.

Hey Vince, how are you? My name is Ana, I’m a veterinary student from Portugal, Europe, and the reason why I need this program is simple: I want to have the perfect body, as well as great health and also gain strength.
I used to suffer with my obesity when I was a teen; I’ll never forget the day when I got on the scale and saw that I weighted (with 14 years old) 90Kg (198 pounds); I managed to lose almost 30Kg (66 pounds), but lost all that weight waaaay too fast, and you can guess what happened: I looked flaccid, and I was always terrified to even take my clothes off on the beach; felt better for my health, but not really for my looks;
Today, with 20 years old and 1.77m (5′10) I’m a little better as I’ve started to make some exercises at home (I tried to go to a gym, but it didn’t work, as the personal trainer was telling me to do EXACTLY what your book said not to do!!), but I wanna get better than EVER!!

I have always been the skinny kid.. I couldn’t believe your before pictures.. you are truly a HUGE inspiration. When I say I was the skinny kid I mean I weighed under 40 kilos when I was 13-14 years old, I’m 21 now and weigh just over 60 kilos.
I’m quite fit and try to eat really healthy, I train Muay Thai kick boxing on and off and workout/run/skip during the week. I have lost a lot of fat and have visible abs and see small muscle gains but nothing of what I desire…
When I was around 18 I was REALLY unhealthy I mean deep fried chips for dinner…along with alcohol consumption regularly and the odd drug thrown in.
I was NEVER feeling good or ever felt good for more than a few hours at a time… I knew this wasn’t the life but you have to live it to know you don’t want it.
There are no words to describe how I feel after working out or knowing I put in a good session… endorphins greater than any drug could ever give.
I need a program to keep me in a routine… I do bits and pieces but I don’t have the knowledge of whole body workouts or restricted to things like dumbbell curls and flys.

Hi Vince. I am a 49 year old male form South Africa who was injured an Mva in 2002, due to this I lost my job and with that my confidence took a dive. I have been receiving your mail for many years and have tried some of the tips you posted but due to the cicumstances I lack the motivation and confidence. I have managed to aquire some weights over the years because going to a gym is out of the question. If I could afford it I would have purchased your training program a long time ago as I belive your advice makes the most sense and would probably help regain the confidence I need. I’m at my wits end trying to get my nutrition and exercise under control. I’m driving myself crazy because I do know a bit about what I need to do but I’m spending too much time looking for a program I can trust and follow and not enough time doing the actually work.
This ridiculous situation has been going on all year, but I finally decided to bite the bullet and buy your program. Unfortunately I took too long discussing it with my husband and now I’ve missed out. I couldn’t belive it!!.

Hey Vince. I also am a fellow canadian. I am a mother of 4 and am 36 years old. I have already purchased your No Nonsense 6 pack. My husband and I have just begun working out together, which has been a huge blessing for both of us. We have specific goals in mind that we are working towards.
My husband Wes has always been a skinny, tall guy (6′2″). His goal is to lose about 8% body fat (right now he is at 18%) because he wants to see his 6 pack. He also would like to put on 20 lbs (right now he is 170 lbs). He is having a very hard time doing so and would really benefit from your program. I am a 44 year old mother of two daughters. My husband and I are business owners so I am very busy with my family and company. I find it difficult to find time for a workout, especially if it is one I don’t feel is giving me the results I would like to see.
I feel like I’ve been fighting my weight my entire life. I’ve always been more muscular than most of my friends, therefore I’ve always weighed more than them. When I was in my early twenties I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian disease (PCOD). My doctor performed a surgical wedge resection of both ovaries and informed me that this would be a temporary fix and if I wanted children i should start trying. My fiance and I married immediately and conceived our first child within a few weeks. During my pregnancy I had a cerebral hemorhage, due to a weak vessel in my head, and had to undergo emergency brain surgery. My daughter and I both survived and my only problem would be dealing with stress for the rest of my life. The part of my brain that was destroyed is the part that deals with stress.
I have struggled ever since with anxiety and depression issues. I am a stress eater and it seems I feel stressed most of the time. My PSOD has flaired up again. I’m sure all of these things could be handled if I could find a program that I could stick with that would give me the results I need (I believe your program would do this).
I recently found out my daughter (18yrs old now)has an eating disorder (bulimia). I’m afraid I’ve contributed to her illness, as she has watched my weight yo-yo her whole life. I need this DVD series to heal myself as well as my beautiful daughter.

Ive been going on and off numerous programs and feel i need motivation and the right information to make the change.
I need to make a mental adjustment and i need cheap meal plans and i need to be shown how to do the exercises and i no longer want to suffer from paralysis by too much analysis. I strongly believe that you are never too old or too disabled to make positive changes in your life. It appears that the world puts too much focus on “looking good” and then young people end up believing that a great body is what will make them happy. Being in shape and living a healthy life is a good thing. But it shouldn’t end there. You still need to exercise the muscles of your “heart”. Meaning: work on having a spiritual life and a life that cares about other people. Whoever wins-I hope they will be able to reach their goals and then look around at what they can do to be a positive influence on someone else’s life. But you don’t need a great body to do that
It took a long time for me to be able to lose weight. I still need muscle toning and better looking abs. I just can’t seem to flatten and tone that area. And I can’t afford a personal trainer. My age could be part of the issue, but I won’t let it be a road block. So, whether or not I win-I will continue to read your blogs and be encouraged to continue to reach my fitness goals.

Hey Vince, I’m a 18 year old attending University in Ontario, Canada. I’ve been skinny all my life, never passing the 130lbs mark. I’ve been working out for 2 years and barely gained any weight. This was because I was making most of the mistakes you addressed throughout your newsletters and articles. I’ve since changed my habits and am starting to see some small gains but there is one problem.
I’m the type of person that needs to be told what to do, how to do it, when to do it and all the exact specifics. I can’t be told just to go to the gym and workout; what exercises do you want me to do? how many? how much rest? I lack motivation unless I am given a SPECIFIC task and from what I understand that is exactly what your DVD set does. It takes out all the guess work and gets right down to business.
How will this change my life? It is guaranteed I will gain muscle with your program and change my skinny physique once and for all, I’m ready to make a change in my life. I dont think of gyms, workouts as something to just get into a good shape. For me its more than that. It is an art and science at the same time. It is always inspirational to see success stories, and i always try to encourage everybody around to lead a healthy lifestyle by starting an exercise routine.
Some of my biggest aspirations would be to change my client completely within a very short period of time (sort of like actors do for their films).
But, although i am in a very good shape myself, i find it not easy to apply what i already know to my work – i guess because to myself it comes intuitively. That is why im always looking out for learning more, learning as much as i can so i can help others, and myself.
I think what you have on those dvds would benefit me greatly, as it will expand what i already know, and probably improve the quality of life (and bodies :-) ) of a number of people around me.

I have struggled with my body all my life. I have come a very long way, I went from 250 lb to 190 lb, but that “six pack” still eludes me. I have been in the Canadian Military for the past ten years and I am always looked up to and expected to set the example for my subordinates. I want to take my fitness to a new level and not only set but rather be the example for fitness within my unit. I truly believe that your program will allow me to achieve this goal and also inspire others to take charge of their bodies and achieve their goals as well.

Hi Vince, im entering because I feel like if I win not only will these dvds change my life but those of my friends and family as well. You see im surrounded by hard gainers. Im trying your program out right now as the test subject for everyone, and when it works as im sure it will I have at least three more people wanting a crack at it.

Vince, I am the skinny guy you used to be, with the same goal ,get some lean mass in my body on the healthy way, So I started my goal in 2006, I have join a gym since that day, and subscribe to 3 magazines, I read all, and I always ask the guy at the gym with the nice body, what Can I do to gain more muscle? and they will always answer “just drink protein”, so I have tried different protein whey, hydro, and never seen results, I hit the gym almost every day having the wrong idea I was going to build more muscle, I didn’t gain any weight, I lost 10lbs, now every friend keep telling me “you look too skinny” and I hate that. I felt hopeless, I even stop going to the gym thinking I would never get the body I want because my genes. I was going to throw away all my gym items even my iPod, thinking I would never go back to the gym. I started running and I found that I was good at it, I did amazing times I did 6 min per mile, and people keep telling me you are great, but underneath all that happiness I always knew that my real goal to build muscle was going away.
I found your website and I have done a research, and every review about your program is great, I did not find any bad review about your program, so I am here one more time believing on you, I want to try your program and probe that it works, and probe myself that I can reach any goal, I just need to look for the tools to help me.
Now I understand that building muscle is not easy and require more than going to the gym, and I am willing to do it.
Hi Vince. I’m 17, live in New Zealand and have been a subscriber to your newsletters since 2007. I currently have over 4000 emails in my inbox of which most are fitness related newsletters from experts such as yourself, Craig Ballantyne, Jim Smith, Mike Geary, and heaps more.
I started off training the way my trainer told me to, one muscle at a time, straight sets, isolation exercises… and I made very few gains. Since then I’ve implemented many tips learned from those newsletters. I have gone from 71kg at 14% bodyfat to 77.5kg at 10% bodyfat in the last year using these techniques.
I’m really pleased with these results, but really want to take my training and my physique to the next level. Although I’ve learned so much in the last two years I still lack the knowledge to set up a long term program which is what I really need to gain some serious muscle.
Hearing your story really inspired me and I can totally relate to it as I’m heading off to University on the Gold Coast next year and want to be able to walk the beaches with my shirt off and be proud of my body. Instead of hiding up the back I want to be the guy everyone looks at and says, “WOW, that guy must train his ass off.”

Hey Vince. I’m jason from Hiroshima Japan. I’ve been following you for awhile and really like the things you have to say. I would like your dvd set because I have lived my entire life with very low self esteem. Most of these feelings stem from the fact that i am a very heavy person and I am tired of being alone. I think if I could see the proper way to do the excercises I will become more effective in the gym. Vince, I am a 49 year old male, living in Australia. Two years ago, I weighed 92kg (164 cm tall) and had high blood pressure. This was my wake up call. I took up swimming and treadmill, alternating days and modified my diet. I am now 69 kg and need to loose another 3-5 kg and/or get my body fat percentage from 20% close to or below 10%. I lost one of my best friends in a boating accident a month ago. there was four of us in a small fishing boat . we had been diving when the boat capsized. I ended up in a coma, I am awake and alive now but not doing to well. Steven’s body was found, they have already had his funeral. . My wife and I have been married for 7 years. And we made a vow to always stay in shape and always ‘look good’ physically for eachother. However after having 2 kids my wife is really struggling with losing the extra bodyfat accumlated during the pregnancies. I am a 40+ massage therapist. For the last two years I have been volunteering every week in a local hospital giving massages to oncology patients. Hey Vince, I’m a 6′2″, 175 lb, 7.1% body fat guy that’s been training in the gym about 8 or 9 years. I look good, and I feel good, and that’s what hurts.. My cousin, a couple years younger than me, has looked up to me his whole life, and tried so hard to be like me in so many ways. But, truth is, he’s obese.. couldn’t make sports teams in high school, couldn’t get the girl he wanted, and could barely make friends even considering he’s one of the kindest, gentle, warm-hearted ppl you could ever meet. His insecurities have stolen so much joy from his life, and I can’t stand knowing every time he laughs, he’s not really happy inside. His obesity even led to the development of Testicular Cancer his senior year of high school. Imagine how it would have effected you to have had one of your balls removed at 17! But instead of giving up, since then he’s tried running, hundreds of diets, I’ve sent him my personal workouts and dieting plans, but nothing, absolutely nothing seems to be the key to unlock his weight loss. First of all let me just say I think you had an amazing transformation and would like to thank you for all the emails and YouTube videos you have made. Let me start out by saying when i was 5 i was in better shape then I am now. I was biking 7 miles a day and running 2. Now, I am completely out of shape. For the past couple months, I have been reading about how you’re a personal trainer and helping so many people. I am skinny like you were before, and very weak. I have been skinny all my life and have been constantly made fun of it.
But nothing was so moving, then when I took my shirt off at a camp and a lot of people had six packs and were ripped. Another initiative I had was when I was lifting up a hay bale and couldn’t even lift it into the truck. Once I watched some transformations, I was inspired. I want to learn to live on purpose with focus on an achievable goal. I believe you and Flavia are walking the talk and that inspires me. I am 44 years young and am more determined than ever to break through self doubts and old self defeating patterns which have kept me stuck on the 10 pound up and down roller coaster for 15 years. I’m an 18 year old college student who has experienced weight training, cardio and the works. I used to wrestle in high school but no longer do it. That being said, you probably know that wrestlers shed alot of weight during their wrestling season. So when it came to being “skinny”, the only real definition i knew was making the weight by killing yourself. During the offseason i would lift & run what our coach would tell us and some. I would unfortunately get fat with some muscle and lose EVERYTHING that i gained later on when it was my season. Since I’ve stopped doing wrestling, i have unfortunatley gained 25 extra pounds more than my regular off season weight even while lifting and doing cardio. Ive tried super hard to lose the extra weight even to the point where i ran 5 miles the morning of Thanksgiving and only ate a small portion at dinner which was all i had. I mainly have gotten fat and during my off season due to my genetics since my entire family is and I’ve always wanted to change that. If i were to get on an intense workout such as yours, i think i could show that genes shouldn’t be a factor and maybe be able to motivate my entire family to exercise more and make a change for themselves especially since my family is prone diabetes and prey that all of these factors ever truly affect our overall health.

For the past year, I have been researching your tips and other fitness experts’. Firstly your advice is straightfoward as opposed to others who go on and on about how successful their tips are. I purchased the No Nonsense Muscle Building program after years of going to the gym with minimal results. The program challenges me to take responsibility for my lifestyle. Hi Vince, I am a 16 year old kid in high school. I’ve grown up as the extremely fat and obese kid thru out my life. But in the last year i have taken the initiative and set about improving my life. I live in Dubai and over here underage children are not allowed to work otherwise i would not hesitate to buy these dvd’s straightaway but without a job i simply dont have the money. In the last year or so i have gone down to a 105KG’s from a 114 KG’S and my body fat percentage has gone from 47% to 32%. I just realized that we both share the same birthday – I’m just turned 33 on November 26th (seriously!). But somehow, I am not that surprised. This coincidence might explain why it has been so easy for me to relate to you as a person (Not to mention that I was also the skinny guy growing up and a cross-country runner). I also want to say that you have been a true inspiration for me. I have been following your NNMB program (i.e., book & extra) for the past months and gone from 156lbs to 179lbs. But I am not done – My objective is to reach 200lbs before I go into fat cutting phase (and win the 12-week challenges).
I found it good on my birthdays to reflect on my accomplishment in life so far and define what I want to do going forward. I am a married man and proud father of a one year old son. Currently I have no motivation to life. I’m 28 yrs old, 6’ tall and underweight. I’ve lost a lot of weight with everything I’ve been through this year and also due to my job. My name is Aaron Verive I’m 17 and I reside in Tucson Arizona. Vince, my story is not terribly sad, I’ve always been pretty athletic and outgoing, but you were the light that opened my eyes. So far out of the 42 pages I read today what impressed me most was the lesson of on friends and how they should benefit you and you should do it in return, you don’t see that often these days, adn I admire your character so I know that what I invested in was priceless, its something to help me take the upmost care out of one of the most precious gifts I’ve been given; my body. i’m Marvin Rivera, I’m from the Philippines, just turned 18 yesterday 5 December 2009, first of all i would like to express my thanks and gratitude to you for giving me some of your valuable tips and information via newsletter, I really am thankful for those because I’m learning so much from it, so much that it really opened up my mind about the things pertaining to bodybuilding, I’m a “skinny guy”, when i was in my highschool years(age 12 – 17 here in the Philippines) I really dont care that much about my physique, even if my friends kept on teasing me, i didn’t have the will and motivation to improve myself….
As time pass by it makes me feel that i really need to do something about myself, besides from being strong, i wanted to be healthy so that i could be with my family long enough to return to them the love, care and attention they have given to me when i was young, i wanted to be “someone new”, someone who is not anymore lame, not the old “Marvin” that have been always teased by my friends, i wanted to be someone who people would respect as much as i respect them.

Hi Vince, I teach inmates in the Dept. of Correction of our state. I am a Special Ed teacher and specialize in a type of behavior modification program called a therapeutic community. I try to use fitness as a motivator for my inmates because they respond to it so well, and because I know how much becoming healthier changes a person’s attitude. For someone coming out of a drug addiction, or dealing with past abuse issues ( a large portion of our incarcerated population) it gives them a huge boost to have something to focus on that lets them see real progress. I got a fitness trainer’s certificate in order to help me do this, but just that alone isn’t enough. My intention is to use the program as a tool to help these guys become healthier and change their attitudes for the better. I know that you intended the package for an individual user, and if what I’m wanting to do is a misuse of the program, then I apologize. If not, then having the program would allow me to have an effective fitness curriculuum which I have not been able to do.
My name is Daegan Mitchell and I’m from Citrus Heights California. I’m a Senior in high school and I’ve always been interested in health and fitness. Though I haven’t had trouble maintaining a body that I am comfortable with, I still feel like there is much more that I can do to improve. I’ve been the tall lanky guy before and I’ve worked hard to shed that image as best I can. I feel that should I have something to base my work off of, that my improvements will be much steadier and much more explosive.
The other image that I’d like to shed is that kid with the “fat dad.” My dad has been overweight my entire life, and he was not always like that. I’ve seen pictures of him as a young man not much older than me in much, much better shape than I am now. My brothers and I have worked hard to try and get my dad back on track, back to getting healthy but each attempt seems to die in failure.
I’d like to get your program because I am positive that it works, i know it could not only help me but my dad as well. I’ve always wanted a body that i could be proud of, but even more than that I’ve wanted a father that could go to the gym with me keep up, play ball and be active. Hey Vince here is my story. I’ve always been in shape and an athlete. I was a three sport athlete in highschool and played college football. In my playing days I bounced between 215 and 220 and was in great shape. I suffered an ankle injury and dropped below 200 at one point. I’ve fully recovered but life after football in the gym has been rough. I just finished school this year and between school and work, hitting the gym hard and actually making gains has been tough and I feel like I’ve been stuck in a rut and can’t make a breakthrough as I once used to beable to do. Iam currently around 200 pds but my strength and overall muscle mass makes me feel and look like I’m 190.
I’ve been interested in getting my hands on your program but havent been able to afford it. I’m hoping I win so your program can help me get back to where I once was. I completed 2 years of school for Polysomnography and passed my boards last month. In those two years, I didn’t take care of myself like I know I should. I’m a former 6 ft 2 in 215 lb fairly strong guy. I worked in oceanographic physics for decades and as a result of the work requirements clambered up and down from keel to top-of-the-mast of various research ships. Now, after some medical setbacks I’ve dwindled to 5 ft 10 in and 175 lbs and although I have a lifetime membership in World Gym it is a little hard to stay in trim. I need the type of guidance you provide in your program to improve my physical shape. I’ve told my daughters that I’m going to live to be 120 yrs old and I want to be as fit as I can for the trip. I’m 80 now – only 40 years to go!

Let me start out by saying when i was 5 i was in better shape then I am now. I was biking 7 miles a day and running 2. Now, I am completely out of shape. Very grateful for the chance to win this package. My story summed up is that i have been picked on my entire life for weight problems i finally got it under control around the age of 12-13 but am now starting to gain weight again at the age of 15, even though i am eating very healthy.
I also lost the girl i thought i loved at a young age, not to sure it was due to my health state. But she was always going for the hot older men and i would love to give myself the chance to get her back and i think this might help a lot in the chase for true love and a long happy life.

Hi Vince my name is Kylee, I am 34 years old, I have 3 kids and I am currently studying my certificate 4 and my diploma in personal fitness to be a personal trainer.
I have managed to lose 40 kilos in a year just by changing my diet and exercising all off my own back and with very little support.
Infact I still have girls laughing at me when I train seeing I don’t look my age and I don’t have the normal body of a mother of 3 but I am happy, healthy love exercising and have enough self confidence to ignore what they don’t understand.
Before my kids I was a 45 kilo skinny and I found it very hard to comprehend the fact that my body had changed and wasn’t going to go back on it’s own.
I have now changed my goals. I wish to build lean sexy muscle not just lose weight.

I have the most wonderful, the most gorgeous, the most precious woman in the world to love and be loved by. She was the girl of my dreams before we met and she still is. I am truly blessed and want her to be able to say the same. She is a miralce in my life and I am finally happy.
However, my goal in life is to make her the happiest, proudest woman alive and feel like the luckiest. I want her to wake up from her dreams and live them out. As I do. I don’t want her to be able to distinguish dreams/fantasies from reality.
She deserves all the greatest things in life. We only live once and I and I don’t want her to have any regrets. I want her to to flip through the Ralph Lauren and Abercrombie ads in her Comso magazine and not have to wonder what a man like that would be like.
She is a great woman and an incredible person. I want to be her Valentines gift, and birthday gift, and next years Christmas gift as I make new ongoing progressions. My body transformation would make a wonderful and deserving woman even happier and more proud. Me too.
I’m also a peronal trainer and have a few clients with muscles building goals. One of which who has been devoted to me for over 2 years as I have moved from gym to gym and has seen steady but slow results. I owe it to him and everyone else to truly deliver incredible life changing results. He too is as devoted to his wife, as I am to my angel of a girlfriend, and trains with her in mind for motivation.

I don’t believe nothing comes easy in life and if you have a will they must be a way of accomplishing what your in search of, especially if it’s a goal you what to achieve. I’m a committed person looking for something better in life I’ve changed my diet over the last year and stuck to a same routine for half a year that guaranteed results with minimal. This past year has already been life changing in many ways, but recent events have reinforced my need to get back on track.
Last year I received horrible news, my mother was sick, and needed a new liver. I began the long process of getting qualified as a potential donor. After months of testing and prep, I was cleared and deemed healthy and ready. Everything seemed ready to go even as I was being put under for surgery. I woke up to a different reality.
There were some complications during the surgery that made the transplant impossible to perform. This was a complete surprise despite all the CAT scans, blood tests, radioactive imaging and countless other tests. I awoke to find my mother in worse shape, my liver intact, and a large incision across my abdomen. I was out of the hospital in a few days, but that was just the beginning.
I spent the next 3 weeks unable to leave the upstairs of my house without great pain. I was then able to walk without much pain, but exercise was out for awhile. Between the pain, the inability to move, and the shock of what had happened, I stopped caring, I gave up on myself. I ate what I shouldn’t and stopped trying to recover my former strength.
Last week all of this changed. I came home from work exhausted and started to cook dinner. My wife came downstairs and gave me news that will change my life. She’s pregnant, I’m going to be a father. It’s time to rededicate myself and stop making excuses. It’s no longer my future at stake, it’s the future of my family and my ability to provide and be there for them. By the time my child is born, I will be healthier than I have ever been. And I will never let myself fail again.

They say that your stature in life is not determined by what you like outside, but by who you are inside. I find that very hard to believe right now because I feel worse about myself and my life IS harder since I’m fat and out of shape. I’ve seen how the majority of successful people are fit and in shape, as opposed to those of us who are larger.
With a better body and increased self esteem I will be able to go out into the world and help those around me. I know that I would especially be able to help my mother, who has had weight problems herself since she had my little sister over eighteen years ago. She can’t seem to stay on any diet plan or stick to any exercise routine. I literally owe my life to her and want to be able to influence her life for good, in return for the countless times she has helped to cheer me on.
I need the strength, power and confidence that using the No Nonsense Muscle and Six Pack DVD series will bring. And the knowledge that if I’m able to conquer the weight problem that I’ve had since middle school then I’m able to conquer anything.
Knowledge brings power, being fit brings strength, and being strong and powerful brings confidence; confidence to be able to stand and fight whatever may come in my life.
In 2008 I entered a 3-month weightloss contest run by Rotary. Living in a small seaside town, I found it somewhat embarrassing when I weighed in at 104kg and decided that the next time I stripped I wouldn’t be embarrassed so started adding /subtracting one thing each week – additions: protein, live foods, water, light gym and vitamins; subtractions: take-aways, alcohol and carbohydrates.
I was almost too eager to strip down for the final weigh-in and had lost 20kg. The scales showed decreases for weight and fat and increases for water and muscle. However, while my percentage muscle was up, the muscle bulk on my body was actually down 4 kg from when I was fat!
Soon after that my older brother was diagnosed with terminal cancer and spent the last month at our home which was a real privilege as his courage and dignity actually helped me develop a new lust for life. It’s now almost 12 months to the day since he came to live with us and I now weigh 92kg and have avoided the gym except for vacuuming! Also, after five years of IVF, my wife is now pregnant with twins and I don’t wanna be a fat daddy!
I’ve learned that life is full of ups and downs and that the main determinant of success is “what you get out of life is what you put in”. I’m ready to again commit myself but this time I’m gonna do it right, so I need your expertise!

I used to live in Houston the last four years and just recently moved to a suburb 15 mins away from Chicago.
I had lots of downs in my life recently within the last two years… between losing my 11 yr. old son Joshua in a car accident, myself being in coma from the accident and not being able to speak for nearly 10 months, my fiancee breaking up with me because of my coma and just recently losing my dad and supporting and living with my mom in Chicago now. So times are tough but watching all your videos inspire and motivate me to keep working and to not give up.
Even though life has knocked me down, the last two years… I am paying true respect to the both my son and father by getting back up again and keeping on. That’s the best way I can honor them. This is why after the loss of them and surviving my coma that I seek a motivational and fitness field of work….. and I promise not to give up.

Well Vince, since high school, been a fly weight, or some just considered a fly.
When, school prom is around the corner, that’s the last thing you want to hear.
Thus began my quest for a lean ripped body (I’ll be honest, that get women’s attention, and men want to know how you do it man!). Have tried other so-called products to either get burned out, or even injured from over training …really frustrating to see your very hard, sweet effort muscle (what little there was gained) to vanish like a cloud in the wind. 250 words or less? Here goes nothing! :) I was one of the ones who was fortunate enough to order a set of your No Nonsense DVDs before time ran out. They should be arriving in the mail soon, and I’m flat-foot EXCITED! Since high school, I have “tried” to get a “wash board” the best I know how. The only problem was that (like many others), I really knew NOTHING about how to get a six pack, unil recently discovering REAL health experts like you and Joel, who have taught me how the human body REALLY works as opposed to what I THOUGHT I knew.
Summer times only a few months away, and I’m looking forward to FINALLY having something to show for my efforts. I am thoroughly convinced that your expertise is more than able to get me in top-notch shape, AND have the CONFIDENCE to be able to run outside with no shirt on (without holding my breath for fear of THE GUTT). maybe even grab a cell number or two at a red light or something! The problem when you’re a teen is that you’re getting more self-concious about your appearance and you’ll start to compare yourself with other ppl who’s much muscular, ripped and perhaps ‘deserve’ to be act snobbish. Things like these are the things that makes you feel you don’t have anything meaningful and you;ll start to blame your dad for not training you phisically. I know that’s wrong but it’s just so frustrating. But that very thing also pushes me to change myself. Enough is enough. Its better late than never. So i start working out despite some days i couldnt- for rest and studies. I’ll be finishing my studies in 4 more days. Wohoo for me. Anyways after my exams, i’m really going to force myself to workout. I have been working out for 2 months now and the change is just marvellous. It didnt change my looks that much…. BUT it changed my attitude! I mean before this i slept EVERY afternoon after school. My friends did invite me to play football and hangout with them but i’m so tired-NO. LAZY!- to play with them. And finally 1 day, it hits me. I cnat let myself like this. Sure i feel depressed, but i will be MORE depressed when i’m grown. It might be even too late by than. I mean with all the works and jobs as an adult….. Anyway, 1 thing about change when you’re a teen, you DONT want to tell anyone. They’ll LAUGH at you. You DON’T tell them! So as a single child, i have NO problem in keeping it a secret. I have my ways. I have a dumbell thank God my dad bought- for himself, but he never used it.HAHA.Anyways, for other exercises hat need equipments lke medicine ball, i’ll try to improvise by substituting it with a chair or if i cant, i;ll change the exercise with something else. Easy. No biggie. When there’s a will, there’s a way. I execises and it kicks my ass!- no. the whole body. Urghh. Every time i exercise it;s just pure pain. BUT i feel so good afterwards. So everytime i feel like lazy to exercise, i told myself- Do you want to regret later when you’re an adult asking yourself WHY i DINT use my time i had to change?! And the feeling good afterwards stimulates me to feel good about myself. And it;s not just because of the workout but the thought that i did something today to change tomorrow. Just a few more. I know u might be saying ‘Enough with your PERSONAL life and tell me why you WANT this?! Ok. Here;s why. I’ve found out the false belief about beauty is skin’s deep. Because that particular SKIN shows how you manage yourself. I mean if you;re fat it shows that you’re lazy! I dont know about skinny. Im sure you know. Anyways i want this really badly because after this LAST EXAM in school, I AM FREE. i can exercise WITHOUT time limits. i have the whole day to myself that i CAN use to exercise. And i know this will help me. And also 1 more reason. i want to surprise my parents and my friends and show that i am more than they think i am. By the way, because im a single child my mom BANS me from playing rough games lke rugby and taekwondo. And that’s also another reason. I want to prove to them that I AM NOT WEAK!

I think I should win these amazing package because after hours at the gym following “so called beneficial” workouts I have received no results. However, after I have been using your workouts over the summer I have been able to feel much better in myself and I can slowly see my body changing daily and I love the way I feel as I am more confident about my body and I was never afraid to take my top off at the beach as I had actually shed a fair few pounds of body fat and replaced it with lean muscle on my abs. The only problem is that I am now at university studying Business Management which is incredibly intense, because on top of really demanding modules where we have to present twice each week, we have to run a real business within the course. When I first began to understand that I could affect the way my body looked in a positive way, after growing up with the body image that being overweight was to be my physical experience, I discovered that the laboratory of my body not only responded to my efforts, but also affected every personal aspect – not only the physical but the mental, emotional, and even spiritual. I’ve been a hard gainer all of my life and achieving the goal of being strong and muscular has been one I haven’t been able to achieve. As a senior in high school it kills me to have the feeling that I have a condition that I cannot overcome, thus prohibiting my ability to achieve a great looking body.
Before reaching your site, I was beginning to reach the conclusion that I was just bound to stay skinny, and I couldn’t do anything about it. When I talked about my frustration at being a hard gainer, people would scold me saying “at least I wasn’t fat” or other things like that. Even my own family members laugh when I talk about gaining muscle mass.

I’m 18 and i’m struggling to gain muslce (hardgainer) despite spending a lot of time working out, but since i’ve decided to do some research i ended up watching your videos and i have to say your cardio, resistance training and nutrition tips ive seen a good improvement in my physique, and since that is probably just a tiny fraction of what your program contains i’m sure this program this is exactly what i need to take my muscle gains to a whole new level (not just for appearance, i’m also a table tennis player and the increased strenght and power would help, besides the intimidating physique :) and besides what makes your program different than most of the other programs on the internet is that you actually have implemented the stuff you teach and have the results to show for it. anyway thanks for the tips again, and keep up the fantastic work.
To keep it short, i would be lying to say that i cannot afford to buy your programme now. In fact, i will likely buy it after i leave school and have my own income.
I have been viewing and am simply amazed at the various articles and videos you offer for free on your site be it those about nutrition, workouts or realistic and valuable advice and mistakes. Your passion is the one thing i love to have.
Honestly, i am apprehensive about whether i can fully benefit from your programme in the near future. This is not because of equipment or nutrition concerns but rather the demands of the package. Already, i cannot finish digesting and applying most of the free but really useful information on the site, though i am still persevering to do so. For example, the 41 tips to build muscle fast, i am still working to master them.
In my opinion, after reading many of the posts before me, i am not the most deserving or worthy candidate to receive the DVDs for free. To me, the knowledge i learn through the site alone is great and more than enough for now.

I am not from the US. Since I was 12 y/o I was interested in bodybuilding. Go in the gym but very little result. I am still underweight with a big belly. Now I am 22. I don’t know how many supplements I took, and I think it’s the reason my health is not really good because I took too much and train too less; I was looking for the easy way. Since I was born, I got asthma. I think that bodybuilding can help me get rid of it. I am from Haiti but now I am in China where I got a scholarship to study. And recently I got my worst asthma attack in China because of the weather and the bad air. I don’t want to leave cause it’s a good opportunity for my future. I’m an architect from Zagreb, Croatia. It’s safe to say you changed my life – although I did not follow your 6 pack program to the letter.
All the things you pointed me to, since I purchased that program, were much more important – especially Jon’s 7 minute muscle and Joel’s Treat your way thin (hm?). I have reduced my body fat% from 18 to 11. My objective is 7 before next spring.
I did not purchase the latest DVD pack since there is already so many things I could start to implement and did not, and I followed your Pareto principle advice.
One reason I bought your DVD’s is so I can improve my health (and look good in a bikini!). I live in Japan now but I’m going travelling next year and I need to be in good health to be able to hack it! I was already lifting weights, but I needed a program to follow; needed some advice and guidance.
BUT, the main reason is for my parents. I am going home next year for about three months (the first time in a while) and I want to ‘help’ them with their eating habits and fitness level. I know that they eat badly, that they aren’t in good shape, and I also know that they aren’t getting younger. I really want them to get fit and healthy so that they will be around for a long time. It worries me otherwise. I want to show them that ‘getting’ fit can be done. I am going to be living proof – the best kind!

Hi Vince I have been looking for a way to motivate some of these young street kids off the drugs and crime here in Johanesburg South Africa, I have tried many ways of doing this but they all seem to lack the motivation and return to there old habbits, a freind of mine suggested I try doing some thing that they could be proud of their achievements and this made me think of the one thing most of them would be eager to try. ( an entire transformation of mindset and body all in one) a young boys dream come true. If I only manage to convert a few its one step forward, and a new lease on life for them. Hi Vince, I feel your DVD program will help me in my quest to be a better me. I am 53 and had both knees replaced and still have chronic pain. I’m a 30 year old PhD student from Cologne, Germany. I’ve worked out regular for the last 8 years, without much of a change of my body composition (around 10% BF, 68 kg, 183 cm, ektomorph-like features), until I bought your NNMB program a few months ago. And I got A LOT of insight! You opened my eyes to all the things I did wrong all the years, foremost not eating enough and the right stuff, taking progressive overload really seriously etc.
Since I already know part of your program, I expect that from the DVDs and the additional material I will be able to take my workout to the next level. Getting all the extra tips and detailed demonstration of exercises will help me to achieve my goal, which is to get a muscular, but still lean body. So when bulking a bit following the NNMB program, I’d subsequently use the Sick pack program (that I don’t have until now) to get shredded again!

Over the past 2 years I have shed over 60lbs of fat and gained over 15lbs of lean muscle. This is journey that wouldn’t even have started if I hadn’t found your program.
Two years ago I had tried all the usual stuff, like doing a lot of cardio and a bit of working out in a gym. But it didn’t get me anywhere, except I did loose a few pounds, but nothing much to show for! The so-called fitness experts still preached the cardio paradigm, and the bodybuilders were the only ones knowing how to build muscle. And I was after none of that.

Ever since I was a kid I’ve been on the hefty side but I am totally ready to do a total body transformation. I will put my all into this. I have a 6-month old son at home and need to make sure his dad is around for a long time so I can pass these great fitness tips on to the next generation.
My story is similar to yours. Only that I’m still in the Skinny Vinny state and I have to reach a muscular state. I’ve been receiving your mails for quite some time now and they’re quite informative. The importance of diet that you’ve focused upon has helped me gain from a meager 123 pounds to a marginally better but struggling 130 pounds. That at 5′10″ is still very skinny. I’m fairly good looking and well educated, but what I still lack is an overall persona. That is something your DVDs can give me.
While what I talk does make sense, I am looking for something that’ll make me make sense by just being present – a magnificent personality. My life as an adult has only just begun and having always been amongst the thinnest ones around, I know what sort of a difference having a good body can do to you, your confidence, your image and the perception people have of you. It can definitely do wonders to your person, social and public life.
While buying your DVDs is always an option, I would do that later when my finances permit, but winning something like this is a different feeling altogether. And that is something I would like to have.

My ultimate goal since age 3 has been to become a NASA astronaut. Additionally, my aspiration has developed a more specific direction – to also become an astronautical engineer prior to entry into NASA, and find a way to get people onto Mars.
I knew the Air Force was the best path for my future. I had a problem, though; after school, I was an obese 250 lbs, but I thought the military would whip me into shape. Focusing only on my grades paid off; I graduated first in my class, but, 2 months afterward, I went to a recruiter, and got bad news – there were weight restrictions I had to meet before enlistment. I had to lose 70 lbs!
I set my self-loathing aside, bought weights, and went at it. Surprisingly, the pounds melted off – 10+ weekly…at first. After the first 40 lbs, my body was no longer a stranger to exercise – the weight began to more like ooze off, like the slime on a slug. I hit a plateau from not really knowing anything, but pressed on.
FINALLY, 3 years and 70 POUNDS later, I meet requirements for my height, and leave for training in February!
I have grown to count myself lucky to have been obese, and fought with MEPS for 8 months, believing I might be disqualified for hunchback for 2 of them. These two experiences taught me to appreciate and not take for granted my health and military career, a lesson many will never get the chance to learn. Many people won’t achieve 70 lbs of weight loss in a lifetime, so I know I have no problem taking action, but my journey isn’t near over.
NASA’s selection is SEVERELY competitive; while I will have the smarts handled, I will also need to be VERY athletic. I need to be THE MOST athletic guy applying. I plan to give NASA NO OTHER CHOICE but to select me. However, I will need to know HOW to get into that kind of shape; I need answers and ACTION plans for taking it ALL THE WAY.
Additionally, my nickname, “Jax,” like most of my clothes, no longer fits; I am not so big a guy anymore, so I want to fill that name’s connotation again – this time with MUSCLE. It’s all about BELIEVING BIG and ACHIEVING BIG, right?

I’m 16 years old of age and of course I am in high school. Just like you did, I have skinny genetics and can’t gain absolutely weight. The other problem is that in my family background I have the genetic disease of diabetes which can explain the reason of being skinny.

I’m a senior in college from India and I’ve been an avid athlete since high school. But, the sad thing is that despite my constant work outs and fitness, I’ve never been able to attain a body that your workout regiments guarantee. The problem with me is that the results in the gym take a lot of time and I lose hope soon. The longest streak in the gym that I’ve had is 6 months and no results to show for it! First i am not american or an english speaking citizen so sorry for my language.i trained for years put not in a row i always quit and start over once i feel i lost 70% of my shape that’s why i am asking for the dvd set. i workout for 6 months and that’s it i hit the plataue without even having a 6 pack abs or an amazing physique and my pecs (chest muscles)are weaker than my arms though i read alot of articles and did everything said no results at all.i think i need this program because i love sports but i cant get no results at all.

Please consider me for your free DVD offer. I am 33 years old and have been into training since I was a teen. I started weight training seriously around my mid 20’s but have never made the progress I would have liked. Getting comments such as “it’s just your natural build” or “don’t worry, you are naturally skinny” just upset me even more. At school I was bullied for being skinny, something that stuck with me – even as an adult. I want to finally get rid of this self doubt.
I’ve tried every program out there, the 20 squat & milk program, weider, internets natural steroid program, etc etc. Spending lots in the process and gaining nothing! Sure I’m fairly built compared to some – but a lot of that’s fat too! (something else I’ve been struggling to get rid of” – basically I’m skinnyfat, that is a skinny frame with fat around my gut.
I know this is not me. I can do better than this, much better. I need direction, a guide, a mentor to help me along the way. I believe you are that guide and these DVD’s will take me to the next phase in my training!!
I really hope you can help me gain the confidence and physique I deserve. I WILL follow the advice in the DVD’s to the letter! I will become so big and powerful looking from them that you’ll want to put my pictures up on your site to show others what can be achieved.

Hey there Vince. I have recently begun my first steps to become a personal trainer for the love of being able to change people’s lives for the better. After working in a hospital in the great “Down Under” for nearly 9 years and seeing some pretty unfortunate sights, it can get a little deppressing. The simple truth is that most of these people could have avoided there predicament by taking better care of themselves in the first place. It inspires me to think that I will be able to improve people’s quality of life. I have personally been training on and off for around 10 years. While I have had success developing lean muscularity, I have never been able to pack on some serious mass without the addition of substantial bodyfat. This is frustrating to say the least! When dieting down to single digits and then finding I am only a little heavier than the year before really makes me wonder if I have the genetics for this game. I bought a bodybuilding program over the internet about a year ago now, and had some success with it. While very good, it left too many holes as far as nutrition was concerned. Your complete package was basically a no brainer for me, and lets face it, with my current career change I will be a walking advertisement for any prospective clients, so I’ll need to look the part!
