Ques1: do skinny guys really need to work out in bulking phase
Ques 2: why your book dont talk about high and low GI index food. Some pro ray that we must avoid high GI food while others say that we(skinny) must take them in our diet but only to limited amount. Now there are in total of 4 things in total that can happen:
1. Dont take high GI food (for skinny guys). But do you think is it possible to avoid them alk the time? Huh! I guess no way
2. Add them to your diet but only to a certain extent
3. Eat lot of them. As we are skinny so they will caure insulin spike and will increase our apetite and thats what a skinny guy is looking for. These high GI food contains more calories and will not give you feeling of fullness and to counter this we will eat more calories.
4. Dont care about GI food. Next year i joined the gym for 5-7 times with same information in my mind and after that year i was more frustrated as i didnt gain weight a single pound.
