Empowered Nutrition Meal Plans – The Origins Video

By Vince On July 7, 2009 Under Fat Loss Training, Featured Post, Nutrition

Listen to how I discovered Empowered Nutrition Meal Plans some six years ago and how they saved me from forming a horrible pot belly.

I almost became a fitness fraud a few years ago and got to a point where I was embarrassed to take my shirt off as I let my nutrition slip but found a meal plan system that changed all that.

Listen to the true and interesting story.

Over 1800 people signed up last week for the Done-For-You Fat Loss Meal Plans and dozens of people have already lost over 5 pounds in the first 7-days. Just us so you can be next:

Hi Vince,

Just a quick question-I’m slightly confused about the new Empowered Nutrition Meal Plans-just wondering if we follow the meal plans as laid out in the e-books or do we have to e-mail you every week with our updates and you choose the next meal plan?

Also, does this program require any exercise?

Thanks.

No, just use the meal calculator every 2-4 weeks to recalculate your needs.

Yes, you should be doing weights and cardio to optimize the meal plans

hey, i’m somewhat computer illiterate and i am unable to play any of these videos you are sending on audioacrobat. What program do you need to run this? The small intro video at the top of the page works fine.

I can’t view the video either. I can normally view videos on audioacrobat, but with this one the play button doesn’t even show up. Not sure why I can’t view it…
