Hi, thanks for this opportunity! I would like to start by saying that I try to hit the gym at least five times a week and I want to start going two times a day. I’m a very active person and have been having trouble getting that beach bod. It all started my freshman year in high school when I weighed in at 275. Being active in lots of sports and growing I dropped to 215 of my sophomore year. Since then I’ve gained about 45lbs, joined the army dropped 30lbs., gained back 20; lost 10-15lbs sitting me at about 245 right now. I’m extremely into bodybuilding; I really believe that having somebody tell me when and what to eat is exactly what I need. I love your videos and really want to give this a chance!

I have a crazy schedule during the week. I work different hours every day of the week. This changes my eating patterns dramatically and at times, I will eat foods of convenience when I get home on my late days. I have been trying to eat balanced meals during the week, at least 3 per day. The snacks are not as balanced, b/c I have limited time b/t seeing patients to attempt to get snacks in. Having a detailed plan of when to eat and what…even if the hours are varied some, will help me out significantly. I have had a weight issue since puberty, I have been called a cow and other derogatory names in high school. I just could not understand it b/c I played 3 sports. For some reason the weight was there. The same thing happened in college. I played college volleyball, and worked relatively hard, but maybe it was the cafeteria food. Then I finally lost some weight, but for some reason, I was unable to lose weight in the areas I wanted to. I know that you can not spot reduced, but it is very frustrating. I don’t mind taking a day of the week to cook all of my food, but sometimes it is hard to decide what to eat for the entire week. A plan would greatly help my goals. In conjunction with my current exercise program, may get me the body I desire!
Thank you for this program and the videos!

Hello,
When you try to lose weight it can be extremely confusing. Your system would be making my life much easier. I want to live a long time and take better care of myself. I allowed my mother death to become a crutch to eat poorly. You’re meal plans would help me in ways intangible to my self esteem and working towards a better me. I would be able to go back into the military because I have mastered my weight. If I can master this I can master anything. I would continue to work hard to get to my goal. You’re program would be in my foundation of my future success.

Thank you for your time and this opportunity.

Hello,
Several years ago I went on a quest to lose weight because of my mother’s health crisis (she is morbidly obese as are 2 of my siblings). I wanted to lose 100 lbs and lost 90 lbs. I felt empowered like I could do anything–it was a great feeling. Then I had my own health crisis in 2006. After many doctors and medications I have gained back 15 lbs. Since January 2007 I have put on 1-2 lbs a months. It’s been a shock to me since I continue to workout and “think” my diet is ok, but something must be wrong. The sample meal plans that I downloaded are doable for me and I have implemented some of the recipes into my life. I would really like to feel like I can do anything again!

Thank you for taking the time to read my entry.

In highschool, I was so skinny people would call me little Mac, and Big Mac as a joke. I would eat unhealthy on a daily basis and not one pound was gained. I then was encouraged and joined the gym, I hired a personal trainer to show me the ropes and help me on my way to reaching my goals. In the first year, I gained over 50 pounds. I was happy that I gained weight, so excited that I had some muscle on me but it hit me. I looked fat, confused of wanting to gain weight but then confused of what kind of weight I wanted to gain. Therefore, I went on what I called a cutting diet. I was unaware of the types of foods to eat that I lost more than half of my weight and my muscle. I was so discouraged and unhappy. I then decided to educate myself, joined a few bodybuilding forums to get an insight on the world of nutrition. That was my biggest problem, each day I would go to the gym feeling weak, and always wondered why. I then came across an ad on facebook, talking about skinny guys gaining muscle. You can say I found what I was looking for. I started following Vince’s meal plan by empowered nutrition and man what an improvement. In the past year I had gained a total of 27 pounds, with minimal fat. I had gained more confidence and strength in the gym. I also recently started Vince’s six pack meal plans and so far have lost 16 pounds with minimal muscle loss. The reason I would like the new meal plans, as I have reached a time in my life where I get the aspects of bodybuilding and nutrition and I want to take it to the next step. My goal for now is to lose the most fat I can and start using the new meal plans to reach my next goal which is to gain the muscle with minimal fat by next summer. The new meal plans will allow me to reach my goals as they will give me more of an insight of what to eat. They will allow me to further reach my goals as they have three steps to the meal plans that will challenge me and my body. They will challenge my body to the point where I can gain more muscle as it will trick my body to work with me and not against as it has been doing for years. Ultimately, this will give me confidence, knowledge, and strength and most importantly will allow me to reach my goals.

Hi Vince, Pat & John,
I’ve been following your videos on Facebook and appreciate the advice. I have been working out at the gym for almost three years now and although I’m happy with the progress I’ve achieved so far I would like to get to the level where my body shows true defintion and lean muscle mass and I realize that this can only occur through a good, sound nutritional diet–something I admit, I have not followed. I hope through “Done-For-You” Fat Loss Meal Plans I can finally achieve the success that’s eluded me.

Thanks,
Vince

1. I have been weight training for 2 years, very committed but so far no impression result showed, except having the muscle tight. My waist increased, of fat, but muscle didn’t. I am a skinny-fat person..

2. I have tried 5 different brand of supplements, wasting a lot of money on it, yet no satisfying appearance come out. So I decided to stop on supplement and go for real whole food instead.

3. There is a need to know what is really a great nutrition plan, since I always filled my 6-meals with those noodles and rice ( can be found easily everywhere in my country, and it is our eating-lifestyle to fill stomach with those.) I realized there will no muscular if I continue eating it.

4. I have download the free 7dayssampler meal plan and i like it very much, it really opens up my eyes on what the REAL nutrition plan is… I started straight away to the groceries store purchasing the items.

Conclusion, this program is great!
There is no other websites do as this program does!

Hey man I really appreciate the fact that you take the time to read all of these and quite frankly I am just the average guy who lifts a couple times a week. But I have a terribly busy schedule as it is and I start college this year and I know that the cafeteria food can be completely detrimental to ones eating habits and overall fitness. I need some solid meals that I will be able to use to avoid eating food that is not good for me because I am trying to lose fat and college food will not help. I do not have much time to look up and get creative with cooking so these meals would be perfect for me. Thanks!

I know I probably am not the “most deserving” for this offer, and I definitely haven’t spent crazy hours in the gym working out. I’m just a senior in high school, and I do have money, but not a lot to spend on a trainer or an expensive gym membership. For the last few years, I’ve been running a few miles a day and I do the whole varsity sports thing at school, but I really think that to take my discipline to the next level, I need to implement a steady meal plan. The main reason I stopped working out so much was because I wasn’t seeing much progress. I’m already quite a small guy, so I was really discouraged. Since then, I’ve been much more determined to get that really toned look rather than the big muscular one, so I think this meal plan is the next level up for me. I try to watch what I eat very carefully, however even with that constant check, it’s still very hard to keep track and be sure of exactly what’s in your food, even if it is healthy. A meal plan is the surest way to go and to BE PREPARED, just like you pointed out in a recent video. I’m just sort of scared that I will get diabetes in the future because almost everyone in my family has it, so I’m trying to do the best I can to my ability to keep healthy and fit! Thanks

hey guys,

so here it goes. no i dont work out like i should. and no i do not eat right either. i get home from business school in NYC at crazy hours and i never have time to ensure that i keep a healthy eating schedule. all in all, i have put on weight that is more than just annoying. it at least to me is grotesque and disturbing. I wish that when i put on my suit and clothing i can once again feel hot and sexy. no i dont have the issue of being small framed. i have always been blessed to have a full figure, but i need control in dealing with it. i need to better understand what is and isnt allowed. moreover i am an observant jewish man, this means that i need to adhere to strict dietary laws. “Done-For-You” will enable to prepare the most proper and fitting meals and help me regain my self confidence. I cannot wait to tell the world how vince, pat and john literally saved my life and made me feel more powerful and strong than i ever was prior. being chosen for this award will mean a lot for me and my image. I will achieve a feeling that I have yet to understand or acquire. At my tender age of 22 i will gain knowledge and insight into the goodness of others and be able to immediately alter my life for the betterment of myself. I cannot wait for the opportunity to announce to the world how i have transformed. I cannot wait to return to the classroom in september a changed man and actually turn people’s heads. guys, you are my lifesavers, please lend me your helping hand. I will show the world and the awesome people of the Big Apple how inspirational and unique your team is. I am greatful for this opportunity to address you and hope you consider my plea with an open heart!

I’m a 40 year old male. I have shed a ton of fat,and in the fittest shape of my life. At my worst, I was in High School with a 42 waist, pushing 235. I have decided that for me to be my fittest is no longer a choice but a lifestyle. I just had my BMI taken,I came in at 13 percent, slimmed down to a 31 waist but still have quite a ways to go.The biggest part of my waist hits at 37. Many people call me “skinny” but I tend to hide what’s left of my past very well. It’s very frustrating, even trainers tell me all I have to do is be persistant, but others tell me I need to aim high with my goal and be even more strict, almost to the point of being a buddhist with my diet, meals and food. I know I am not the only person in my situation. I hope to break my plateau and move one day,and one day it will happen come hell or high water. I am watching as many videos as possible as reading all of the emails you guys send. You have already helped in such a huge way, you guys have no idea. Just putting my mind there every day helps me like you wouldn’t believe. Thanks for your time.
Peace,N

Second,I WANNA SEND GREETINGS FROM ALL THE PEOPLE HERE IN PERU!!!
yes guys im from peru. and i apologize if can’t speak proper english. I dont want to kiss your asses but, u know what i really thank you for all the things you have done. in peru we don’t have people like u who knows what is being skinny or fat, they all want to scam you, for that reason we have to look for other methods.
for the last two years i’ve been training and eating right, i was tired of being skinny, so i work my butt off to get 23 pounds of muscle, is not too much but i’m proud of myself for acomplish that. And now with college and all that stuff i gain weight but instead of muscle i gained fat, now im on vacation and i was thinking is the right time for cutting, but i cant trust nobody here.I’m an ectomorph and i dont wanna lose any muscle when cutting, it will be very disapointed losing muscle with all the hard work that i did to get it. so i hope you can understand how i feel about it. and if i acomplish my previous goal i think with your help this time i can get better results. thank’s for all guys…Espero que me elijan :D

Hi, thanks for this chance to win a complete meal plan.
Well, I’m from Mexico and I study Medicine, so I understand how important a meal plan is in orden to get good health and, in this case, how it helps to get a good shape.
I’ve tried some supplements and some insane routines that haven’t done more than hurt me and drive me far from getting what I want to. I’m 21 and I’m a 1.64m person, and i’ve always been a skinny guy, so I really want to get a meal plan to use it together with routines and good supplements to grow up.
My biggest dream is getting a great pecs, I’ve not been able to develop them, I don’t know why they don’t grow up yet but I think it’s for my bad meal program, so I need a little big help.
Thanks again for the opportunity and good job for all. I’ll be right back

I am the queen of diets. If it is out there, I have tried it or at least learned enough about it to know better. People used to ask me which plan I was doing now! I love to exercise and do so intensely 3-4 times per week. I am also training for my first 1/2 marathon.

So…if I am so experienced and knowledgeable…why am I still fat?

To say the last year has wreaked havoc on my body would be an understatement! Between the emotional eating binge following the death of my father and gaining 65lbs with the pregnancy of my first son, I lost any sense of routine or control over my eating.

Now I am the proud mother of a fabulously healthy 6 month old baby boy and the less proud owner of 40lbs of fatty souvenir. I thought loosing the baby weight would be easy, considering I was going to be home all the time. However, as I put baby’s needs ahead of my own, it is often noon before I get a chance to put something in my mouth and that something isn’t always what it should be. Convenience foods have replaced fresh. Easy to make carbs replaced quality proteins.

I REFUSE to be an overweight mom. I WILL NOT be one of those women who are still loosing the baby weight as their children enter school. I WILL set a good example of what healthy eating and living is for my child. The sound nutritional base of these plans will give me the structure that I need to be successful.

Hi,
I am 35 years old and weigh over 330 pounds. I have been morbidly obese for as long as I remember. I get all keyed up ready to get stuck into my fat loss. I train ok but where I really struggle is the nutrition side of things. I have read so much on the subject that seems to contradict each other – eat this, don’t eat that, eat this at this time of the day and then there are ratios that just confuse me even further. I know I can’t out train a bad nutrition program, but after a few weeks of putting in the effort, I revert back to my previous bad eating habits – not because I’m craving certain foods, but because I can’t keep up with what I should be putting into my body. Then the merry-go-round starts again. My 8 year old son who loves me very much has started to comment on how fat I am, likening me to Homer Simpson. Whenever I go to pick him up from school or sport, he asks me to wait in the car or can someone else pick him up – he is too embarrassed to be seen with me. I believe having simple, well laid out fat loss meal plans all set out and done for me waiting for me to follow, would eliminate all the confusion in a nutrition plan and aid considerably in my fat loss pursuit.

Hi Vince,

I am not going to take 250 words telling you i am desperate or need to lose weight. I have been desperate and i have lost weight. I have spent much of the last 9 months losing my weight. the past 3 mths i have been building muscle and strength. In the past 3 mths I have also incorporated long distance running into my training program and just this weekend passed completed my first half marathon. I intend to complete a full marathon in October. Here is where your meal plans come in. My dietican and the one before it are all text book only and have done nothing to be able to help me balance all my activity with the right combination of nutrition that i believe your plan can offer.

Vince, Pat & John,

I need a step-by-step plan to make meals that takes the guess work out of what to eat for maximum:

-energy, I wake up wanting to go back to sleep w/in 5minutes
-fat loss, I have the one-ab look
-muscle building,(the chiseled look)
-regularity(yes, bowel movements)

Thanks dudes
God Bless,
Yoon

I would love for clothes to fit nicely w/out “sucking it” in anymore… and it would be great not having to worry about going out because “you just never know I might need to go to the can again…”…

I’ve been on mealplans since I could remember. I usually weighted 53 kg and before I got married 10 years ago, weighted 57 kg. In the 10 years I’ve I’ve gained over 20 kg, having 2 kids in that time, I’ve been on several mealplans seeing dietritians, I’ve tried it. Went to the gym, and lost 10 kg, but still couldnt get the last 15 kg’s off. Your mealplan is easy to follow, it is new flavours, new ideas and it tastes great. I don’t have to sit and work out the whole plan for the day because it has been done already. My middle son keeps on telling me: “Mom, you are still fat”, you are always on diet and you are still fat. I have treadmill and a bike, and my routine is pretty boring, and I not just need a new program but also a new mealplan that will help me loose the last 15 kg and not just feel slimmer and look slimmer, but to put a smile back on my son’s face and him being proud of his mom at the end of the day.

I have lost 55lbs since Christmas 2008. I currently weigh 225, I am 6′2″, and I’m 58 years old. My current lifestyle involves a 5 mile walk every morning and evening 7 days per week. I spend two 45 minute sessions on a Precor USA recumbent bike, in between I spend 30-45 minutes resistance training. I do this Monday thru Friday. Besides eliminating the obvious like sodas, pizza, fast food and beer, I don’t know how to eat in what proportions and when to both help me lose 35 more pounds and provide enough of the nutrients necessary to sustain my workouts. I know that if I can put on lean muscle mass I’ll be burning more calories in a resting state and this will eventually lead to a completely life altering change for me.
The meal plans are essential for me to achieve those goals because all of the guesswork is eliminated and I just have to simply follow a plan. So far I’ve done pretty good using what I know. Now I need help from a professional nutritionist to further my goals. Whether I succeed in winning free meal plans or not, I’ve come too far to go back to that fat slob I used to be and knowing that I feel empowered!

I don’t need the program as much as my wife does, she’s tried just about any-thing and everything to lose weight and all to no avail. Being on a fixed income we can’t afford to buy every weight loss system out there so we have to hope that maybe I’ll get lucky enough to win one for her. I’ve tried to show her but if you’ve never tried to teach someone in your family how to lift weights and what to eat and not to eat you have no idea as to what kind of words can come out of a woman’s mouth when they think that hubby is poking fun at her. The Doctor’s have told her that if she don’t lose weight and soon that her heart won’t be able to take it. She jumped from 120 to almost 300 lbs. and we have to get it off. If I do win I’m going to take pictures of her before and then again after. So I await your reply and I wish everyone good luck and of course Good Health!!

I am 46 years of age, train three to four times a week and do some form of cardio. I eat well with very little sugars, keep away from bad fats, and hardly touch junk food. I am sure my diet is clean, so much so that I dream of eating pizza and drinking beer. However, I am still looking like some unfit middle-aged person that sits on the sofa all day watching TV and eating donuts. I have read numerous books by so called experts, measured calories to the micro gram, drank and ate things that looked and smelled like they belong at the bottom of a swamp.

I was almost at the point where I thought having a six pack and defined muscles were for the young and not someone my age. Then I listened to your pod cast and I learnt more in 60 minutes then in five years of training. Who would have thought I could eat well and have a piece of pizza and a small beer occasionally and still get that killer body?

Guys I need this program bad

Hey Vince, I think it would be great if I could get a copy of your meal plans. I am 17 years old and am going to be a junior next year and I am starting to train for competing in the near future sometime and am needing all the help I can get and im still just a teen so I can use all the help and advice I can get. I have my trainning just about figured out but Im still confused about the nutrition part and really want to get into this life style but i need help to get started. i watch a lot of your videos and I take a lot out of them and use them in my everyday life for example in my trainning when you talk about needing to have intensity in your work out and not that stupid cardio crap that does nothing but waste time. Im all about trying to get straight to the point when im trainning and i hate wasting my time and others time as well. it would help me out tramendously though if you could give me a copy cuz like i said im only a teen and i dont have that much money to throw around but i am willing to work hard for my goals though and I think your meal plans could help me out a lot. Thanks for all the hard work that you’ve put into helping out with your videos and advice and all. it really does help.

thanks, Lee

Hello. First I’d like to thank you for the free report – Top 10 Mistakes Almost Everyone Makes and How to Avoid Them and a Sample Fat Loss Meal Plan for Men. What I want to say is that I have made most of the top 10 mistakes and some of them are still here, especially since i started to go to the gym. I don’t have any support from my family or friends but still I want to build some strength, muscles and look and feel good. There is nothing wrong with 7 Days Sample Meal Plan but it’s only 2000 calories ans that’s too low for me because I’m skinny enough and don’t want to lose anymore wight than I currently have (except lovering my body fat from 17% to around 10-12%). I must say that food on this plan is very delicious but during those 7 days I had to eat something else than that or I would be hungry. So hopefully, I’ll get free copy of the „Done For You“ Fat Loss Meal Plan with the right calorie intakes not to be hungry, but still low enough to lose body fat.

Thank you for reading this and thank you for giving this opportunity to all the people who write these posts, including me.

PS. Sorry for my bad english and spelling mistakes if there are any…I’m from Croatia.

This may make you want to dismiss me outright, but I truly believe no meal plan will work for me. Don’t mistake me; discipline is not my problem. My problem is over-discipline. For 12 years I’ve worked out with great intensity, and I’ve eaten between 1100-1400 calories a day during that time. The trainers at my gym think I must burn 500-900 cal. the way I work out, but I scoff at that. My body just won’t burn it. I’ve been steadily gaining fat–15 full pounds of it–for a year. I’ve gone thru Nick Nilsson’s “metaburn” program twice with no results. I did an 8-week “Metabolic Repair” course (Leigh Peele’s) which caused me to gain 8 pounds of fat (it had me eating around 1600 cal/day for 3 or those weeks, and it felt like a freaking feast) but did not enhance my body’s ability to burn fat, because I’ve cut back my intake again to 11-1300 and not losing an ounce. I can’t imagine eating 1600 cal/day will do anything more than make me gain more, but at this point, I’m desperate and willing to try anything. Again, I WILL stick to it. Not a problem. I actually emailed you about my predicament once, Vince, and you told me to eat more. That’s when I went on Leigh’s program, which for me, failed because I’m fatter than ever and actually lost employment over it (I’m an actor). I’d love to see if your program works any better. Thanks.

I have always loved to workout. But my priority in life is taking care of my family, and as a youth pastor, the teenagers I am responsible for. I always put my workouts, and diet on the “back burner” because of the things I need to do. Since wrestling in high school, I have always been overweight. Working construction, now ministry, and my love for eating has always been in the way of looking like I want to. Also, Youth ministry is not a 9 to 5 job, so there is never enough sleep, or time to eat like I should. I find myself eating whatever is conveinent, whenever I have time.
Since receiving a free gym membership last fall, I have worked really hard to workout 4 to 6 days a week. Although I feel like I’m in great shape physically, I don’t feel in great shape, because of the fat around my mid-section. This has always been an issue for me.
A few years back I went on the “Body for Life” program, and made some positive progress toward being lean. I felt really good about that, and believe it worked because I was planning meals, and setting goals. Following a plan helps me work around my schedule, and with the resources/time I have.
I believe “Done-For-You” would help me get back on track again, and help me find ways to eat better, even when I don’t/can’t plan ahead. Any program that would help me look better, feel better, and be healthy and lean, would be a huge blessing for my life, and my family.
Thank you for the opportunity to win a copy! Kevin

Thanks for putting your meal plans out there for all of us!
Well I am 22 years old and I just finished college and am starting my career. I have been a competitive bodybuilder and powerlifter, however have not competed in 2 years and now I want to get serious about bodybuilding again and win my pro-card. The reason I need your meal plans is that my schedule sometimes gets in the way of what I plan and instead of opting to eat something sub-par I usually do not eat at all. I thoroughly understand nutrition but when it comes to my own I tend to second guess myself and need to have a plan to follow to help me reach my nutritional goals.
I currently train every day, weights 1 hr/day 6x/week and HIT cardio every day 20-30 min.
I see these meal plans as the fastest way for me to achieve my pro card and ensure that I do in a healthy manner.

Thank You,
Kris

Hello everyone.
Here is my situation. When I had been living an unhealthy life for a long time and weight only 110 lbs, (thats nothing to brag about for a 185 centimeter long guy) I started training and I managed to gain around 40 lbs. The progress went slow and steady, but at least I saw results. For 4 mounts now nothing has happened to me and it is making me frustrated. The reason why I haven´t gained any more muscles got to do with the way I eat. Don´t get me wrong here, I am not eating unhelthy food, neither healthy. I could really use this program to see results again. I refuse to believe that I´ve hit my maximum level in bodybulding. I just need something to help me defeting my genes. I am still pretty skinny and I wanna change that just as Vince did.
I usually hit the gym 4-5 times a week and most of exercises and advises i´ve got from Vince´s videos and blog. It has really made me understand alot more about bodybulding in general, but I don´t only want to be the guy who knows alot, I want to be the guy looking like a top athlete aswell.

Thanks for your time I really appreciate this opportunity.
Many regards Simon.

I really need a meal plan at this moment of my life beacuse i have made diets and excersie to lose weight. I succeed in that. But now i am kind of skinny. I star going to the gym doing nothig but weight lifting and abs. It did not work. I have tried to get muscles mass not as a body builder but as quite small good showing muscles, and abs,, and even though i have the the 6 pack it does not shows because theres a fat layer between the skin and te abs that makes them invisible. That layer is un burnable i have done as many cadio as you can think off. I am now totally sure that the reason for my un succes in getting at least a bit ripped is a meal plan!

Hi; I’m a 56yr old, 220 lb woman that has had some success with fat loss plans. The last time I lost 15lbs, felt better had more energy and stamina, but unfortunately gained it back plus an extra 8 lbs. Much like your video said I’ve read lots and tried lots, yet it’s as if the cells are not able to talk to each other and not allowing normal osmosis to take place. Carrrying around this extra fat is wearing me down and affecting my ability to perform a variety of types of exercise, which I prefer to do. Normally I think of myself as healthy and strong as I seldom get the common cold, but in this moment I am feeling discouraged at tipping the scales so drastically. I want to continue to keep up with the grandkids and mentor good healthy eating practises for them as well. I am hoping your program may be able to help me shift from this plateau and support me in truly achieving better health and fitness. Thanks for your consideration.

Fat- Loss -Meal plan, boy do I need it.
I have struggled with my weight all my adult life, I have tried them all, Atkins, Weight Watchers, Cambridge and many others, some I have lost with, but with all I have slowly but surely put it back on, plus some.
So yes, I know how it feels to lose, but it is getting a plan I can live with for the rest of my life, I would like to think, NO, I am sure that this is the plan to not only help me lose wieght but to keep it off.
I do not work out as much as I should, but with 60lb of extra weight as a hinderence it is never easy.
I would love to be a success story and be someone from the UK who can say
I DID IT !!!!

Hi Vince and everyone else!!! I am a student who just moved to another area far from my family and friends. In this area the only sell fast food and I am really tired of it because I go to the gym at least four times a week but I don’t see much results because what ever I burn at the Gym I get it back the same day. I have like 3 months in the Gym and I lost 10 pounds and I don’t go that often because I don’t have the right guide to follow. If I go online all I see is empty promises. I just would like to have the right directions but i am afraid to pay for something that doesn’t work. I am 5′-5″ and weigh 140 lbs. I don’t know if that makes sense for you guys but thanks I think you are one of the least people who really wants to help others. Thanks. Blessing for everyone!

Homeschooling my high schoolers for six years, while going through the mid-life change, I have found myself VERY low on energy and lacking in “get up and go”. Many health issues have cropped up all about the same time – heavy metal toxicity, hypoglycemia, hypo thyroid, high acidity, leaky gut and other negative conditions. Just making it through the day has become a challenge, and many things that SHOULD HAVE gotten done …….didn’t. I am now so far behind in EVERYTHING, I wonder if I’ll ever catch up. Thinking about planning nutritious meals that will help me lose the extra weight I have put on these last few years, requires more energy and wherewithal than I seem to possess right now. To receive meal plans already laid out for me, so that I do not have to think about, stress over, calculate or contemplate them, sounds like….well sounds like a gift from heaven to my tired ears! I know I NEED to plan nutritious weight-reducing meals, not only for me, but for my husband and teenagers. But I also know I won’t do it at this point in my life. To have someone else do all the hours and hours and hours of work is exciting – and it would be one less thing I have to stress over. Everyone knows stress increases cortisone which increases fat storage!
Be blessed,
Vicki

This resource would be perfect for me for a very different reason – even though I’m chunky, I’m also a chronic calorie restricter. I wasted over a year on a Very Low Calorie Diet. I dropped a lot of weight, but just found out my body fat percentage is almost exactly the same as when I started… It seems I wasn’t eating enough to let my body build muscle during my year-long fast. I restricted for so long, I’ve had to retrain myself to eat ‘normally’, and it’s hard… I really had conditioned myself to avoid food. I recently had my metabolism tested and the dietician told me that I’ll never build muscle and change my body composition unless I start eating more. I tried to follow her plan, but on the high-carb plan she gave me I always felt hungry, and my blood sugars were always soaring or crashing. I was so miserable I was really thinking about going VLCD again because after a few days I lose my appetite and don’t have to go through all that struggle. But the diet plan sample felt wonderful – I ate throughout the day, the portions were satisfying and didn’t make my blood sugars bounce around. I know I have to retrain myself to start eating again, and these meal plans feel like the perfect tool for learning to eat healthy and make food my ally instead of my enemy.

Hey Vince,

I have been working out for the past 6mths and YES ! , i have heard that food also plays a major part in Body Building. I need 2000 calories for someone whose weighing 140lbs. I see all sorts of food with different calories and fats. I am just very confused with what i should take, and till today, i am not happy with the results about my tummy. I use to be Skinny with a huge tummy. Now abit of muscles but the tummy thing doesn’t go. Guess i am eating the wrong stuff. I tried supplements like Carbo gain & Real gains. Healthy with all the calories packed but i guess supplement isn’t all the way, right. With the Meal Plan System, i believe it would be the perfect resource and a turning point for me in my life.
So with my Determination + Workouts + Your Meal Plan System = Success

Hi Vince and co’s!

I have closely followed your videos, seminars and website the last 6 months…
In january 2009 I got very ill, lost all the muscle I built up…
I had to start completely from scratch…
In march I got ill again, lost most of the muscle. Around 15-17 pounds! Now I finally have the feeling I am more healthy and closer to my goal thanks to your free work-our programs, but the only think I miss is the mealplans…

I am lost in this. I try to keep to a regular diet mostly containing fruits, proteins and good fats like nuts and avocado’s… Since recently I am working 12 hours (4 hours of traveltime a day) five days a week…. It is very though on my condition, I just need a mealplan that I can prepare and follow closely all week long.

I am 6,1 ft;
174 pounds
bodyfat percentage: 14-15

My goal is to get to 190 and 10-11 %

I am 200 % sure I can get there with the right mealplan, I believe ! :D

Hey, as a health and fitness professional we all agree that we are working in this industry for a greater purpose than just day to day ‘weight loss’ and ‘personal training’. To help as many people as possible to achieve good health and lifestyle habits is what really makes us valuable and I praise this team for helping to bring such important, scientifically based information and make it available to the public and other professionals. The more people we help, the more valuable we become. This brings me to my next point, I am actually working in a country of 1.4 BILLION people who are seriously neglected with up-to-date trusted sources for their health and fitness needs. CHINA has one of the fastest growing industries with only a handful of professionals able to deliver quality resources and programs in the native language. As the winner of this program I would be able to communicate and influence more people than anyone in the world for helping to improve their lifestyles and prevent the unfortunate practises that have started to creep into this Western influenced industry and get it on the right track. I would immedietly help to launch a Fat Loss program using this valuable information and cooperate further in the future to provide good resources in China (such as yours) for our up-and-coming fitness enthusiasts and people in need of direction. Thankyou.

Hi Vince, Pat and John. I am very excited about your meal plans. I have been trying to develop a healthy lifestyle for a very long time and almost always fail dispite my very good intentions. My main problem is not the exercise but I think it is the food. When I commence an exercise program I work very hard and try to eat healthily but often I do not see any results or very minimal results which then becomes very demotivating for me and I tend to give up. I find the nutrition side of things very confusing and think that I would have more success with a meal plan that I could just follow. I have a lot of weight to lose and would really appreciate some help with navigating the minefield of nutritional information. You never know but with your help maybe this time I will be successful and finally achieve my goals.

Hi Vince
Been reading your newsletters now for many months thank you. I am always on a diet, my weight going up and down. My daughter also really needs to lose weight, she is only 33 but putting on more and more weight and I really would like her to lead a healthy lifestyle. With your meal plans I am sure I can prepare meals for us to become more healthy. For the first time in years I am at home and will have at last have the time to prepare the meals. I have only a few kilos to lose but my daughter needs to lose at least 20kg. It has been a battle for her, she starts a diet and then after a week or two she goes back to her bad ways. Please help me to make her a healthier person, I would like to make her see that you can eat healthy and still enjoy it. She owes it to her small son to be a healthy person. She has now at last started to go to the gym, well only once a week, but it is a start. Once she eats more healthy meals, I am sure she will be inspired to go to the gym more often. I go to the gym 3 times a week and all I now need is a healthy meal plan. Difficult for people like us to know exactly what we should eat, so Vince please help us.

Kind regards

Hi-

If you are like me, you have been struggling to lose weight for some time. It has been a very difficult challenge to find a way that works for me. A way that fits in to my lifestyle and provides healthy, long term results. I have tried many plans over the years, none of which have ’stuck’.

The main problem is that I need a plan that does not require me to think specifically about calories, ratios, serving size, quality of food, meal intervals, supplements, shopping lists, and on and on. I can get ‘gung-ho’ about that kind of program for a few weeks. Maybe even a few months. But I always get ‘program fatigue’. Don’t get me wrong- I like eating food that is healthy and good for me. I don’t have a problem with that. It’s just all the calculating and organizing and planning that I get tired of. And eventually drop. That’s been the pattern.

What I need is a system that just says “Do this.”

I have that with my exercise program. I have a ‘connect the dots’ workout with which I can go to the gym and just do. I don’t think about what exercises I need to do, how much weight to use, how many reps to do, how long to rest, and on and on. It is planned and I just follow along. (This program was made for me by a knowledgeable and experienced trainer that I TRUST, and he does modify it for me over time so I can grow.) I need that kind of simplicity. And with it I can make my workouts a long-term part of my life.

But, we all know that exercise is only half of the fitness equation, and I have always wanted a similar solution for my nutritional plan, but it just has not been out there. Until now.

“Done-For-You Fat Loss Meal Plans” says it all. And with Vince DelMonte’s knowledge and experience, I TRUST him to do all the research and all the organizing and all planning for me. It’s perfect. I don’t have to think or figure. I just have to ‘connect the dots’. Again, I like that. I am looking forward to finally completing my fitness equation and making nutrition a sustainable, long-term part of my life.

Hey there Vince,

My name is Michael Rascon. I am 18 years old and I’ve been working out for about 3 years. I used to stand five foot three inches and weigh 220 pounds, which was primarily fat. After three years of intense training and a somewhat balanced diet I managed to lose 50 pounds. It has always been my dream to be a fit and happy person and after losing this weight I feel that my dream is finally in reach. However, there have been times where I don’t know what to eat or how much to eat and I slowly start gaining fat around my midsection and thighs. I am also headed off to college where it is very difficult to maintain a healthy diet without extreme discipline. I need your help Vince. I’ve recently discovered your website, and it has been a great help but, as I enter college I highly doubt that I will be able to log on to your website as much because of the high workload that will be out upon me. I am asking you to strongly consider me as a recipient of one of your free meal plan systems. This meal plan would not only help me to maintain my weight in a difficult and pivotal time in my life but, it would help me get closer to my dream of living a happy and healthy life.

Hi, I’ve recently begun my quest to build muscle, and try and get that body that would make girls bite their lip, instead of looking straight through me, or be someone people at work ask for a hand to lift something, instead of asking someone else when I’m already there, or be less intimidated when I’m at the beach or in a club and just surrounded by guys that have the beach bodies.
I’m 18years old, and my parents have just separated, I’m living with dad and neither of us can cook well. I can’t ask mum to teach me, or cook something quickly up for my plan as she’s about a 3 hour flight away now, and I’m at work so often that I find it hard to make time to to cook anything in general. So I’m finding myself snack foods, or just heading down to subway for a roast chicken footlong. I’d really love this meal plan, it’d help me get to my goal so much. Working with my dad on our business 14hours a day, then coming home and pushing myself to get some gym session done instead of sitting down and dozing off, I get too tired to try and learn to cook something nutritious, but if the plan is already there than it’d give me that extra motivation to get it done. I’m trying my best to live by the ‘The problem with tomorrow is that I have never seen a tomorrow.’ motto you have in your book, but there just isnt enough time in a day or energy for me to do everything in the short period of 24hours.
Thanks for the awesome book by the way.

how should i start, I’m 22 yrs of age, i’m from the philippines. and on the day i say your picture, i said to myself “Damn! i wish i could have that kind of a body” (Forgive me, i sounded like a chick!)

i have tried many different ways of trimming down my body fats..
but i guess the food that i am taking before is useless…I have downloaded a 2000 calorie meal plan you send me… i have tried those, and to my surprice it had a little improvement, my body fat has reduced, more muscle (which hasnt been thoroughly built yet). The past few months my friends and i went to a beach. and my friends invited me to go for a swim, and so i took off my clothes and my girl friends just laughed at me,and told me what is that? are you 2 months pregnant! “SHIT!”…i was so embarressed…i put back my clothes and went for a swim, QUIETLY…

and after that day, i start working out, every morning i wake up and go jogging and i also follow your 2000 calorie meal plan.i could not believe that your meal plan actually works…for the past years i have been searching the best solution in gaining lean muscles and less body fats without taking any supplements or slimming pills what so ever…

Your team and Website is one of the best! Regards to all

Q: Will i be able to have the same Body as yours?

Thanks for the opportunity to win a copy of the Done-For-You fat loss meal plans. I am a 46 year old woman (soon to be 47). I quit smoking a few years back and seemed to trade one addiction for another. That is, I began to eat cookies, candy, cake and brownies after I gave up the cigarettes. I had even prepared myself beforehand by planning ahead how I would handle those cravings. I did well for a while, but then I began to feed the cravings, little by little, until before I realized it, I was eating sweets everyday. I have been fighting the “battle of the bulge(s)” for some time now. I have tried so many different programs, I truly am terribly confused about what is right or what will work. One of the worst parts for me is trying to decide what I should be eating. Everyone is so vague and general and I need more specifics, because without them I don’t always make the right choices. Due to some other issues that I have had to deal with, I am usually drained of energy, but have begun to workout regularly anyway. I have been lifting some weights and doing some hill climbing on my treadmill, but I keep backsliding on the food. Your meal plans would be an awesome help for me in taking care of the food aspect of my program to regain strength and energy. I long for the days when I could get so much more done and have just about given up, blaming it on my 46 year old metabolism and natural slowing down due to aging. Then I look around and see the people older than me blowing me out of the water. I need help! Thanks for reading!

I hit the gym at least 5 times a week and i really had some big changes the last year. Go to the gym and work out is no problem for me at all. Its so much fun that i couldent live without it. Then its the part when you need to eat right and hit the jogging track. that part really sucks. And unfortunately its the most important part. I have a really hard time findning different things to eat. My mealplan looks the same over and over again and its really boring to eat the same stuff all the time. Then im also having a hard time finding “good” things to eat and i think that what i eat now, is stoping me from achiving my goal. Abs is in my opinion the hardest to achieve, specially when i hate to run/cycle. And like i said, it would be so much more fun if i could have a mealplan thats not the same all the time. This meal-plans will help me to my goal and make that part of the traning much more fun and enjoyble.

Thx for a great site and sorry about my bad english, hope you understand my point.

Hi,
I’m 17 and will start my last year of high school in setember. I’m of average build right now thanks to your training but, I started training 3 years ago. It was when I had made up my mind that I just just didnt want to be fat anymore. My family wasnt very supportive especially my brothers who I share a room with.
I tried as much as possible to control my diet but as I live in West Africa some things are impossible to get or really expensive. Anyway, I lost the weight and have been struggling to put on muscle so that I wont have to worry as much about getting fat again.
Living in a family of five and in West Africa has its ups and downs but food is a down. I need help, and having a physical, copy of your book will help convince my mom to buy more healthy and muscle building food for me. I also find it hard to plan meals out because we eat as a family and thats 3 times a day. Home food as we all know is delicious and i sometimes cant resist. But if I had your recipes and meal plans, I would definitely stick to them, because I respond well to planned structure in my day.
Gaining the small amout of muscle I have has made a large impact on my life. I had a nearly non-existant social life before, now I’m out clubbing and asked my mutiple girls to be their valentine or go to prom. Since I’ve lost the weight I’ve also strived to be a healthier person all-round and now I’m a kind of fitness/diet guru to some of my friends who cant be bothered to look for imformation themselves. I always tell them what you’ve told me and it’s working out well for them. I love to help people in this way, it makes me feel good and I know that I’m doing good helping someone else. ^_^ .
I want this to continue so please help me by letting me have access to your library of knowledge.
Thanks.

Hi Vince and everyone,

Before telling you about the why of wanting “Done-For-You” Fat Loss Meal Plans, would like to share the awesome program Vince has called “No-Nonsense Muscle Building & Six Pack” series. For starters, if any of you are not satisfied with how you look, want that lean healthy body that not only looks strong and fit, but delivers in that department too, then get Vince’s program. Another great reason is how motivation it is to see Vince in the trenches sweating through the very workout you’ll be doing in the gym. Now that is inspiring! The man walks the talk.

And that is why would like to use the “Done-For-You” Fat Loss Meal Plans to complete Vince’s program and take it to the next level. Then share these results to help motivate others to give it a shot too.

Wish everyone the best in health and Life!

I am recently graduated student (awaiting results in August).
I am aiming towards a future career in Personal Training, and have applied for a course in fitness intructing which will lead onto the PT and advanced PT courses. Any information on diet and the like will aid me in both my future life plans in work and in getting that perfect athletic physique. I still have much to learn and am always on the lookout for ways to expand my knowledge in this subject area as well as many others.
i feel having this infomation and planning could greatly improve my chances of succeeding on all fronts – and this competition is an amazing oppportunity.

Hi, my name is Issa Ahmed and i live in in Nairobi, Kenya. for the last three months i have been reading every article i receive from your site and have been extremely helpful in my fitness goals. Iam 38yrs old and have been training for the last 15yrs. Sometimes in the mid 90s and late, i was on and off but since 2001 i have been consistently training and seeing considerable progress but have never been able to loose my belly fat due to poor nutrition strategy. Infact i have never been keen on what i eat to get lean and muscular.
One of the things that has really caught my attention is the circuit trining you demonstrated in one of your videos that left me panting and fighting for breath when i finished the first circuit. The only problem i know for sure that is keeping me from attaining my goal is as i said earlier is poor nuitritional strategy and iam sure if i follow your advice and meal plans i woul reach my goals. The other problem is that the majority of the food types you mention in your meal plans especialy veggies sound strange to me coz i cant identify them here in Africa maybe because we have other names for them here. Otherwise i will try hard to identyfy them and start working hard to reach my goal which is long overdue since my before picture is ready and cant wait to send them to you all the way here from Africa. Thanks and stay lean and strong.Issa.

I need to loose weight and maintain a healthy diet and I need help. I was a real sucker for “get thin quick” fixes out there for too long a time. I wanted a quick fix which did not require too much effort on my part …. hah!! Fat lot (pun intended :-) ) of good all that did me. My weight just balloned and none of my clothes fit any more…. :-( I looked like a tightly tied Chinese dumpling in my clothes with “muffin tops” spilling out all over the place. Disgusting!!

In 2006 I had an ephiphany of sorts – a combination things happenning in my life made a lightblub pop in my head, I guess. I started to loose appetite for starchy and sugary stuff. Imagine!!! Things I used to crave seemed to make me sick. if I so much as ate more than 1 bite of the stuff, I felt really nauseated. So after a while I just stopped eating those stuff.

I also started exercising in earnest – I swam almost every evening. Laps up and down the pool for 20 to 30 minutes. However tired I was after work, I forced myself to swim for at least 20 minutes. The results were amazing. I felt more energetic and “light” then I had in a long, long time. I lost 12 kgs and my skin was clear and I had a healthy glow. I was getting compliments from my colleagues who wanted to know what I was doing right.

Then mid 2007, 2 major projects at work meant that I could no longer go home while it was still light. I started having to put in 15 to 16 hours at the office daily to stay alfoat of the deliverables for the projects. My exercise routine dwindled to zero. I’ve not laid eyes on the pool for close to 2 years now. And I’ve re-gained about 5 of the 12 kgs I’d lost. My diet is still low in carbs and unprocessed sugar but not as natural/healthy as before. I find I’m also starting to crave sugar somedays. It’s scary as I really do not want to go back to the unhealthy state I was before.

I’m trying to get my momentum to exercise back but it is difficult to go home when it’s still light for a swin. My day at the office typically ends around 8.00 pm on good days and 1.00 am or later on not so good days.

I’ve subscribed to several e-zines like yours and have tried the calorie shifting diet but it is diffcult to plan for and prepare my meals given my crazy hours at the office.

I would like to have the Fat Loss Meal Plans to hopefully kick start my efforts to regain a healthier lifestyle and loose the stubborn fat around my mid-section once and for all and NOT have them return.

Thanks and kind regards.

In 2006 I lost my father and I weighed 93kg, I was so fat. With the stress that comes with losing a loved one, I was sinking and I needed to feel positive about life again. I knew that using weights would blast the stress away and make me happy again, but I was tired with all the unfulfilled promises of processed shakes and pills. I needed something else but didn’t know what. The adverts had made me believe that I can’t lose weight or gain muscle without using theses processed products and pills until I came across Vince’s, Mike Geary’s and Greg Ballentine’s programmes which all stressed natural ways of losing weight. So I tried Mike Geary’s programme and subscribed to Vince’s and Ballentine’s newsletters. After only week I felt great following all the advice that these guys gave me. I now weight 72kg and eat natural foods. I have maintained this weight for over 2 years.
Recently emotional problems have come into my life again. I care less about what I eat. I trick myself into eating fast foods. Being a big Michael Jackson fan, I use his passing as an excuse to eat unhealthy things. I am playing with my own mind. My weight has increased by 2kg and I am finding it hard to stop myself. I need a change in my meal plan, something new and still healthy. I know the meal plans that Vince is offering might be the cure I need.

I need and like to have structure in my life, for me that means no surprises. For the last twenty plus years or so there has been no structure just a massive weight gain. 371#s down from 450 but up from 160. (surprise or not) I think about food almost all of the time, what I’m going to eat when I’m going to eat. I have type 2 diabetes and lots of food allergies so I try to stick with fruits and veggies, some fish and poultry, but in what combination and portions they are suppose to be in I haven’t a clue. I drink lots of water and do some exercise not as much as I should or would like to. I need help, a real step by step, ABC plan. I’ve tried Medi fast, weight watchers,Jenny Craig, Nutri Systems and all on my own and it just does not work for me, Your plan looks very specific and structured. (almost military) what I (navy brat) need.

The fat loss meal plan would be the missing piece of the puzzle for me.Although I try to get in 3 or 4 days of working out at a gym and doing some cardio,I do realize that weight training is only part of the equation.Proper nutrition is a must .Plus I work an average of 64hrs. a week that is also shiftwork. So my day may start at 5A.M. or it may start at 9P.M. when I am working midnights. And to make matters worse I am a classic endomorph. When you add all of this together not only will the fat loss meal plans help me reach my goals it will also help me decide what to eat when I eat.

I need a meal plan to keep me on track for weightloss. The ‘last minute’ decisions on what to have for a meal is what brings me undone. If I have a structured plan or menus, I can shop accordingly so that there is no excuse. Meals that can be prepared ahead would also be a saviour. The busier I am, the more likely I am to prepare and eat things that are quick & easy, often not the healthiest alternative. In other words, I need help!

I am coming from 7 years of neglecting my body and woke up one day with a longing to be my old self (which by the way was FABULOUS!). I am now 37 but was always the envy of the gym (at 30) and I wanted to feel great about myself again. So filled with new determination and courage, I set out to become a better me – even better than I was before. I used to train 5 or 6 days a week and looked good, but never really paid much heed to what I ate.

Only now have I realized that what I put into my body is vitally important. I have been following my own eating plan for 4 weeks now, and i must say, my motivation is high and I have seen great results in a short time. After discovering Vince’s blogs I realized that it is better to be informed and do things right from the start. I know that I will need guidance soon so that I will not fall into a rut or deprive my body from important nutrients to bcome the best me I can.

What’s up Vince!

I need some kind of help with my meal plan and I’m not a Skinny Guy by all means !!! At the beginning of this year (2009) I was weighting in at 432lbs. and I was starting my pre-weight loss surgery requirements. I was told that I need to be 400 or below. Now I’m currently weighting in at 380lbs. and realized I could loss weight WITHOUT surgery! A lot of help with the weight loss is because of your YouTube channel! When I started watching it, of course, i was skeptical but it all made sense! I started doing simple body weight excersises and moved on to the core workouts. I started eating some of the things you suggested and it was working! The problem I’m having is I’m running low on energy and food ideas! I don’t know what to eat so I end up eat the same things over and over again! It’s getting boring I need ideas and a change to help me keep progressing! I promise this meal plan will not go to waste and I will show you and everyone else that it works! I have faith in your words and ideas!

Hi, I am a mother to two young boys age 2 and 8 months. I have worked hard in the last 5 months to shed all of my baby weight and I have with great success. I am a gym junkie and find no trouble training, however I struggle in the food department and whilst I have lost my baby weight and by no means am I fat and do not have the body I train so very hard to have and the only thing that is holding me back is my diet. I get so caught up in making my children my number 1 priority that by the time I have sorted them and my husband out I tend to just grab what is easy. I am the type of person that needs to be accountable to something and needs some sort of plan to follow to be able to stick with it. This is why I need a copy of your meal plans. Make me accountable!!

Hi Vince

I am 18 years old and I have been training for some years now. Still when i look on my body it doesn’t look like I have been training a lot. I look pretty much skinny. Just like when you started Vince. Lately I have been reading your no nonsence body building program, and I have started doing your no nonsence workout to massive arms. Wow my arms are really getting bigger. I have never seen them growing like this. When it comes to eating I have basically no idea what to eat. It would help me very much to have a meal plan and then finally know what to eat. Like I said I’m still skinny and I know that the meal plan, combined with your nice workouts will change that!

Thanks

Antanas

Hey guys, I feel that Me and my family could use the meal plans really bad right now. I just convinced my parents to eat healthy and they are committed with me. I showed them the sample meal plans that you gave me and they went out today and bought all the food for a week of food. It makes me happy to see them wanting to eat healthy and get into great shape with your program. i would really like the meal plans for them and me because we cant afford much stuff with this economy other than the essentials. Thanks for the chance and I hope you guys pick me!:)

Hello and thanks for giving us opportunity. Ok, here is my story. I started my workout journey while I was 15-16 I was skinny but in fact in a good shape tho my friends at that point were much taller, stronger and bigger than I. At that time I didn’t even thought about working out. My friends joined the gym community and they persuaded me to try it also. I didn’t really like to get tired so the vision of constant exaustion was a bit depressing for me at first but after first month the time I was at gym became the best part of each day. I was newbie to it so my workout wasn’t very effective but I enjoyed it and that counted for me most. Unfortunatly I had to break up with it after 3 months because my parents did not accept that my grades went lower at school though it was not caused by the gym. That time I got some bear apetite I’ve eaten a lot and mostly it was the bad calories. Gym got me some effects but in fact the things I’ve eaten after gave me a lot of fat too. I did not become obese I just had more muscle and fat. School year end up and went back to gym I trained hard again to gain us much muscle us possible but still my nutrition was bad tho I stopped eating that lots and ate much healthier things than 4 months past but it wasn’t enough I wasn’t aware of that how good regular cardio is. I said “what for I need it’ll just bring my mass down and won’t give me results I’d like to see”. Now I know how very wrong I was. Again after 3-4 months I had to stop working out and that time was really bad for me. I got to new school with much higher level of teaching manner. I had absolutly no time for myself and ecspecially for regular work out. I got depressed I stopped eating and become ill all the time. I’ve lost a lot of weight from 80KG to 66KG which was a shock for me. The whole school year I just couldn’t find myself I’ve even started buying things to exercise at home but still I had no time for it. It was very hard year for me but as they say “if it doesn’t kill you it’ll make you stronger” and so it did. I am more determined to achieve what I’ve started and I’m sure that I’m not going to quit. I’ve learned a lot about exercieses, about humans body, about nutrition but still I’m “hungry” of that knowlage. I’m 17 now and I work out for 2 months already again. After I get up I go and do cardio right away then I exercise my back(spine hardening and correcting exercieses) without using any equipment, 2 hours later I do my muscle and strenght workout and in the evening I train my back(spine hardening and correcting exercieses) again but on a stability ball. I try to eat well but I’m still lack of knowlage and that’s why I need the meal plan of yours. I also want to learn on it’s example how to eat properly so I can make my own “plan” for the rest of my life. Thanks for reading, hope it’s not too long and forgive me if my english isn’t that well and clear but english isn’t my native language.

Hi Vince,

I lost 15 kg over the last 18 months (starting at 87kg), running long distances as my main method. My weight loss virtually ground to a stop, I couldn’t really run any further not to mention my poor knees, (already a jog was 2 hours x 4 per week).

Understanding that the “right” weight training combined with the right “diet” was the best way to go, and reading all of your material reinforced this and gave me ideas to start chipping away at that last stubborn body fat.

Using weights I lost a bit more (69kg) and toned up but still the 6 pack wasn’t popping.

I decided I had to concentrate on my food intake “it is the last piece in the puzzle”.

I’m not educated in nutrition, so my ideas of “good foods” might not be completely right. I google but that doesn’t help since the information is endlessly confusing.

I believe access to your meal plan would take away the (wrong) guessing, and like most of us I live a busy life and a meal plan would enable me to go on autopilot when I hit the grocers and I know what’s going in my body is right.

I currently put into place your training methods and know they work so its easy to assume your meal plans will be just as effective and complimentary to my training program.

Hello there
I am absolutely sick and tired of being sick and tired. I am also fed up not knowing which way ti turn. I have read books, checked out websites and read diet after diet (as well as been on these) and I am still at 197lbs. I am female, 57 and fed-up to the point of desperation. I keep plateauing and now am putting weight on … aarrgghh

I am so CONFUSED about carbs proteins and fats. How to work out BMR/RMR and create deficits. I have tried eating less, eating more, carb shifting calorie shifting and still last month I gained 4 pounds. I am at my wits end. I have increased exercise, lowered exercised, sped it all up. done intervals……..and still……………no significant loss after losing the initial 28 pounds.

Please find it in your hearts to help me, as I am motivated, committed and up for weight training (already go to the gym three times a week) and used old fashioned long cardio sessions. I am tired. Fed up and saddened I cannot seem to lose the weight i have been carrying around with me for years.

I still cannot look in a mirror and say ‘you are lovely’………………help!

Blessings and love. And my gratitude for being there :0)

What to say, after reading the comments before its hard to think about what to write. Well im 18, i weigh 13 stone, im trying to add some serious muscle mass over the next two months as i will be going to loughborough university and am looking to join the rugby team as i play all ready (number 1 for sport in england). Ive got all the extras ill need but my diet is not spot on so i wont get optimal results, i could really do with a helping hand, since last year ive lost 4 and a half stone of fat, thats 26 kg, but its now come to a halt. Ive just moved to my nans for two months, i’ll be having to deal with temptations that i cant afford to eat such as kitkats and biscuits. I can cook and all that but considering im on a budget its going to be hard. I have lots of meal plans and stuff on my laptop all ready but they are mostly all fancy and i need something good and straight to the point, im not going to say i really want this cause every other person has done just that, i want to be given the chance to achieve my potential thats it, and so far ive had many opportunities to do so, i cycled to college (summer time now so not much cycling going on), i ran to the gym (5 mins fast pace run), did my workouts in the gym and have significantly changed my lifestyle, i couldn’t run around a football pitch once without being out of breath and having stitches in the side of my stomach, ive achieved so much, but still feel i can achieve a lot more, will you help me ??? ohhh and i have to find a new gym today :S

We have an abundance of exercise programs outlining specifically the routines, sets, reps and proper execution but meal plans are always a challenge to follow cause there are so many types out there contradicting one another.

I don’t know how true it is that you can lose the fats and weights just by following a meal plan but from past experience, I believe for the plan to be effective it must be user friendly – easy to follow, simple/min ingredients, low preparation and cooking time and tasty. Never came across one that fulfill all those criterias but if what you have in store meet the points, I don’t mind incorporating them.

I’m in the quest of losing fats, particularly around the tummy and waist areas. It has been a great challenge because I’m a full time working mum and just squeezing out time for exercise can be a struggle too. I believe with a meal plans that fit the criterias implied above, it does lift out half the guess work of ‘get fit again’ program I’m about to force myself on. I have your dvds and online support for exercise part but no specific meal plans to follow through. It would be great resource for me if it’s user friendly, proven to get rid of fats as claimed, easy to follow so that I could outsource meal preparation to someone else at home when I’m working late and complete with daily nutrients.

Looking forward to healthier, fitter and stronger body and mind.

Cheers!

Hi Guys,
I am a semi professional athlete looking to make the next step into the professional ranks. At the moment only being semi professional I am struggling to combine my full time job, training regime and diet all together. I try to eat as well as I can but with the long hours of a day I keep, trying to fit everything in, I find my diet suffers most and I am resorting to quick and easy meals and comfort foods which I know are not good for my progression.
I feel with your help in a diet solution I will be able to organise my meal plan in a way best suited for me to get the best reults possible and progress to the next level of my sport to where I want to be.
Thanks for your help guys.

Salaam, First of all THANKS for the great information that you folks have shared with us.
I am an ordinary 19 year old boy who is struggling to shave the last 20 lbs of stubborn fat & get my own set of 6 packs. I have been doing High intensity metabolic boosting workouts plus Interval training for the past 1 year but i know that this is not possible without a perfect Done-For-Me meal plan which fortunately your plan would provide me. I have always been overweight but now i want to look lean & muscular. I have tried all types of healthy eating like taking 1gm protein per pound etc. but didn’t know where i went wrong. After doing 24 weeks of regular 3 days per week workout & intensity training i found that i have lost only 1 inch of my waist and only 1 lb fat. I got pissed off but decided that i would never give up. Meanwhile, Vince sent me an email about this meal plan. I was overjoyed with happiness. I am a big fan of Vince & after that email i really became a much bigger fan of him.
I don’t want to struggle any more with my own experiments and get frustrated once again. My brothers encourage me that i shouldn’t give up and i truely know that this meal plan would (inshallah) give me the body of my dreams.

So now i have understood that professional advise is much better than my own personal experiment. I m looking forward for this great copy of Done-for-you meal plan.

Once again thanks

A meal plan is essential for everyone coz a good meal plan complements a good workout routine to get the desired results from the workout. One might have a fantastic workout routine, but if it is not supplemented with the right kind of diet, it is going to hamper the results of the workout. You end up losing your muscle to keep up with the demand of the workout routine rather than loose fat. The body requires the right kind of micro and macro nutrients to reap the benefits of the exercises performed. Having said that and working out regularly, I still have to figure out the right plan for me since my struggle with the belly fat is on for a very very long time ever since I had my second one eight years ago. I am not able to figure out the right kind of food combinations in my meal plans. Hence, I very much require this meal plan.

June 29, 2009

Greetings Vince! My name is Irina, and I am a huge fan of your workout videos! Things you are doing really help people to gain beautiful bodies, because you beat directly in a point. I did many different types of workouts, and the only reason they did not help me is that I didn’t know how to use them right. I was doing exercises I didn’t really need. Also I ate more calories than I burned. But exercises that were recommended by you really gave a great results! I lost 20 pounds of weight!!! That’s amazing, thank you! But still I have to loss 25 pounds more in order to have an absolutely perfect body. That is why I really need a meal plan. A correct, helpful meal plan that will help me to gain a beautiful body. The same as workouts, I won’t do it without your help. In order to gain a beautiful body I need both workouts and a meal plan. Right food is very important step to loose weight. I’m sure that your meal plan will definitely help me to gain a beautiful, slim, athletic, healthy, and sexy body. I trust you.
Beautiful and slim body is very important for me. I won’t respect my self if I won’t gain that. I know that once I’ll lose my weight, I’ll become more attractive to the opposite sex. I know that once I’ll lose my weight I’ll become a feast for my eyes, and I will really love myself. I won’t be ashamed by my body any more, I will start going to the beaches again. This is my dream. I know that once I’ll lose my weight I’ll be able to wear clothes I like, and I will be shopping with pleasure. I’ll be shopping in order to show my beautiful body, not to hide my fat. I believe that beautiful body will conduce me to become more successful on my career path. I believe that losing weight teaches people to win!!! Because losing weight is a victory! It teaches you how to become a leader. I know it will change me on a better side. That’s why I so much need a meal plan. I’m very goal-orientated. I didn’t want to write about it here…but I have to tell you another reason why I need a meal plan. My ex-boyfriend always criticized my body, whenever we had a conflict he always mentioned that I’m fat. And I had no excuse for that… That which does not kill us makes us stronger. And I already have a beautiful result, the final step is a meal plan. I tried a few diets, they didn’t help me much. I believe yours will help.

Sincerely,

Irina

I NEED the program BAD to get some structure into my topsy turvy daily life, and to get me out of this downward spiral I am in. I’v gained 20 pounds in the last 6 months, primarily from poor eating habits. I am in the entertainment industry, keep random hours each day, and constantly am in the public eye… and right now I am simply embarrassed about my weight and body shape. I NEED this plan to get me back on track and back to re-building a safe and rock solid healthy eating plan that I trust, and to get my confidence back. I NEED this meal plan to HELP me finally get back on the RIGHT road.

Hi guys,
I`ve been watching all the videos you have sent me and i finally got to understand how important is nutrition . I`ve lost 40 pounds about 2 years ago in 6 months but the last year and a half i`ve been trying to lose the last 20 pounds but it seems that i`ve reached a plateau.I`ve read many books and followed differrent diets but with no permanent result and i`ve realised that what I need is not a diet ,but actually a lifestyle meal plan. I`ve tried to think of one but all the guidelines from different books are very confusing and sometimes contradictory as you said in your video. So I realised that only someone who has studied this very much can truly understand and synthetise all the real principles of nutrition. This is why I would really need this plan so I can finally achieve my goal.Anyways, thanx a lot for all your help , Ireally apreciate it.

My thanks,
Dante

Hi there,

I am a university student working on early morning shifts at the airport.
Since I left high school I take too much time in the grocery store, and always buying unheathly foods. I have put on 20 kilos within the last 3 years and am on the verge of obesity. I need to chanfe my eating patterns and want to regain control of my life , learn healthy eating startegies and follow a meal plan that is simple enough and would help me reduce all the processed foods that I eat.

I am starting to run a little and do follow some billly blanks dvd s to tone up a little. Any advise on the training side would also be appreciated. In August Ill be starting my 3 times a week martial arts classes ( Taekwondo ) that used to keep me fit during high school.

I live in Switzerland, have lived a year in China learning the language but somehow managed to put on 15 kilos in just that one year. Unlike in ths states, all my peers , especially young girls in the 20 s have a beautiful figure that they are proud of and show off. I simply want to feel better in my skin when going out .

Hi, Vince. I started this year with 155lbs and now I am 133lbs. I need to hit my ideal weight of 110lbs before my 30th birthday this November. I did all exercises , mostly body weight exercise at home and swim twice a week to loose those extra pounds. But last week, I had surgery on my both breasts, it takes about 6 months for perfect recovery, so my exercise intensity now is drastically reduced. I believe a good meal plan would help me to lose another 23lbs so I’ll be in good shape for my 30th birthday.

I am 56 years old. Some client at the gym where I worked asked me to compete next year in a pairs competition and a figure section. I am in excellent shape now but I want to be SUPREME.
I intend to have a damned good try at not embarrassing myself in a class were I have no doubt I will be one of the oldest (they don’t have a Jurassic class!)
So I am going to need that little extra magic to whittle away at the menopausal midsection body fat.
What’s the worst that can happen?
I’ll have a fun time, it’ll be something to tell the grandkids and I’ll end up with a fab body!
That’s the worst case scenario!

Hi, I am completely confused about nutrition in spite of reading and attempting many “weight loss” plans, “healthy eating” plans and (let’s face it) fad diets – all of which seem to completely contradict each other and none of which have been particularly inspiring, many seem incredibly complicated and require inaccessible ingredients. And none have been remotely easy to “stick to”. What should I eat? When should I eat it? How many calories should I be eating (for maintenance let alone weight loss)? How much protein do I REALLY need? And, being not specifically vegetarian but preferring to choose vegetarian food most of the time, how do I create meals with enough protein in them? I have only 10 or so pounds of fat to lose – but those 10 pounds will not shift. I attempt to be super-mum – full-time job, house to sort out, son to be with and clean up after, somehow fit some exercise in (we do karate together which is great but the lessons themselves are not intensive enough to make much difference to my physique, we go swimming and go to the park) and I do free weights and bodyweight exercises at home (somewhat haphazardly at times) but I lack focus on the nutrition front, and find it hard to squeeze in the time to create a family meal plan for the week that meets the goal of actually fattening up my stick-thin son, but slimming his mother down! Help!

Hi Vince,
Thanks for to be lauched diet plan & thanks for 7 day meal plan for fat loss.As usual the world is full of mixed suggestion someone saying you eat this, others saying you don’t it but eat this as a result people are confused & then they try eating a bit stuff of this plan & that plan ending nowhere. Also now a days people don’t have any time for calculating the calories & what is good food & bad food. The life has become so stressfull people prefer to eat the whatever food that comes to their mind & on plate. With constant bombardment of ads & all so called gurus continuously barking at you you need a guide which has all experinced all this & have gone through this all on his own & have been practical experince to show.As there are people who acts as your advisor/guide/guru throughout your life, you need the guru who have experinced all this & have produced the result to show.

As you have showned yourself the result,i think your plan will work for anybody who follows it. I have been 86 kgs with 5′10″ height a someout fat looking man of 38.5 years looking for the way to get lean & ripped who had stopped exercising 7 years back & was virtually leading sedimentary life.thanks God & vince you changed my life. You have given me the new Prespective about exercise & diet & motivated me to do unthinkfull few months back. With Your advice on exercise & diet & time to time help by ways of your email i have reduced my weight to 80.5 kg in just 2 & 1/2 months with my tummy trimming from 36 plus to 34.5 “. Now even my little complements me saying uncle looks fit & trim.I have been following your 7 days free fat loss diet with little modification of adding indian foods to it & i have started eating 5 times a day as earlier of our regular indian ways of 2 times eating. Now it keeps me energetic & healthy. i ahve reduced lot of body weight and my strength at gym is increasing day by day.
So the credit of this success I owe to you Vince & only You.Just like a ship without captain is useless to sail, all exercises in the world without proper diet is useless.Chances are you will hit rock & will get crashed or will sink inbetween.
So once Again thanks Vince & team for all the effort you are putting for us people who like to have tested readymade diet plan working in reality & not in books.Keep up the good work.May GOD bless you & you touch the pinacle/zenith of your life, with all your dreams come true.

A BIG THANK YOU

I am 50 years old. I never really had a weight problem growing up and even in my 30’s or 40’s. At present, I am 50 lbs. overweight. The last two years, I have been caring for my husband in and out of the hospital dealing with 4th stage non-hodgkins lymphoma of the nerves (neurolymphomatosis) and CNS involvement. Now, that he is through with treatment (for the moment), would like to get back to working out and rid myself of these pounds. Since I still have to care for my husband the majority of my day, having these fat loss meals would be great for me! That would be one less thing I would need to think about. Thanks!

Hello Vince, John, Patrick,

I have always been a goal setter in both my personal and fitness gains. My work ethics are always refered to by my peers, and my fitness exercise goals – I like to think I have a handle on as far as exercise consistency and being able to follow an exercise routine.

What has remainded elusive for me is the nutrition portion of the equation. For some reason I am unable to stick to a nutrition program. Partly because I’m not all too familiar with caloric stats for foods or how to properly combine them etc. No matter how strict and consistant my fitness schedule is – the nutrition aspect seems to undo any progress I make in the gym.

I have followed the sample menu that you guys have emailed and found it to help emensly. I would so welcome the opportunity to receive the three stages of this menu and finally be able to get my nutrition piece of the equation in check to finally be able to attain my total fitness goal.

Thanks so much,

Hi Vince, I’m 43 years old and I quit smoking 3 years ago. I had been smoking 20 – 30 a day from age 16. Whilst I am very happy about my achievement there has been a horrible downside and that has been that my weight has gone from 9 1/2 stones to 13 stones. So now I am trying to get back to around 10 stones and lose all the unsightly fat that I have gained and I believe a targeted meal plan and your No-Nonsense Muscle Building Package will boost my efforts in the gym and will enable me to build the body I have always wanted.

Many thanks

Hi Vince,
First off I want to thank you for the advice that you send out to all of us, it is nice to be informed about new products and also the “bad” things that are lurking out there.
My reason for the meal plans are basic, My family is very busy and they do not eat “healthy foods” when they need to. My wife is a school administrator and works long hours. My Daughter try’s to help with cooking but only knows pizza and mac and cheese, My boy is the youngest and is high strung and all boy. ME? i am currently working over seas and am gone for three to four months at a time. So I know that while I am gone and they are trying to take care of the house and all of the running that teenagers require, a detailed plan would help them to get together. I believe if they had a strong guideline to follow it will motivate them to do the right thing. I also feel that it will give them family time, On Sunday’s they can prepare the food together and then be able to sit down and enjoy them all week. I will also benefit from this because they will have solid values about nutrition when i am home, so we will not fall off the wagon so to speak. I send them emails about nutrition and eating healthy and all the benefits that good nutrition offers but they are uneducated in the way to approach it. With a meal plan it will take one thing off the list and give them a kick start to eating healthy.
I want to thank you again for the assistance and help you have provided me in getting into better shape than i was in high school. It feels great.

It all began 1 year ago when I was obese, I felt like the most idiotic person in the world. All peopole maked fun of my size, my classmates always laughed, I even head really huge manboobs. The girls and sayed: Wow your tits are bigger than mine! and there wasnt really a solution I tried so many diets,so many pills , I was even to a health institute in the capital where I was told that If I dont do something I will die at the age of 30 and I will never ever get muscular, they said the same thing to me as all others Diet, nothing else, in the end I remained the same. One day when I was coming home from the swimming poll I was devastated. So many peopole laughed when I jumped into the water so I was really upset, I felt really dizzy that I could hardly stay on my legs, when I arived home I got crissis of nerves. And I begin studing day and night to find a solution, I even had dreams where I heard a voice from talking to me: sayng “You arent defeated” and things like this. After weeks I really discovered the true. At my 15 years birthday my parents put a huge amount of money on a credit card, I purchased over 10 online programs and e-books. One of them was Vince’s Six Pack quest wich learned me the most. With all the knowledge put toghether, i managed to find my way i never gave up, fighting over nightmares and discouragements and in 6 months I was a new man. Many peopole still dont belive what I did and im always asked “how did you do it”. And honestly I havent even weight train at the beginnig, I did it with clean diet and cardio, At my school was a really huge guy who taked steroids for 5 long, he was filthy rich and he always mock me, he called me “Dried bones” I coudnt have a pause where I didnt hear : Hey dried bones, see ya at the gym” and he was laughing like an idiot, by that time the gym was for me a dangerous place with many bastards and qypsies, so 1 day I dared ti say him “Hey big boy, I bet that in 6 months I will be bigger than you” his classmates where laughing as hell and that was actually a real bet. And 5 january 2009 was my first day of muscle building. Iet the 6 months are over and I actually gained more fat than muscle , I hadnt a plan to follow thats why and I did so may errors : I didnt progress, I didnt count my reps, I wasnt doing any cardio or streching and things like this. So I spent some weeks getting my bodyfat back down. My struggle today is money, my mother used to be one of the richest peopople back then when i was little. Since Obama came to presidency the banks dont give money anymore, we started going lower and lower lot of peopole stole from us, today im having a hard time getting enough money for the food, im tryng to go back building muscle but i dont have enough food, i have no friends to go to the beach with, im bored all day so i go more frequently to the gym i compeltley plateaued on all exercices. Dosnt matter what exercices and in what order i do, the muscles dont seem to get stimulated enough. I have a journal called “A single goal” where i wrighted every experience since i was born to now. I dont know how this will end, but im gonna remain vigilant, im gonna change my training, im gonna read book after book and soon NO ONE will stop me from absolution!!!

I am a 48 year old female and would like to lose about 25 more lbs. I started my weight loss regiment when I was at about 172 and have worked my way down to my current weight of 155 lbs (I am 5′3″). I am aiming to get down to 130 lbs. Until about 14 years ago, I weighed about 104-106 lbs and could eat what I wanted when I wanted. Then I had a tubal and the weight seemed to creep up on me until I hit about 150 lbs. I blame most of the weight on the tubal or the fact that I now have a thyroid condition for which I have only been diagnosed and being treated for about 5 years, but chances are some of the weight went on before being diagnosed. I quit smoking just over 14 months ago, after smoking for over 30 years and very easily gained 22 lbs. I have been making quick workout stops 3-5 days a week at our gym facilities at work and have recently started going for a 30 minute walk after supper, but now need help in the nutrition part of a weight loss program. I don’t eat alot of sweets but do like to snack on breakfast bars and they really are not the best snack to have. I have stopped drinking pop unless it is diet and even that is limited to couple glasses a week. I really need this food plan to help in my quest to get down to an acceptable weight for my size and a food plan will also help me plan better meals for myself and my diabetic husband. Thank you for the great exercise plans and I have just started to use some of them on rainy days instead of walking.

Good Morning. Why is the meal plan important? The kitchen and I are not friends. When you live alone, there are so many chores that must be done everyday and there is no one to do them, except yourself. Between the cleaning, laundry and yard work, there is still time for the workouts, but the time for meal preparation is very limited. Along with the time factor, since I have had someone to do all the cooking most of my adult life, my creativity is very limited. I need direction and a program laid out so I can get rid of the stress that seems to have built up whenever I think about meals.
I know my workouts are moving along as I can feel a difference under the flab, but need this program to show me how to get rid of that layer of flab.
Help. Doug

I have been going to the gym now for two years. I am the fittest I have ever been. I am 53 years old. My goal was to get a six-pack. My problem is I get confused easily by reading and having others give me conflicting nutrition info. I have followed my trainers programs, and have gotten nice definition…but no six-pack. She is more into fitness & weight loss. I want to continue building mass, but also want the definition…& the six-pack. Until I ordered your program, I was trying to gain muscle, and lose fat in my mid-section..although the trainer & others say I have no fat! I now realize you can’t build & lose at the same time. I need someone to show me precisely what I need to eat, and when, to achieve my six-pack goal. I started at 137 pounds and stay around 139-140 pounds. I have achieved more muscle definition, but no weight. Why? I know I need to take in more calories, but I need help. I wish you could be my trainer at the gym, and my nutritionist.

I forgot to say about my skin problem, since i leaned down, a thick layer of skin remained on my chest and my whole ab area. I got a echography and the doctors told me that, its no way thats fat, and i know the skin remained from my huge belly and manboobs is still there hanging, making me look like crap, all peopole say 6 pack is diet! TO ME ITS SKIN REMOVAL NOT DIET! And i have no idea how to go about it as i said i barely have any money and i was told the only solution for this is surgery.

I was always skinny growing up. I grew up in an abusive enviroment and this has had a huge effect on my life. My eating soon got out of control when I left home and my weight has been up since then. I have been down to a healthy weight only twice and not for that long each time, firstly through illness when I was pregnant and then after an operation. I am now 37. Through counselling I have learned that I have to take control of things in my life to keep the depression away. I have found that excerise and eating are a huge part of this, the other things I am still working on. One thing at a time, hey! I am grateful for anything that will help me take control of my life. I’ve come a long way but I’m not done yet.

Thank you.

Hey Vince. My reasoning for wanting the free meal plan is because meal time is a very stressful time. i went through annorexia my sophomore year of high school and it has messed up my train of thought of food and how i feel about myself after eating it. I’ve tried making meal plans in the past but have never been able to make it very balanced. I have become a very self conscious person, especially when it comes to my body. I just need something to go with my exercise regime to give me a body that I can be proud of.

Hey can I just fist say wow what a great opportunity for us THANK YOU.

Now, I am 34 yrs old (no weight issues, just like to be lean and strong) and a mom of 2 kids, I am a very active person I love to work out. As I am very busy I get up at 6am every other morn to do my w/outs at home before the kids get up and I am all set for the day, but wait, thats only one part of being healthy and strong what about nutrition, where in the day do I get to sit down and spend a couple of hours working it all out? Thats right, I DON’T and I also don’t have, not so much the time but the patience to go out and shop with 2 kids. I do it on line, these “Done-For-You” Fat Loss Meal Plans would be a precious gift to me that I would truly treasure and my body would look and feel great, lean, healthy and strong. Got to love it, Bye from Ireland :-) )

June 29, 2009

Hi, my name is Fede. I was overweighted since my childhood and all through my adolescence. When I was 18 years old I reached 100 kg. That was too much for me. Since then I started consciously to do sports and tried different diets. Since then and along the years, I was down to 65 kg, then up to 80, down to 70 and up to 80 again. For two years I started to do weightlifting and really control my diet. Since a couple of months I am eating in average 150 gr protein, 200 gr carbs and 60 gr fat, which equates 2000 kcal intake for an expenditure of 2500 kcal. I do weightlifting and cardio 5 days a week. Now I am almost 35 years old and 70 kg. I have a good shape for a 168 cm high female, but I want more. I think I am doing evething well, but I am stuck in 70 kg and look flabby. I did breaks in my diet to give my metabolism a kick, went to 72 or so and then started again to diet, but it did not work. I do my training to the edge of overtraining, so, I think it is something wrong with my diet. I have to improve it, but I do not know how. That is why I am writing you. I need help.

A copy of your meal plans would be so helpful in getting me where I need to be. I am a 36-year-old female with about 30 pounds of fat to lose. I understand the whole concept of eating the right foods in the right amounts at the right times and combining proteins and carbs at each meal, but I am obviously not doing something right. I also lift weights 3-4 times per week and do cardio exercising (mainly jogging) 4-5 times per week. I write down my foods, plan my meals, and always take a healthy snack with me when I go anywhere so I’m not caught hungry and with nothing to eat. However, the weight is JUST not coming off. I am very confused! I’m trying not to lose heart, but it is getting very discouraging. A meal plan would perhaps show me what I need to tweak to get the scale moving in the right direction. Thank you so much!

Hi Vince,
Once again you’ve outdone yourself. Congratulations. Sorry about my english but I am portuguese and will do my best.

I have always had issues with bodyfat and started bodybuilding at 14 to try and lean (I am now 35). Like other inexperienced guys I followed advice from guys at gym and ended up doing a lot of stupid things in my youth, including using substances to lean. This made me get real sick and I went from nearly 300lbs to 120lbs after 4 months in hospital when the doctors told me I would die. Note the 300lbs was fat and not muscle. After that I developed a big inferiority complex because I was so skinny and with stretch marks and began to eat all I could just so people would’t stare no more.

I am now 225lbs with about 25% bodyfat and have a hectic lifestyle – working from early morning to late evening and mostly eating out. I need desperate help to lean out and build muscle and your meal-plans are exactly the type of coaching that will put me on track and set my mind at peace once and for all with the body of my dreams.

Thanks for all your contributions and I wish you the best of luck in all your projects.

Hi Vince, Pat and John! I am a 37 year old female who is turning 38 tomorrow. I would love to start the new year with a nutritional plan that I can live with. I am in pretty good shape, as I train for triathlons. But, I have a destructive relationship with food. Some days I do really well, following a relatively “clean diet.” But then I loose focus and either don’t eat anything (which of course does not help my performance) or I eat EVERYTHING in site (almost in a binge like fashion.) This constant up and down is wreaking havoc on my metabolism. I’ve done every diet out there since I was 12–WW, cabbage soup, some week-long liquid diet (I no longer can drink tomato juice because of this one), zone, atkins, and the list keeps going (gotta keep it to 250 words fellas!) I just can’t seem to find a plan I can stick with–a plan I don’t get bored on. I know a “done for me meal plan” is the answer. Nutrition is the only thing holding me back from my goal weight, my dream body, and my best athletic performance. And we all know that nutrition is the biggest part of the equation. How does the saying go–”you can’t out-train your diet”? I know that you guys can help me be the best athlete I can be.

June 29, 2009

Hey Vince,

I would like to win a free copy of the meal plans for a couple of reasons. One being that as of now, I do try to eat right, but I never have an idea of what I’ll be eating when I wake up of a morning. I just wing it from meal to meal, day to day. It worked for a little while and I got minor results, but it eventually got easier for me to stray away from eating right because of the inconsistency in the results I was getting. Which brings to reason number two. After weeks of no change or negative change(weight gain) in the results I was seeing, I got frustrated and now I have pretty much trashed the whole idea of healthy eating. I can’t seem to stop myself from eating too much whether it being heavily processed junk or somewhat healthy stuff such as natural peanut butter or chicken breasts, etc. I think your meal plans would settle this problem by telling me exactly how much of what to eat at a certain time. It would ease my worries of “what will I eat today” and give me the positive results that I desperately want/need.

Hi Guys!
Loved your video in the library and recognised every book there as I own most of them. Everything you said made sense so now all of them are in the bin! I know you’ve probably heard this before but I am desperate to lose weight. I have been on lots of progams and bought most of them over the internet, in fact I’m still paying monthly for a program which guaranteed that I was going to lose blah! blah! blah! and he would be there for me to help me etc., etc., and it’s done nothing for me. What I can’t understand is what’s wrong with me? I eat healthy foods, mostly raw and grilled. I train three times a week , weights and interval training as that part is not a problem for me, but I can’t seem to shove the scales or the inches! I must say though that my body fat percentage has gone down, and I know that’s good but physically it doesn’t show and that’s what I’d like. I want to lose fat weight but also body weight and inches. I have been following the 7 day sample meals and find that I’m not hungry between meals and that having the meals laid out for me would be very easy for me to follow. Please make me look a wow for a family wedding coming up in August so I don’t have to hide in the back row again as I hate having my picture taken looking like this :(

Hi Vince, i have recently finished my personal trainer certificate and love helping people. I have also done a nutrition course. I am pretty good but still struggle with my diet a bit. I so want to help people with changing their lives and I am fine in the motivational part and creating exercise plans, but get stuck in the meal plan area. If I cant get my own meal plan working how can I set an example for my clients.
From someone who did not like any sports i am now so so passionate I can’t wait to help others change thier lives. At the age of 41 I am only now starting to live, because of my fitness levels increasing and I have so much more to go. Thank you

June 29, 2009

Vince,

In my years of training, one thing I have learned is that while everything you do in the gym is important, everything you do outside of the gym is even more important. Without the right nutrition plan, you won’t see the results you are looking for. Although I have already gone from fat to fit, I am constantly trying to expand my knowledge of fitness and nutrition. With a crazy busy work schedule, a wife and 2 kids, making the time to plan and prepare meals is my biggest challenge. Having a complete plan designed by nutrition experts would by an excellent tool to help me reach my future goals.

Best regards
Dave

I used to think that working out regularly would make sure I look toned and maintain my weight. But with bad eating habits (late-night snacking, irregular meals, convenience food, fast-binge cycles) and a hectic timetable, I put on 8kg (almost 20lbs) in less than 3 months, even though I move faster & more than my peers! That’s when I realized working out is NOT enough. Even when I ate my veggies and fruits, drank only water, I was still getting fat. I began reading every diet book and nutrition newsletter I found and it’s so confusing with all the philosophies out there – from strict bodybuilder plans to carb cycling, medically prescribed crash diets to vegan/organic. I’m a physiotherapy student, and if I can’t even manage my own weight, who am I to advise my future clients otherwise? What’s the use of being strong if I look big & heavy (implying that I’m lazy) and daren’t wear skirts? I grabbed your free 7-day meal plans, and they’ve made a world of difference to my schedule & energy levels. Perfect for my obese siblings too. No more wasting time browsing the aisles, getting sucked in by junk food promotions; no hunting for healthy recipes that have too many ingredients for a single person to cook economically anyway; no more rummaging through the cupboards and cracking my head for quick meals – with a list, it’s in & out of the supermarket with my whole week’s food. More of this, please!

Vince-
When I first saw the link to your meal plan on Craig Ballantyne’s email, I got excited. I have just recently started following Craig and really value his judgment. I have always had trouble following diets, but when I saw your plan I knew it was different. It is real food and real simple. I faithfully followed the free 7-day program and was surprised at many things.
1. The food was simple to prepare.
2. There were no extreme spices or unnecessary purchases.
3. The grocery list was exact!
4. I felt great the whole week, that’s why I am starting over today with day one again.
5. I was NEVER hungry. I struggled to get all 1600 calories in.
6. Some of the combinations seemed strange, but they all tasted great.
7. I LOST WEIGHT! I had been stuck at 155 and this past week I lost 1.5 lbs.
I am the skinny fat girl. I am on the go all the time, so the last thing I need is a complicated meal plan that still leaves me wondering if I am getting the nutrition I need and if my portions are correct. Your Empowered Nutrition plan is designed just for me, although my 9 year old is reaching for the fruits instead of junk now (so thanks for that!). I know nutrition is key to being healthy and reaching my goal body. I NEED the full program to reach my goals. No more skinny fat girl!

Vince- My last post told about it but Here is a why I need it!
I am a 45 year old skinny fat female. I am 5’8 and my weight has been creeping up to the most recent high of 161, Like many others I have tried about every diet out there, have read many of the books you all discussed on the Library segment, have done endless cardio and still don’t have the health or fitness I desire.
As a full time working /student/ mom who would rather spend time with my children than in the kitchen with some complicated diet plan, I really need the full empowered nutrition program to reach my goals. I have never been one to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, so I am sure, after using your 7 day plan, that your system is perfect for me. I am on the go all the time and found last week that the meals are easy to prepare, can be prepared in advance and travel well in most cases.
Making changes is challenging but rewarding. I may be moving for a new job, and don’t want my nutrition fall by the wayside during the change. I need a plan that tells me exactly what to buy, how to fix it and when to eat it AND get results! Empowered nutrition helped me lose 1.5 lbs last week and break through a plateau. Please allow me to be your next success story!

Hi all,

What would be greatly beneficial is knowing exactly what to purchase and how to prepare it. Like most people, sometimes I eat horribly because it’s quick and convenient due to time restrictions. Also, with a family of six, it’s tough to have foods that will be devoured by our four kids, ages 2, 10, 11, and 12. Prep time and taste are also major factors.

Thank you and we wish you continued success,

Hi,

I have only recently subscribed to your newsletter and it has been a revelation – thank you, I’m really enjoying it.

I am a 54 year old divorced (for 25+ years) mother of 5 sons (3 of whom are in the Military). I lost 50 lbs about 10 years ago using a strict diet. It was really diificult but I stuck with it because I was ‘getting on’ a bit and didn’t want to be a fat old lady!
Now, I am unemployed (company closed down) and spend a lot of time at the PC.
I have gradually, almost without noticing, put back the weight I lost plus an extra few pounds. Hence my quest for something to motivate me to lose the weight whilst toning the muscles. When you get to my age everything starts to sag (what a horrible vision!) and I really am not going to let that happen. I exercise at home as I live in a remote area where there is no access to a gym.
I need help designing an eating schedule to provide more energy, vitality and ‘va,va,voom’. So, I would be absolutely delighted to be the recipient of one of your 3 ‘done for you’ meal plans.

I am looking into the future and can envision a life with a toned, healthy body AND a very handsome, toned guy to to share it with.
I would post some ‘before’ pictures but it’s not a pretty sight!
Regards

Dear Vince and Patrick,
I cannot thank you enough for such an opportunity, for a while now I have been into WWE and I know that if people like Triple H are using this very same diet, then it must be truly distinct.
But aside from the reasons why I WANT this diet, I will tell you why I NEED this diet. For a while now I have been struggling horribly with my weight. I have done what I can to make my food intake as healthy as possible. But still, that has come to no avail. As a result of this I have been made fun of by my peers due to the ugly, unwanted body fat that I possess despite my efforts to rid myself of it. So I come to the two of you on my knees begging for this diet plan here because I know that this is the secret key that I have been waiting for to put me in the best shape of my life. As such, not only is this a way for me to put my physical and physiological to the highest tier it has ever been in. But also, so I may sat en example to the people around me that even the fat guy can lose weight and look great. In other words, to show everyone that knows me that you can anything is possible as long as you have a structured way of going about things.

I need structure! I need discipline! I need to have something planned out for me! I need to be successful with this weight loss and eating healthy! This I have been struggling for the past 50+ years and I still don’t have it right. You read, you buy, you eat and it is still not working. I tried the sample plan for a few days and it is great- it tells me what exactly to eat and what to buy- how easy is that.
Please give me that opportunity to continue on. Thanks so much!

Hello,
I am a big fan of Vince and tried his program a few months ago. The workouts worked very well, but was looking for a more aggressive nutrition plan to be shredded. I ‘ve tried many nutrition plans including some different variations of carb rotation without experiencing the advertized benefits. I am looking forward for this book to eliminate that greasy layer covering my 6 pack!! Thank you!

Vince, Help me out. Someone smart once told me you can’t out train a diet. They’re exactly right. And I continue to try it. With all the different diets out there, I’m confused as heck. I’m someone that always “quits” when there is something new. I’m tired of having to think about it. This will allow me to not think about it.

Right now, I live on low fat frozen meals and take out. That’s it. Nothing else. Every time I try something new I either quit or try something else within a few weeks. I DON’T WANT TO THINK! I get the hairy eyeball from my wife when I mention trying something new. I’m like a human yo yo, going from 180 to 220 to 190 to 230 to 210 to 215.

I NEED HELP!! Thanks.

16 months ago my family was in a car accident. I lost both my husband and our baby (I was 8 months pregnant with our 2nd daughter). At the time, I was 100lbs overweight and had been for many years. After the accident I had to regain my strength, not only for myself, but for my 3 year old daughter who survived the accident with me. I began working with a trainer and found myself getting stronger and stronger. To date I have lost 70lbs!! The holidays were incredibly difficult this year and I found myself struggling to maintain my workouts and nutrition… then my trainer relocated. I have resumed training on my own and I feel strong again… capable of handling anything again. The only problem I’m facing right now is with my nutrition. I’m struggling through all of the information and overthinking EVERYTHING! The fat is not melting the way it once was and I’m becoming increasingly frustrated. To have a solid nutrition plan laid out for me would make all the difference for me right now. I have struggled for months on my own now… with guidance I know I can reach my goals!

Im 15 years old and quite chubby. It doesnt help that all the rest in my class are superfit. Im beeing mocked at because of my looks. Words like ‘fatty’ and ‘male cow’ keeps bothering me. I will start to go at the gym but that realy doesn’t matter much without a mealplan to aid the training.

For me nutrition has always been the hard part. I have always trained hard but my eating has let me down. Mostly because there is too much information going around that just contradicts itself and in the end becomes so confusing. Nutrition should be easy and i hope with the empowered nutrition meal plans i will have to spend minimal time thinking about it and just do it.

I am a college student about to graduate and having the nutrional meal plans will help to keep me structured and on track. Knowing what to eat and when to eat is and how much is crucial and i hope the program gives me exactly that to achieve my goals for a lean muscular body i desire.

I think this is a great opportunity for those who want improve their overall quality of life. I am one who takes their health extremely serious and want be around for my wife, son and the baby on the way in January. I can’t think of a better reason. I have looked at many other programs and what you offer tops those others I have read about. With your program, a friend of mine lost over 20 pounds and hasn’t looked this good since high school. So thank you for taking time to help those who seek a better quality of life.

I need access to these meal plans because:
1) the plans I’ve tried have not brought me weight loss. (WW, currently on Jenny Craig, and many others) and I never see results.
2) the plan is put together with everything I need. No guess work, no figuring out how to cook something.
3) I want to look healthy, and feel healthy, for the rest of my life.
4) I want to get into my skinny jeans FINALLY after so many years of having them hang in my closet. I want to say goodbye to big sizes forever.

wow alot of great stories…mine is simple..no fluff..nothing fancy.. i’m a 48 year old women who has been overweight her entire life. In the past year i’ve embraced weight training through a program at my local rec center called the LEAN Challenge. I went totally out of my comfort zone. Through the 12 weeks of learning how to live again…I lost 12 lbs, 20 inches and 6.9% body fat. My body changed in ways I never knew it could..A year later I’m still going to the gym 3 times a week…and still losing inches but food is still a daily struggle…Having a good solid meal plan is still something i havn’t figured out..I’d love to win the meal plans…everyone knows…with knowledge comes power and eating well would make my journey complete..
Thanks for the chance

Hi Vince, John and Patrick,

Regarding your question: “we want to hear the specific reasons why a meal plan system would be the perfect resource for you at this point in your life. Tell me EXACTLY WHY you NEED access to these meal plans.”.

Well, there are several reasons:
1. I’m currently wounded, and in the process of healing from a road accident.
Therefore, I currently cannot train, and depend ENTIRELY on my nutrition.
for fat loss or at least not gaining any fat. This alone, makes nutrition plan
a supreme factor for me, at this specific point in my life.
2. I respect the knowledge of a professionalist who invested the time to study
in depth, all the factors that have influence over building or melting tissues
in our body. Therefore, I prefer a professional nutrition plan, over any other
(or self) plan, that doesn’t have that solid educational ground.
Pat, John, and you Vince, are exactly that kind of professionalist, who can
transform their plan & promises into a reality.
3. I have bought all your other programs Vince, studied them, and just
waiting to get better (heal) and get out to the Gym.
Your stuff is designed organised and explained so clearly, that I believe
that any new stuff going under your hands would be at least the same
high level product.
3. According to you Vince, you’ve used this exact knowledge and same advice,
from the very same professionals, when you’ve build your own body,
before your fitness competition. We can all see today the results!
So why change a winning horse?
I strongly believe in Test Results – and you Vince got all the results that
may be needed to anybody.
Even the most skeptical person, should be conVINCEd by now … (-;

hi,
you ask my personal experiences with weight control. i can be short: none at the moment. only once in my lifetime i had some: after a sudden forced end of my marathontraining some years ago. a knee infection after an arthroscopy ruined the innervation and stability of one knee. no more weekly 50-75 miles of running and a slowly increasing body weight, because i still was eating for the number of kilometers. after a while i realised i had to do something. with the help of Gillian McKeith, Jane Brody, Gabriel Cousens, Paul Pitchford, Patrick Geryl, Harry Diamond and Suzanne Girard Eberle, i changed my meal plans and now i have no problems any more.
so why i’m studying your newsletters? being a retired teacher physical education teacher (i am proud i may wear a shirt of players69) i still am active as a personal trainer and in rehabilitaion projects to activate the elderly. i just came home after an hour with sedentary people (aged 75-93 years). they like to do some gymnastic exercises, i always do strength training especially for the leg musculature, but each month they have to lift more weight, risinf from a chair. they have no idea how to change their eating patterns. because i try to help them i try to find useful information like that of yours and translate it in practical applications for elderly at home.
so go on to help me and a number of grandfathers and -mothers in the Netherlands.
i hope you will understand my english, it was about 55 years ago i had my last lessons.
kind regards

Hey there,
Well i’ve been looking for one of the best and easiest nutrition plans one that told me when to eat and what to eat and one that isn’t going to starve me all day one that was going to allow me to eat but eat healthy. I was a hockey player for many years and after i quit hocke i gained quite a bit of weight and now i’m 25 and looking to get my body back into shape even better shape then before and i think it’s your program and nutrition plan thats going to get me there. (the best part about the plan is the shopping list i cannot believe that that is really great)

Thanks!

I’ve always had a weight problem. Even as a child, I was “chunky” or “husky”. This lead to being picked on by class bullies and seeking comfort foods. My weight was never been close to what the height/weight charts told me I should be so I just accepted that it was inaccurate because of my short height with a solid, thick physique. I’ve never thought I was especially overweight. The weight continued to accumulate. Now it has gradually become a health concern.

I’ve ended up over 285 pounds at 5′ 4″ and I have tried to lose weight in the last several years without much sustained success. I have had varied success, but nothing close to what I need. I am pre-diabetic and have visceral fat which has me quite concerned. I know I need to exercise more and eat healthier, but it is more difficult for me due to my work. I work at various locations throughout the country for a month or two at a time, living in a motel and no facilities available.

Moreover, I work approximately 72 hours a week for about 3-4 months in the spring and 3-4 months in the fall where I am perpetually exhausted and don’t have much energy at the end of the day. So while working, I don’t work out and I don’t eat well — I never know what to have for breakfast and dinner at motels and what to take for lunch. I need help to maximize my time and energy with limited available time, to better my eating habits without wasting time while working so much. And when I am not working, my eating habits from when I was working tend to perpetuate themselves so by the time I really start to overcome them, I am returning to work. An straightforward expressed plan would remove a huge stumbling block for me in regaining control of my health, losing visceral fat, minimizing pre-diabetic conditions, and gaining energy.

Hi Guys,
No need to say that these meal plans would help A LOT at getting 100% out of my efforts in the gym where I always take it to the limit and always work my but off. And hell yeah…I’m loving it! I bought Vince’s books and they helped a lot…they brought my Bodybuilding efforts to a whole new level, changed my gameplan and made me train celver, but harder than ever before.
Thats why I ABSOLUTELY trust you guys…no doubt that your mealplans WILL help everyone out here and will work abolutely the way you say they would!
But truth is that I’m sure there are a lot of guys on here that will come up with better stories, better reasons or whatever to win the free mealplans and thats just fine with me. I actually just wanted to take the opportunity to tell you guys how grateful I am for all the work you put into this and how much I appreciate your efforts…I know theres a lot of work behind this. Keep up the good work. Thank you so much :)

I am looking forward to this book because I know my eating is the biggest thing hindering my weight loss. My father was a diabetic and for several years had several operation due to the disease. The thing is that our family physician had
always told my father to change his diet to lose the weight and that would help
the diabetes. My dad did not pay attention until it was too late. I try to learn my lesson from him and I am now overweight. I have exercised six days a week for two months with no results. I know I need a good meal plan to lose not just the exercise itself. But it does get hard because I am not always sure what to eat. A meal plan will give me a Food plan to follow and help me to lose the 70 lbs that I know I realistically need to drop. And I am sooooo ready for a change because I know i can be a better version of me and be healthy.

Mike

June 29, 2009

This is very easy to explain why I need this diet plan for free: 1. I have gotten to the point where I have the last 10-15lbs of fat to lose to finally get me into single digit BF%. We all know that a great diet is even more important than an a great exercise program to get to single digit BF%. 2. I’m sure this diet program is going to have some new healthy meals for me. Variety is great, especially when its healthy! 3. Vince as a Canadian I’m sure that you heard that Nortel is closing and thousands will be left without jobs and will not even get a severance package. Well I am part of those thousands, so my final reason is that I will not be able to afford the fat loss meal plans, but would still love to get them!!

Thanks,

Mike

I am an active male 61 years of age. I didn’t start working out until I turned 50. I lost 75 pounds and began natural bodybuilding competitions. I do fair, but I can’t get the mass that I would like. My goal is to lose 5 more pounds of fat, I am at 7% now, and gain about 20 pounds of lean muscle, I weigh 185 now. I know that a big part of my difficulty is nutrition. I don’t eat enough. Having pre-set meal plans and being able to prepare food in advance would be a tremendous step toward my goal. My ultimate goal is to compete well past 70 years of age as an incentive to keep healthy. I already have an artificial hip. I don’t need any more modifications like that.

Hi, Pat, John and Vince,

After watching and listening to all of you, I had a deep conviction that this program was not a gimmick, but came from honest professionals who had the education, knowledge AND experience to back up their recommendations. I started incorporating some of Vince’s workout routines, and within six weeks people at the gym have been asking me what I’ve been doing. I FEEL the difference, and feeling the difference is a huge motivator take it further. Integrity means everything to me, and I’ve been over the river and though the woods searching for a HEALTHY and optimal nutritional approach to meeting my body fat percentage goals AND also a nutrition plan that I can stick with. Life is simply too crazy with distractions and interruptions which have led me to allow these “life” excuses to not stick with a program COMPLETELY that I have had to create on my own or that I’ve tried from those other guys in the business suits who claim their diet program is the silver bullet. While those efforts have pointed me in the right direction, they have not gotten me to my destination. They’ve left me deserted on the treadmill going nowhere. I want off!

The books you pointed out, well, I have read all of those, and have followed the advice of all of those. I need proof-in-the-pudding experts who walk and live their talk. Your program is different and made effortless down to the grocery shopping list! Having professionally-created meal plans placed before me every day, allows me to plan and prepare for success. “Life” excuses will no longer exist with a controlled meal plan. I also have tried with sincerity in the past to use a daily diet planner to monitor my caloric-nutrient ratios, and while it’s been great to see the percentages, I’m NOT seeing any fat loss percentages on my body. I’m tired (no, exhausted) of the struggle, and I’m tired of making excuses that it’s my age (48), my thyroid (hypothyroidism) and my hormones (welcome to menopause). The most significant things that made sense to me that you’ve said are the correct nutrient combinations, portion control and managing the insulin levels which lead to the fat loss. That’s the missing link!

It’s been said before, but it is true that a dream without a deadline is only a wish. With your proven results, I know I can stop wishing and turn my dream into reality.

I do 3 full body resistance training & interval workouts (40-45 min/workout) 3x/week and change my workout routine every 3-4 weeks. I’ve worked out for years and feel much stronger in this area; however, eating is a MUCH different story.

I love food and have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I did the Zone thing and lost weight but was hungry & miserable ALL of the time. Of course I couldn’t sustain it and gained all and more of the weight back. Likewise, I couldn’t sustain the food changes with Jenny Craig or the IPN through GoodLife. I don’t want a diet; I want a lifestyle where I don’t become obsessed with food and counting calories!

I want to eat 6 meals/day to curb my hunger and increase my metabolism. I’ve hit a plateau with my fat loss despite eating lean meats (size of the palm of my hand), eggs (1 egg & 2 egg whites), different coloured veggies, and healthy fats (e.g., 1 Tbsp olive oil, 2 Tbsp organic peanut/almond butter, ¼ cup almonds/walnuts, etc). I realize weekends are my weak spots as I struggle to limit myself to just 4 “treat” meals. I need variety, easy & fast meals to prepare (I’m a working mom), and ideally some nutritional guidance now and then to prepare for challenges, i.e., summer BBQ’s, holidays, etc.

And truly it’s my birthday on June 30th and I’d love a free copy of the “Done For You” mealplans.

Having used Vince’s training program and keeping up with the regular information he shares I am convinced that this plan will be well designed and can work for someone like me. I have been working on improving both strength and stamina with good results for a 47 year old with the usual lack of time and stress levels everyone reads about.

The greatest challenge with a training program is the commitment and discipline to get results. A well designed nutrition plan can serve as an important catalyst to re-commit to improving one’s condition and working to lose the middle age flab.

I too work in the fitness & nutrition world. I help others to do the same. At this stage in my life, I am dealing with a lot of stressors in my life, and have gotten off the beaten path myself. In the fragments of whats left of me, I need to shed the 12lbs I have put on myself. Not that going through the struggles of life is any excuse. I would just like Help.

I am absolutely committed to developing my physique to be fit, lean and flexible. I have been working towards this goal, but find I am overwhelmed by all the conflicting diet advice out there. I will not use shakes, powders or supplements to achieve success, which continues to elude me no matter how much time and effort I am putting into my fitness program. I finally have enough time to do all the reading and video watching to go through Vince’s program for women and I want to do it right!

Hello there, my name is Nathalie i am 32 years old and a mother of 2.
I exercise daily and i am always watching what i eat. I have a problem that a little different and don’t think i eat enough to support my muscles.
I think i do but with the amount i do exercise and what i eat don’t seem to do it.
I run three times a week and lift three times a week—i am also very active besides that during the day.
Between my exercising and my eating plan i believe it is —-i mean i know it is doing the opposite of what i am trying to achieve and that is to build lean muscles and to lose body fat.
I think your program would help me in achieving this more then what i am doing , i thought i was doing fine but i know i am not.
I really need to find some way to incorporate more foods during the day but i need a plan of acting and i believe your program is exactly what i am looking for.
I hope to gain more knowledge of the importance of eating the right amounts and the timing of the meals to obtain optimal lean muscle and once and for all lose my bodyfat.
Thank u very much for this exciting oppurtunity to win your program.

Hello,
Thank you for all of the wonderful information you provide. Nine years ago, I went through a terrible tragedy which changed my life. I needed to redefine who I was and I lost 40 pounds. I have kept that weight off for the past nine years. However, now that I am getting older I am struggling with the tone and definition in my body. I am able to work out at the gym 3 times a week every other week and on the off weeks, I am able to work out at home. I have changed my eating habits to what I believe to be healthy, ie no processed foods, only whole natural foods. However, I struggle with variety. I find that I get into a slump of always eatting the same things which I believe keeps me from being able to achieve the body that I desire. Having someone with more knowledge and experience put together a nutrition plan would eliminiate the stress of trying to come up with different meals that are good for me (and my son – who is showing a big interest in body building). Thanks again and I look forward to reading more from you.

i am a 46 mother of two one 18 and one 6. In the last six years i have gained about 40 pounds and i am having a real hard time taking it off. I exercise on and off with different programs but my disappointment is the eating part. I have sort of an idea but obviously it’s not working. I’ve tried numerous programs that are good but i do not know when, how much or what to but together to eat throughout the day. Most programs don”t include pre and post exercise food in their eating plan yours does and I am sure this is the key to my problem of eating at the right time for energy and fat loss.

Hello,
I need this because I am now a 50 year old man that is 60# overweight, since a forced retirement (shoulder injury from repetitive motion). I have worked construction (masonry and concrete) all of my life and never had to worry about what I was eating and why. I could not gain a pound if i wanted to !!
I recently broke my foot in 3 places and can not excercise as I need to and the only other alternative I now have to a healthy lifestle is limited workouts and learning to eat correctly.
I know this would have a positive impact on my life.

Thanks for the opportunity. Well, the first reason I need a meal plan is that I am short on time, and I completely forget about my meal plan. I would like to have something written down, so I can stick to it. In this way I won’t lose track of eating.

The second reason is that I have noit been able to stick to a diet for ages now. I have tried the 90-day diet (I think this is Hungarian invention though it is thought to be invented by a famous institiute). I tried the diet of a Hungarian weight loss guru but of no avail. Now that I have health problems I am desperately trying to find a diet I can stick toand lose fat! And you might have guessed it by now: I am from Hungary :) ))

Well first off thank you for giving me the chance to talk with you.
Second the fat loss meals would play a huge factor for me and my wife in lossing weight, se she has been working very hard as have I, to lose the weight we have packed on and being that eating right plays a major part in weight loss and a wide range of other reasons, I feel that being able to know what to eat and getting some sort of direction in our eating habits would propell us to reach our goals, now don’t get me wrong we have been working on our eating habits and working out and thus far I have lost 34pounds and my wife has lost 33pounds now I am wanting to lose another 15 and she wants another 55 so something to go by like your method of how to eat sets a better pace in our fight against the pounds. Please think of us for the copy of DOne for you fat loss meals as we would benifite and use this on a every meal bases. I have found that the hardest thing to do out of all of this is to find what we should and should not eat……This could be the answer! Thank you

Ive always been skinny, athletic, and able to eat whatever I wanted. It was like this all throughout my twenties, now in my thirties things are a little different. All of a sudden I started to form this little gut,and I find it to be disgusting.I work out 4 days a week with mma type cuircut training, and I rencently started doing sprints, but that little belly fat is very stubborn,it’s not just melting off like certain people like to say.I need this now because ive never needed it before so I dont know exactly what to eat and at what times,I was always able to eat whatever I wanted. Also having an Italian mother dosen’t help. Thanks!

At this moment in my life I am disgusted with myself. Since I started having children 9 years ago I have steadily gained weight and now have 80 pounds to lose to just be at the top of the healthy BMI range for my height. I am the child of a single mother who was overweight when I was growing up and became obese. I did not learn anything about nutrition growing up. I was a picky eater and rather than fight with me to eat healthy food, my mother let me eat the few foods that I liked. I have a daily habit of drinking pop and eating candy bars which started when I was in elementary school. I have learned a lot about nutrition as an adult, and have incorporated exercise into my life. But I am living proof that you cannot out train a bad diet! I have made many attempts to overhaul my eating habits, but usually “life” gets in the way and it all falls apart. I work and have three children who are in various sports. My days and evenings are hectic and the planning required for eating healthy always gets me. I really want to get healthy for myself and my family and I think this program would be an excellent tool to help me get there!

As someone who is rapidly approaching the big 5-0 it’s imperative that I take care of myself – keep the weight down and cholesterol low. I’ve been regularly working out since the beginning of the year as well as attempting to eat right, and I’ve lost weight and gotten my cholesterol almost down to where it should be.

Exercising is the easy part (for me, anyway), but I’m still looking for an eating plan that will help me to be more consistent, avoid falling off the healthy eating wagon, but still enjoy meals with family and friends.

Finally, my goal is to be healthier than I’ve ever been by the time I hit my 50th birthday in a few months. I want to see that six pack, and have energy and enthusiasm to burn. The fuel I put in the machine is critical to that, so I want to get it right.

Thanks for the opportunity! Keep up the good work!

June 29, 2009

Hey,
I need this not only for myself but for my mother as well. My mom has gotten heavier from all the stress she’s been through the past 12 years going through divorce and taking care of and raising me. My mom’s side of the family had previous heart conditions before and one of my uncles had past away from it. I am worrying about my mom if she doesn’t eat right and exercise soon.
As for the reason why I’m needing this myself, well I’ve been trying to lose this fat that keeps hanging onto my stomach covering my abs for the longest time. I mean I can suck it up and hide it while walking around and when I run out of breath I release and suck it up again but that isn’t fun and really tiring. Going to the beach is very embarrassing for me too. All my friends and I are skinny, but the difference is I gather fat on my stomach/abs and ass. You know how embarrassing it is when people say how big your ass is when you’re a guy? Or when a girl goes, “Wow, you’re surprisingly fat!” when you take your shirt off on the beach!
This program is definitely going to help my mom and I.
Thank you!

For nearly a decade now I have been away from home bouncing around the country living a very nomadic lifestyle while attending school. During this time I have been completely dependent on school cafeterias for every single meal each and every day. I have just now graduated and will finally be settled down and able to have a place to cook for myself. But oh no! A decade of convenient cafeteria food means I’ve never needed to cook before and now don’t know how! At this same time my eyes have been opened to the overwhelming disease of obesity rampant among the great majority of Americans. Further, the blatant corruption of health and nutrition by the various major food industries has scared the baloney out of me! My eyes have been opened. I see the need to live different. To eat different. Be healthy. I now commit myself to a healthy lifestyle. Only problem, I don’t know how to cook or develop a meal plan on my own!

Recently, many of my family and relatives have bit the dust because of poor eating habits and nutrition. I vow now not to be a victim of nutritional ignorance.

I am a single mother of two beautiful girls, 16.5 and 2, and its hard to get to the gym. I workout at home, with the help of my 2 year old, at least 4-5 days a week. I have even incorporated Kettlebell training into it and I have seen some results. It can get discouraging especially when I have started this clean way of eating but am not sure how formulate it into meals that will not only help boost my health but my own selfesteem. The last thing I want to do, which sometimes does happen, is throw that out the window and have too much processed foods because of lack of education so to speak. That is the most important thing, especially when I have two sets of eyes watching me for guidance in all aspects of life. I want my girls not only to be the healthiest they can be with mommy but to see if mommy can do it, there is nothing that they can’t do.

The nutrition and suplements use is a common way to augment a steady training program. During times of high physical activity, energy and macronutrient needs, especially carbohydrate and protein intake, because the body needs maintain weight, replenish glycogen stores (liver-source glucose) and provide adequate protein for bulding and reparing tissue. The fat provide essential fatty acids and fat-soluble vitamines (D,E K,A) essentials for muscle, skin, tendons, vision, coagulation, digestion etc; Consuming adequate food and fluid before, during and after exercise can help maintain blood glucose levels, maximize exercise performance and improve recovery time. Very important is consumption of sport drinks containing CHO and electrolytes during exercise to provide fuel for the muscles, maintain glucosa level and decreased risk of dehydration, hyponatremia or another imbalance.

yes i have been on one yo yo diet after another. I was really obese at eighteen 190 pounds. i went on atkins and lost fifty pounds only to gain back two years later, i have been on diet pill after diet pill and weight loss plan from atkins, south beach etc. I have tried everything even la weight loss. I had minor success but now i am trying to lose the weight that i gained. my metabolism is shot and i have hypothyroid as well. i can’t eat dairy sensitive to gluten and no arificial sweetners, i get sick. i don’t want to starve myself because i don’t know how to eat properly to keep my metabolism running. thats why this would be perfect for me, to teach me how to eat properly in proportions and keep me burning fat. i am at my last straw.

Hi Guy’s

I am not writing for myself but for my husband. He is in his early 50’s and has some health problems. He had a double bypass at 40 and adult onset diabetic. He works really hard at work (Union Pacific R/R worker) and works out at the gym 4 to 5 days a week. He tries to eat well, but with his health issues I don’t believe he is eating right for his health issues. I know he needs to get his body in hormonal balance. He can’t understand why he can’t lose the fat around his mid-section and not able to put on the muscle he would like. He always reads about men who lose weight and are able to get off most if not all there meds (which he so very much wants to do). I believe that with your program he would finally hit his goals. I want this so much for him and would give up my health for him to be able to feel half as good as I do. I am 50 and go to the gym with him and have been able to find peace and contentment with my health and body. Please help him with this last peice of the puzzle. Thank you for your time and all your free tips and execerises.

I hope to hear from you!

Hello Vince, John and Patrick,

Regarding your question: as to the specific reasons why a meal plan system would be the perfect resource for you at this point in your life. Let me tell you EXACTLY WHY I NEED access to these meal plans.

GOAL ( 175lbs ripped and shredded with 10% Body Fat)

1. I am a United States Marine. I have been in the Marine corps for 18 yrs. For the last 6-8 years I have struggled with my weight due to high Triglicerides. I dont eat fatting foods, don’t smoke and don’t drink.

2. I am forty years and just found out last week that my wife is pregnant. She will be 46 in September and I will be 41. I really want to be able to spend time with my new child and not be tired or out of breath just from playing.

3. The Marine Corps also has had and issue with my weight I am 5′7″ 200 lbs. with about 23% body fat.

4. My family has had a history of bad health and I want to be the one to try and get my health back on the right track.

5. Exercising is the easy part but I’m still looking for an eating plan that will help me to be more consistent, avoid falling off the wagon so to speak, but still enjoy meals with family and friends.

6. I know that your program will help me in achieving my goals more then what i have been doing , i thought i was doing okay but after seeingsome of the results on your web page i now realize that i am not living up to my full potential
.
I really need to find some way to incorporate more foods during the day but i need a plan of action and i believe your program is exactly what i am looking for.
I hope to gain more knowledge of the importance of eating the right amounts and the timing of the meals to obtain optimal lean muscle and once and for all lose my bodyfat.

Thanks for the all the good information and Keep up the good work!

Hi Guys, I have ridden the rollercoaster of diets now for thirty years and I think it is time to get off. I am a busy person and am out of town a lot and these meal plans will give me the opportunity to plan my meals so that I can achieve my weight loss goals. Having the meals planned out for me will be a great advantage in my weekly diet plan. That added to my exercise plan should help me lose the weight I and the doctors say I need to lose. Thanks so much for all of the work you are doing in putting this project together. Yours in health, Mark

I train 5 to 6 days a week at home im my living room and have for the most part being able to maintain my weight. Over the last few weeks or so life have gotten really busy for me with school and work. I have just being promoted and therefore my work load has increased. I am also presently pursuing my master degree in project management which is quick demanding with lots of assigments. Over the last month I have not being able to eat properly and have noticed that I have gained about eight pounds and now my pants don’t fit. I am 44 years old and my friend thinks it because of my age. I don’t thinks so, I think I just need to get my meals right. I really think that a structure meal plan will help me. PS. Thanks for all the cool tips, most really work.

As many people also experience, my life is hectic with stress a constant challenge. However, there is the determination to maintain a high level of fitness. One of the demanding areas is diet. The selection and prep of meals is a constant requirement, of course. Therefore, I was delighted to hear that the “Done-for-You” meal program was coming available. This will tremendously help my efforts to improve my fitness even in the mist of family and work demands. When life is frantic, the time savings of having a solid meal plan available is extremely gratifying. Thanks, I appreciate your efforts!!

I’m a huge fan of the Six Pack Quest workouts. I bought the plan, which revolutionized the way I work out. Unfortunately, I’ve had a harder time with the nutrition aspect. I can’t get under 10% body fat because of occasional overeating and thinking I should be consuming more food to bulk up. I go from wanting to bulk to wanting to cut without doing either well. My diet is like a yo-yo, and my weight varies as well.

I love eating healthy, but it’s hard to figure out exactly what to eat when and in what amount. Despite educating myself on nutrition, the amount and timing is what I struggle with. I need to make sure my effort in the gym isn’t wasted by finally getting serious about my diet. I’m doing the 5 Day Metabolic Extreme Plan and running 10-20 miles per week along with some interval cardio (spin classes or treadmill sprints). The pounds just aren’t melting away. I need a plan that keeps my hunger at bay and provides a formalized way for me to meet my goals. No more guessing. More progress, better body, better life.

Thank you for the chance to compete for a fat loss meal plan. I’ve been lifting for around 5 years. I’m 20 years old and I’m a decent 180 pounds. No matter what I seem to do I can’t get ripped and always seems to have that little bit of a spare tire hanging around, and all I have to say is that I’m embarrassed. These meals plans will give me a concrete guideline on what I can and cannot eat. If I don’t have a strict guideline and tend to veer off the path. For example the about booze killing abs you sent made me quit drinking and I’ve been sober ever since.
Thank you,
Nick

Thank you for putting together a comprehensive program! I would love to recieve this program because I have been on my transformation journey for 1year and 7 months now. I workout doing resistance training 3 times /week and interval training 3times/week. I have lost 30 lbs and over 30 inches, I know that this is due to reducing all the processed foods out of my diet . I have been at a stand still for the past 6months and am only 10 lbs? away from my goal of having a flat tummy, hopefully 6 pack abs! I know that nutrition is my obstacle.(I know I need to do a food log and count calories, but just really don’t want too!HA) I know that if I had your program I could finally get the body I want and take my journey to the next level. I am a busy mom of 2 beautiful girls and having a plan so I didn’t have to think about what to eat would be a dream! Thanks again!

I am 58 years young and a retired social worker who recently became a personal trainer and senior fitness specialist. Currently, I am volunteering at a senior facility, but lack the confidence to seek employment. The reason is body fat. How embarrassing to claim my expertise in personal training can help others when I am having difficulty helping myself. My weight is 134lbs, at 5′6″. Clearly not overweight but body fat % is 30%…yikes!!! I need to create results for myself prior to claiming know how for others. Please help me by providing your fat loss meal plans to me so that I may meet my goal of discarding 10lbs of body fat while I continue adding lean muscle mass.

Hey I would love to receive the meal plans. I cannot tell you how easy it is to follow, being a working mom I have no time to become creative for meals. With this program my family can also eat what I eat it is healthier and better for all of us. I have tried just about everything you can think of and no luck. I want to be healthier and happier to live a longer and healthier life. I know that if I had the program I could finally get in the shape of my life and keep going. My family supports me for they know that when I’m happy their happy!!!!!!!! Thanks for the opportunity to get this program. Regards

All my life I was the skinny guy in school. The kid who would be pushed down on the playground then asked “how much do you weigh?!” In seventh grade I was a measly 70 lbs of skin and bone.

I started working out and reading books by arnold and alike bodybuilders. I made zero progress. I thought I could rely on one protein shake after workouts and eat whatever I want, I had no idea the amount of calories I needed to consume. So as a result I remained sickly skinny.

The main point where I wanted to change was when I told my friend I had to go to the gym, and in front of a few girls he said “have fun with those 1 pound dumbells.” I was crushed. Thats when I decided I wanted to build a body that causes girls to forget the guy on the cover of the magazine and look at me. I want to change so bad. I want to prove my friends wrong when they said I’d never be muscular. The last key ingredient I need to success is this meal plan.

Thanks for your time,
Tyler

I have been working out many, many years but never with a personal trainer. I eat healthy but I do not have the beach body I always wanted. And now all I can hope is to try to have it because at 46 years old and several cancer surgeries my body will never be a beach body….I want my six pack but I am afraid of gaining wait because I was a little on the chunky side when I was growing up and I had struggled all my life to keep the weight off. I have been following you and I do practice must of the exercises but I am not the way I want to be! I wish you could help me!! Thanks!

I have a lot of good reasons-I am 52 years old, have a slipped disc since 4 years, and have restricted movement due to that. I have started putting on weight, and have lost a lot of stamina. Have started exercises but a rehabilitory schedule more than a slimming one. have been working with diet control since years but it does not seem to be working on my body anymore.
I have tried various methods of diet- soup and salad meals, reduced fat diet, also eating scientifically, i.e eating proteins, carbohydrates and desserts separately for improved digestion and calorie intake.
Now I do not know what else to do! So please help me if you can.

pardon me if i don´t use too many words to describe why is so important the fat loss meal plan, but essentially is a matter of running out of excuses. in this equation there´s always to constants. the desire to be more fit and the excuse why we are not. well this meal plan is the replacement for the second part, there you have it, spoon fed information, just follow the breadcrumbs and it´ll get you home pal. now will be me a matter of true will and desire leaving you no excuses to sabotage yourself.

Thanks for that opportunity Vincent.

June 29, 2009

Dear Vince,
Wow, thank you for this wonderful opportunity. Reading all the great reasons above I certainly dont know that I am in need of your food plans more than anyone else, but I definitely need them! And the reason I need them is because the simple fact is I am the worlds worst when it comes to creating meals and cooking…as any of my children can testify! I have followed a no-grain way of eating for the past two years, and actually lost a nice amount of weight, but because I am so useless at creating meals, I basically eat the same thing every day and my children have become fast food addicts because they cant stand to eat what I make! On a serious note, (altho having children who are fast food addicts is pretty serious lol) my body fat is way too high and I just cannot bring it down. It has been stuck at 26% and that is not healthy for me, plus I have this 1″ blanket of fat covering my body even though I work out, and so my muscles are hidden underneath it! Your food plans would be such a gift, not ony to me, but to my children too…maybe they would finally jump onto the healthy bandwagon with me and get their bodies back into shape too.
Thank you again for this wonderful opportunity Vince!

hi Vince and thanks for the opportunity, let me just say that “meal planning” and getting in the required amount of calories is my biggest issue. I work night shift 3-4 12 hour shifts a week and i try to keep a 3 day workout schedule (mon-wed-fri), with cardio and some ab work on my off days. But eating enough, and eating the right stuff…thats my mountain i have yet to master, a meal plan that tailored to my schedule as well as my budget would deffinitely be the one thing that could most help me in my goal to add on some serious lean muscle mass.

Hey Vince,

I’m 27 and I am getting married on Saturday, September 12, 2009. That’s less than two and a half months away and I want to be in the absolute best shape of my life for my wedding and my honeymoon!! I do 2-3 full body workouts each week with 1-3 cardio sessions in my off days. Diet is the clincher for me. I follow all of the advice you have given, and I eat a lot of grilled chicken, broccoli, salad, cottage cheese, etc. but I cannot seem to lose that last bit of belly fat and love handles. I’m 6′0″, 163 lbs. and roughly 10% body fat. I want to be as strong and as lean as I possibly can two months from now, but I don’t know what else to do. That’s why I NEED access to these meal plans. Thanks so much for your consideration, and thanks for all you do.

*~ The Greatness is within ~*

Have you ever felt 2nd placed all your life? Have you live as a victim of life? Have you ever been blindly led by today so called “diet/fitness experts”?

Well, I have been there…not a pretty picture…. I hated myself from top to bottom, I hate LIFE itself….I wake up every morning look into the mirror, all I felt was insecurity and depression. I was afraid to face people, to face changelings, to face the world.
Yes, I admit, I felt was a total looser.

Finally, I was wake from “the Matrix”. I start to love myself the way I am… I start to realize it wasn’t my fault, the way I was felt, the way I looked. However, it is my responsibility to bounce back from Worst Shape (25% body fat) to the TOP shape (6 pack). I brought every diet/fitness book, in the store…tried diet from liquid to south beach….some results…still no 6 packs… Body percentage dropped down to 10% – 12% (thanks to your “6 pack quest” program). The road hasn’t been easy…

In process of searching for “the Truth”, I realized….“The Greatness is Within”…..and I know your Power Meal Plan is My last part of this Puzzle… and YES…I am ready to review my 6-packs to WORLD…to show them…..Anything is possible….even at the Darkest corner, there is Light at other End of the Tunnel….I am here sincerely asking for your help…to achieve my DREAM, my GOAL, and my #1 SPOT!

Hey Vince,
I have parents who are what anyone would call ”health freaks”. They seem to want to control all of what me and my siblings eat and have the most messed up ideas of what is truely healthy. This shows on our bodies, as most of us have that dreaded “Skinny Fat Guy Syndrome”. I am fed up. I honestly think they should give me a chance to try something different. As you have repeatedly said, to get a different result, you must change something and do something differently.
I have in the past 4 years, been to way too many gyms. Spent way too much time, energy and effort on mindless cardio thinking it will help me ”tone up”, lose the love handles, and put some definition on my skinny arms and legs. Being naive as I was before ordering your program, I bought some very expensive so-called supplements from some guys at the gym which have had a seriously detrimental effect on my overall health and I still don’t know what exactly was in those supplements.
I have thankfully, not lost the ambition to achieve that amazing physique that I have always wanted, and I have finally some how convinced my parents that your program is what I want to follow and that if I don’t get any results in 3-4 months, I will go back to eating what to my parents diet.
I really want the “done for you” meal plans as soon as possible as I know I will be able to get a better and much faster results with these meal plans. I want to prove my parents wrong for my benefit and for the benefit of my entire family so we can actually doing things the right way for our general good health.
I know for a fact, that I WILL achieve it because I have concieved it and I believe in it!
Thanks a lot for reading this, Vince. I really appreciate it. :D

I am a Captain in the fire department. We work one day on, two days off. I turn 40 in a couple months and after 18 years of working 24 hour shifts with little, or no, sleep and never getting to eat at a “regular” time, I have started packing on a few pounds. Not only is my life at risk by being overweight, but the people I’m paid to protect are, as well. As the Captain of an engine company of four firefighters, I need help setting an example for my men and, hopefully, the rest of my department!

Hi Vince,
Wow so cool! I was a Taekwondo player at international level, being on the national olympic development team, and being National champ, and being on the national demonstration team touring all the high schools..it was really a huge highlight in my life. It was when I was about 21-24years old. At the time I remember eating alot of korean foods, chilli, rice and and tuna and no knowing when to eat or what to eat, basically mimicking their diet thinkng i can get the same results. I was 74 kgs, competing once in Korea at 72kgs at 185cm. I had a lanky body, not to good looking actually.
Now I have cut down after being 98 kgs after I came to Taiwan to live. The food here is very tempting but ihave become very strict about what I eat. But i still have a bit of a challenge whne it comes to toning up. often feel bloated and swollen, I look good in the morning, and pot belly i the afternoon. I have been raining for the last 2 years and have made some really huge progress i feel, but my life doesnt allow me to give the same output in exercise i once could.I know it comes down to diet, and when to eat and waht to eat, but i dont know nothing to be honest. Id love that to be my missing puzzle piece that cmpletes the wonderful picture of my awesome body. IM 32, I know i can do it. i have come this far, now weighing 85kg, Id like to take it that mch further, to reach my goal, of 80 kgs. Give me the free diet gift, Id appreciate it the most in the world! Thanks for reading.
Your sincerely

Hi Vince Pat & John

I purchased your DVD set Now-Nonsense muscle building and noted that you mentioned that I should ether bulk up or strip the fat first, so I decided I would look better stripping the fat prior to building muscle. The problem is I have tried lots of diets but nothing seems to work for long. I can’t wait to start building the muscle but can’t drop the fat , its so frustrating. I am 5ft 8ins 42 in chest which sounds good but below it is a 40 in waist and weigh 196lbs. I remember having a six pack in my 20s but at 55 now this could be my last attempt. I know there are alot of worthy guys that deserve a free meal plan and to be honest I will still buy your plan anyway, I just wanted to let you know how serious I am (no desperate) to get back into the best shape of my life so I can take my shirt off on the beach with pride. Thanks guys , looking forward to the launch.

I turn 51 in August. In December 2006 I weighed 290 pounds with a 54 inch waste. I had a term life insurance policy expiring in November 2007. I knew my weight would prevent me from getting insurance or it would be very expensive. I saw my doctor for a physical and on Valentine’s Day 2007, I bought a family membership at the YMCA and began a lifestyle change. I did a lot of research on fitness and nutrition including tips from your site and developed my own plan. The first 3 months I lost 29#, the next three 31#, the next three, 30#. May 2008, I weighed 175 a loss of 115#. I have maintained my weight and today I weigh 176 with a 33 inch waste. I am in the best shape of my life. My wife working along beside me went from 140# to 115#. We get in some form of physical activity 5-6 times per week, including weight/resistance training, interval training and cardio. My lifestyle change has had an impact on my 16 year old son and my 12 year old daughter with regards to their lives and the popular fast food diet lifestyle of their peers. The main thing I need now is a set of meal plans to simplify our new lives help my wife plan and prepare nutritious meals for my kids and us. A meal plan is the final piece that is needed to keep us the healthiest we can be.

I am currently following the Cheat Your Way Thin program and I am having limited success. I enjoy the workouts and the eating plan right now is somewhat restrictive. I know it will change the further I get into the program. However, I am looking for a healthy nutrition plan for after I complete the 4 month program. Your free 7 day fat loss meal plans that I downloaded look so doable for me. I would love to have your complete done for you fat loss meal plans in my nutrition library as I hate to plan what to eat. Without the planning, sometimes I make poor food choices and your plans would take care of all the planning for me (and my family) to eat healthy meals. Two of my three children are also trying to make better food choices and I want to set a good example for them. Thanks for the chance to win your program.

June 29, 2009

Hi Vince! I’ve been working out for several years and in the beginning I lost 20 pounds, but I still need to take off another 50. So about two years ago I bought your No Nonsense Muscle Building program. I learned a lot from that program. It showed me the mistakes I was making and it taught me how to workout properly and safely. When your Six Pack Abs Quest program came out I got that immediately. The training in that program is great and I’ve really enjoyed the new workout varieties it offers me. Recently I bought your new DVD set which I absolutely love. It’s pure gold! I’m following these fantastic workout programs, and yet I’m still stuck at 50 over my desired weight and I’ve got flab I don’t want. The problem has to be my diet. I think I eat healthy. I eat organic. I don’t drink soda or alcohol. Except for the very occasional organic dark chocolate bar, I try to keep my sugars to a minimum. I rarely eat out, but the problem is I’ve never been much of a cook either. I’m basically lost in the kitchen so I’m really desperate for your “Done-For-You” Fat Loss Meal Plans. Food shopping is a rut. I go for the same things every week because it’s all I know. Please help me, Vince. I want to change my eating habits but I really need guidance. Thank you for this opportunity! I sure hope you choose me!

June 29, 2009

Hey Vince! Hmm, the reason that a meal plan would be perfect (for me) right now is because if it’s one thing I have learned about fat loss is that nutrition is 80% of the battle. Now, I think that the exercise part I’m finally understanding what works, interval training and bodyweight exercises. I’m spending less time exercising at a much higher intensity and I feel really good. Now, I live in chile, south america where foodwise not everything that is in north america is available but I am doing my best trying to find healthy alternatives. I think that the right nutrition would really skyrocket my fat loss and finally help me achieve my fitness goals. Either way I do know that there are no excuses if you want to get a fit, lean body. I have to commit and be diligent with my wkouts and eating. Thanks

June 29, 2009

hey guys,
based on my own research i came to learn that inorder to gain results, 70% has to do with your diet, 20% to do with the actual workouts , and 10% is solely determination. I have been strength training for 2 1/2 years, and i was told when i began that if my diet was right, i would gain maximum results. my household consists of a lot of processed food, i try my best to choose foods with one ingredient like you guys said(by the way i follow all of your videos and emails) but i dont know how to set up meals with all the foods that you reccomended. for a while now i have been picking and choosing the healthies processed foods and combining them with vegetables, just to get rid of all the “junk” from my home, i even tried to create my own meal plan, but i was worried i was taking in to many carbs and there wasn’t a steady balance of nutrients. if i can get the slightest sample of your meal plan and see results, i wil definetly haveto buy the full meal plan

June 29, 2009

I take time to acknowledge how my body reacts when I eat something and feel badly afterward, do a particular exercise that’s invigorating or exhausting or feel like I’m burning the candle on both ends from lack of sleep. Five years ago a kinesiologist informed me that I should stay away from beer, peanuts, sugar and dairy (none cultured). I’ve worked on my diet for most of my life – keeping a food log for weeks at a time. I want to continue learning approaches to nutrition that will give me vitality and sustained energy. For the past months, I cross-trained with these weekly activities: stretch class, swimming, walking/running, cycling class. Lately I’ve been in my home office a lot, so I have engaged in a number of approaches introduced by Vince: I now do my workout in the morning; do the 6-part warm-up routine, lift free weights at home; and do various stomach muscle-building exercises. My goal is to get rid of what my friend and I affectionately call “the baby” (the fat you can grab below the stomach), and maintain a size 6.

June 29, 2009

Hey guys, I just finished classes and certify in August to be a PFT. I am a little overweight still. I was in love with the gym in the Army but never got the nutrition down. I still don’t really have the hang of it at all and I think this meal plan would get me not just to my goals, but passed them. I could use these meals forever and would put them to great use. I feel like the work and effort I put into the gym is worthless because my food intake never works, too much or too little of this, not enough variety, no idea what to buy and what to eat when, and I need to get that on track so I can begin my career.

Thanks guys

Thank you first of all for this great opportunity. I am 32 years old and in probably the worst shape in my life. I’m 5′7 and weigh 270 lbs. Since I was about six years old I have had problems with food addictions and battles with controlling my weight. In high school I discovered weight training. I responded very well to resistance training and received tons of complements for my physique. I thought my food and weight problems where solved. I was wrong.
Entering college I was already hooked on alcohol and drugs. After about ten years of battling those addictions, I finally got help and got off the drugs. Now, after almost nine years without alcohol and drugs, I see myself hitting another bottom with food. My doctor has been telling me for about three years that I need to lose weight now before I have a heart attack that I won’t survive because of my age.
I have decided to look for a support group in order to help me deal with those cravings that seem to appear out of nowhere. I know the “Done-for-you” Fat Loss Meal Plan can help me because of the readiness of the meals. I’m learning that my thinking is what is keeping me from accomplishing my goals. With the “Done-for-You” meals I will not have to think about what I have to eat in one day. The rest of the time I just have to worry about living my life.

June 29, 2009

Hello,
The reason I think I need this is because a year ago I was at the point of being obese. When I went to the doctors office and heard this, I was left off with a sense of being worried. From that point on I did a lot of cardio and got involved in whatever I could at the time. I was around 175 lbs back then. Right now I weight around 135 lbs but there is one problem. That problem is the fat still in my stomach area. I plan on joining the Marine Corps and I want to enter with an outstanding physique. I never have time to worry about what I eat because of school and other things I do. I know I will always use these meal plans because it’s something I’ve always looked toward to.
Thank You

Ginny

June 29, 2009

Hi Vince, nothing here as elaborate as others have written. Weightlifting did for me what nothing else did. Shaped up and am two sizes smaller than when I did Atkins and weighed the same. Gained back 10 lbs (abs, naturally, dammit). Eat healthy, but am sliding a little into processed “not” food foods. This book might provide a different angle and provide options to make the healthy food “new.” While I like natural peanut and eat it ALL the time, it gets a little mundane. I feel good about how I look for 50, but want those 10 lbs (waiver up and down) off! Thanks for the chance to enter. Smile, Ginny

I have found over the course of the years that the only time (the only, only, ONLY time) I managed to lose weight, I was on a specific meal plan. In the late 1980’s, I lost a ton of weight on NutriSystem – and gained it all back, plus some extra. Since then, I’ve tried creating my own, purchasing others and mixing the two. Clearly, something’s not working right. I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been at 253lbs. I make it to the gym 4 times a week (sometimes more if I can) and I’m not getting the desired results. I KNOW it’s the diet. I am working on eating healthier and more organic. I’m also putting my family through the change in diet, too (not too easy with a 5 and 7 year old).

The bottom line? I’m putting in my time with resistance training and blowing all that work with a crappy diet. Makes me wonder why I even bother going to the gym, but I know at some point soon I’m just going to get it done. At 42, I’d like to have a long life to see my kids grow up to be adults. And as they get older, I want to be able to play football or basketball or anything with them and not be a fat blob doing it. So, that’s why I NEED a meal plan that does it all for me; I NEED my life back.

Hey Guys,
Thanks for all the awsome free stuff you have been posting.
I am a 48 year old widow that has been health minded most of my life. During my early 20’s I took a stab at body building. I have quite a bit of muscle memory so when I get motivated to work out it doesn’t take me very long to build my muscles back up and I am very motivated because it is time to get on with my life and start dating again. It would be nice to know I still look good enouh to compete with todays woman.
I had trained for competition with a Gym owner as my sponsor/trainer. I worked very hard and he put alot of time into my exercise schedule because he knew how dedicated I was. Unfortunatley I didn’t make it to the contest. I went on a cruise and gained 15 pounds 4 weeks before the competition. That all but ended my competetive desires.
Th Gym owner/trainer did not have any form of nutrition proram. I believe that with the proper traing on how to eat I may have had a good chance of placing or maybe even winning in my weight class. I have long since been studing all the low fat, low sugar, low carb, high protien diets. I’ve learned just enough to be dangerous. iI could sure use the advise of the experts. It can be pretty overwhelming. Thanks Janice in Florida

The short version is I’m stuck in a rut and I need to do a u-turn with my fitness life. I’ve been concentrating on fat loss for several years now with good success, actually. In fact I’ve used techniques recommended on this blog (’treat your way thin’) to break through a fat loss plateau. Now that I’m there, (170lbs, 6′3″, 5-9% BF depending on the method of measurement) I’ve relalized that in the process I have lost muscle. I was 292, and there’s no way I lost 120lbs of pure fat! Trouble is, I have trouble mentally allowing myself to start eating more which I know I HAVE to do to gain muscle. But I can follow a plan, and if it’s in front of me, all laid out in advance, I can put my head down and get ‘r done!

The last three years have been tremendously stressful as an 8 year relationship ended and I came out not only losing the relationship but my pre-teen step-daughter as well. I was trying to work in and with all of that, and go to school, and my job… the end result was depression and allot of comfort food eating and really not caring about what I ate at all or what amount activity I did. I have had really disjointed and inconsistent workout habits during this time and it is the first time ever in my life where I would go for 3-6 months without doing any physical activity at all!

I am through all of the hard stuff now but am having a really hard time getting back in my ‘groove’ with the gym and with my eating. I now for the first time understand when people have told me in the past that it is so hard for them to stick with a program for any length of time. In my past, my program was just life. I did not think about it I just lived that way and it was not an effort. I always ate very well and worked out hard and often and I was in really great shape with a lean and athletically muscular physique.

I want those days back! I want that body back!!

I have tried again and again to get my eating program back on track but find that I am finding the focus difficult. I am swayed off track too much and too easily. I really feel that a new food and eating program will be just the thing to make it fresh and compelling and interesting and motiviating for me to get on track and stay there.

My feeling sometimes now is that my body won’t change back to the slim and fit one it once was and that the extra weight I carry won’t leave but I know that is not true. But, I need help. Most definately I need help.

I really want the energetic body and mind I used to have. The pain from the loss of my relationship and the loss of all the years we spent together building the life that we shared has healed and disapated and yet I still carry the physical and visual signs of it daily in the extra weight I have now. It’s time to shed that along with the pain I have already let go of.

Diet is such an important part of losing fat and changing your physique and I need the guidance you guys are offering with your new program. I used to live my healthy eating and active life with a partner and it was so easy. Now that I am doing it alone I am finding it diffcult. Your program will help me to feel not in it alone!!

Thank you so much for the opportunity!

I am a female who has just entered the 50’s and am sick of tired of losing and gaining. Last year I went on a strict diet of too little calories – with a well known company. I did well following the plan and rarely went off course and lost but I knew it was too few calories. I lost 60 lbs. Sure enough, the minute I stopped the too few calories but really was CAREFUL with what I was eating and I still gained weight back and rapidly. I am now working out at a gym and still feel motivated working out. I have got a lot of energy now and gaining muscle but I can’t seem to lose any weight. I think I am eating properly but I would hate to go back to 800 calories a day. I know it is not right – for anyone! I seem to be able to focus better when the meal guide is there and not left up to me. I like vegetables but just end up eating boring salads. My boys are hoping that I will get my weight where it should be. They like their mother to be more trim (I weigh over 220 lbs still ) as the say “I am a fun mother to be with”.

For about a year, I procrastinated on starting a complete fitness program. I wanted to lose a little weight, start working out, stop smoking and revamp my eating habits, as they were terrible.

Over the last 4 months, I’ve lost weight and I quit smoking 3 weeks ago. I am going to begin working out at the end of this week. I wanted to have 4 weeks of not smoking under my belt before I started working out, so that my system would exchange oxygen at a much better rate.

I am at the point where I am seeking a meal plan to incorporate into my new, healthier lifestyle. My mother is very ill and has been for some time, so I reside at my parents house to help out when my mother is having a difficult day. My father is VERY over weight and definitely needs to completely change his eating habits. All three of us will greatly benefit from a nutritious meal plan and that is why I would love to win one of your three free copies. A nutritious meal plan could very possibly improve my mothers health, will definitely aid in helping my father to lose weight and in turn improve his health also and last but not least, a meal plan is the last component missing from my new, healthier lifestyle.

Thank you for the opportunity to obtain a free copy of your meal plan. Good luck to everyone……

Hi, I am 45 and the mother of 9- yes 9- my oldest 2 are in their 20’s. I got back down to 140# after having them. Fast forward 16 years- and after having 7 more kids in 14 years, I am up to 200#. I have tried all the diets-Atkins, etc. but nothing seems to work anymore. Having a diet plan laid out would make my life easier- and planning meals wouldn’t be so difficult. After feeding the kids, I just don’t have the energy or desire to make something for myself to eat- thus I either don’t eat, or eat something that does not help me in my nutritional quest. Thanks, and I really liked the 7 day diet you posted the other day.

I have been working for 8 or 9 years to get into better shape. To get a body that I would be proud of. Some years were great but that last 2, not so. I’ve just recently started to get back at it and am loving it. Everything you read and every trainer you work with stresses DIET as being one of the most important parts of getting muscular. Many fads and compay driven plans later I am thrilled to actually get a meal plan the is layed out, easy to understand and done for me! Life sometimes gets in the way of taking control of this vital part of getting your body into a shape you want. To have meal by meal, snack by snack, already calculated in a manner that will allow fat loss is, and will continue to be, a terrific asset! I look forward to using it and i KNOW my body will look better for it!.

Hey vince, like you im “natuaraly skinny” and feel like i need to work 10x as hard to achieve results! It sucks i know but i keep on trying. Before weight training i weighed just 9 stones (135 lbs) with a height of 5″10 so you can imagine my “skinnyness” but with alot (and i mean ALOT!!) of hard work i have put on 2 stones (30lbs) of mostly muscle and now way 155 lbs. I understand putting on that much weight is a good acheivement but i want more. Unfortunately i have reached a state where sheer hard work isnt going to get me beyond the point i am at and i feel i need a really solid meal plan to take me to my goals. Im hoping the meal plans can help me achieve the goals especially as i am studying to be a personal trainer right now.

Thanks for reading (-:

Vince, I think I would be a great candidate to receive your newest nutritional programs. I am a strength coach and I got my stuff down pretty well. I also focus primarily of injury prevention techniques but I know the basics of nutrition and would love to learn a program that would teach discipline and techniques that puts you in the right direction. A program that would show me exactly the techniques to go and purchase a balanced diet, how and when to prepare and eat it to provide the maximum benefits. Did I mention, I am a strength coach-hey we don’t make much money but we do apply what we learn as well as teach success. Thanks for your time and this opportunity.

hi vince as you know i have purchased your no nonsense dvd serious and also joel marlons cheat your way thin, I use the gym about 4 to 5 times a week, my workouts are okay its just my diet i easily fall by the wayside and get distracted and dont stick to the program. With your nutrition program its easy to follow and instead of cooking just 1 meal with your program I can cook meals for a couple of days and keep them refridgerated and with meals ready just to heat up i have no excuses i just need the extra push so. I try to keep to your fitness program which i find excellant and with your nutrition plan i think it would be the icing on the cake for me to reach my goals quicker to maintain a healthy liferstyle.

I am a 57 year old female who has been trying to lose weight all my life. My weight has gone up and down for years, and although I appear to relatively healthy for someone my age, I know that I am really sick and tired of always feeling sick and tired. I cannot sleep at night so I wake up in the morning exhausted and then I have to function between two jobs. With my work, I often work days and other times I am working nights. Every week is different. Besides my two jobs, I take care of my children and their aging grandparents. I do exercise and I am trying to work out harder and smarter since my time is so limited, but the scale does not budge. I realize that where I am falling short and not being able to control myself is with proper nutrtition. When I don’t sleep, I have no energy. When I have no energy I lose any motivation I have to work out. When I don’t work out, I don’t take the time to eat properly. When I don’t eat properly, then again I don’t sleep. It becomes one more vicious cycle where I seem to be spinning my wheels and going nowhere. Your meal plans would give me the direction I need to stop spinning my wheels. They would help me tremendously as you have already done the calculations and the planning for proper nutrition. Your meal plans would make my life easier by providing me with the exact ingredients that I would need to buy for the week at the grocery store. Your meals plans would give me the ability to control my diet instead of my letting my diet control my life. Your meal plans would let me set a healthy example for my family so that they don’t model my poor eating habits in their own lives. Most importantly, your meal plans would let me finally succeed at living my best life.

I have the classic skinny/fat guy syndrome. I’ve been working out a lot the past 2 years and I haven’t really seen any results and I think its because of my diet. I am a second year medical student and I find myself eating quick meals from outside a lot because I feel like I don’t have time to cook. I usually “try to eat healthy”. Because of the stress of school my blood pressure has increased and it has become harder to burn fat. In general I can feel that I am less healthy. I am 5’9 and 155 pounds but my body fat percentage won’t drop below 18. I’ve started a blog chronicling my journey with before and after pictures chronicling my journey against body fat loss. I know a lot of the science behind fat loss and I’ve read a lot of Vince’s stuff and it is the most scientifically accurate body transformation program I’ve come across. I’m also living off loans so I need an affordable meal plan. I think I could be seen as a good example for the common person.

Why your meal plan system would be the perfect for me:

-) I tried the 7-day-sample-meal-plan and I was surprised that it was so easy to incorporate in my everyday life (all other systems or diets I tried were difficult to implement in my life)
-) finally a holistic approach: what to eat, when to eat, how to prepare the meal, shopping list
-) I used to spend my sunday afternoons on planning my nutrition for the upcoming week: choosing meals with the right combination of protein, carbohydrates and fat, looking up recipes, putting together the grocery list,
-) I suck at cooking – and I don‘t have the patience to spend more than half an hour on preparing a meal
-) I want to turn my life around – I already changed my eating habits a lot (no junk food anymore, no chocolate or sweets, no convenience products [with lots of ingredients and artificial sweeteners]
-) I need some strict rules (that tell me exactly what to eat and when) so that I‘m constantly reminded why I‘m doing it (i.e. because I really want to take good care of myself/of my body)
-) I feel that I‘m ready now to take actions on behalf of my health (I just finished my Master studies at the university – so the past couple of years were stressful, draining and chaotic). Now the real life starts for me – and I want to be prepared for anything that might come. I need to be at the top of my game!
Thanks for reading this.

Dear Vince,
I have read some of the comments, and I realize there may be other people that need this meal plan just as much as I do. I think the applicants that point to the wish for a longer life to be able to be there for their families should be in the front row for this give away.

I am 58 years old. All of us who have lived for a while and have problems being too skinny or overweight have lived for many years under very tough and strained conditions. Even when we have not succeeded, like me, in loosing weight despite of endless efforts, we are still willing to try, because we want to get some quality back in our lives, and we want to get more energy to be able to be there for spouse, children and grandchildren. This may sound banal, but for the people involved it is critical.

My daughter gave me a fitness program for my birthday, and got me on the right track by pointing to your website. She is worried about my health, and she helps me to change my lifestyle and get in shape.

For the first time in 30 years I have gained good results. Since April 21 (my birthday) up till today June 29 I have lost 24 pounds, and I am working out three times a week doing body weight training with dumb bells. She coaches me and helps me set up the meal plans.

I feel confident I will get results with your meal plan and workout program. I have 3 grandchildren all under 2 years of age, and there is a forth coming in a few months. I have diabetes and I am afraid of how the desease develops. I have managed to stabilize my bloodsuger to a normal level now through training and nutrition advice. My doctor is very pleased.

I feel motivated to keep going, and your meal plan will help me stay on the track. Keep up your good work. What you do goes far beyond building muscle. It helps people live longer and get more quality back in their lives.
Best regards

Guttorm

While in college I ate whatever and stayed in shape because I was competing at the college level, working out daily. Once I started working as a college coach I found myself eating too much fast food, the time in the gym working on myself decreased and the pounds slowly crept on. Now at 36, I want to get back into shape. I have increased my workouts, eating less, trying to make it healty and still not able to keep pounds off. I have read and attempted many diets and have felt that they were either too restrictive or complicated to follow. I am looking for a plan that is straight forward, simple. A program that lays it out so I can easily shop at the grocery store and does not have to take hours to prep for each meal. I need it to fit into my busy schedule and have variety.

Hi Guys! I’m a 33 year old stay-at-home mom with 3 children: 7, 5 & 17 months. After my third child was born, I ballooned up to 192 lbs before I finally took control of my life. Since August, I lost 40 lbs by counting calories and consistently working out (free weights/interval training on treadmill) and by following your work out protocols. However, since May, the weight loss has stopped and I’ve become frustrated with trying various diets that didn’t work for me or weren’t realistic to stick to. I also gained back 10 lbs! I have the exercise component down. I know it’s my diet that needs a total make over! I know there’s no magic pill/supplement (though I’ve tried many). I need guidance with a detailed, easy-to-follow plan. I’ve already started with your free 7 day plan and so far, I feel great and very encouraged! Being a busy mom, it’s easy to fall into bad habits by choosing convenience over quality. I want this for health of my entire family! I’ve tried SO MANY diet plans out there, but I don’t want just a “diet” anymore, I want a healthier way to eat for life! I need a professional (one I trust) giving me the proper parameters and I KNOW I’ll finally lose the last 30 pounds of fat I need to lose to reach my goal weight and maintain it for life! I would LOVE this opportunity to try your program! Thank you for your time!

Hi Vince,

I am from India. I was once 246 lbs at 6.0 Ft height. That was in Oct 2007. I was like always chubby in School and Collage , i always wanted to shed the extra pounds. That was till when i read BTFFTM program by Tom Venuto.I knew exactly what to do Today i am at 184 lbs and want to shed those extra 10 to 15 lbs and also want to gain some lean muscle mass. I think your meal plans will b\help me achieve that in few month’s time . I have a hectic schedule and would like to have prepare meals at one time. i play basketball and i would like to make a living off of it. im fast quick and got a decent vertical leap but what always slowed me down was that im a little heavier than others so i cant be faster stronger and jump as high as i can i did training programs before and got results but i ate horrible in the kitchen so it was like i got stronger but the fat was holding me back. if i had a diet plan along with my training program i would be able to dunk the ball be the quickest guy on the court and be the best player i can be. Im 18 so i need this plan to make it to the pros or just keep the dream alive and if i make it this diet plan was the foundation.
Thanks,

The Meal Plan System is a sure fire way to lose fat & start revealing that toned, fit body! Everyone wants a “quick, hassle-free solution” to losing weight so they spend hundreds of dollars doing “gimmick” diets, pills, slim fast & the list goes on. These gimmicks may provide results but will not keep it off. A specific meal plan system is perfect for everyone…. those who workout but are not seeing a change in their body shows poor nutrition/eating habits & those who are just starting out will have more ammunition to blast the fat away. The hassles of weighing portions, keeping food logs, planning menus & making lists are already done so there is no excuse to start your body transformation. A simple plan, if followed, guaranteed to get the results you desire without hassles, guessing or planning. I workout regularly but my body fat content was higher than it should have been due to poor food choices. Therefore, my body did not look toned. I see the difference now & I can say this meal plan is a must have for everyone!!

I have been involved in sport and fitness since I was 10yrs old, I am now 44. . I have boxed, played football (soccer!), run, you name it I’ve at least had a go. I have been a PTI in the army. In all this time I have been very skinny, skinny and skinny fat. I have followed some really stupid diets to make the weight when I was boxing. I am now more mature and can appreciate that the science of nutrition is as important as the physical effort. I work some really long hours and spend up to 4 hours a day travelling to work and back, luckily I can use the work gym during my lunch break and can eat at others times. I believe your eating plan is the key to me acheiving my goal of 190lbs of true weight in a safe, beneficial and nutrition rich way.

Hi Vince, I have been struggling all my life with losing weight chosing the wrong diet food that does not contribute at longterm only temporarely. With your 7 days plan, I started making smart groceries shopping at supermarkets lately. So with this powerful information we all can stop struggling and just build up a new lifestyle.

Well I did think about telling some sad or heartbreaking story as to why i should get the free plans – but the real reason is because I am lazy.. I have spent far too long being lazy which is why I ending up becoming 185lbs of fat.. Then I found Vince and his NNMB plan. Now into my 2nd week of the upside down training…. I have made the transistion from lazyness to fitness….from flab to muscle… If Vince’s plan can do this for me then it can do it for anyone..and the reward for me moving from lazy lard.. (apart from the body i’m building!) should be an easy meal plan for free…
